  A thoughtful, caring, family-like experience

  I cannot recommend Miss Ruby and the people who work there enough. My experience shopping there with my family was fun and so smooth. But beyond that, they went the extra mile to show they care and are an extremely compassionate organization. My mom who came with to my appointment and was paying for my dress- passed away shortly after I said yes to the dress. Very unexpectedly, Miss Ruby sent the most beautiful flowers to my house in honor of my mom and let me know that she made an impact on them. It’s rare to do business these days with companies that truly care and I am so glad I chose to partner with them for my big day.

  Amazing experience!

  I had a fantastic experience with Miss Ruby! Peyton was awesome at helping me to find the perfect dress! She really listened to what I was looking for and even had me try on some options I hadn't even thought about. We found ~the one~ at my first appointment and I was able to get my veil and hair piece as well! I can't recommend them enough!

  LOVED being a Miss Ruby Bride!

  I knew that I wanted to shop from a local Milwaukee bridal boutique for my wedding and absolutely loved working with Miss Ruby Boutique! Miss Ruby's was my first and only dress shopping appointment because I had so much fun and found my dream dress within an hour! We loved it so much that we even came back for the Bling and bubbly event to pick out my earrings and my mom even found a MOB dress there too! Special thanks to Hannah and Abby for all of their help! :)

  Phenomenal Service!

  I had such an incredible experience finding my wedding dress at Miss Ruby! Hannah was great to work with and literally had the perfect dress in mind just from talking over the phone!!! She had me try on a few dresses initially and eventually led me to the dress she had in mind, which ended up being my dress! I was stunned by her ability to find the perfect match for me. I had tried on dresses at 5 other bridal shops in Minneapolis & Milwaukee prior with no luck. Miss Ruby knew what I needed!

  Great Dress Shopping Experience

  Miss Ruby made dress shopping and buying easy for me! I was dress shopping in the thick of the pandemic and took advantage of their at-home try-on experience. I ended up choosing a dress during my at-home try-on and then scheduled follow-up appointments to finalize the next steps. Everyone I worked with at the store was so kind and bubbly!

  Best dresses!

  I was unable to find my wedding dress here but I was able to find the best bridesmaid dresses. I wanted multiple shades of green and they found the best colors. They were extremely helpful. The bridesmaid dresses turned out amazing!

  Found the dream dress I didn’t know I wanted

  The staff at Miss Ruby’s was so sweet and welcoming, I felt like I was shopping with a trusted friend I’d known for years. Miss Ruby’s was the first bridal boutique I visited, and considering how indecisive I am I did NOT think I’d find my dress on visit one. But they made me feel so comfortable, and there was a methodology to narrowing in on “the one” that I felt so confident in. I walked out choosing something that I had no idea was what I wanted, so I am very grateful for the staff’s expertise and input. They also helped gather multiple opinions from employees and work with me to suggest customizations that helped land on the perfect dress. I can’t wait to get it!

  loved my experience at Miss Ruby!! I reached out before my appointment asking if they had a specific dress in stock. When I got to my appointment, they had that dress pulled for me already along with others they thought I might like. I never felt pressured to leave with a dress and really enjoyed my experience. I ended up buying the dress I came in to try on and they offered a glass of champagne to celebrate.

  A thousand times yes!

  It was my first attempt at dress shopping. I had heard the horror stories and read all the do's and don'ts of your first time. As soon as I walked into the shop, my concerns went out the window. My consultant was so sweet and her passion and knowledge about the dresses and designers they have gave me a peace of mind I didn't know I was needing. The atmosphere itself isn't something you'd be able to find anywhere else! It's so quaint and cozy with a beautiful, intimate setting for you and your party. I was able to find my dress and the transition from trying on to measurements to purchase was flawless. Miss Ruby's team really helped put my mind at ease that a huge part of our big day was entrusted to such a capable and passionate team.

  Easy and lots of choices

  Miss Ruby's was my second stop for a dress and the second we walked in we were taken back by the dresses on display. We were able to pull any dresses we liked to try on and they were very knowledgeable of what any limitations any dress might have. I found the most amazing art deco dress that fit with my wedding location. Miss Ruby's was easy to work with and they called to let me know that they suggested a smaller size. I had a great experience at Miss Ruby's and could not be happier with my dress.

  Awesome service and gorgeous bridesmaid dress

  I got my bridesmaid dress from Miss Ruby. We have two-piece bridesmaid dress which is really cool! I am so glad that we did, as it offers so many flexibility. One of my bridesmaid is pregnant, and with the two-piece dress, she looked great.
  Also, one of my girl was unable to make it last minute (about 10 days before the wedding day). Miss Ruby was able to work with me and work it out. Hannah, the person helping me that day was really helpful! When we got there, she had all the tops, skirts and few dresses matching with my color ready to go for us to try. We ended with matching tops and different skirt color for my maid of honor. We were able to buy the tops and skirt they have on display. What a relieve!
  Miss Ruby is great! They also have the annual fashion show that is worth to attend especially if you are looking for a wedding dress! It is much easier to see how the dress looks in person and when someone is wearing it!

  Beautiful Dresses!!

  Erin was an absolutely phenomenal stylist when I was looking for my wedding dress! She didn't just what I wanted in a dress, but asked about my wedding as a whole. She did a great job of involving the girls that were shopping with me which meant a lot. She never pressured me to make a decision without being certain. I ended up saying yes to my dream dress!
  
  The boutique is a bit difficult to find in the building (thank goodness for the signs on the way!), but worth the maze to get there!

  My perfect dress

  I waited to dress shop because I didn’t feel great about my body. Grace was so fabulous and I felt like a princess! She was able to figure out what was best for me and then sent me to a seamstress that could not only fit my dress in time, but also made me a bolero from scratch! Miss Ruby’s made me feel like a bride and special, even though I was struggling with my own self image! I have nothing but love for all that the did!!!!

  I found my dress at Miss Ruby last spring and the experience was just wonderful....I went in a little nervous that nothing would fit but their selection was amazing and the people working there made it so comfortable to try on dresses. There were so many dresses that I really liked. I ended up with the dress of my dreams at a price that could not be beat, but the best part was hanging out with my Mom, sister, sister-in-law and cousin in their cool space and celebrating with champagne once we found the dress!

I live in Oshkosh, WI and decided to make the trip to this adorable boutique in Milwaukee, WI because my sister-in-law purchased her wedding dress there. I enjoyed that experience so much that I wanted to give Miss Ruby a try when it was time to find my wedding dress. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy and we hit it off immediately! He is fun, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Due to my indecision, Jimmy recommended I try on different bridal gown styles (a-line, ballgown, etc.) along with those that fit the description of what I thought I liked. After listening to what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses, Jimmy picked out the dress of my dreams, and I did not want to take it off! He then picked out the perfect veil and accessories. I cannot praise Jimmy enough for having me try on several different styles, because in the end, it reassured me that my dress was the one and only dress for me! I found other bridal places to be pushy and impersonal, this is not the case with Miss Ruby. Ever since I said yes to the dress, Miss Ruby has kept in touch with me to see if I had questions and to keep me updated about the arrival of my dress. Their 10% discount on bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom dresses is also a nice bonus. Jimmy helped me find a bridesmaid dress that complimented my dress and in the color I wanted too. He then mailed swatches of my dress as well as the bridesmaid dress to me in a timely manner. The list goes on! I could not be happier with my experience at Miss Ruby, it has been one of my favorite parts of planning my wedding. Go to Miss Ruby, you will truly be taken care of during one of the most important times in your life!

Going in I knew exactly what I wanted which made my search for the dress I wanted fairly easy. My dress came in at a time that was sooner than expected and the recommendations they provided me with for alterations were able to beautifully accommodate what I needed.   I love this place. It is a beautiful bridal boutique with gorgeous, reasonably-priced dresses. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Great customer service, and it is plus-size friendly.

  Miss Ruby was so helpful in picking out my wedding dress, my bridesmaid dresses and my mother's dress. All were beautiful and arrived in a timely manner. Miss Ruby was easy to work with and quickly addressed any of my concerns.

  I got both my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses from Miss Ruby's and I could not have been more pleased. They were all beautiful, unique and of such high quality and they came right within the time frame that they initially told us, giving us plenty of time for alterations. I got so many compliments during and after the wedding on the dresses we bought here. The store itself is also so beautiful, which definitely enhances the shopping experience. I HIGHLY recommend this store when searching for your bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses.

  I had the most amazing experience at Miss Rubys Bridal Boutique! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jimmy! He was so friendly and know helpful right from the moment I walked in! I had a group of 8 adults and two kids under 5 and he made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome! He made an announcement to the group before I started looking for dresses that this day was about me, the bride! And he made me feel like I was he only bride in the store (when I wasn't) and that my day and me getting married was the only thing that mattered! It was absolutely the best experience and I am happy to say that I said yes to the dress at Miss Ruby's! Will be recommended to all my friends/family moving forward! Thanks Jimmy!

  I was searching for a boutique that carried different designers of bridesmaids dresses. I wanted something super elegant and not the cookie cutter bridesmaids dress. Miss Ruby has it!! They easily hands down have the BEST selection of Bridesmaids dress! I could have spent all weekend there looking at their selection. The store itself is super inviting and beautifully decorated, the staff were all wonderful, especially when I had to add a bridesmaids dress into the order . The girls loved their dresses and they fit the theme of my wedding perfectly! I recommend Miss Ruby to all future brides for their bridesmaids dresses, they literally have something for everyone and they're affordable to boot! No better place in the Milwaukee area!

  Miss Ruby's was excellent for getting my bridesmaid dresses. Everyone is super friendly that worked there. The ladies looked fabulous in their dresses. I had a lot of bridesmaids out of town so they had to call in their measurements and get fitted elsewhere however the whole process was relieving. It was nice that the dresses came quick and were exactly what I asked for. I ordered three different styles between 7 different girls and everything was exactly right. I highly suggest this place for someone who is trying to get bridesmaid dresses in a timely and efficient manner.
