I cannot recommend Miss Ruby and the people who work there enough. My experience shopping there with my family was fun and so smooth. But beyond that, they went the extra mile to show they care and are an extremely compassionate organization. My mom who came with to my appointment and was paying for my dress- passed away shortly after I said yes to the dress. Very unexpectedly, Miss Ruby sent the most beautiful flowers to my house in honor of my mom and let me know that she made an impact on them. It’s rare to do business these days with companies that truly care and I am so glad I chose to partner with them for my big day. -

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Miss Ruby’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and cared for. My bridal stylist, Anna, was absolutely incredible—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect dress. She made the entire experience feel so personal and meaningful, and I’ll always be grateful for her warmth and guidance. Every step of the way, from trying on gowns to saying yes to the one, felt joyful and unforgettable. Thank you, Anna and Miss Ruby’s team, for making me feel so special and for creating a memory I’ll cherish forever. -

I had a fantastic experience with Miss Ruby! Peyton was awesome at helping me to find the perfect dress! She really listened to what I was looking for and even had me try on some options I hadn't even thought about. We found ~the one~ at my first appointment and I was able to get my veil and hair piece as well! I can't recommend them enough! -

Phenomenal Service!
I had such an incredible experience finding my wedding dress at Miss Ruby! Hannah was great to work with and literally had the perfect dress in mind just from talking over the phone!!! She had me try on a few dresses initially and eventually led me to the dress she had in mind, which ended up being my dress! I was stunned by her ability to find the perfect match for me. I had tried on dresses at 5 other bridal shops in Minneapolis & Milwaukee prior with no luck. Miss Ruby knew what I needed! -

Miss Ruby made dress shopping and buying easy for me! I was dress shopping in the thick of the pandemic and took advantage of their at-home try-on experience. I ended up choosing a dress during my at-home try-on and then scheduled follow-up appointments to finalize the next steps. Everyone I worked with at the store was so kind and bubbly! -

loved my experience at Miss Ruby!! I reached out before my appointment asking if they had a specific dress in stock. When I got to my appointment, they had that dress pulled for me already along with others they thought I might like. I never felt pressured to leave with a dress and really enjoyed my experience. I ended up buying the dress I came in to try on and they offered a glass of champagne to celebrate. -

I got my bridesmaid dress from Miss Ruby. We have two-piece bridesmaid dress which is really cool! I am so glad that we did, as it offers so many flexibility. One of my bridesmaid is pregnant, and with the two-piece dress, she looked great.
Also, one of my girl was unable to make it last minute (about 10 days before the wedding day). Miss Ruby was able to work with me and work it out. Hannah, the person helping me that day was really helpful! When we got there, she had all the tops, skirts and few dresses matching with my color ready to go for us to try. We ended with matching tops and different skirt color for my maid of honor. We were able to buy the tops and skirt they have on display. What a relieve!
Miss Ruby is great! They also have the annual fashion show that is worth to attend especially if you are looking for a wedding dress! It is much easier to see how the dress looks in person and when someone is wearing it!

The staff at Miss Ruby’s was so sweet and welcoming, I felt like I was shopping with a trusted friend I’d known for years. Miss Ruby’s was the first bridal boutique I visited, and considering how indecisive I am I did NOT think I’d find my dress on visit one. But they made me feel so comfortable, and there was a methodology to narrowing in on “the one” that I felt so confident in. I walked out choosing something that I had no idea was what I wanted, so I am very grateful for the staff’s expertise and input. They also helped gather multiple opinions from employees and work with me to suggest customizations that helped land on the perfect dress. I can’t wait to get it! -

I waited to dress shop because I didn’t feel great about my body. Grace was so fabulous and I felt like a princess! She was able to figure out what was best for me and then sent me to a seamstress that could not only fit my dress in time, but also made me a bolero from scratch! Miss Ruby’s made me feel like a bride and special, even though I was struggling with my own self image! I have nothing but love for all that the did!!!! -

I swear I worked with every stylist at Miss Ruby in order to find my perfect dress for my bridesmaids! They had SO many to choose from, and ultimately had something that I found that was perfect for our wedding. -

It was my first attempt at dress shopping. I had heard the horror stories and read all the do's and don'ts of your first time. As soon as I walked into the shop, my concerns went out the window. My consultant was so sweet and her passion and knowledge about the dresses and designers they have gave me a peace of mind I didn't know I was needing. The atmosphere itself isn't something you'd be able to find anywhere else! It's so quaint and cozy with a beautiful, intimate setting for you and your party. I was able to find my dress and the transition from trying on to measurements to purchase was flawless. Miss Ruby's team really helped put my mind at ease that a huge part of our big day was entrusted to such a capable and passionate team. -

He was so friendly and know helpful right from the moment I walked in! I had a group of 8 adults and two kids under 5 and he made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome! He made an announcement to the group before I started looking for dresses that this day was about me, the bride! And he made me feel like I was he only bride in the store (when I wasn't) and that my day and me getting married was the only thing that mattered! It was absolutely the best experience and I am happy to say that I said yes to the dress at Miss Ruby's! Will be recommended to all my friends/family moving forward! Thanks Jimmy! -

I am out of state so when I sent out emails, Miss Ruby Boutique was the first to contact me back. They got in contact with the designer in NY and ordered my dress for me. I had to have an extra charge put on for a rush order. The dress came amazingly fast. I had time to do any final alterations. It was beautiful! They were all very helpful and friendly. -

Casey Sent on 10/14/2014Miss Ruby Bridal Boutique made my dress buying experience wonderful. They made trying on dresses fun. I didn't have to compete for attention with other brides. My mom and I picked out several dresses to try, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I left without a dress my first visit, but Miss Ruby's was happy to book another brief appointment when I had to revisit (and buy) THE one. They were open and flexible with timing during a snowstorm. I was able to have my dress shipped to me in Virginia and I was kept informed on the progress. I had a wonderful experience at Miss Ruby Bridal Boutique! -

Beautiful environment & unique selection!
LOVED my experience at Miss Ruby! Their selection is really unique and their staff is so kind and helpful. This was the 5th store I'd been to while shopping for my dress. I worked with Meredith and the first dress she put me in was the one I ended up buying! As a self-described over-thinker, Meredith walked me through my decision & options very carefully and let me stay and mull it over in the store with my sister for much longer than expected. I only bought my wedding dress here, but I also came back to shop for bridesmaid dresses and veils/accessories so I could see everything with my sample dress before it arrived. Their staff was so helpful every time! Meredith also followed up with a hand-written card to congratulate us during the week leading up to our wedding. It was such a thoughtful touch. Overall my experience here was excellent, and I loved that I was able to find something unique that really felt like me. -

I had such a wonderful experience at Miss Ruby! The shop itself is adorable, with a beautiful selection that truly celebrates inclusivity. The stylists were so kind, supportive, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. Every dress they pulled matched both my budget and my style preferences. I also really appreciated that there was no pressure—they actually encouraged me to take my time and sleep on my decision. After visiting a few other boutiques, I ultimately came back to Miss Ruby for my dress, and I’m so glad I had that peace of mind before purchasing. I would wholeheartedly recommend Miss Ruby to any bride! -

This store is very nice, I wish they had more dresses to choose from. The lady who worked with me was friendly. When I went in there wasn't hardly anyone in there which made it more relaxed.
