Grace & Matt University Club Chicago Wedding

From start to finish Mirar was FANTASTIC! Their work is unlike anything I have seen before and perfectly captured our wedding day and weekend. It is very clear how talented they are, but what I especially loved was the quality of the individuals behind the cameras. I truly had no idea how much time you actually spend with your videographers on your wedding day so it’s critical that you are with great people. My entire bridal party and family loved working with them and feel they were such a value add to our day. They were communicative, easy to work with, fun and produced a wedding video that I can’t wait to show my future kids one day. I would highly recommend working with them!

On the day of the wedding, David & his team were a pleasure to work with, and they helped make the day & night even more special - they were never in our faces, and they captured the night as if they were a part of the celebration, rather than as a vendor.

Phillipe and Luis were super flexible in helping us create recap videos that encompassed the joy of the night. We can't recommend the Mirar team enough for your next big event!

Simply amazing!

David did the most amazing job creating our wedding video! He captured every special moment and made sure we'd have all of our special memories to look back on. Mirar is the best!

Working with Mirar has been such a wonderful experience - Victoria is so lovely and great at responding to emails/answering our questions. And David and Luis are the most amazing videographers! Their professionalism, fun personalities, passion, and empathy made it such a joy to work with them. They're just wonderful people to be around, and we have so much gratitude and love for them. They make me want to get married all over again so I can work with them once more, but hopefully my husband and I have a long and happy marriage haha. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be by our sides on our wedding day, and we HIGHLY recommend them and Mirar to everyone! Thank you so much again Victoria, David, and Luis! Working with them and you'll realize videography is a must

I worked with Philipe and Mirar for my wedding videography at Adler. I could not have asked for a better experience or memorialization of our wedding in video.

As a talent, Philipe is an incredibly creative and versatile. He is a video editor so when shooting, he already has an eye for the finished video ensuring it is spot on with your vision. For my shorter teaser clip, he selected music and footage that was so well coordinated and made for a unique story. Apart from his talent, he is a consummate professional - he was timely, clear, and responsive to creative input or otherwise. He even went above and beyond to take the lead in moving along our wedding when we went over time.

As a person, Philipe is a joy to work with - he is collaborative, personable, and authentic, bringing a calming energy to the room.

I recommend Philipe and Mirar without hesitation and know it will enhance your wedding experience.

Above and Beyond

Oh my goodness, I could not speak more highly of Mirar! The best part though- they TRAVEL!!!
Philipe and his team traveled to Florence Italy for our wedding to deliver an incredible filming experience and are true visionaries when it comes to bridal film and cinematography. Upon initial consult, they took their time to understand what was important to us and ensured they captured the moments of our wedding festivities so perfectly and to our liking- and to take it one step further, in the style of film that we had envisioned. This is bridal videography on another level!

Their communication through the planning process was impeccable and even with the travel, made us feel at ease knowing that they made it to the destination and were ready for our special day. They arrived at our rehearsal to ensure they knew the venue and captured our pre-wedding practice. They were able to help make us feel at ease and gave us direction to get the perfect shots, because if you're anything like me or my husband, being in front of the camera can feel wildly uncomfortable!
From there, they even came to our welcome dinner and captured all the details from the Father of the Groom speech to the mingling with our guests.
On the wedding day, they pulled out all the stops- drones, cameras for close ups, microphones hookup for the speeches, the venue, the details, the emotion, the speeches, the all encompassing feeling of the day that I have now watched over and over again to relive these very special moments and in addition to all of those things that made our day so special, they added their creative flair and genius to make a film for us that is modern, unique and as special as our day in itself.

We cannot thank you enough Mirar for all that you did to make our day so magical and capturing it so perfectly!

Exceeded all our expectations

Absolutely thrilled with our final video and preview from Mirar. They were professional, timely, and responsive in the lead up to our wedding, and did not at all interfere during wedding day (an initial concern we had with videography). We are so grateful for the beautiful video they created and will cherish this for years to come. 10/10 would recommend!

I have not been able to watch our wedding video without getting tears in my eyes… the happiest tears!!! They captured our special day beautifully. Incredible experience & team!

Mirar was the first vendor we booked, even before we booked our original wedding venue. My husband and I are huge fans of their style and cinematography! I knew I had to work with them for our wedding! Since the beginning, I had been communicating with Victoria and Philipe and they are very professional. They listened to our story and gave off such positive energy! After we had to postpone our big wedding celebration, they were so accommodating and offered services for our small 11-person wedding. The day of our “minimony” we worked with Yomi. He was amazing to work with and had such creative ideas. Yomi truly captured our love that day and we couldn’t be happier! I have watched our wedding preview a million times and smile each time. None of our extended family or friends were at our wedding due to the Covid19 pandemic, but Mirar allowed us to share our wedding day with all our family and friends! We are so grateful for Mirar and truly can’t wait to work with them again in 2022 for our big wedding celebration! If you’re on the fence- 100%do it

Once we had our guest count in we had some wiggle room- Mirar wasn’t the cheapest but I would still say they are undervalued for what we got! We did a custom package and they were always super responsive. We are by no means emotional people, and we both were tearing up watching our preview and first draft of our 15 minute video.

The actual people who videod us were super knowledgeable and go with the flow day of, yet somehow captured everything without even noticing them. They were flexible, accommodating and always professional. I would recommend them to all my friends and strangers looking for a videographer for their special day

My husband and I hired Mirar to capture our wedding day and it is one of the favorite decisions we made. With their help, we now have the perfect ~12 minute recap of our big day to view for years to come and share with family and friends. They did an exceptional job capturing everything from the really big, special moments to the fun, crazy moments on the dance floor late into the evening, to the florals and decorative details that I would never want to forget. They were incredibly thoughtful and methodical in how they pulled the video together, the flow, the audio (speeches and heartfelt songs), the specific footage that was chosen… they are definitely experts in their craft. They worked swimmingly with our photographer, Cristina G Photography, to make sure they knew and were prepared to capture her every move and instruction and the end result is something we will watch and relive for years and years to come. For all those brides and grooms planning an upcoming wedding, I can’t stress enough how special our wedding video is, the added expense of a videographer is SO WORTH IT. And with that, I can’t recommend Mirar enough as a trustworthy, reliable and professional source to document all the special moments of your big day and turn them into something you will cherish for the rest of your lives.

We absolutely loved working with Philipe and his team. They are the nicest, most create & collaborative team. Philipe had calls before the wedding to understand what kind of footage we wanted - creative, artistic, documentary etc. And after the wedding we had a few calls before he pulled everything together to make sure the direction was spot on.

He had worked with our photographer (Tim Tab Studios) a lot in the past which was great. Neither of them got in each others way, and we barely noticed Mirar throughout the day. They captured every moment and from multiple angles. They stayed out of the photos and we never felt like my personal/private moments were compromised.

The teaser/preview was so exciting, especially to get it on our honeymoon. They were so fast with the turnaround on everything. We decided we didn't like the music and he changed it right away. We went through 2 rounds of the full video before we ended up with the most insane final cut. He has an easy, user-friendly, software that lets you comment on exact moments of the video by just clicking on it. You can add notes such as "like this angle and lighting," "start the music here," "add cake cutting footage," "do you have any footage of my grandma dancing," etc! He definitely wants the video to be perfect for you!

I did notice that some of the videos he posted of us were not our final edits. They were his preferred shorter versions with different music. This didn't bother us - I'm sure he doesn't want every client edited wedding video to look the same.

We were initially on the fence about whether to make room in our budget for videography. At one of our initial budget meetings with our wedding planner, she told us that couples who choose not to hire a videographer often say it's one of their biggest regrets after their wedding. We ultimately decided to follow her advice and I'm SO glad that we did! Philipe and the entire Mirar team did an incredible job capturing our day. Our wedding video is absolutely perfect - Philipe told the story beautifully.

There seek my so many memories you can get through pictures. Having the video and getting to watch the first look again and hear the vows and speeches is so special. We searched endlessly for the right videographer for our wedding, and were at times hesitant about whether we truly wanted one. A friend recommended Philipe at Mirar Productions and it was the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. Mirar far exceeded or expectations. They truly captured the ambiance and energy of our wedding day from start to finish and provided the most unique (and non-cliché) video that we can't stop watching over and over. I worked with Mirar Productions for my October 2015 wedding. I wasn't 100% sold on using a videographer, but at the Mother of the Groom's request, I began exploring. A friend recommended Mirar after using them for their 2014 wedding. She said she also wasn't sure about using a videographer, but after working with the team, couldn't imagine not having them participate in the day. Philipe & team totally delivered. From start to finish, the process of working with them was seamless and relaxed. We met about a month before the wedding so Philipe could get an understanding of our wedding "vibe." Philipe also helped develop a video slideshow for our Rehearsal Dinner (at the Mother of the Groom's request), and he went out of his way to deliver it to my house when I was completely swamped in the weeks leading up to the big day. The day of the wedding, they were completely in control, on time and collected. A team of true professionals. Philipe's service and quality of video was superb. Throughout the whole process, he was very professional and quick to respond to every email or phone call. When we received our video, we were very impressed with the sound quality, editing, and general attractiveness of the video. Philipe listened to every question, edit, and request of mine when it came to editing the video. The snapshot video put to music blew us away. It was so fun to show it to family and friends, especially those who couldn't be there who just wanted a quick, 5-minute recap of the day. I would recommend Philipe and Mirar Productions to anyone. Mirar Productions was our wedding videographer and they were everything we could have hoped for. In the beginning I didn't even want to hire a videographer because of budget reasons, but I knew I should because I would regret it. Through a recommendation, I started looking through Mirar's work and loved how the videos were all different. They fit each couple's personality in music, style, and pace. I spoke with Philipe and he worked with me to figure out a package that fit our budget and expectations and he was patient and answered every question I had. He wasn't pushy at all about trying to sell me more than I wanted.
When the day came, Philipe, Josel, and their assistant Alexis showed up and set up quickly and professionally. They worked well with all our other vendors (planner, photog, band/audio) and they didn't get in the way. The thing I always disliked about past videographers I'd seen at weddings was that they felt invasive and awkward, usually to the point where as a guest I wanted to run away or I felt uncomfortable being filmed. Mirar was not like that at all. I forgot they were there half the time and that let us be our true selves. Loved that!
Then let's get to the product. The sneak peek video pretty much made every female friend and family member cry. It was less than two minutes but it was cinematic perfection. When the recap arrived, we watched it immediately (twice!) and it was amazing. I couldn't find the words to describe it. All I can say is it was magical.
These guys are so talented. They take you on a journey, tell your story, and can invoke the same emotions you had that very day.
If I could go back in time, I would have opted for the larger package with more hours and more video. In the end, photos and video are all you have left. This is a lifetime investment that is worth every penny. The fact that we now have a video that gives our parents the chance to feel the happiness they felt that day is absolutely priceless.

If I had to choose a videographer again, I would undoubtedly, 150% choose Philipe Carvalho with Mirar Productions. I ABSOLUTELY love Philipe and his work. My husband and I, as well as our parents are over the moon with the videos Philipe created for us from our wedding day. Our video recaps and full video are flawless and captured all the most important moments from a crazy whirlwind day.

Philipe was the only videographer my husband and I met with and as we walked away, we both said…he is the one we want to capture our wedding day. Philipe was very accommodating and helpful leading up to our day. He answered any and all questions I may have had and was flexible with any of my CRAZY requests. Philipe helped make what could have been a very stressful day go off without a hitch. I had no worries about “what” my videographer was capturing. I knew Philipe would get EVERYTHING I wanted and more. Philipe is an awesome person and videographer and a perfect vendor to choose to capture such an important day. I will continue to recommend Philipe to anyone who needs a videographer and hope to be able to use him for some other event in the near future.

Mirar Productions was everything you could ever want for in a special event videographer. After several hours sifting through the wedding videos of the Chicago-land area, we stumbled upon the beautiful work of Philippe and his team with Mirar Productions, and from that point on I knew we had to hire them. Leading up to our wedding, we were in constant communication with Philippe, with emails and conference calls, more for him to get to know who we are as a couple (which was so cool!) so that his team could tailor their shooting to us personally. On the wedding day we had a two man team who worked the entire time we hired them for! I don't think they sat down once! It was really after the wedding, though, that the real magic happened. We got our 3 minute teaser video just one month after we said "I do," on our honeymoon nonetheless! It was beautiful and perfect and made me so excited for our full video to come. With the full video, since it would serve as the basis for how we remember our special day, I sent Philippe umpteen edit requests for really picky things - like "my face at this one 3 second scene is ugly, can you edit that out?" and he was professional, patient and so easy to work with the entire time. Our final video is AMAZING. It's a professional, high-quality cinematic video that invokes laughter, tears, and all-around good feelings. I'm not embarrassed to share that I've watched it, with family and friends of course, at least 20 times! For their highly professional, detail-oriented, and amazing work ethic, I could not be any happier with or recommend with higher regard, Mirar Productions!

When the wedding planning process started, there were a few things that I knew I had to have, but a videographer was not one of them. My sister had gotten married about a year ago, and my mom regretted not having a video of the father/daughter dance. So...to appease my mom, I looked around found Mirar Productions. We met Philipe and right off the bat, I knew I liked his laid back style and knew he'd be easy to get along with. He wasn't pushy (like some other videographers we had met).

Fast forward to wedding day...you wouldn't have even known that we had videographers at the wedding. There were no bulky cameras and hassling guests at the wedding to get a little interview. Who knew what he was filiming...I sure had no idea. Then, I got our video recap. All I know is that when I watched it, my jaw dropped to the floor. It was beautiful and amazing. I usually hate the way I sound on video or looking at myself on film...but he did SUCH an amazing job and captured such beautiful imagery. There were these little details in the video that I couldn't believe he put it...it felt like I was watching a movie. Needless to say, I've watched the video about 100 times and each time I watch, I fall in love with my now husband all over again. Frankly, I thought that the photos were what I really wanted (I was really impressed with those too), but at the end of the day, the video is what I think I will cherish. My husband and I held our ceremony and reception a week apart in different states, and we hired Mirar Productions to document the latter. Working with Philipe was nothing short of a dream. He was extremely responsive and kept us updated without us even asking. His contract was straightforward, and he and his assistant were unobtrusive on the day of the reception, but still captured great footage. What impressed us most, however, was how quickly Philipe got us the finished product. He was the first of all our vendors to get any product back to us! And we love, love, love the highlight reel he edited—he did an amazing job and the song he chose went along perfectly with the pace of the video. We can’t stop watching it! The packaging of the DVDs he sent us was beautiful as well; they can certainly be used for display. We would definitely recommend using Mirar!

Philipe did an INCREDIBLE job with our wedding video! Everyone has said how much they love it! I searched long and hard to find something affordable that also looks modern and professional and Philipe met those expectations and more. Our ceremony was very short and informal and didn't match the typical schedule that most weddings follow so Philipe was flexible on pricing to reflect that which allowed us to stay within our budget. Philipe was friendly, professional, prompt, responsive, and very helpful. He clearly knows what he's doing and isn't intrusive during the big day. We held our reception 6 weeks after the ceremony and he promised (and met his promise) to get us a copy of the video and the highlight video by then so we could show it. The cases that the DVD's/BluRay's come in are very nice black leather material with a wedding picture on front and on the disc itself. I didn't expect something more extravagant than a disc in a plastic sleeve so it was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend Mirar to anyone I know looking for a videographer! We really have only good things to say! Thanks guys!

I contacted Mirar Productions after finding them through googling videographers for our Chicago wedding (July 2014). I'd contacted many other companies before, but I chose Mirar Productions because I especially liked how responsive and flexible Philipe was when I first talked to him. As Philipe had another wedding to video that day, he had another team of videographers, Josel and Carlos, who were available for our day. I was hesitant at first as I initially contacted Mirar Productions wanting Philipe to video our day, however Philipe assured me that Josel and Carlos have plenty of experience and that Philipe would work on putting the footage together for the 10 minute video (in addition to all the footage) we requested. Josel and Carlos were wonderful and got excellent footage - we received the 10 minute video very quickly after (about five weeks!!). Working with Philipe, Josel and Carlos was a such a pleasure and the video is very well put together, the music goes perfectly with it, and is very creative - it's exactly what I wanted.

My husband and I were not originally planning to have videography at our wedding. Thanks to a family friend and a surprise gift from our parents, we were connected with Philipe. He was very responsive and flexible as we were planning our wedding from many states away, and we appreciated being able to email and Skype to coordinate all the details. We felt that we were in prepared, professional hands leading up to the big day. We were surprised with a pop-up thunderstorm the day of the wedding and had to move inside at the last minute - Philipe and his team captured everything perfectly despite the change of plans! We have so many striking and special moments captured on film thanks to Mirar Productions. The word my family uses to describe it is "magical." I can't say enough good things about Philipe and his team at Mirar Productions.

They were prompt in correspondence before he wedding, very polite and incredibly accommodating. Their service was a gift from my aunt and uncle and they were mindful of pricing and package because of this.

On the big day, Jose and Carlos arrived slightly before schedule and got started immediately. They certainly did not wait for any direction- true professionals.

They captured all of the best parts of getting ready, the ceremony and reception. They never seemed obtrusive at anytime and moved around quickly.

The video Mirar Productions produced is absolutely incredible. So much so, that two of my bridesmaids booked them for their weddings in a few months!

Philipe Carvalho was the most amazing videographer to work with. I have never met anyone so amazing with getting back to emails and being so accommodating throughout the whole process. He really worked with my budget and literately made me feel like I was his only client with his responsiveness, professionalism, and flexibility. He even made a special trip to see my venues before the day - which took a lot of time out of his day. He also has a wonderful personality that makes you feel so comfortable on the big day. He is creative and sees things that most would just look over. The way he told the story was beautiful!

After extensive research, we selected Mirar Productions for our October wedding in Chicago (their current location). From the beginning, Philipe was so great to work with. Compared to other videographers, Mirar's pricing is competitive and the quality of work is amazing.

If you are thinking of not hiring a videographer because of pricing, think again. It's so worth it! Years from now, you'll be able to look back and relive these precious moments.

We provided a day of timeline and walked through our church and reception. Philipe also took the time to visit our ceremony and reception site prior to our wedding day. On the day of, we had two videographers and never felt that they were invading our space.

We recently received our recap video and absolutely loved it! They were able to capture our vows (my husband had a mic on), our friends and family and family enjoying themselves and many other moments that we missed. We also just received our edited 60-90 minute video and love it!

I would certainly recommend Mirar Productions for wedding videography.

If you plan on having only 1 wedding in your life (which most of us do) then why wouldn't you want every precious moment captured on video? Furthermore, wouldn't you also want the best quality video for your once in a lifetime event? This was the first thing on my mind when I began my search for vendors one year ago. If your concerned with your budget that's perfectly understandable...so was I. However, I was able to keep my costs down by putting my money where it really mattered. For me, pictures and video were at the top of my list. I want to remember and relive every second of that perfect day. I began my search looking for professionals in the area of my venue (a beautiful greenhouse in Pacifica, Ca.) Mirar was amazing! We found him just a few weeks before the wedding because I had been on the fence about paying for a videographer. Do yourself a favor and BOOK HIM. Philipe and his team are incredible! What's great is that you barely even know they are there yet they seem to capture everything! I recently received my highlight reel, and it was just so beautifully done. You could tell there was a lot of thought and care put into it. Mirar Productions captured it all! Our day was hectic from beginning to end and I felt like it was over in a blink of an eye. Thanks to Philipe and Mirar we have the entire day permanently recorded and couldn't be more thankful! From first contact Mirar Productions was very easy to work with and super speedy with getting back to me. Everything was tailored to exactly what we wanted all for the budget we set forth. Philipe was even able to suggest moving the times around in order to capture the most important parts of the day! Mirar got us our Recap Video very quickly and finished our full-length film in no time! We even partied later than agreed upon and Mirar was fine with filming the chaos a little longer. Philipe at Mirar Productions is AMAZING! He was very friendly, easy to be around (important since he's there all day!), and produced an incredible wedding video for us! The video brings us to tears every time we watch it - he did an excellent job of capturing the important moments of our day. My requests were a little out of the ordinary because we did a video guestbook in addition to the standard video coverage - Philipe listened to what we wanted and delivered! If you have special requests or ideas - talk to him! He is very flexible and will deliver you exactly what you want! Book him NOW!! :-)

Mirar productions was an excellent Videographer to work with. Very Professional, very polite, very understanding on the needs that we wanted on our wedding day and how we wanted to capture certain moments. I was very thrilled to meet Philipe and his staff, they were wonderful people. Always on time and respectful to our guests. During the editing process, Philipe went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with all the footages. We went back and forth with ideas and he was so understanding and accomodating. Our final product was AMAZING!!! The blue ray DVDs were great, and we were beyond satisfied with his work and his staffs work. I would definently recommend Mirar Productions!!!

I have nothing but praise for the Mirar Productions team. I struggled for weeks to find a creative and professional videographer within my budget but after my first meeting with Philipe and Eduardo, I knew I'd found a great fit. They captured all the elements of my Pakistani wedding and added creative touches that were artistic, not trendy or over the top. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Philipe and I were in frequent email contact, finalizing our timelines and other details. Going into the wedding events, I felt confident that my video would be taken care of. I am happy to say that my initials feelings about Mirar Productions were confirmed when I saw my beautiful, professional and creative wedding video. Thank you, Philipe and team!

I cannot say enough great things about Mirar Productions and Philipe! My husband and I got married two years ago in Mexico and we used local vendors there that gave us 4 mini tapes of raw footage after the wedding. I was looking for someone to convert the footage and turn it into a great video! I met with Philipe just once and he was able to see my vision right away! He first converted the tapes for us to watch all 4 hours then he worked with me step by step to create a spectacular 7 minute recap of our day! He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result, while having to work with footage that he did not even shoot himself! Everything about the recap was perfect, down to the songs he chose! I recommend Philipe to anyone getting married who needs a great videographer and a fantastic editor!

Philipe and his assistant from Mirar Productions were amazing to work with. We met with Philipe a couple of times leading up to our wedding and after seeing his portfolio, we hired him.

He was very responsive, and professional and was a great value for the price! He sent us a teaser video of our photo shoot while we were on our honeymoon and it is nothing short of perfect. He even chose a song that we love to set the video to - and I sent it to my friends and family... many said it made them cry! Aww ;)

One thing that was important to us is that he be there to capture the moments but not too in people's faces and honestly, I didn't even notices that two videographers were there! People tend to freeze up when videographers are around and they were so respectful of everyone's space.

Perfect - loved working with Mirar and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a videographer for their wedding or other events!

Philipe and team did an amazing job at our wedding. We had a moderate sized Mexican wedding in the west loop on one of the hottest days in July. They did such a beautiful job capturing a perfect highlight video of our day - I replay it quite often and my husband reminds me to "click the video" (the opening to our highlight is his thank you speech to everyone where he talks about how thrilled and grateful he is to have me in his life) - beautiful flow throughout the video. All my family and friends adored it as well!

AMAZING is all I can say. Truly, they are artists and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. When I first booked Mirar, I felt a bit nervous as I knew much of Philipe's work had been based in San Francisco however I'm thrilled I moved forward because the end result was a beautiful keepsake set to our favorite songs and done impeccably well.

Thank you again for being a part of our very special day!

My sister gifted us an amazing photographer, so when I suggested hiring a videographer, my now-husband thought it was redundant, a bit silly, and definitely an added expense. I explained that while amazing photos can capture the essence of the day, the video would give you an opportunity to relive it and "taste" it. After many days of discussion, my fiance gave me the green light, and a budget.

I looked at many companies...some out of my budget, some not-so-good... some pretty great at a decent price. But I chose to work with Philipe because he was polite, quick to respond, and listened to all of my needs. Of all the vendors I've worked with, I have to say that Philipe's service was the best. I don't think I waited more than 12 hours to ever hear back from him. At one point, I believe we exchanged 10 emails within minutes.

On the day of the wedding, he arrived super early, and stayed later than i expected him to. He was professional, nice to everyone, and didn't tell me what to do/what not to do because he wanted to capture the day as it was unfolding. Philipe told me he would get a short clip out to me in weeks, and a few weeks later, I received a link to my short clip. I forwarded it to my husband, sister, and friends. They were all amazed how lovely it turned out! A few weeks later, I got the long video and I have to say, there were a couple of things I wanted to address, and Philipe completely understood and modified the clip accordingly. I love him for that! He was so easy to work with!

Best part of it all: My husband thanks me every single time he sees the video. He said it was worth every penny. Your wedding day goes by so quickly. I tried taking it all in, but days after, you forget the little stuff. It was the best decision to hire Mirar production for our wedding so that we can remember this day 10, 25, 50 years from now.

Our experience with Philipe was outstanding! He shot a "love story" for us that we showed at the dinner rehearsal before our wedding. Everyone came up to us afterward and said it was such a cool thing to share with everyone. It really made a big impression on our guests!

He was also there on our wedding day and shot such beautiful footage of the ceremony and reception. It is so much fun to re-live the moment and with Philipe there, he is sure to capture the very best moments you can cherish forever.

We highly recommend Philipe to be apart of your special day. He makes things comfortable, fun and his creativity is one of a kind. You will not be dissapointed with him!

I highly recommend Mirar Productions. Philipe was awesome to work with! He was quick to respond to my emails and questions and very flexible and open to suggestions. At the wedding I barely even knew he was there, he was super stealth and never in the way of anyone's view. We ran a little late and he offered to stay a little longer than planned to get our first dance on video. He had a sneak peak video clip sent to us 3 days after the wedding, which was great since we weren't getting our pictures for 4-6 weeks! The final video was ready quickly as well. I would totally work with him again!

My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Philipe! He goes above and beyond to ensure each couples happiness with the final product. From the planning stages to the final product, Philipe continuously asks for feedback and includes the couple in decisions. This shows that he genuinely cares about the couple and and the uniqueness of his videos. More importantly, he is very professional and is a NATURAL at capturing all those special moments!

Philipe was great to work with and made sure that every detail for the video was perfect. He always responded very quickly to our calls and emails leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, he was very professional. After the wedding, he got the video to us in a timely manner and was very willing to make sure that the video was the way we wanted it. The end product is beautiful. I absolutely love the recap video! Both the recap video and the longer video were very professionally done. We couldn't have asked for a better videographer. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend Philipe/Mirar Productions. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot write in words how strongly I recommend Philipe for anything videography related. I had a very specific custom video idea in mind for our save the date and sent Philipe TONS of type A/controlling scripts and edits and he NAILED it. Exceeded even my highest of expectations. The finished product is beyond spectacular. We had a fun time shooting with him- he has a great demeanor and felt like hanging out with a friend. He also has an impeccable eye for artistic and beautiful shots. He was reassuring and patient every step of the way, and I'm convinced he did not sleep until we had our finished video in hand- it was that quick. One of the best decisions we made in wedding planning. Thank you Philipe!

My wedding was perfect and Philipe captured every moment of it!
I particularly like his still and artistic/journalistic approach.

My recap video was FABULOUS! I received so many compliments.
On both recap and video he captured both of cultures in a very artistic, amusing way.
People who were unable to attend the wedding (family in Mexico and Argentina) felt like they were there.

I would totally recommend Philipe!
