We cannot emphasize enough how highly we recommend Tanvi and the Mint2Be team! After 2 years of planning, lots of set-back with COVID, and everything in between, Tanvi and her team have been an absolute rock for us with our wedding. Their professionalism is unmatched and her care goes above and beyond expectations. From day 1, Tanvi and her team worked tirelessly to give us the wedding of our dreams.
Tanvi went far beyond her calling for our wedding and we are so very grateful. After hearing about my struggles planning a wedding without my late sister, Tanvi and her team put together the most beautiful surprise for me and my family on our wedding night. Tanvi generously donating to a charity close to our hearts in honor of her, and we still do not have words that adequately express our gratitude. Throughout the last two years Tanvi and the Mint2Be team has become more than our wedding planners, they are our family! -

We chose Mint To `Be Events for our November 2018 destination wedding at the Hard Rock Punta Cana in the DR. We worked with Tanvi weekly for 1.5 years before the wedding, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is wonderfully attentive to detail, and has the experience to really make the difference to make your weekend spectacular. We were in London, Cyprus, New York while planning while Tanvi was in Boston, and she made our weekly meetings easy and was able to accommodate our schedules and time differences! She was also great at navigating the concerns my mother had and was able to balance them with my own concerns and was always able to find a middle ground and a solution to every problem. She also provided valuable feedback and weighed on helping us with our budget and cutting down on costs where we could and the advice throughout the décor process and working with vendors from the Dominican Republic is something we could not have done without Tanvi and her experience with previous destination weddings.
If you’ve every planned a wedding, or even if you are in the early stages, you know how much work really goes into every little details of the planning process. Choosing an amazing wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made. Planning a one day western wedding is an undertaking, but planning a 4-day destination wedding is different beast altogether. Not only did we have 3 pre-events before the wedding, we had two ceremonies (a Hindu & Buddhist) in two separate locations and a full reception the day after. I can only say that everything went flawlessly. Almost all our guests told us that it was the most organized and thoughtful wedding they had been too. Attention to every detail was taken, and the biggest compliment we can give Tanvi, is, if anything went wrong, we didn’t hear about it. All we know is that she handled everything without worrying us one little bit! Most of our parents, and us (the couple) got to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding week. We got to soak in every moment of spending time with our family and friends which was the best gift.
I’ve seen a lot of brides and grooms running around the weekend of their wedding worrying about everything that is going wrong instead of truly enjoying it. And I can say we had the best time thanks to Tanvi & Mint To Be Events! If you are thinking about, trust me, it really will make all the difference, stop thinking about it and just hire this wedding planner already, she is the best! -

We worked with Tanvi for over a year and a half wedding. She is sweet and worked with the vendors to make sure aspects of the day were planned out and everything flowed together. We were disappointed that she was unable to make it to our actual wedding day to execute, but sent people on her team.
Amit was fantastic and was very helpful throughout our whole wedding day, and we really appreciate his work. He went above and beyond especially to clear the cars for the baraat and updating our family as necessary. -

I have never felt more compelled to write a review, and unfortunately, it is a harsh one—deservedly so. The wedding we attended at Cancun resort was meant to be a heartfelt and beautiful celebration of love, especially poignant given that the bride had recently lost her father. What we got instead was a disgraceful display of unprofessionalism and chaos, all thanks to the so-called "event planner" Tanvi.
To call Tanvi unprepared would be an understatement. The entire wedding was a disaster of epic proportions—disorganized, poorly timed, and utterly lacking in coordination. From missing decor elements and late vendors to confused guests and an overall air of disarray, it was clear that no proper planning had taken place. The most appalling part? Tanvi was visibly *intoxicated* during the main wedding event. Yes, the person entrusted with managing one of the most important days in a family’s life was drunk on the job.
Her behavior was not only unprofessional—it was shameful. In the presence of grieving family members trying to make the best of a deeply emotional time, Tanvi's actions were an insult. Her negligence overshadowed what should have been a healing and joyful occasion. There is no excuse for such a breach of trust and responsibility.
If you care about your event, your family, and your peace of mind—**stay far away from Tanvi**. She brought stress and embarrassment to a moment that should have been sacred. No amount of apology or refund could make up for what was lost that day.
Shame on her for showing such blatant disregard for her duties and for the emotional weight this wedding carried. Some people are simply not meant to handle responsibility—and Tanvi is one of them.
Shame on Tanvi.
