Our Perfect Apple Orchard Wedding

Kelly made everything an absolute breeze - many times so much so she had me in tears of relief throughout the planning process. Their staff made our guests and ourselves feel comfortable & they all went above and beyond to give us a beautiful day I cannot thank them enough. The day of coordinators were incredible & so patient, attentive & kind! Our guests are still raving about the venue & everything they have to offer from the brand new winery to the petting zoo to the outdoor yard games and space. The tent fit all 200 + of our guests comfortably & the mini donuts & hay ride they provided absolutely topped our perfect wedding off. It was absolutely whimsical & unique- A must for any couple seeking a beautiful romantic outdoor venue with a beautiful white marquee tent pre- equipped with all the necessities / extras you could want.
Huge thank you to Minnetonka Orchards, Kelly & her staff. You're a family valued business & your values showed strong while we worked with you - so from our family to yours we cannot thank you enough.

An AMAZING Wedding Establishment

The Minnetonka Orchards was exactly what we were looking for in our wedding venue. From the beautiful ceremony site to the picturesque reception tent/site, yard games and fire pit we could not have been happier! Kelly was awesome to work with as were the day of coordinators. Every request we had/inquired about Kelly was quick to help/solve to ensure our day was exactly what we wanted. The amount of compliments we had from guests was overwhelming - it sealed the deal we picked the perfect location to celebrate the beginning of our lives as husband and wife.

Great venue for an indoor/outdoor reception!

Kelly was great throughout the entire planning process for our wedding reception. The orchard is the perfect setting for an indoor/outdoor reception (or any other event). The tent provides great space for inclement weather, too! We had 200 people plus a six-piece band, and there was tons of room for people to explore the grounds and enjoy the perfect weather.

We did run into an issue with ordering the orchard’s apple donuts. On the afternoon of our reception, it was discovered that the machine didn’t work, so we had to scramble to find a dessert to feed all of our guests. It worked out in the end, but the apple donuts would have been ideal.

Overall, I’d recommend this to anybody who wants a fairytale environment for a wedding reception. You really feel like you’ve escaped into an enchanted forest or something out of a Disney movie.

Minnetonka Orchards is outstanding!

Beautiful venue! Was married there in the autumn of 2017. Kelly and her husband were great to work with; accommodating and generous with their time. They both worked very hard to make sure things went as we wanted. Our guests raved about the apple cider(mixed with Fireball whiskey for some). Our photographer was Kelly Morin, she captured so many wonderful moments. The event was catered by Lucky's 13, glowing reviews from guests, especially the green beans and popovers. Pictures and food were both top notch. My wife and I were thrilled with our wedding and would recommend Minnetonka Orchards to anyone!

Minnetonka Orchards was exactly what we were looking for for our summer wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful..from the woodsy ceremony site to the awesome reception tent. It was the perfect place for the vision we had for our special day. The bride and grooms barns were great (the bridal barn had A/C!!), the ceremony site was intimate, the outdoor games and bonfire pit were perfect and the reception tent was spacious and beautiful. We had our first dance outside on the cute dance floor, which made it even more unique and special. Everyone was entertained and we got so many compliments on how fun the day was! There were so many great places to take photos and plenty of space to set up our photo guestbook, s’mores, popcorn and candy bar and everything else. The fairy lights and flowers outside were beautiful and created a very special ambiance at night. Kelly was amazing to work with! She was so helpful with all of our questions and concerns and very responsive. She was very flexible and the staff was wonderful to work with as well. Everyone was so nice and made us feel so comfortable during the planning process and day of the wedding. They even let us set up a day early and pick things up the day after (since there were no events going on either day), which was a life saver! Thank you Kelly and staff for making our day absolutely wonderful!! We highly recommend Minnetonka Orchards!

Kelly and her team are incredible! She made us feel at home and was very personable. The Carly’s were awesome day of coordinators and made sure we had what we needed. The venue is perfect for an outdoor wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our life together.

Kelly was awesome. She was very accommodating to our requests and allowed us to visit and ask questions many times before the event. The venue looked beautiful and the staff helped everything to run smoothly the day of- we couldn't have asked for a better wedding day experience!

Minnetonka Orchards was a wonderful location for our wedding on May 12, 2018. We would recommend this location to anyone Kelli and her team are wonderful and very helpful to work with. We had exactly what we wanted, they made it so easy for us. They let us have our caterer who was from St. Cloud/Sartel area. His food is amazing. Our guest(350) said they have never had such good food at a wedding and he will never run out. He worked very well with Kelli a d her team. They orchard was beautiful and alot of people did not know they hosted weddings. They made our Wedding very memorable and we are so happy.

Minnetonka Orchards was our dream venue! It is an absolutely stunning place for a ceremony and reception. We received endless compliments from our guests - they were so impressed with the beauty of the venue! On top of the perfect setting, the Minnetonka Orchards staff was a dream to work with. Kelly was so helpful and flexible. I knew everything was handled the day of and felt so prepared leading up to the event. It was the perfect laid back, beautiful and friendly place we could've ever picked. Thank you so much for being a huge reason our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be. I will recommend this venue to ANYONE looking for a outdoor venue and we will be forever patrons of the Orchard.

Our experience at Minnetonka Orchards was far above our expectations! Kelly and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We met with Kelly a few times before our event and every encounter with her was great. She was organized and shared ideas or what other brides normally did, as I was completely clueless in the beginning stages of wedding planning. She answered all of our questions throughout our whole experience and was very accommodating. Our wedding day went perfectly, aside from the cold weather and rain (which obviously no one could control). With the weather, our ceremony was moved inside the reception tent and everything continued on. The bridal barn was the perfect place for my ladies and I to get ready and my Husband and his guys had their own space as well. There were SO many cute spots for photos, I'm sure our photographer had so much fun planning them all out. Also having apples, apple cider, and apple donuts available for guests was the perfect touch for a beautiful Fall wedding! A great perk to having the wedding at an apple orchard. To top off everything, the orchard is PET FRIENDLY. This was such a huge plus for us, as we really wanted our dog to be a part of our day. I will definitely recommend Minnetonka Orchards to my friends and anyone who plans to get married, it is the most gorgeous place bursting full of nature to enjoy.

Our wedding last weekend at the Minnetonka Orchards was an absolute dream! We got lucky with the weather, which was a perfect September day, but it made the Orchards look incredible (especially at sunset) and all of our guests were smiling the whole evening, whether it was playing yard games, eating s'mores by the bonfire, or dancing to the music! Kelly and her staff worked so well with our other vendors throughout the process and especially on the day of the wedding. Their transportation was also very flexible the day of the wedding - we originally only requested to rides back to the hotel, but when more guests than we anticipated got on the two buses, Kelly and Jeff easily agreed to add a third trip to gather the remaining guests for a small fee. Kelly was always responsive to my emails or calls, answered questions in an appropriate amount of time, and even met with me once in person before the wedding to go over ideas and offer advice. It was great! Our wedding was perfect, and I would absolutely recommend the Minnetonka Orchards for your wedding reception!

Minnetonka Orchards was an absolute dream location for our wedding! The outdoor location was ideal for our August ceremony, and the tent for the reception allowed us the peace of mind with a back-up plan in case of rain. Kelly and Jeff were incredibly helpful and supportive; we did not need to worry about anything with their amazing team in charge! We 100% recommend Minnetonka Orchards for the perfect outdoor wedding!

Minnetonka Orchards was the perfect wedding venue for us! Our wedding was so fun and beautiful and the staff at the orchard were amazing. The whole day went so smoothly because the staff were so helpful and always attentive to things that needed to be done. If I could do the day over again I would choose Minnetonka Orchards for sure!

We got married at Minnetonka Orchards in July 2017 (ceremony + reception) and we have too many good things to say about the venue and staff to fit on this page! The venue itself is so unique and gorgeous..they have a brand new tent, the venue is full of flowers and greenery that are so well cared for, there is a small petting zoo that was a big hit with the guests, tons of lawn games, different areas to walk around and sit, and options for hay rides, fire pit, and so forth. Not only were out of town guests blown away, but even the local MN guests couldn't get over the venue. The venue also provides lots of extras if you want (vases, chalkboards, easels, etc) at no extra cost. Most importantly, Kelly - the owner - was indescribably helpful, accessible, knowledgeable, and communicative during our stressful year of wedding planning from across the country! She helped us every step of the way and was a calming voice of reason when we had various things go awry during planning (factors that were unrelated to the venue!). Kelly was so professional and on top of things, and trusting her throughout the whole planning process was beyond helpful. Carly, one of the many wonderful orchard staff members, even handmade our seating charts, welcome signs, etc. The day of the wedding, we had some unfortunate DJ/music issues and Kelly swooped right in to help, offering up her own speakers and music devices if needed. It's one week later and we still can't believe how much we lucked out with Kelly, the truly magical venue and the amazingly competent staff. We SO highly recommend Minnetonka Orchards if you're looking for an outdoor venue with a beautiful indoor/outdoor tented reception area (and great option for inclement weather).

A fairy tail wedding site . Simply enchanting. Staff is spot on , and very helpful with anything you need. Had the grooms dinner on Friday night and wedding the next day. Fair pricing and extremely accommodating to make the wedding dream come true. Thanks to Minnetonka Orchards ❤️

Minnetonka Orchards was a fantastic vendor to work with. Kelly was always accommodating when we wanted to bring people up for a tour. The greatest moment came when Kelly heroically saved a bridesmaid dress that had received a big grease stain pre-ceremony. She rode off in her gator and came back with a perfect dress, saving the day :) The venue is always in great shape. I wish I had been notified that they had cut down the trees right behind the ceremony cite, but Kelly and her staff offered some plan b ceremony backdrops (though we ended up sticking with the original view, just without the tall trees). The bride and groom sheds are rustic, but clean and really tucked away (meaning you can blast music pretty loudly without anyone hearing). The staff was very helpful when we arrived at the venue and took care of everything we needed. They also did a great job at the end of the night with helping the clean up efforts. All in all, a great experience! I think this venue will continue to improve with time as they work out the kinks and keep upgrading the facilities (the new bathrooms are really nice!!).

The Minnetonka Orchards staff is simply amazing! Helping with the smallest to biggest tasks, most being our own issues and not theirs. They go above and beyond to helping in anyway they can while keeping the grounds looking amazing. They are extremely friendly and attentive to what you need. Kelly and her staff are perfect! I highly recommend this venue to who ever wants that magical enchanting outdoor wedding venue!

We had the best experience at Minnetonka Orchards. We wanted something small and intimate, and Kelly provided that for us in the most incredible ways possible. Her husband built us farm tables to eat on, she had the loveliest little red-wooden bridal barn for us to get ready in, and provided us all with fresh apple donuts that morning! Kelly and everyone at the orchard was so wonderful - seeing my husband laugh and smile that day because they helped make it stress-free is something I will always remember. Big or small, Minnetonka Orchards will help you have the most beautiful wedding!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Minnetonka Orchards was our first and only venue we looked at. We fell in love with it immediately. We received so many complements from our guests. It truly was a dream come true. We loved working with Kelly. She always put our needs first, and did anything and everything to make our day perfect. If you are looking for an outdoor venue, we highly recommend the Minnetonka Orchards. You won't regret it!! Thank you!

This is a unique and stunning venue, and Kelly is wonderful to work with. Our guests loved the lawn games and the beautiful location--we are still hearing about it months later! We had an exceptionally positive experience here and we hope our friends will book them so we can be here as guests to enjoy it again!

When we were looking for wedding venues we were looking for a large (350 people) unique outdoor venue that allowed us to bring our own caterer and alcohol since these were going to be a vast amount of our wedding expenses. The fact that Minnetonka orchards offered those two main components, we booked a tour with their venue coordinator Kelly right away! The day we went and toured the orchards was late July and my husband and I fell in love with the venue right away. This was the first of many venues we toured and other venues didn't live up to Minnetonka orchards. At the venue you pull up to a beautiful large tent draped on the inside with fabric and twinkle lights and plenty of space indoors/outdoors for socializing and lawn games. The ceremony site is accessed through a beautiful wooded trail, which is tucked away in the apple orchard with landscape and backdrops for beautiful photos. I can't express how much we loved having our wedding here at Minnetonka orchards, the staff are incredible to work with and they made our special day the best day of our lives! Thank you Minnetonka Orchards!!

Visit the location. Speak with Kelly and her husband. Awesome location and very large beautifully decorated tent.
Wedding gazebo in a lovely setting. Awesome fire pit, Games and beautiful flower arrangements all around. Grounds impeccably maintained. Hay rides a must. could not have been better. We were very lucky to find this location. Very safe for children to visit the animal petting area. THANKS KELLY

My husband and I loved Minnetonka Orchards. The staff is really helpful and the owners are willing to work with you and your needs without charging you for every little detail. We appreciated that we could chose our own caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, etc. The location is naturally beautiful and romantic - there's a charming trail from the reception area to the ceremony location, and many picturesque scenes for photos. It's relaxing for the wedding party to do pictures, the ceremony, and the reception all in one location. The orchard is also great for families - kids can run around while adults sit in the reception area.

Minnetonka Orchards was absolutely wonderful to work with and have our wedding at. Kelly was so helpful in the months and days up to the wedding. Minnetonka Orchards staff went the extra mile to make our wedding and reception amazing - even with passing rain showers. It was incredible ♥ All day and night people kept saying, "This PLACE! It's AMAZING! How did you FIND this PLACE?!?" We knew we were going to love having our wedding at the Orchard, but our guests reactions were priceless. They were overwhelmed by everything about it - the path, the fire, the train and slide, the animals. We got so many compliments on the event and many of them centered around the Orchard. The staff was there whenever we needed them, but never in the way. They were super friendly, helpful, and gracious to everyone. The bon fire was a huge hit. Hay rides, even in the rain - our guests loved that! The lawn games went on 'til the sun went down. The CHALK ART was PERFECT!!! We were so impressed that they were able to recreate our son's crayon drawing from our program. So cool. Minnetonka Orchards will be our family's fall apple-picking destination for many, many years and will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was a large part of our wonderful wedding day. We can't thank them enough.

There should be nothing to think about! Just book it!!! It was an amazing journey,!! A story book wedding and the staff was unbelievable!!! Kelly and her staff were amazing, they take great pride in what they do and ALWAYS went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us. This level of service now a days is difficult to find. She exceeded my expectations as did the rest of her staff. You won't find another venue as unique, well kept and friendly as this venue. Keep up the good work!! ( PS I hope the tent stays in lieu of a building. It was such an elegant setting and one of a kind. The setting and beautiful white tent is what drew us to the venue originally. You have a real niche in the market)

Wowsers, Minnetonka Orchards, along with Kelly Delisle and her team are fantastic to work with! The venue is beautiful and a perfect setting for an outdoor wedding. It is so nice to have the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location. Everything turned out exactly like we wanted it to. Kelly is on top of things and was so great about answering questions whenever we had them, helping us think through things, and making suggestions to ensure a smooth process (set up, event, and clean up). Kelly's team had the place looking incredible and all of our guests commented about how wonderful of a setting it was. A suggestion...have your guests facing the orchard as it is a beautiful view for your guests and a wonderful backdrop for wedding photos. We loved having the outdoor space to play yard games, take part in the hayride, and have a place for kids to play! As I have mentioned the setting was exactly what we were looking for, but what really sets this place above others is the customer service that Kelly provides...really you aren't a customer, you are a friend with Kelly. She is so warm and personable. If we could get married all over again we would do the exact same way. We highly recommend Minnetonka Orchards and cannot say enough good things about the venue!

So glad we were able to use this gorgeous venue! We absolutely loved our wedding day and couldn't have had anything more perfect. The process was tough on us, as we definitely didn't have the right worker helping us. At the time, we would have given 0 stars. However, in the end, Kelly and the owner completely outdid themselves and helped give us the most beautiful, stress free day possible! They responded to all our needs and helped solve all issues immediately! All of our guests were in awe of the venue and the things it has to offer! We used the bonfire and hayrides...so wonderful! We would recommend the Orchard to anyone! Ask for Kelly! ?

Minnetonka Orchards met and exceeded our expectations. Our outdoor wedding in the orchard turned into a rainy event. The staff wiped down all the chairs and transferred them to our tent post wedding with a smile on their face. They were extremely helpful during the entire process and we are so grateful for such a beautiful site that included a wonderfully professional staff with incredible hospitality. We knew Minnetonka Orchards was the venue for us as soon as we stepped out of the car on a cold, windy April day. Even with snow still on the ground, we could visualize how amazing it would be in early September. It is an absolutely beautiful venue, and we received nothing but compliments on how awesome it was from our guests.

Michele and Craig were great to work with, super laid back, but also very responsive to anything we needed. The day was perfect, and the venue was a memorable one for all our guests, from the lawn games they provided, to the unique ceremony space through the path in the woods, to the trip up to see the miniature horse and goats. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, casual outdoor wedding space.

Craig & Michele were awesome to work with! They were easy to get in touch/coordinate with, highly personable, and best of all - almost just as excited about my wedding as I was! They were flexible with all of my wedding plans (even those they were unfamiliar with) and I was able to to plan the day with very little restrictions - which included being able to have a 16 piece jazz big band and a cigar roller on site. The venue was beautiful and very clean and the entire day ran absolutely flawlessly. Thank you so much!!

We only had our reception here, and we wanted some flexibility in how we wanted to put it together, and Kelly and the rest of the staff at Minnetonka Orchards were more than accommodating! The venue was beautiful, and our party really felt special!

The wedding turned out so beautifully! We loved the lights and draping in the tent (they are automatically set up and included), and the lights in the trees surrounding the tent. Our guests loved the yard games, and we did the hayride and bonfire which worked out great too. The owners are extremely accommodating and easy to work with, and you really get the feeling they want your wedding to be exactly what you're hoping for.

My husband and I got married here on 10/15/2017 (and yes we're just finally submitting this review 8 months later, oops) - but had to review it because seriously, Kelly and the team at the orchard are AMAZING. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, relaxed and woodsy, the yard games and fire pit made a fun outdoor experience for guests, and they were so flexible when it came to anything with decorating and food. The only reason I gave less than a 5/5 rating is because we happened to have a colder day outside (about 55 degrees midday), and the bridal barn and grooms barn on site were not well-heated, and we shorted fuses twice when trying to plug in an extra heater or two, plus a curling iron. Our guests were also very cold in the reception tent and that caused people to leave early. But even with those issues I would work with them again in a heartbeat, I would just be better prepared with rented heaters!

I loved this venue! Very flexible, we loved that we could choose our own vendors, and purchase our own alcohol
(you do need to use one of their suggested bar-tenders-they were also WONDERFUL, we chose With a Twist) It was easy to contact the people we needed when we had questions and they were happy to help and accommodate whenever they could. We were welcomed to make trips back to the property, which was helpful to prep decor. They made great suggestions and even asked if we wanted to save money buy trying to use some of the tables and chairs they already had there. They just started a shuttle bus service too and the driver will forever be remembered. He made our trip so much fun, all of our guests keep raving that it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. Well worth it!!! I would highly recommend this location!

If you're looking for a casual yet gorgeous outdoor venue, this is your place. Beautiful setting, large decorated tent for dinner and in case of rain, both kid and adult friendly, and plenty of fun things to do all evening! The grounds are a perfect setting for a wedding - we have received nothing but amazing compliments about our day! Minnetonka Orchards was our first venue choice and we are so glad we were able to have our wedding there; highly recommend this venue.

Minnetonka Orchards was an amazing host to my husband and I for our July wedding! Kelly, the coordinator, was quick to respond to any questions that we had leading up to the day, and the venue was very accommodating of our needs. On the day, the staff were so well organized and everything went off without a hitch! Kelly was also kind enough to drive my husband and I, and our photographer, to some beautiful locations away from the reception site for some photo ops! If you are looking to have a fun, unique wedding at a beautiful venue for a great price- Minnetonka Orchards is the place to go!

Minnetonka Orchards was the perfect place for us to get married. They don't require particular caterers, so we were able to have food trucks cater our wedding!!! The decor company they require is VERY easy to work with and you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck there too. The new floors in the reception tent make it even nicer than it was before, and much more picturesque. Our guests loved the Orchard as a venue--there are pictures of guests at the petting zoo, on a hayride, on the train playground, wandering the cornmaze, playing giant jenga and horseshoes, and sitting at the bonfire. There is NO WAY you can host a boring, run of the mill wedding here. Kelly did a phenomenal job catching up with me after I had been bounced back and forth between a couple of different contacts during planning (the only reason this is not a perfect five star is that slight trouble with communication). Kelly also figured out a way to have our dessert chilled when the 90 degree heat started to melt the frosting off of it. The owners came and visited at the end of the night, and were absolutely delightful.

Minnetonka Orchards is a amazingly beautiful venue, I received many compliments on my venue choice at my wedding! My guests seemed very pleased! Although their price was a little steep for my budget wedding I think it was totally worth it since Michele and Craig (owners) were very easy going, willing and able to fulfill my requests, and put a ton of effort into making the ENTIRE property beautiful on my wedding day. We were able to take a incredible variety of photos around the orchard (my photographers were in heaven! Visit www.tandemtree.com to view photos of our wedding at the orchard we are Mitch and Jen) They have a adorable ceremony site with a little gazebo and rows of trees in the background, a large tent (with a floor!) for the reception is walking distance from the ceremony site. They drape tulle with twinkle lights inside the tent. There is also a bunch of twinkle lights outside on the trees that light up at night (beautiful!). For the reception Minnetonka Orchards provided lawn games (croquet, bocce ball, horse shoes) and we payed extra to have a bonfire (totally worth it, guests loved it and we served late night smores). They have a large field where guests can park their cars and leave them over night if need be. I was a very happy bride, and I think anyone who wants a beautiful outdoor/ tent wedding will love this venue!

Loved working with them! They are very down to earth ad accommodating people! Everyone that came to our wedding said it was the best to to ever have one at. At night it was breath taking!!! All of the trees were life up, a bonfire was a blazin, it was perfect!!!!!

Minnetonka Orchards is a dream venue--the pictures online do not do it justice. The tent is spacious and beautiful, and the walkway and ceremony area are absolutely enchanting. Another thing the pictures will not tell you--the staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful. They made EVERY effort to accommodate our requests, manage our vendors and make the day-of process extremely smooth. I can't say enough to capture what a fabulous job they did for us. The day went off without a hitch!

Everyone from the orchard was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our planning process. They answered questions, met us at the orchard several times to walk through details, and helped us create a rain plan (which we did not have to end up using but made everyone feel better). The orchard itself is BEAUTIFUL and a perfect place for an outdoor wedding. The tent was great; it looked perfect done up with lights and hanging decorations. The outdoor space was wonderful for lawn games. It was perfect for our laid back reception plans but could also have been very formal. We had a great experience working with Kelly and everyone from Minnetonka Orchards. Would do again.

Their facility is gorgeous and the owners are wonderful gems. They were very flexible, let us use whoever we wanted for vendors (except equipment rental & bar service). It did get to be more expensive than I was thinking but that's because of the additional cost of renting every table, chair and spoon. The sound did have issues which we think was due to the caterer moving around in the tent (someone kicking a power cord or something). I don't blame the orchard, but that could be improved or watched out for as with outdoor weddings sound is very important.

The owners let me ride their daughter's horse up to the end of the aisle and it made quite an impression. Our wedding weekend was also right in the middle of the fall colors which is peak season for them, but they still let us do it. It was an unforgettable wedding and it's a fantastic place to visit on our anniversary. I'd highly recommend this place for other weddings!

Wedding at orchards

An amazing venue for a wedding! The tree's were blooming during our late May wedding, and the venue had several beautiful flower pots, making for great photos. By far the best part was the bonfire!

Our entire experience with Minnetonka Orchards was wonderful! They were very accommodating, and the assistance we received from Kelly felt very personal. She was very easy to work with, providing great suggestions that made the whole process very easy. The venue itself was beautiful, we couldn't have asked for a more scenic place to get married. Kelly and her team are very detail oriented, making sure every aspect of the day is to your liking.

Planned our wedding from abroad, was pleasantly surprised when we first arrived of how little we personally had to do or buy for our big day. Beautiful outdoor venue would definitely recommend it!

The venue is gorgeous and the staff is responsive, helpful, and very flexible which we loved. We got tons of compliments on the location and it was a really beautiful day. There are some hidden fees that were frustrating (a venue fee to the caterer that was passed on to us, for example) but I don't know how that compares with other venues, having only hosted the one wedding. Renting all the chairs and tables adds to the cost, but being able to buy our own alcohol was a huge savings.

This venue put in a lot of improvements between the time we booked and the time of the wedding, which was great! Though they didn't tell us about all those improvements until the walk through 2 weeks before the wedding so that was really actually kind of stressful. But it's a much better value now than when we booked (no table & chair rentals required + a nice bridal barn to use), and Kelly and team are really great to work with. There was a lot more staff on hand for the event than I'd anticipated which was great and so helpful, and we were allowed to set up on Friday since they didn't have an event that day, which meant a lot less stress on us, the wedding party, and our families. I continue (almost 2 months later) to get compliments from guests on how lovely and serene the orchard was. We loved it.

Wonderful and gorgeous venue, there was something for everyone from goats and playground for kids to play, fire pit, area for yard games, dance floor/bar area! Staff was easy to work with just be aware there is a city noise level ordinance so music can't be too loud and amplified music has to stop at 10pm. We had an after party at grillys grill and the party continued!

This is a beautiful venue for a wedding! The staff member we dealt with in the beginning was not very professional, however that person no longer works there. Michele was excellent to work with after that! I would highly recommend this place for a wedding.

We had a fall wedding in the orchard that we absolutely loved! The weather was perfect and they had great spaces available even if there was some rain. The staff were always willing to help with anything we needed and took care of all our small hiccups for us!

Ok, good first, then complaints. The venue is beautiful! The price for Sunday weddings is great! They offer lots of fun things like firepit, hayride, beautiful tent, lawn games, etc. Now the not so good... I NEVER got to meet Kelly. Ever. Any meeting got pushed onto another worker. Only got a hold of her by phone twice in an entire year. She's great with emails, and usually that's fine, but it's kinda nice to be able to get in touch when things go wrong on your wedding day. Which I couldn't. We had nowhere to park, other people were getting into our wedding area that were supposed to be kept away, and workers took some items that we had brought ourselves thinking that they were the venue's. Now, overall this place is great. Don't get me wrong, I had a gorgeous wedding and happy guests. When the groom (followed shortly by the same thing for the bride) is being told, "go find overflow parking" and no one can reach the wedding manager at all during the entire wedding day...that's a problem for me.
