I cannot recommend Minimal Rent enough for anyone planning a wedding in Tulum! I got married in January 2025, and Jenny and her team truly exceeded all my expectations.
From the very start, Jenny was incredibly responsive—which was crucial for planning a destination wedding from afar. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and accommodated all my last-minute changes without hesitation. She made the process stress-free and genuinely cared about making sure everything turned out perfectly.
I rented wedding furniture from Minimal Rent, including lounge sets, bar tables and stools, ceremony chairs, a credenza, wedding signs, a ceremony arch, and an aisle platform—and everything looked even better than I had imagined! The pieces were stylish, high-quality, and beautifully arranged. Jenny’s team worked seamlessly with my venue planner, ensuring a smooth and effortless setup.
What really sets Minimal Rent apart is their fair pricing and flexibility. After getting multiple quotes, their prices were by far the most reasonable, especially for Tulum. Unlike many vendors, they don’t push extra services or require a high minimum spend. In fact, they were one of the few vendors willing to work with my budget without any pressure.
Although I only rented furniture from them, they also offer gorgeous wedding flowers at extremely affordable prices. Jenny even printed my custom Canva-designed wedding signs and installed some of my own décor and flowers for a small fee—something many other vendors wouldn’t even consider. That level of flexibility and accommodation meant the world to me!
Weddings can be stressful (and expensive!), but Jenny truly made the process pleasant, smooth, and budget-friendly. And most importantly, on the actual wedding day, everything was flawless. The setup was stunning, the lounge areas were gorgeous, and every little detail was handled with care.

I had a great experience working with Jenny from Minimal Rent for my wedding. She was professional, reliable, and accommodating, even when I had last-minute requests. Jenny was always responsive via text and call, which made the planning process much smoother.
I rented cocktail tables, dinner tables, table covers, ceremony and reception chairs, utensils, charger plates, table numbers and a seating chart from Minimal Rent, and everything was delivered in excellent condition and looked beautiful. The quality of the items was impressive, and I was very pleased with the overall results!
Another great aspect was that Minimal Rent offered more competitive pricing compared to other vendors in the Rivera Maya area, which made it a great option for couples looking for quality at a reasonable price.

Jenny and Armando were great from the beginning. They were cheaper than other vendors we found but you never would have known! They were extremely helpful and you could tell their main goal was to make our day as special as possible. They had lots of options for rentals and everything was high quality. I am so grateful that I used minimal rent as my wedding planner. They planned the most wonderful wedding for me and my husband. The attention to detail is impeccable. They did not miss any single thing in planning my wedding. We used Minimal rent for our wedding. We priced out many vendors in the area and their furniture was so expensive. I was honestly skeptical because their prices were so good and they had so much to chose from. They were almost half the price. They were more responsive than any of our other vendors. I was very very very happy with the quality of service that was provided to me through Minimal Rent. I primarily worked with Jenny who was extremely responsive to all of my emails and was able to accommodate any type of furniture or decor I wanted! I would send her inspiration photos off of Pinterest and she would be able to re-create them and make my wedding dream a reality!! I am also so pleased with the prices of this company — they were very reasonable compared to most of the resorts ‘in-house’ vendors. I had Minimal Rent provide lounge seating sets, string lights, dance floor, sweetheart table chairs, a greenery photo wall with a neon sign, a welcome sign & a beautiful floral arch with two boho rustic doors for the guests to enter the ceremony through (photos attached to this review). This team truly provided A+ service and I would highly recommend booking them if you are in need of any furniture, dance-floor or decor rentals!! We got married at Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun and rented Tiffany chairs, lounge furnitures and ballroom stage from
Minimal Rent. It was the best decision that we’ve made! Jenny and her husband were a pleasure to work with, we met briefly prior to the wedding to finalize the details and they showed up early on the wedding day and set up everything perfectly as discussed. The lounge furnitures were great, Tiffany chairs were beautiful and the stage was amazing. We absolutely loved how everything were put together. Everything were clean and of great quality. Their prices were very reasonable, a lot more affordable than renting through the resort even with the vendor fee. I highly recommend Minimal Rent for your future wedding rentals! They have a wide selection in their brochure for you to pick from depending on your theme! Jenny and her husband were so friendly and responsive, and easy to work with! -

When I started planning my wedding I had contacted and booked a different vendor for my rental but this company closed and transfer my deposit to this vendor that was highly recommended. They have a very extensive catalog and a lot to pick from with options to change color for a small fee and even though it was only 5 months away from my wedding their team worked very hard to find me what I want and accommodate my needs. At first it was hard because I already had a full vision of what I wanted with a different set of furniture but their extensive catalog and dedication allowed me to open my eyes and find what I wanted. I'm glad I stayed with them.
