I did not find my dress here, but I did have a very good experience. Christina was great and super helpful and I did find the "runner up" but I had to keep looking. I would totally recommend the store and the people there to anyone looking for a gown, -

Katie Sent on 12/16/2016I went here just to look at dresses, not really knowing which dress I was going to go with. I had gone to David's Bridal the previous day & had a horrible experience. So I walked in, not knowing what to expect. Well the staff at Minerva's Outlet was so incredibly nice and helpful! They let me look as I pleased through all of the racks of dresses and helped me find my dream dress, which was VERY reasonably priced! They were very easy to work with when it came to having my dress Altered. The seamstress, Gladys, basically reconstructed the back of my dress from a zip-up to a corset & it was perfect! She is so talented & I recommend Minerva's as well as Alterations by Gladys to anyone looking for a unique, one of a kind wedding dress! -

Yolanda Sent on 07/11/2016Minerva's bridal was exactly what I needed. Small and intimate with a nice selection of dresses. When I arrived I was greated and immediately my assigned person, Camille was there to walk me through the process. What I loved most was that she was there for me and I was given her undivided attention. Unlike with larger establishments she wasn't busy helping multiple brides she was focused only with me. I would recommend all my brides to be go to Minerva's if what you want is quality and personal attention. -

The consultant was so patient allowing me to try on as many dresses as I wished even though the first dress I tried on ended up being my wedding gown. She made me feel comfortable and did not push for a sale. Would highly recommend! -

Erica Sent on 09/10/2015I was very pleased with the whole experience of purchasing my wedding dress from Minerva's. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and followed through on everything that was promised. I should explain that I went there specifically to try on a dress I'd already fallen in love with, because they happened to have a sample in my size, so I did not go through the usual trying on a bunch of dresses and narrowing down the styles I like, and that part made their job a bit easier, but nonetheless I was very happy with the process. I am from Orlando but live in NYC, and my mom found this sample in my size after calling all around Orlando, so that she & my bff from home could see me try on "the dress" I wanted. Sure enough, once we saw it on it was perfect and amazing and the only one I wanted. It was slightly out of my budget, so they worked with me just a little bit since I was ready to buy it that same day, and arranged to have alterations done through their adjoining shop in a rush when I came home for Christmas, so that I would not have to have it shipped or plan a separate trip home for that part of the process. More alterations were needed than expected, but the seamstress did an excellent job and rushed it all through for me so that I could take it back to NYC, as promised. I really have nothing but good things to say about this bridal shop or its alterations shop. Very good experience! -
User2025027 Sent on 01/28/2015I had to find a last minute dress because the initial one I ordered online was not to my satisfaction. They wet amazing at finding me a last minute dress. It is so beautiful. They gave me the number to their alterationist and a few others that would be far more competitively priced than the big name stores with much faster turn around. They told me that once my dress is finished being altered they would clean it at no extra cost. Amazing

Ibis Sent on 04/07/2015I found my PERFECT DREAM dress at Minerva's Bridal. From day one I was assisted by Jackie and she really did everything possible to make me look like a queen. She also helped me with coordinating the bridesmaid dresses in which I also got here and the veil as well. The service was great and they have a huge range of affordable dresses. -

User1915454 Sent on 11/10/2014Minerva's provided the tuxedos for our bridal party and my bridal gown. The staff made finding my wedding gown a wonderful experience. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted and did not feel rushed at all. The dress came in when promised and was altered and ready to go way before my wedding day.
My sister purchased her wedding gown here 5 years ago and also had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend checking them out for all of your bridal needs. -

User2060371 Sent on 03/07/2015Many options to choose from and at such great prices! I went back and forth between different boutiques, but Minervas was the only one that negotiated on an already discounted dress and was extremely helpful in the process.
