Perfect wedding hair!

Mindy was so personable and down to earth. One of the reasons I booked Mindy for my wedding hair as well as bridal party was her ease of booking. No hidden fees, everything was included in one price. She did such a fantastic job and everyone was so happy with their hair! She was very responsive and efficient. I highly recommend Mindy!

Highly recommend!!

Booking with Mindy was so easy and straightforward. She super quick to respond and made the booking process straightforward! Mindy herself was absolutely great! She was so kind and did an amazing job on everyone. She made my sisters big day even better and 10x easier for everyone!!

Wonderful to work with!

Mindy and Michelle were a great choice for my hair and make up! From the trials to the day of, they were friendly and professional. I’m not a hair and make up kind of girl, so I wasn’t really sure what would work best for me, but they made it happen! They also did my mom and sisters hair and make up and had us ready on time, even though that meant a very early morning for them. My hair and make up stayed in place from 9am until 3am the next morning!

Great Hair!

Mindy did really well with my bridesmaids and my hair! All my bridesmaids had different hair and she did amazing on each of them - everyone loved it! My bridal hairdo was also amazing - she really worked with me during the hair trial to capture exactly what I was envisioning. Thank you for make me look beautiful on my wedding day!

Mindy is amazing!

I was struggling to find a hair/makeup artist that would not break the bank, but would provide quality service. I didn't want my bridesmaids to have to spend a lot of money as they were already traveling far for our wedding. Then, I stumbled across Mindy on Wedding Wire!

From the moment we had our first conversation I knew she would be the person I hired! I also didn't have a makeup artist and she recommended Michele (her partner) for that!

Mindy was so flexible with scheduling my trial & she was so personable. Booking her was so easy and there were no hidden fees! Everything was laid out so nicely I didn't have to worry. Mindy knew exactly what she needed to do to bring my vision to life and she also did my bridesmaids/mother's hair! She was willing to do whatever style anyone wanted and was super fast! But, she didn't let quality drop because of timing- Everyone looked amazing! I made a few changes to my style the morning of the wedding and Mindy was super great about it!

I am so beyond thankful to have found Mindy and even more happy that I used her on my wedding day! I 100% trusted Mindy! I highly recommend her for all your wedding hair needs- she's the best!

Mindy is wonderful!

Mindy is wonderful to work with and helped bring my vision come to life! She knew how to work with my hair length and texture and even recommended a few hair pieces that would go with my wedding outfit. She did my hair as well as all the bridesmaids and my mother-in-law. She was also very gracious to take on one more family member the day of the wedding because they liked her work and special touch. I highly recommend Mindy.

Love Mindy and am so so happy that I was able to use her on my wedding day! She knows what you want better than you do :) I decided to make some changes to my wedding day hair style after the trial and on the day of Mindy nailed it without any hesitation. She puts her own touch on things to make your hair unique and flattering. She also worked on 11 others in my bridal party in a short amount of a time, all of them looking flawless and set for the hot day ahead. I felt comfortable and trusted Mindy, she definitely knows best. Highly recommend!

Mindy is great and fast!

Mindy has been amazing throughout the whole experience of being a Covid bride. She was beyond flexible with the three dates we had to reschedule. She is willing to do whatever style and all my ladies looked amazing. She is so great and you can’t go wrong booking her for your big day.

Excellent hair styling!

Mindy was great- while getting my hair trial done at her studio we talked about color hair extensions. when I brought them with me the day of the wedding, she effortlessly weaved them into my hair and it was beautiful. She did SUCH a beautiful job with all my girls as well. She's so sweet and has such amazing artistry! She really knows how to create whatever look you're going for! Thank you Mindy!

Mindy was amazing to work with! Not only is she super cool, but she is amazing at hair! She has so much experience and will help your vision come to life. She was super great about communicating, and made tweaks after the hair trial. The day of she was quick and provided quality work! Highly recommend !

Fantastic!

Mindy was very flexible in scheduling the hair trial and responsive to how I wanted my hair to look. I was very happy with my updo and it held nicely all evening.

Mindy is a dream!

Mindy provided hairstyling for my friend's wedding in 2015, for which I was MOH. My profuse but very fine and limp hair HATES holding a curl, and she got it to hold up for that wedding for hours and hours. I knew I had to use her for my own wedding when the time came, and I'm glad I did! Mindy is a sweetheart and she was so great at creating a variety of beautiful hairstyles based on the photos my bridesmaids and I provided to her. We all wanted something different, and she created gorgeous results for every lady! We worked together to decide on my hairstyle based on a handful of inspiration photos I couldn't decide between - I was looking for something with curls and braids but not too restrained or messy. What she created was absolutely perfect! She was easily able to incorporate a hairpiece I purchased, and helped show my mom how to attach my veil before the ceremony. I truly loved my wedding hair, and it held up wonderfully all night, including through a lot of dancing to nostalgic 90s music. She simply does great work!

Sons wedding -excellent

Mindy was early arriving to a venue not close for her . Very nice to work with , finished nine hair dos including the bride on time . Very modern styles that looked amazing. Was able to work with extensions beautifully. Prices were comparable to other stylish . Would highly recommend and use again .

I booked Mindy for my wedding on 6/8/19 and I could not be happier. Not only is she hilarious and easy to talk to, but she is great at what she does! First off, congratulations to all the brides out there planning their wedding! My husband and I just got married and the whole day was a dream. I worked with Mindy and couldn't have been happier. I'm the kind of person to put my hair in a pony tail or just wear it down so I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding day hair. I showed Mindy my dress and she knew exactly what to do. She also recommended some hair pieces that would compliment the hairstyle. When finally done, I felt beautiful! My bridesmaids also loved their hair on the day of and we received a lot of compliments throughout the day. Good luck planning the wedding! You will be in good hands with Mindy

Mindy is the best!

Choose Mindy! She is so easy to work with and does amazing hair. Most of my guests who had their hair done didn't know what they wanted when they sat down with her and everyone walked away with beautiful hair! It really was an all around great experience working with her.

Beautiful Wedding Hair

After my very first email exchange with Mindy I knew I was in good hands. Mindy was professional and always responded quickly. On the day of our wedding she arrived early and eager to jump in! As a bride, I really appreciated this small detail. Because of Mindy, hair was done well before my original deadline and I walked down the aisle on time!

Mindy was willing to listen to all of my ideas and ensured I was happy with my hairstyle. She went above and beyond my expectations. Every bridesmaid, plus moms and flower girl had unique hairstyles.

Additionally, Mindy was incredibly laid back and kept myself and my bridesmaids calm. Every bride knows this is so important!

I highly recommend Mindy for your special event or wedding day!

Mindy did a phenomenal job on everyone’s hair the day of! She is able to replicate any style. Mindy is sweet, calm and caring and I knew immediately I could both trust her creativity and enjoy spending time with her the day of my wedding! Lots of guests commented on how beautifully our hair was and how it stayed all night long! I loved working with Mindy and I would recommend her to anyone!

Mindy and her assistant Jessica were a pleasure to work with. She was prompt, professional, and flexible with last minute additions. Mindy also made a special trip in to Annapolis for my trial in order to accommodate the day that worked best for me. Most importantly, she did a great job with everyone’s hair!

Mindy did an amazing job on mine and all my bridesmaids hair the day of my wedding! She was able to accommodate for everyones wishes, and everyone loved how the hair turned out. She is very talented, quick to respond, and able to adapt. We had a race in town the morning of my wedding and Mindy was able to navigate around the road closures to show up on time. I would definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience with Mindy! I went to her studio for a consultation a few months before our wedding and I immediately knew I wanted to hire her. Aside from being incredible with hair, she was professional, kind and so much fun to be around. I came with pictures of what I had in mind and Mindy did a great job making my vision a reality. On the day of, it was no different! She did the wedding party and myself with plenty of time to spare to last minute touch-ups! I would absolutely recommend Mindy for your wedding!

Mindy's is an awesome job with my bridesmaids' and my own. My bridesmaids and I all have different types of hair and she worked quickly and efficiently on everyone. I even asked for something a little different on my wedding day than my trial and Mindy completely delivered and I couldn't have been happier with my hair.

Mindy was absolutely wonderful! My trial went fantastic and the day of it turned out even better, which I didn't think was possible! All my girls had a great time chatting while she made us extra beautiful for the day of and she even was able to work in a quick fix of my Mom's hair at the end unexpectedly. We stayed on track for time, she was even there a few minutes early so we could start right at 10. I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out and would pick Mindy 100 times over.

Mindy did such an amazing job for our wedding. She was very flexible with some last minute scheduling changes. She was early and ready to go. She stayed on schedule. I had a great experience with Mindy and would highly recommend her. She has an excellent sense of style and is super nice and easy to work with. On my wedding day she arrived early and worked very quickly - she did my bridal hair, plus those of my 3 bridesmaid's and mother in no time. Mindy did an AMAZING job on my bridal hair, bridesmaids up-dos, and my mother's hair for my wedding day! She is extremely talented and easy to work with from start to finish. Mindy understood exactly how I wanted my hair to look for my big day. While at my hair trial with Mindy, I knew instantly she was experienced. She knocked it out of the park. On my big day she was prompt and super flexible. I left out one bridesmaid when I booked her, but she was able to accommodate and get us all glammed up. If I had to do it all over again - I'd use Mindy! On top of her superior hair skills, she has an easy going and sweet personality. You'd be silly not to hire Mindy!

Mindy was seriously the best!!! She was really easy to schedule with, and during the trial, she took pictures for me to look at to make any changes to my hair that I wanted all the way up to the day of the wedding. We had 4 different hairstyles, and Mindy nailed every single one of them. Everyone's hair was absolutely beautiful and stayed in place throughout the duration of the ceremony and reception. Mindy was so easy to talk to and understanding to exactly what I wanted, and came on site to the venue to get everyone ready. I would highly recommend her.

Working with Mindy and her makeup artist partner, Michelle was absolutely wonderful. They both listened to what I wanted and perfectly executed my hair and makeup. I would highly recommend hiring both Mindy and Michelle. At my trial Mindy worked with me, fixing and testing out styles until I was satisfied. On the day of the wedding, I had some more thoughts and Mindy incorporated them into her style. My hair was perfect!

Michelle is truly a magical makeup artist. Before the wedding I had a facial and eyebrow threading done with Michelle at her studio and my skin has never looked or felt so great. She beautifully shaped my eyebrows and gave them a shape they never had before. You will not be disappointed if you choose Mindy and Michelle for your wedding hair and makeup!!!

I found Mindy through the makeup artist I was already planning on using. They did my trial together so I could get the total GLAM feel for my big day. I showed Mindy a picture of what I wanted and she NAILED it! Then a month later when I changed my mind (to no fault of hers!) and showed her a different picture and she told me she could do that, no problem. The day of my wedding, she nailed that look too. Typically when I do my hair or I've had it professionally done in the past, it doesn't hold a curl. Well....Mindy worked her magic, because I got married in early September when it was HOT and HUMID and my hair looked PERFECT the whole night! Mindy also did the hair of all the girls in my bridal party and everyone looked beautiful. Each girl brought a picture and Mindy recreated each look flawlessly! Did I mention, that not only is she an amazing hair stylist but she's also sweet as can be and HILARIOUS! Her prices also can't be beat!

Mindy is AMAZING! I wish I lived in Annapolis so she could do more magic on my hair. First off, she is so nice and so caring!!!! I do not live in the area so I scheduled my trial session the day before my wedding (scary I know) but I decided to trust the reviews on this site and I'M SO GLAD. She made my trial hair look perfect! Plus, she put it in a half updo at the end so I could wear it out to the rehearsal in a different style. This almost made me change my mind on having it down (& I usually hate half updos) because it was THAT beautiful!
On the big day, she arrived at the hotel a few minutes early. She left earlier since it was going to snow and she didn't want to be late. She worked on 4 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and myself and did a great job on all of us and everyone loved her. Seriously you cannot go wrong with her!!!!

Mindy is amazing and so is her partner Michelle who does makeup. They are a team who divides and concurs and does an amazing job for an unbeatable price. I've never felt more beautiful or confident with how they did my hair and makeup and listened to me the look I was going to. My bridesmaids were stunning and they were even flexible enough to add some of my other best friends in for their hair and makeup.

They were also super great and flexible with scheduling my trials which was hard for me because I was planning this wedding out of state, I work a crazy job with insane hours, and I planned this wedding in 4 months and found them in less time than that.

I would highly recommend.

Mindy was amazing! She did all 6 bridesmaids hair and mine and she did a fabulous QUICK job. I was afraid we might go over time since we were starting a little later but Mindy finished earlier than planned. I would highly recommend Mindy to others because when you require Mindys service you get Mindy and not someone else. Mindy and her assistant provided amazing and efficient work! This was the first wedding party I've seen actually finish prior to the scheduled end time and had everyone looking great. This included 8 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and of course the bride. Everyone loved their hair and the service! She is also reasonably priced compared to other venors I looked into. She is laid back but also works very efficiently and was very prompt/professional. Wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend!!

This review is actually for an associate of Mindy's, Michelle McConarty of Solace Salon and Day Spa who doesn't seem to have a Wedding Wire page. I was initially going to hire Mindy to do wedding day hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids, but when she ended up being unavailable on our wedding weekend she referred me to Michelle. Michelle is an absolute gem, just getting started in the wedding makeup "scene," but an incredibly talented makeup artist and esthetician who has been in the business for years. She gave me a beautiful, dramatic smoky eye upon my request at our makeup trial, which I absolutely loved, but ended up toning down for our chapel ceremony. She showed up early on the day of the wedding and worked efficiently with each member of the bridal party to get us all ready in time. I ended up having a few bridesmaids want their makeup done at the last minute, so I would recommend being more aggressive about getting hard numbers of who's interested than I was, so Michelle can bring another stylist if need be. Otherwise, you'll end up with an 8 a.m. start time like we did, which was completely my mistake. Michelle came prepared with undereye de-puffing packs and false lashes, she's a pro.
Michelle is an absolute sweetheart and kind person. She has the most lovely accent (she's from England), an adorable kitty cat, and does everything she can to accommodate and make you feel absolutely beautiful. She worked with all seven of my bridesmaids, my mother-in-law, and my mom, all with very different tastes and styles, and made them all feel and look absolutely flawless. Hire Michelle, you will not regret it.

Mindy and her assistant did an AMAZING job on not only my hair for my wedding, but for all of my bridesmaids and my mother as well! I received multiple compliments throughout the evening and days after about my hair, and my bridesmaids all loved their hair as well! My mom was really nervous and picky about how she wanted her short hair to look, and Mindy nailed it and she looked stunning. Mindy is very laid back and open to feedback on modifications etc. We would show her pictures of hairstyles we liked, and she was able to bring them to life! Mindy was the perfect hair stylist for my wedding. I did a trial with her about a month before the wedding and it was immediately clear that she could do anything. Furthermore, she was very responsive to my ideas and knew just what to do to get everything right. On my wedding day she arrived right on time and had everything set up and ready to go right away. I decided to do something a little different from my trial and she nailed it, 100%. I was so, so happy with my hair. And all of my bridesmaids felt the same -- some of them brought pictures and others just had vague ideas of what they wanted, and Mindy made everyone look gorgeous. We were all getting compliments all night! Mindy is very professional but also very warm and friendly -- a true joy to work with. I highly recommend her!

Mindy is AMAZING! I worked with Mindy for my recent 10/26/14 wedding at Gramercy Mansion. When I initially met with Mindy, I did not really know what I wanted to do with my hair for my wedding. After doing a trial, listening to my thoughts and incorporating her own ideas/twists, Mindy created a gorgeous, timeless hairstyle for my wedding that I am still getting compliments on weeks after the event!! After dancing the night away, not a single hair had even slipped out of place. She also worked with each of my bridesmaids to create a hairstyle that they loved and were comfortable with. They all looked incredible.

My daughter was married this past Sunday. She was a stunningly beautiful bride (I may be a bit biased ;.), and her sister, her Maid of Honor was just as beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Mindy. She did INCREDIBLE things with my daughter's hair. My daughter has fine, thin hair, and she was very worried that she would need extensions or that her hair would look flat or boring on her wedding day.
Mindy created a gorgeous updo with gentle tendrils in front that looked natural and beautiful. The bridesmaids' hair were both equally lovely, with soft curls around their shoulders.

Everyone kept saying how radiant and perfect she looked during the reception. It stayed in place all day, held a rather heavy floral comb without a problem, and my daughter was thrilled with her hair. Mindy is very sweet and easy to work with as well. Don't hesitate to hire her for your special day.

I found Mindy here on wedding wire. After having trials with other stylist I was very happy with the trial. The day of the wedding she showed up on time to the minute! She is professional, approachable, friendly, and most of all - AN AMAZING STYLIST! My hair was even better than I could have imagined. Everyone who attended the wedding commented on how beautiful it was! She also did all of the bridesmaids. They loved their hair and looked beautiful. I happened across Mindy on WeddingWire and soon found out that I graduated high school with her daughter Stephanie. Mindy was always very responsive, arrived on time with her partner in crime, Nicole Palermo (lol) and did a fantastic job with my hair, MOB and my bridesmaids. I truly couldn't of asked for anything better and when I saw her work in the mirror I immediately went over and gave her a big hug! Mindy was absolutely wonderful! She made the day go so smoothly. Everyone's hair looked fantastic and our pictures were gorgeous. I can't even count how many compliments I got for my hair and makeup throughout the night. Her prices were definitely the most reasonable that i found and the final product was well worth it!

Having a Sunday wedding it is diffcult to get morning hair and makeup done. Mindy was not only at the hotel at 6am but with a cup of coffee, smile and fantastic personality. My make up looked incredible like a movie star and each of my ladies who were not even able to go to the rehersal. From pictures she was able to know exactly what they wanted - fantastic! She was an angel both keeping me calm as a bride and making everything run on time, complete and efficient. I could not rate her any higher she is incredible.

Mindy was a pleasure to work with. I was looking for someone who could travel to my location for a reasonable price and provide great service and she was just that. She did a great job taking the ideas I had for my wedding hair and coming up with something that worked for me. One of my bridesmaids was concerned that her very curly hair would be difficult to work with and wouldn't hold a style but her hair also looked great and lasted all day. I would highly recommend Mindy, she worked quickly (7 people in 3.5 hours with the help of an assistant), did beautiful work, and was a fun addition to my wedding day.

Mindy was AHHMAZING!!!! I was having a hard time securing a hair stylist for my wedding so I ended up talking to Mindy kind of last minute and thank goodness she was available. From our first email contact I felt an insane amount of relief! My Maid of Honor and I had a hair trial about a week and a half before the wedding and as soon as I met Mindy face to face I knew all my hair anxiety would be put to rest. My hair looked fabulous the day of and stayed looking fabulous well into the night. I received tons of compliments not only about how beautiful the hairstyle was but also how well it fit me as an individual. My bridesmaids and I were thrilled with the styles Mindy did for my wedding! My sister is the pickiest person alive and usually ends up redoing her hair after it is professionally styled, but even she was very pleased with Mindy's work. Even though I had done a trial in advance, I ended up really liking a style that was in some examples she brought the day of. I'm glad I trusted her because my hair ended up exactly as I wanted. Even post-boat cruise, all of our styles still looked perfect! It was also super helpful that she is willing to travel to the wedding site. She arrived early and finished early. Her rates are very fair also. I 100% recommend Mindy!

My bridal party and I had such an amazing experience working with Mindy! She did such a wonderful job with everyone's hair and everyone looked stunning and were very pleased! I had a total of eight bridesmaids and Mindy managed to capture the hair style/up-do that each girl wanted. Mindy is very flexible and easy to work with. Not only is she an amazing hair stylist but so much fun to be around! She made my wedding day such a fun and stress free day and I would highly recommend her to any bride!

A wedding is a VERY stressful day, and for me, having the wedding reception at my home was more difficult that I imagined - HOWEVER - there was NO STRESS related to my hair. After our hair trial I just knew that I ws going to look fabulous and Mindy delivered! She was relaxed while doing my hair and helped to set the tone for the rest of my day. I looked great, got lots of compliments, and my hairstyle looked nice the next morning, too! It was a hot and humid day, but my hair held up great.
My daughters and my sister also had their hair done that morning, and all were very pleased with their styles and the way they also looked wonderful all through the afternoon and evening.

Mindy did an awesome job! I found her on here and booked her from out of town! I never met her until the Wedding day! She was very easy to work with and did a great job figuring out what I wanted by pictures I sent her. The best part was she asked my opinion before bobby pinning the last couple strainds of my hair! All I knew I wanted for my hair was to wear it down for the wedding. I didn't go to my trial with Mindy with a look in mind. I had bought a lace flower to wear, but wasn't even sure how to wear it, or if it would look right. Mindy did some quick style variations and showed me the various ways we could incorporate the flower. When it came down to it one of the two looks she did ended up being the one I wore for the wedding. She was good at listening to what I wanted, combining the decorative piece and seeing what style would look good for me. She was great with all the girls the day of and they were all very happy with the different looks they each chose when she was done!

Mindy was an absolute pleasure to work with! My hair trial went very smooth and quick. I described what I wanted, and she did it in less than 30-40 minutes and it looked beautiful! The day of my wedding, she couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. She was on-time, patient with all of us despite the fact we all weren't ready when we thought that we would be. My Mom and Grandmother used to be hair dressers and had extremely high expectations...but we were all soooo happy with everything.

I hired Mindy to do mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding and I am so pleased that I did! She did a wonderful job on everyone's hair, despite the fact that there were eight of us who needed to be primped on a short timeframe. Mindy brought an assistant with her to curl everyone's hair ahead of time, which allowed her to pin it all up and move quickly. All of the girls looked elegant and beautiful, and there was no hint of the dreaded "prom hair" on anyone! Mindy was responsive to all of my emails throughout the wedding planning process, arrived on time on the day of, and was a professional through and through. I also found her prices to be very reasonable and affordable. I cannot recommend Mindy enough!

I have very long straight hair that does absolutely nothing when I style it. Or so I thought. Mindy was able to take my hair that always manages to fall flat on me, and create a beautiful low side updo. It was soft and romantic, but held up all day and night (and into the next morning!) I got so many compliments on my entire wedding look and I loved the stress free feeling of knowing that my bridal party, the mothers and myself didn't need to worry about our final look. We were all in the capable hands of Mindy, who did a beautiful job with a variety of hair textures, from very short, super curly, wavy and thin. Everyone was very pleased with their look and my nine year old cousin was in her glory with all of the personal attention and her first updo.

Mindy's prices were very reasonable based on others I'd seen, and I was very pleased with her work. She was quick to make suggestions on what would work best based on hair type and textures and everyone's look lasted. I would highly recommend her to any other brides.

Mindy was AMAZING!! From the wedding hair trial to the day of the wedding, I could NOT have been more impressed with her work. She knew exactly the style I wanted without me even having to go into really specific detail. I couldn't find a picture of exactly what I wanted, but she was spot on with what I wanted! She works really quickly, but does the most beautiful hair you'll ever see! She's so easy to talk to and make conversation with and in no time, your hair is done! She did my hair and 3 of my bridesmaids, all with different requests, but came out completely impressed with her work! We got compliments all day for our hair! Her prices are also the best I've seen and I actually felt like she charged me too low for the outstanding job she did on our hair! Mindy is an absolute sweetheart and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Mindy is awesome!! She was so easy to work with and aside from being an amazing hair stylist, she was great to be around too! She came on my wedding day with her assistant who helped curl hair-she did the hair of 9 women in about 2 1/2-3 hours. Everyone loved their hair and mine was just GORGEOUS!! She had reasonable prices and knew exactly how to do the hairstyles each person mentioned (or pictures she was shown). She was also able to do it quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend working with Mindy-it was an absolute pleasure!

Mindy did a phenomenal job on my wedding party. She did the hair for my bridal party including three little girls who actually sat still long enough to let her do her work and didn't once complain, because she is so good at what she does. She worked under an extremely tight timeline due to unexpected events that day and by time she got to me (last) she was just as calm and a pleasure to be around which kept me calm. She is able to recreate any hairstyle you can imagine. I had pictures for what I wanted for all of my girls and they all turned out looking just like the pictures did. She is in my opinion the BEST of the best and a joy to have part of your wedding day!

Mindy Whalen did an excellent job with my bridesmaids updo's on my wedding day (8/19/2011). She was very professional, prompt and open to the girls suggestions. She had her daughter come help curl the hair, to make the process move along faster. Her price was great too. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to do updo's.

Mindy was a joy to work with and she did such an amazing job on my hair! I actually liked my hair much better on the day of the wedding than during the trial. We had so many laughs during the trial and on the day of the wedding. She did my hair, 5 bridesmaids, my mom, and mother-in-law. At the last minute two family members wanted to get thier hair done, as well and Mindy was great about adding two extra people. Mindy came all the way to Ocean City and was able to come to the wedding site, which was such a convenience. I would highly recommend Mindy to anyone.

Mindy rocks!!! She replied to my initial email even though she was away on vacation, letting me know that she was open for my date. I showed up for my trial at her home in Baltimore armed with a handful of photos and my hair accessories. We chatted briefly about my wedding's aesthetic and the look I was going for (victorian / garden party / vintage) and then she cheerfully went to work. In 20 minutes, she had created a perfect updo for me!

She showed up right on time on the day of my wedding and proceeded to do my hair as well as 4 attendants, my mom, and my mother-in-law. Everyone looked so elegant and beautiful, and the styles held up all day in the MD summer steam heat. Mindy is a really sweet, fun, laid-back person who does truly gorgeous work! My updo lasted all day, even with my baby-fine never-holds-a-curl hair. Even in 98 degree, just-after-a-thunderstorm, 99% humidity, even with all of the dancing and jumping and posing and running around. I would recommend Mindy to anyone, she loves her job and it shows!

Mindy is AMAZING! She is super sweet, very easy to work with and she does fantastic work! She is professional, prompt and very well prepared. It was truly an honor to have Mindy do mine, and my girls hair for my wedding. We told her what we wanted, and she executed ALL of our styles. She played around with all of our textures and lengths to suggest what she thought was best. Ultimately, we choose our styles and each one looked JUST like the picture we wanted. Mindy did an amazing job with the entire bridal party! She truly listened to what each person asked for and made it happen, she was very open to feedback and was a truly joy to have in the bridal suite. Mindy can to our hotel room, which was an amazing stress-savor. She brought everything she needed and more in order to do everyone's hair. My mom and mother-in-law were aprehensive about having their hair done but convincing them to give it a shot they were both THRILLED!!!!!!!! Everyone's hair held up perfectly throughout the night, despite the extreme heat and hopping dance floor! I loved my hair and it held up even in extreme winds! Mindy was great. She came to my house the morning of the wedding and was able to do the entire bridal party as well as my hair. It was much more relaxing to me than having to go somewhere and wait around and the prices were comparable if not better.
