My husband and I just got married this August and he is big into photography and videography himself. We knew these moments would be cherished for a lifetime so we wanted to pick an artist that matched our candid, earthy style. Angie and Lee captured our day better than we could have imagined (and we only received our sneak peak so far!). Angie felt more than a photographer, she checked in with us periodically throughout the process just to see how planning was going and if she could help in any capacity. I do not think this is a regular practice of photographers. Communication was an easy with this duo. We initially met via Zoom, as we were planning a destination wedding, and fell in love with Angie and Lee immediately. We shared a love of adventure and fun, which was reflected in their pictures. We jumped, ran, made hearts in the sand and even executed the dirty dancing lift. Angie and Lee worked seamlessly together, you could feel their expertise. On the other hand, my husband and I hadn't practiced or talked about pictures in great detail. Luckily there was no need, as Angie and Lee easily led us through the detail shots, first look and sunset photos. Otherwise, we didn't even notice or feel Angie and Lee capturing our ceremony and reception. This duo is creative and kind and I urge you to book them for the most gorgeous photos you cherish forever! P.S. we quickly got our first look photos within a few day - an unexpected and appreciated surprise. We are still reliving our day through these pictures. -

Mindful Media Photography documented my best friends’ wedding in May 2025, and I can honestly say that Angie and Lee were some of the best photographers and wedding professionals I’ve ever experienced. Not only are they skilled at their craft, but they are such genuine and down to earth humans. They approached our friends’ wedding day with professionalism, flexibility, and kindness - all qualities that provide structure and comfort on a busy and emotional day. Angie and Lee were quick to adjust photo schedules when the mother of the groom was sick, gracefully and patiently deescalated a situation with beach personnel, and were flexible and enthusiastically ready to accommodate alternative scenarios to fulfill the bride and groom’s visions when access to the original plan changed. They were also very welcoming for the wedding party to take personal photos and videos, which was awesome. Overall, their positive attitude and demeanor were very appreciated and I would recommend Angie and Lee at Mindful Media a million times over!! Anyone that hires them for wedding media and content will be in great, capable and supportive hands.

When I saw the photos Angie advertised, I knew right away she was the perfect photographer for our wedding. Angie was incredibly responsive and professional. In person, she was so much fun to have at our wedding! She was able to capture beautiful moments from our the day and returned them to us quickly! Amazing photographer!!
My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture our wedding! Angie is a truly gifted artist! We had multiple people come to us after the wedding with nothing but praise about her and her amazing ability to somehow be everywhere at once. I don't think a single moment wasn't captured. She kept in constant communication with us leading up to the event, so we never felt stressed or worried in that department of planning; she had us covered. On the day of the wedding, when I finally got to meet her in person, it felt like greeting an old friend! She has such a beautiful personality! Even after the wedding, she stayed in contact with updates and sneak peaks of photos. The final results were breathtaking! My favorite thing about her photography style is how natural and candid everything feels while still being edited to have fantastic lighting and colors. 10/10 would highly recommend her to capture your special day, she's incredible! -

Angie did our engagement photos in Northern California where I am from and was nothing but amazing during the entire process. She was honestly the best vendor I have worked with so far and it just up for anything and was super flexible! She was also great to just be around! Taking romantic photos can be super awkward and she was so easy going and was so much fun! We had a great time when I thought it was going to a painful few hours!!! Just when we thought it couldn't get better we got our photos back and HOLY SH** they are amazing!!!!! If you don't hire her then you are crazy! -

Angie was so much fun to work with. She really made my husband and I feel like natural models in front of the camera. Her words of encouragement were great and there were so many genuine smiles on our day. Her turnaround time was great too, we got our photos back around 2 weeks after the wedding. Pure Magic!!
Angie/Mindful Media Photo was an extreme pleasure to be around and did such an amazing job at our intimate wedding. For my husband and I, who are a little camera shy, she really helped us feel comfortable and have fun. Not to mention, we got our edits back sooo fast. Wow! The magic of our special day was captured so well!! It’s been wonderful replaying our wedding day through Angie’s Mindful lense. Needless to say, we’d love to hire her again for more events. -

Very talented artist in Angie
OMG... I am BLOWN AWAY by Angie's talent. I have never felt so beautiful in my life!!!! Thank you thank you thank you! She is so talented, and I just love the pictures! All of them. Even the ones with my crazy dogs. I was totally crying when I went through them. Thank you Angie so much for sharing your talents with us!! We couldn't be happier. I am so happy that the timing of the shoot worked out, and know it was just meant to be that you had that cancellation and that the wind died down, and everything was just perfect. We couldn't afford a real photographer for our wedding 10 years ago and my only regret after all these years was that we didn't have it captured on film as it really happened. Well now, I feel it has all been redeemed!!! And I owe that all to Angie and her talent and your ability to help us feel comfortable in our skin. She has a real understanding of the light and her subject and these are just beautiful. We will cherish these forever!! -

Our experience with Angie was beyond amazing! Angie is a wonderful, very warm person and super easy to communicate with. She provided great suggestions for potential locations for the photo shooting (not even being from the area!) and did amazing research on the light, tides, accessibility, etc. The whole session felt very natural, Angie provided great suggestions, and we really had a blast. We received our pictures already after a few days and were absolutely blown away by how wonderful Angie captured the moment, the scenery, and the beautiful light. I HIGHLY recommend Angie and hope we can book her for more photo shootings in the future. -

Angie was PHENOMENAL! She’s so patient and fun. She made my kids feel like superstars. It was not your typical sit down, take a photo, and see ya later kind of photo shoot. She really captured everyone’s personality and the love each of us in the family have for each other. The creativity and eye for light and the way it changes a photo showed in the final product. She edited our photos wonderfully, the turnaround time to receive the photos was very fast, and we are still raving about how much we loved having her as our photographer. I’ll never use anyone else again. She is absolutely a master at her craft, and passing up booking her would be a mistake. I highly recommend her for ANY of your photography needs. She goes the extra mile for her clients (literally), and I love her dedication. -

Angie is a pleasure to work with- talented, accommodating, and affordable! I contacted several wedding photographers, but on my first interaction with her I immediately felt at ease and booked my engagement photos, and wedding photos soon after.
She has a keen eye for photography and catches the small moments you miss on your wedding day/event, which was so nice to see- not to mention I got our photos within two weeks!
I highly recommend Angie to anyone and will use her for my future needs. -

The Absolute Best Wedding Photographers!
I can’t say enough good things about Angie and Lee. As a bride who has been a bridesmaid NINE times, I’ve had the chance to see so many photographers and videographers in action, and Angie and Lee stood out in the best way. Every single person who attended our wedding keeps telling me how amazing they were.
From the moment they arrived, they had a calming, professional presence that immediately put me, my now-husband, and our entire wedding party at ease. They knew how to take charge without ever being intrusive. They were warm, respectful, and had a natural rhythm with each other that made the whole process smooth and easier than any other wedding I’ve been a part of.
They truly went above and beyond. One of my bridesmaids is interested in photography and videography, and they offered her an extra camera to film part of the wedding!
As someone who’s fairly particular (re: picky) I had a few specific requests and preferences throughout the day and afterward. Angie was responsive, flexible, and quick to implement changes I asked for. Plus their turnaround time on photos was insanely fast!
Their pre-wedding communication was thorough and professional and their follow-up afterward has been just as thoughtful.
PLUS - they are incredibly affordable as photographers/videographers go. We were married in my hometown, South Lake Tahoe, which did not have an extra travel for them either.
Seriously can’t recommend these two enough.

My husband and I had a Covid-19 wedding, so our grand wedding plans had to be drastically simplified. I was on the verge of not hiring a professional photographer and instead have a friend take photos. I’m so glad I didn’t. Angie was amazing. Not only did the photos turn out wonderful, but she put us at ease during the photoshoot (both my husband and I had been a little stressed with coordinating the ceremony logistics). We also had a lot of fun taking the photos. She had a lot of ideas for poses, but was also receptive to what we wanted. Overall, she just wanted us to act naturally, and be happy and calm in our photos, which I think really showed in the end result. I would highly recommend her for a small or large photo shoot. -

Angie was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The big ceremony was postponed due to COVID-19. We asked if she could do our micro wedding or elope in the mountains and she happily agreed. She went above and beyond to get hundreds and hundreds of pictures. There are so many good ones. We have no idea which we're going to print and share. I would highly recommend Angie! She was great to work with and the pictures are incredible!! -
