I was so blessed & fortunate to have Milwood Florist be apart of my bridal shower, as well as my wedding day. From the center pieces, bouquets, the arch, the flowers for our cake, the boutonnieres, corsages - everything was absolutely perfect and unbelievably stunning! The planning process was so easy and stress-free. Bre is an amazing florist with such creativity! She takes your ideas, adds her own little twist, and makes them ten times better than what you could have imagined! -

Would recommend over and over again!
Our wedding flowers were absolutely breathtaking, truly everything we wanted and more. From the very beginning, Milwood Florist took the time to listen to our vision, understand our style, and bring it to life in a way that far exceeded our expectations. Every detail from the bouquets and centerpieces to the ceremony meadow and reception arrangements, was thoughtfully designed and perfectly coordinated.

Bre did an amazing job with our florals. She listened to our vision and totally delivered! She even threw in some beautiful dahlias from her garden. I was brought to tears when I saw my bouquet, it was everything I envisioned. Milwood was professional, responsive, and delivered amazing quality. Beautiful!
Everything was so beautiful. I had asked for florals that was reminiscent of a Dutch still life. I wanted everything to be moody and rich with a whimsical vibe and that’s exactly what was delivered. Flowers were very important to me and I was just blown away by what I received. The wedding arch, my bouquet, the aisle pieces, the dessert table! My vision was brought to life and then some. The flowers were so high quality and everything was lush and my guests felt they were transported into a fairytale.
I am so thankful for Milwood! They were endlessly creative, communicative, professional and just a gem to work with. I am so grateful! -

Amazing service and product!!!
Not only were my flowers & arrangements absolutely gorgeous and looked even better than the inspo photos I showed Bri, but the service was also top notch. There was zero hand holding and I wasn't even there when they set up at the venue. This is huge for brides planning their own weddings. Lovely Florist
So lovely to work with for our wedding. The first phone call we had no idea what we wanted/needed and she helped guide us through everything and asked us questions I never would have thought about. I also made a few changes later on which was no problem. I sent them photos of my inspiration and they turned out even better than I imagined. They came out to my venue and set everything up. I also love that they were able to make arrangements from the ceremony site moveable so I could save money by moving them to the reception area. I found out after my wedding that they had gotten a flat tire at my venue but they were so professional I had no idea!Milwood Florist & Nursery's reply:

The best florist ever!!
I booked this florist after someone else had quoted me twice the price for half the things I wanted. And it was the best decision ever! She was so thoughtful and considerate of my theme and color palette. Her flowers perfectly tied in every single aspect of the venue. She even had an emergency due to the wildfires and she still made sure that I was taken care of and she travelled a few hours to deliver them. Took our level from “nice” to “STUNNING”
We hired Milwood in mid-2020 for our September 2021 wedding. I had ideas/Inspo photos of what I wanted but I didn’t know the names of the flowers or any specifics… I let Bre take my ideas and run with them and she more than exceeded my wildest expectations! Our flowers were STUNNING, and I am still getting compliments on them - even weeks after the wedding. Out of all of my incredible vendors, Milwood was one of the absolute best.

Down to earth, creative, and knowledgeable
I was fortunate that Bre was able to do the flowers for our wedding. I know nothing about flowers but knew I wanted colorful and vibrant for the big day. Bre and I discussed colors and she made the most beautiful bouquets and decorative pieces I could have ever imagined. Everything was perfect. -

As people who love nature but not a rustic aesthetic, finding a florist who could grasp and execute our wedding vision was really important to us. We wanted the floral design to evoke the movement and bohemian romance of Alphonse Mucha’s art. Since our vision wasn’t typical for the Tahoe area, looking at photos of vendors’ previous work could only tell us who had the talent and style we were looking for. We reached out to Bre and she was immediately excited and on-board!
While we ended up having to downgrade our wedding to an elopement because of the pandemic, we knew we still wanted the florals to be as lush and plentiful as possible. Bre created a stunning bridal bouquet, a boutonniere that made hubs’ whole outfit ‘pop’ (with very little input from us!), a breathtaking floral + feather runner for our cake table, the perfect floral topper for our mini cake, and two GORGEOUS pillars full of richly hued fruits, flowers, and feathers. The pillars were the perfect frame for our vow exchange overlooking Emerald Bay, and Bre somehow got them to stay put, in spite of the fact that it was too windy to keep my veil on. The longer you looked at any of her deliverables, the more beautiful surprises you’d find! A pomegranate here, a juicy cluster of grapes there. She nailed the aesthetic we asked for so well that I remain shocked at the execution -- and my expectations were high, y’all!
Bre didn’t just get lucky in pulling all of this off for us. She was reachable and communicative throughout the process. She wasn’t afraid to make creative suggestions, and was always open to ours. And she didn’t hesitate to ask questions to make sure everybody stayed on the same page. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Best Florist Ever!
Bre is such an amazing florist. My flowers were so beautiful and I loved them. We had many guests comment on how beautiful our flowers were (even one guest who used to work for a florist). Bre and I started talking a year before my wedding and I really had no idea what I wanted. She was helpful in asking the right questions to help me figure out what I wanted. Also, being a corona bride she was there for me when I had lots of questions and started to worry if I would have my wedding on my original date. I even had my photographer cancel and she recommended some local photographers she had worked with and I was able to get a new one in a matter of days. If you are getting married in the area she covers you need to book her!

My husband and I got married in August in the Lake Almanor area and Bre BLEW us away with everything she created for our wedding. Everything turned out so incredibly gorgeous and better than I could have imagined!
From the beginning, Bre has always been so wonderful to work with. She was the best vendor I had as far as keeping in constant communication and always willing to work back with me to make my vision come true. Bre even met me in Reno where I live to have an in person meeting to discuss all the elements I wanted to bring in.
Not to mention all of her designs had my guests with heart eyes and in awe of how beautiful everything was.
I have referred Milwood florist to as many people possible and will continue to do so! They are the ideal wedding vendor everyone hopes to have.
