2025 Wedding

We are a same-sex couple and our wedding consisted of approximately 110 guests. We purchased the most basic package and was extremely pleased!

Aaron Cleavland was incredible. We were impressed with his professionalism, flexibility with the live musicians, and coordination with our wedding planner. He listened closely to our preferences and stayed true to our wedding playlist that we curated beforehand. His timing was great during the ceremony and there were no lulls on the dancefloor. Highly recommend!

Never wanted to leave the dance floor!

We hired Milwaukee Airwaves for our wedding and we had Danny as our DJ. He did an amazing job! Him and his assistant handled everything from the ceremony music all the way up until last call.

Danny listened to every one of our requests for the day (songs we had to hear, songs we didn’t want to hear, his ability to mix different songs together), we never wanted to leave the dance floor!! Our goal was to have people on the dance floor all night and he delivered! When the last song came on at the end of the night I was shocked it was already over.

Best Night of Our Lives

We used Milwaukee Airwaves for our DJ and were assigned to Kassie Martin. She was out of this world incredible for our event. Kassie was thorough in the prep period, meeting us and diligently running through all parts of the event. She handled our wild idea for a karaoke hour and helped make our dream come true, and then some. Her assistant, Tray Moss, also knocked it out of the park. Highly, highly recommend these DJs for your next event!

Kept us dancing all night!

We cannot recommend Jordan highly enough! From the moment the music started, he had everyone on their feet and kept the energy going all night long. He didn’t just stick to the typical crowd-pleasers—he threw in some deep cuts that had people pleasantly surprised and totally vibing. His ability to read the room and shift the mood perfectly from start to finish was incredible. The transitions were seamless, the song choices were spot-on, and the overall vibe? Absolutely unmatched. Our guests are still talking about how great the music was. Hands down, one of the best parts of our big day!

Milwaukee Airwaves were a HUGE HIT- 10/10!

Milwaukee Airwaves DJ services were a HUGE HIT for our Wedding Reception!! Special shout out to the most amazing DJ, Nick Brenning who BROUGHT THE PARTY! Our dance floor was packed the entire evening and guests continuously comment on how awesome the music selections were! We provided Nick a list of must plays and do not plays, and he followed it perfectly! He had a fantastic ability to take our ‘must play’ list and play the songs at the perfect time and in an order that kept the energy up all night! I can’t say enough good things about Nick and his execution.
Good music was one of the most important things to my husband and I, and Milwaukee Airwaves exceeded our expectations! Throughout the planning process, Milwaukee Airwaves was responsive, helpful, and answered all questions!
We also utilized their photobooth services which was a crowd pleaser! The photo book that was provided is one of our most cherished items from the wedding. Additionally, we utilized a projector with screen to show slideshows during our first dances which worked out beautifully and added something special!
Would recommend Milwaukee Airwaves and Nick Brenning to all!!!

Best DJ Ever!

Our experience with Milwaukee Airwaves for our wedding on October 12th was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, we could tell that the entire team was fully dedicated to making our vision come true. We were paired with Jordan for our main DJ, and we were BLOWN AWAY! He really understood the vibe we were going for and executed every single detail we asked for with precision. He was so considerate of us the entire night, and we stayed on the dance floor until the very last song. Our guests also LOVED the photobooth! So many fun moments captured. Highly recommend MA!

Jordan and Milwaukee Airwaves are the best!

We used Milwaukee Airwaves for our wedding and had the opportunity to work with Jordan. He was absolutely amazing and took the time to understand what we wanted for our wedding and executed on it flawlessly. We asked him not to play stereotypical wedding rehearsal songs and as a result our wedding felt like a true party and hit on so many different types of music so everyone could enjoy. It was crazy how many people told my husband and I throughout the night and after our wedding how great Jordan was. Could not recommend Jordan and Milwaukee Airwaves enough!

We had Jordan from Milwaukee airways and he was great! He was SO fun and truly captured our vibes! :) We had a video chat before the wedding and he really got to know us and on the day of the wedding all of the music went perfect! Worth every penny!

Kendrick Acken was our lead dj for our wedding on 10/21/23 at the Villa Terrace in Milwaukee. We had to make some last minute changes due to weather and Kendrick stepped in and made sure the ceremony would still be perfect even though we had to go with plan c for the ceremony in the court yard. This was planned 20 minutes before our ceremony started, and MKE Airwaves and all of our other vendors made our day so much less stressful. Thank you for all your help with that, Kendrick!

I can’t even count how many compliments we received about our djs… they got the party started as soon as the dance floor opened. We had people from California, Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and of course Milwaukee. They all said this was the best wedding they have been to in a long time, and a big part of that was thanks to Kendrick and MKE Airwaves.

They give you plenty of time to get everything figured out before your wedding, and they are very responsive if you have any questions.

If you need a dj, use MKE Airwaves. No questions asked. Thanks again guys!

Vibes Were High All Night

The Best Around

Charlie is the Best!

DJ Charlie was very professional, prepared and made the party go as smooth as possible. There were no awkward periods of no dancing and people I didn't even know could dance were ripping it apart. The photo booth was a great touch and we had so much fun looking at the hundreds if not thousands of photos after the wedding. I highly recommend Charlie and the Milwaukee Airwaves Crew!

The BEST DJ experience!

Nick Brenning and the entire Milwaukee Airwaves team made our wedding day at Garver Feed Mill absolutely perfect! The coordination ahead of time had us confident all would go well, but Nick went above and beyond on the day of the make sure everything ran smoothly and us and our guests had the best time. The vibe was exactly what we had hoped for all night, the dance floor was packed, and they stuck to everything we asked for in terms of must plays, do not plays, etc. We've already received so many compliments from guests about how much fun they had thanks to the DJ team and we are so happy we chose to book with Milwaukee Airwaves!

So much fun!

We worked with Kevin for our 10.14 wedding at the Black Swan and I cannot imagine our day without him. Not only did we have a consistently packed dance floor, Kevin kept our timeline on track and helped with communicating with all of our vendors throughout the night. My friends and family are still talking about how much fun he was--he read our vibe and was playing the best music. He also made a little personalized mash-up for my choreographed dance with my dad which was awesome.

Up until our day, we had a great experience working with Kendrick. He was responsive and so helpful.

Milwaukee Airwaves was great to work with! From the start, they were very responsive to our questions and communication overall was great.

We were assigned Kevin as our DJ, and he was wonderful. We spent an hour on the phone discussing details of what we were hoping to hear (and not hear), and Kevin made sure it all happened day of. He took all requests and we received a ton of compliments after that the music was great - we had people on the dance floor all night, which was our goal.

JORDAN!!!!! He absolutely killed it, leading up the wedding our phone conversation went so well.. I knew he was a perfect fit for our day. He played our playlist we wanted for cocktail / dinner but we let him have fun with reception. He read our vibes, and did not disappoint with music. The best for your wedding day DJ!

We utilized Milwaukee Airwaves for our wedding day at Ivy House. Our assigned DJ was Charlie and we could not have been happier with him and his team!!

The entire day went perfectly from the music and microphones used during the ceremony, cocktail hour music, reception speeches, to dancing until the end of the night! Charlie was professional but made the entire night fun for us and our guests. We were out on the dance floor with our guests for almost the entire reception and all of our guests were raving about the music, lights, and how great our DJ Charlie was after the event. One of our guests even asked us if Charlie could share his cocktail hour playlist with them because they loved everything he played.

Charlie really went above and beyond, he even found my sister/ maid of honor tea before her speech as she had lost her voice the night before.

Charlie and his team were a huge reason we had the most perfect wedding day, we would highly recommend Milwaukee Airwaves for anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding day!

Amazing DJ

Kevin Miller did an amazing job from the very first phone call we had with him. He was extremely detail orientated and made sure to have fun while we were preparing everything. Best Milwaukee Wedding DJ

We had the joy of working with Kevin as our wedding DJ and can’t recommend him enough! In our initial meeting he was sure to ask about every detail of our wedding music to make sure the day ran smoothly. On the wedding day itself, Kevin put together a fantastic cocktail playlist (we had a number of guests ask how they could get the playlist, that’s how good it was) as well as running the ceremony smoothly. When the dancing came around he did a great job reading the room and always keeping the dance floor busy. The time flew by with how much fun everyone was having out there. He really did a fantastic job and we loved working with him!

"The most fun we've ever had at a wedding" - all our guests

Milwaukee Airwaves is the best!!! The music and dancing were the things I was most excited about at our wedding and our DJ, Nick, kept the dance floor packed all night. I gave them a playlist to work with and it was like he read my mind playing nothing but bangers. They were also very organized and professional leading up to and at our wedding, double checking our song selections and how we wanted to be introduced during the grand entrance. Working with Milwaukee Airwaves was amazing from start to finish. The best DJ team in Milwaukee!

We had our wedding at Milwaukee Airwave’s venue, The Ivy House, on 9.24.22 and had the pleasure of having Aaron as our DJ. I knew Aaron was the perfect fit when we first met and our Spotify playlists were a perfect match!
Aaron was amazing, he listened to what our favorite music styles were and put together a perfect variety of songs throughout the day and evening. He was super helpful and answered all my questions through the planning phase. Ain't No Party Like a Milwaukee Airwaves Party!

Not only do the Milwaukee Airwaves have a killer name, but they also killed it at our September 2nd wedding.

They were listed on our venue’s preferred vendors list and we selected them over “dueling pianos” and another DJ option. This was based partly on a positive gut reaction during our initial meeting with Kendrick, the owner, and partly based on their capabilities, familiarity with our venue, and the countless positive reviews we read.

Our DJ Jordan was fun, friendly, professional, and very resourceful in answering our questions leading up to the event. He was easy to work with and very laid back when it came to getting him our finalized song list just days before the wedding (there was so much to do!).

During our event, Jordan did an amazing job getting our guests attention, announcing us (the bride and groom), cuing the correct music, and swiftly dealing with some tech hiccups (quickly switching out a malfunctioning mic during speeches). We received amazing feedback from our guests about our music and the DJ’s flow - stacking the oldies hits earlier on and bringing in the newer tunes during late night when the young people were mostly still on the dance floor.

One thing that really stood out to me is that Jordan wasn’t running the show as he saw fit. I liked that he checked in with us often, asking us if we were ready for this or that, keeping us on our timeline. At one point in the night during the dance party, we had an overserved guest that needed medical attention (thankfully, she’s ok). We had to stop the music and turn on the lights so she could be attended to. It was quite a disruption, but there was still plenty of time left of the event. I really appreciated how Jordan consulted with us about how we would like to proceed. We requested that we ease back into the dancing with a song or two that would bridge the gap. He did a great job at getting the party back on track!

Exceeded alll of our expectations!

The DJ was the only vendor that was required to use/supplied by the Ivy House. We didn’t mind that as we didn’t know a DJ and it was one less thing we had to research and look for. Jack completely nailed every single thing I asked for. Our music taste is suuuuch a wide variety of music and he played everything from Hannah Montana (requested by me) to AC/DC and our guests enjoyed every single minute of it. Having the dance floor packed was honestly one of the most important things I wanted for our wedding day. When I tell you I was happy with every single song he played, I mean it. Jack was super cool, easy to work with and kept the party alive from beginning to end of night. If you’re working with Milwaukee Airwaves, ask for Jack, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Wedding DJ

Zach was our DJ and he truly made our day so special and the dance floor was buzzing all night! Everyone we talked to afterwards was super impressed with everything, and they have all said how good the music choice/dancing was. Aaron and Milwaukee Airwaves Were Perfect

Aaron was our DJ for our wedding on June 11, 2022 and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From the initial meeting, we knew we liked him by the way he walked us through every step of the wedding day. We told him we wanted a dance party, and that's what we got. Our guests told us he was the best DJ they have ever heard. Aaron also was the MC and was very professional about the way he kept the wedding moving. The night was perfect and we wouldn't have changed a thing. We were very happy to have Milwaukee Airwaves.

I NEED to keep dancing!

Charlie was THE BEST! He completely exhausted all our guests by keeping everyone on the dance floor all night long! Our flower girl even said, “My legs are so tired, but I NEED to keep dancing. I’m having so much fun!” I cannot recommend Milwaukee Airwaves enough! Everything Charlie did to help in the pre-planning stages to the actual night including strongly enforcing the do-not play lists when guests were trying to request unpopular songs to mixing in some slow songs to give the crowd a breather. Not to mention the photobooth was a huge hit! Kendrick was also a huge part in helping create our dream wedding as he let us mix and match up lights for our venue in the package we selected. I wish we could party with Milwaukee Airwaves every weekend! Thank you, Charlie and the team, for the best wedding ever!

Milwaukee Airwaves was a great choice for our wedding. Their pricing tiers are very easy to understand so it was clear to use what we were paying for and what we needed to add. We had Nick for our main DJ and Ben running the photobooth and they were both fantastic. Nick was in contact with us before the wedding and had great suggestions as we walked through the timeline. He helped us cut our first dance song and kept the night moving along very well. Even though our party ended quite late, they kept people out on the dance floor. Highly recommend!

Milwaukee Airwaves was required by my venue. We were assigned Aaron and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept the party going all night and played every song we asked for. I was one of those brides that has a lengthy excel sheet of all the music I wanted for the reception but also clueless about songs to walk down the aisle. He loved our ideas and was spot on with his suggestions. He even made special announcements for guests who had birthdays and anniversaries. His experience definitely showed. And they have this really cool DJ table that rolls out and provided amazing lighting. It definitely created an environment to encourage dancing. We had guests from age 4-80+ and everyone was dancing.

We LOVE Milwaukee Airwaves. We got to work with Zack W. for our wedding, and he went so above and beyond! His song selection throughout the night matched our tastes perfectly. He was so attentive - he picked up on details during speeches and chose songs from there, which was so thoughtful! Then he orchestrated an impromptu first "family" dance with my husband and our daughters to "Let It Go" - when I tell you 150 adults were screaming at the top of their lungs....it was by far our favorite moment of the night. Simply Amazing

We are so glad we chose Milwaukee Airwaves to DJ our wedding! Jordan was a dream to work with and he really listened to us when we described our taste in music. Masterfully Mixed from Start to Finish

When people talk of the highlight of my wife and I’s marriage they say it was the DJ/music hands down. All of that is due to our DJ Zach Kinsman and his associate who assisted at Milwaukee Airwaves. Kendrick and Milwaukee Airwaves Rock

Absolutely Perfect!

We got married this past weekend at the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum in Milwaukee, WI. Zack W. was our lead DJ and Owen was his assistant. We could not have asked for a better experience. Zack is absolutely incredible! His energy and professionalism are unmatched. Leading up to the wedding, he was so responsive and even helped us figure out how to cut our ceremony song the right way to make it work for our processional. He made sure my vision came to life! I threw Zack a lot of curveballs throughout our wedding day and he handled each one amazingly. He made sure to check in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy with everything. Whether it was cocktail hour, dinner, or the dance floor, I kept feeling like Zack was reading my mind about what songs I wanted played! Our guests raved about how fun our dance floor was! Family members that typically NEVER dance at weddings even made it out to our dance floor. Milwaukee Airwaves made our wedding a blast!

Kendrick from Milwaukee Airwaves was our DJ and he was absolutely fantastic. We had to reduce our guest count for our wedding due to COVID19 and I was concerned that with less people our dance floor wouldn't be as lively or fun, but thanks to Kendrick that was completely not the case. Every single song he played was a hit, I literally couldn't leave the dance floor because I didn't want to miss dancing to a single song he played! He was very aware of our music preferences - we gave him a hand full must plays and do not plays but weren't overly specific about the playlist because we trusted his expertise to keep the party going and he was able to get our taste in music spot on. All our guests raved about him, he made our wedding an absolute blast. Not only that, but he was a huge asset at making sure the event ran smoothly. He was very flexible, organized, and just overall a joy to work with. Milwaukee Airwaves is a must hire.

Find Yourself Another DJ Who Can Mashup Beach Boys (Surfing in the USA) to F.L.Y. (Swag Surfin')? We'll Wait...

When my now wife and I talked about wedding, there were three things that we thought were ingredients to a successful day (…beyond the love we share): food in folks’ stomachs, drinks in peoples’ hands, and our guests’ feet on the dance floor. Thankfully, while Smoke Shack and The Ivy House successfully took care of the first two, the final – and perhaps most important – ingredient was left in the hands of Zach as our DJ for the night. To say he had an MVP performance would be a colossal understatement. From the time guests arrived to the time my bride walked down the aisle to the cocktail hour on the Fernweh patio to our first dances before dinner to getting folks on the dance floor and keeping them there ALL DANG NIGHT, we gave Zach keys to the car and he drove it about as well as anyone ever could. We can not compliment him enough for all the work he did to bring the night to life and ensure our guests were given a night and weekend to remember. The best thing: once we established guardrails of where to stay away from, he knew exactly where to take it from there. From song and artist selections to a mashup of Surfing in the USA to Swag Surfin’, what Zach did was remarkable and we are so indebted to him, Ramsey, and The Ivy House team for making #RedWifeandBlue one that we’ll talk about for all of our days. The care and attention they show to clients – to truly listen and help make their day *their* day and not a recycled playlist that’s cookie cutter to any other wedding – is unparalleled in Milwaukee, the state of Wisconsin, or anywhere else we’ve been to (…those are the words of some of our guests, not just us). Enormous shout out to Zach because whatever our dreams or expectations were going in, he blew them out of the water on the mic and in the booth from start to finish!

Wedding DJ

One of our (my wife and I) top priorities for our wedding was making sure the dance floor had high energy throughout the night and that the music was on point. We had been to some other weddings previously where the dance floor would be empty at points, or where the DJ struggled to read the crowd. We could not have asked for a better DJ in Kendrick, and he went absolutely above and beyond in creating a fun, energetic, and lively atmosphere! Kendrick brought so much energy, fresh ideas, and perspective to every phone call, every email, and most importantly to our wedding day. He was open to the ideas that we had and worked with us to bring our vision to a reality. We asked a lot of him as we asked him to create specific tracks for the wedding processional, recessional, and even created an entire script for him to Emcee for our bridal party Grand Entrance and he 100% CRUSHED it! He is a master on the microphone and even better in the DJ booth. Collaborating with him on our playlist was SO MUCH fun as we bounced ideas back and forth, and it was even better to discover that we shared a similar vision for how the playlist would proceed, and he executed it to perfection.

At the end of the night and in the days following the wedding, we received countless texts about how on point the music was and how it was the most fun reception that a lot of people had been a part of. We wanted our reception to be a party, and Kendrick definitely made that happen. It was even better to look over at the booth to see him celebrating and dancing and belting out the lyrics with us throughout the night. Kendrick is super well-rounded and can speak to every genre of music to make your wedding vision a reality. The dancing and the music is one of the few wedding details that people will actually remember, and we are so grateful that Kendrick and Milwaukee Airwaves made ours the best ever!

Side note: Milwaukee Airwaves offers one of those new photo booths that guests can operate themselves. This is a must! Our guests had an absolute ball in the photo booth and looking at the pictures the next day was simply hilarious! It really loosens up the crowd and helps people relax and have fun!

Wedding PhotoBooth

We used Milwaukee Airwaves for a last minute (10 days before our wedding decision haha) Photo Booth for our wedding! We had originally wanted a photo booth super bad but cut it due to finances and obviously not having that on our "top list" as we had other needs we wanted and needed more for our day. We met these guys at the open house of our venue and they were super nice right away! We were able to work out a reasonable deal on both ends since it was super close to our date. After we made the decision to use them for our day, they let us come up with a cool graphic that would go on the bottom of the photo-strip which was pretty cool! It was definitely more personable that way. Even though we only worked with these guys for a short time, it was very smooth and enjoyable especially with it being super close to our wedding day! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a Photo Booth for their wedding or event. It was seriously a HIT all night long at our wedding! I'm glad we decided to do this! 😃 All our guests had a blast and we had so much fun looking through all the photos later!

MKE Airwaves is fantastic.

MKE Airwaves was absolutely outstanding. We had the privilege of working with Gene for our wedding, and he was nothing but professional and helpful. Gene spoke with us multiple times prior to the wedding where he explained his philosophy as well as walking through the night. The biggest thing that we got from the phone calls was that Gene was on our side and he would do anything he could to help us (including turning away over-exuberant uncles who want to give speeches). On the night of, Gene was amazing. He played the hits and kept the party going. We sent him playlist ideas ahead of time so he got a taste of our music preferences, and he nailed it. At the end of the night, several people in our wedding party asked for a card because of how great he was. Cannot recommend enough.

Good people, awesome DJs!

While trying to decide who to choose for a DJ company for our wedding, we met with a couple of local companies. We ultimately decided to hire Milwaukee Airwaves for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with our final choice.

From the beginning, Alex was pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to emails. He was able to work with all of our requests and make sure that we had everything set up before we were assigned a DJ. When we met with our DJ, Aaron, we knew we made the right choice.

Aaron (and his assistant!) was SUCH a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t have asked for someone who was friendlier, more willing to deal with our crazy prank-pulling families, and was able to entertain a crowd of 150 aged 9-90. He accommodated all of our requests, but made sure that the crowd still had a great time. He was so professional at coordinating speeches and making sure that the night went as smooth as possible. We got so many compliments on our music choices and people of all ages were telling us what an amazing selection of music we had and how great our DJ was.

Matt is the absolute best!

Matt at Milwaukee Airwaves was THE best DJ we could have had for our wedding. We had our wedding at The Ivy House, which is located in the same space as the Milwaukee Airwaves headquarters. We feel so thankful that Matt was matched with us as our DJ for the most incredible wedding. Matt was kind, professional, and treated us like close friends. He had great ideas for the music for our wedding and was very receptive to any questions or ideas we had. He threw an incredible dance party outside at The Ivy House - many of our friends and family are still talking about how much fun they had at our reception and how great the DJ was. My favorite thing about Matt was how respectful he was. During the reception, Matt would find us and quietly stand there until we were finished with a conversation before he would ask us a question. I will admit that I had my doubts that ANYONE could simultaneously entertain a group of guests like ours, from all points in the US and ages 6 months to 80ish. But Ramsey and Alex pulled it off beautifully! The music selections for each piece of our day were completely "us" but also kept our 120 guests happy and we danced all night long! The music was fun and diverse and avoided (most, one was requested by a guest) wedding music cliches. Our very particular requirements for the ceremony music were met perfectly and our guests heard every word of our emotional/silly/mushy ceremony. Ramsey was an absolute pleasure to work with before and during our event. And Alex, in addition to being a fabulous compliment to Ramsey on the night itself, handily defended my music to my 10-year-old. Who can ask for more?

Our September wedding with Milwaukee Airwaves could not have gone better. We had some things come up late in our planning process that required us to change DJ companies just a few weeks out from our wedding, and Ramsey and his team were so accommodating in getting us ready to roll on a short timeframe. When you work with Milwaukee Airwaves, you have the benefit of having two DJs at your wedding, which ends up making a big difference in keeping things on schedule and moving smoothly, as they essentially act as your M.C. throughout the night. Our DJs were Matt and Kendrick, and they were awesome - truly crowd pleasers! The dance floor was packed all night, and they did such a great job reading the room and adapting their music choices accordingly. They also took care to check in with us throughout the night to make sure we were having a good time, which gave us an added peace of mind. We also worked with Milwaukee Airwaves on an uplighting package. You can rent as many lights as you need to transform your room, and they have dozens of colors and hues that they can cycle through until you find the perfect one. Matt and Tyler (not even one of our DJs!) were even kind enough to meet us at our venue a couple days before the wedding to test the lights in the room, get a sense for flow of the night, and make sure they knew where everything that they needed was going to be on the night-of. We feel like the whole team at Milwaukee Airwaves went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect, and it really was. We would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the Milwaukee area.

We literally cannot imagine our wedding without Milwaukee Airwaves, specifically Tyler. He kept the ceremony, reception and speeches running smoothly AND kept the dance floor packed all night. He was super responsive, hilarious and just ridiculously talented at what he does. We can’t recommend them enough as Milwaukee’s best DJ service!

Heard them at Bridal event in Third Ward and wanted to check them out for our daughter's wedding immediately. So easy to work with. Just celebrated her wedding and have nothing but praise for our DJs. Aaron was fantastic. Dance floor was packed from beginning to end! I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I got married in June 2017 and we used Milwaukee Airwaves for our DJ at the reception. We met with the DJs a few weeks before our wedding to let them know what kind of music we were looking for. We ended up creating a Spotify playlist of all sorts of music we thought would be fun to hear at our wedding (at cocktail hour, during dinner, early dances, and late night dancing). Tyler did an amazing job of taking that list and playing those songs when they fit best during the night. He also took requests from the guests, which was great!

I heard from SO many of our guests that the DJ was amazing. I think at least ten people came up to me at the reception and said it was really hard to take a break and leave the dance floor because it was just one great song after another (and more told me that after). Tyler did such a great job reading the crowd and playing what seemed to fit the current mood.

I cannot recommend this DJ enough. They were absolutely amazing, and also very reasonably priced!!

Kendrick was a great DJ! He took all of my requests for the reception, and kept the party going all night. He even included a few songs that I'd forgotten -- and loved! The ceremony music went perfectly, and I never had to worry about whether something was going to go wrong. I really, really appreciated not having to think about it on the day-of! Ramsey, the owner, was also very responsive and kind. We'd definitely recommend them!

Milwaukee Airwaves was recommended to us by one of our other fantastic vendors and the same weekend we saw them at a bridal event in the Third Ward. Music was awesome -- seriously hard not to start tapping your feet, so we KNEW we had to set up a meeting with Ramsey. Honestly, we cannot say enough nice things about this guy. He is responsive, kind, authentic and was great at understanding our vision for the evening. He was super organized leading up to the wedding, and worked closely with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. The night ran so smoothly with him as emcee, he is so energetic and engaging. And once the dancing started, OH BOY. Seriously, the party vibes did not quit till they shut the venue down on us. He picked the best songs, keeping the vibe going the whole evening. The music was liked by everyone, mixing old jams, new stuff, different genres. We have countless iPhone videos from friends documenting this dance party and it was one of the (if not THE) highlights from the day. You will not be disappointed working with Milwaukee Airwaves -- they are GOOD people and they help you throw one helluva party!!!

If you are ready for an all-night dance party at your wedding, look no further. Ramsey and Milwaukee Airwaves took care of every techy detail for both our wedding ceremony and reception which included: music (duh), mics during ceremony and reception, amplification for a guitar, slideshow/projector, and a crazy fun photobooth (with full-sized pictures!). My husband and I were impressed with how easy it was to work with Ramsey…which was almost all via emails since we were planning our wedding from a few states away. Ramsey is professional, easy going, fun, cool, organized, and knows how to keep people on the dance floor which is exactly what we needed from our wedding dj! Ramsey helped me plan the timeline for the day, what type of mood music to play pre-ceremony, post-ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and beyond. We did not have any sound issues AT ALL, Ramsey was flawless. As the bride, I did not leave the dance floor during the reception and my husband was out there most of the night as well! We could not be happier with our decision to higher Milwaukee Airwaves! Ramsey is incredible and I would trust him to dj any event, no matter the type of music. Milwaukee airwaves was absolutely one of the best wedding choices we made! We met with Ramsey very early on in the process and signed our contract during our first meeting. He was incredibly personable and attentive to all the things we needed for our wedding from start to finish. DON'T PANIC IF RAMSEY DOESN'T DJ YOUR WEDDING! Alex was my DJ and he was PERFECTION! We met beforehand to discuss the day of and he listened to everything we wanted/didn't want. He was definitely one of those people you're sad to only work with once because he felt much more like a friend than a "vendor". When things were running a bit behind schedule (on our end) he never made me feel rushed. He kept the night at a great pace. People were dancing literally the entire night. It was perfect. They were perfect. Guests were so complimentary of our day of timeline and the whole flow of the wedding. Could not have done it without Ramsey and Alex!!!! <3

Everyone is still talking about the music at our wedding to this day! Tyler absolutely slayed the music and the dance floor was packed for every song! We definitely pushed his musical boundaries a bit, looking for a darker, more rock 'n roll wedding and he nailed it! I think he had fun with it too! How many wedding can you say successfully worked in a Marilyn Manson song flawlessly?! Both Tyler and Ramsey were easy to contact, quick with responses, and were really flexible with their schedules when we couldn't be, seeing as we live out of town. Milwaukee Airwaves was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

We had a great experience with Milwaukee Airwaves. After our first meeting with Ramsey I knew we picked the right DJ company. Ramsey and Tyler were professional, flexible, and easy to work with. Tyler ended up being our DJ the night of the wedding and when we met with him before the wedding we had a good feeling that the music was going to fun and enjoyable for everybody. Tyler did not disappoint, he packed the dance floor all night long! People danced from the time dinner was over until the lights came on. People are still commenting how much fun the wedding was and a big part of that is good music. If you do NOT want an empty dance floor, look no further than Milwaukee Airwaves, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun wedding!

The Milwaukee Airwaves team is the best in town! Our 9.24.16 wedding & reception at the Villa Terrace was absolutely perfect with many thanks to Ramsey and the team. He was so fun to work with as we planned our event and the music was absolutely PERFECT. I think every guest stayed on the dance floor until the last song. Ramsey helped make the whole evening flow and we cannot thank him enough! We used the string lights over the terrace as well as additional lighting in the courtyard - it was breathtaking! Thank you Ramsey for making our wedding the best night of our lives!!

We used Milwaukee Airwaves for our wedding at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Milwaukee and it couldn't of went better. We had Ramsey as our DJ, and from start to finish, he provided exemplary service. We have had so many of our guests compliment us on the music at our wedding. The dance floor was packed from start to finish. If Ramsey played a song, and the dance floor started to empty, he would bail on it 10 seconds in and had everyone back out on the dance floor in a minute. This only happened once by the way. He met with me prior to the big day to gauge what kind of music/vibe we wanted and provided the perfect experience. I'd recommend Ramsey and Milwaukee Airwaves to anyone who wants their reception to be remembered as one of the best parties your guests have ever attended.

I would recommend Milwaukee Airwaves to anyone looking for the best DJ experience you could imagine. Ramsey (owner) was very professional and thorough with us during the booking process and really made it easy for us to customize our wedding playlists. We really liked that we had our own website to keep track of our song requests. He really went the extra mile on our wedding day by showing up with the extra uplighting that was not in our package. It brought out the character in our venue which is clearly reflected in our photos. We felt as though he listened to us and really catered to what we requested. His song choices were always on point even if not on our list - our dance floor was packed until midnight! Milwaukee Airwaves is simply the best. We have and will continue to recommend to our friends and family.

Ramsey DJed my wedding in October and he far exceeded our expectations. Leading up to the day he was responsive, professional and friendly. On the day itself he checked in the right amount for us to know he was engaged but also didn't need us micromanage. His song selections were perfect based on our music preferences and to keep the dance floor packed. Everyone raved about what a great party it was! We specified no requests and he handled it perfectly with our guests. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding and we've recommended Milwaukee Airwaves to many friends since!

We could not have made a better choice than using Milwaukee Airwaves as our wedding DJ service. Ramsey was AWESOME and really went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it (including a last-minute song change 5 minutes before the ceremony started). Even though people were constantly milling about between the dance floor, bar and outside areas, the dance floor was never empty and they definitely kept the party going all the way until the end of the night. The venue basically had to kick us out because we were having so much fun! If you aren't considering them for your wedding, you are making a mistake!

Tyler Curran provided DJ services for our wedding and he was raved by our guests! He knew the right time to change the mood and worked to get our guests out and dancing. Bucky Badger was a surprise for our guests and Tyler worked with the mascot to keep him a secret until it was time for everyone to "jump around." We were able to meet with him a couple of times prior to the wedding, which made our day seamless. We would recommend Milwaukee Airwaves to anyone looking to have a packed dance floor!

Milwaukee Airwaves was a great DJ to have for our wedding on September 5th, 2015. Ramsey was our main contact while booking and leading up to the wedding and he was responsive, professional, and great. Our actual DJ at the wedding was Nick Olla. He met up with us before the wedding to talk things through and he was very easy to talk to and we trusted him. Nick was a fantastic DJ and was very accommodating of playing our requested songs as well as our guests requested songs. Very easy to work with, they helped plan lots of details\moment, I hadn't really thought of, plus we had a blast doing so. Ramsey was really professional, an expert at his trade. They did the lighting and sound for ceremony and reception, plus the photo booth. Could not have asked for anything more. Milwaukee Airwaves did an AMAZING job at our wedding! We wanted an experienced DJ who could keep to our initial 'schedule' (grand march, first dance, cake cutting, speeches, etc), but then let loose and keep the dance floor packed until the very end! We also needed to have latin music in the mix for my Mexican and Colombian family at the wedding, so that posed a special challenge to the DJs. Tyler and Joe really nailed it -- they could read the crowd really well and seemed to play just the right music at the right time. They created an awesome party atmosphere, keeping our guests dancing until the reception hall said we had to shut it down! I could not have been happier with their service and skills as DJs. Plus, they also offer uplighting, which is nice and convenient to have one vendor who can provide multiple services and the lighting really made the room look classy and elegant. Milwaukee Airwaves was truly professional -- I would recommend to ANYONE! Thank you, Tyler and Joe!

Ramsey and Joe were awesome! We had some concerns and trouble with our venue but they put us at ease and handled everything so that we didn't have to stress out. They weren't cheesy which is what turned us off from some other DJs. They took our likes/dislikes into mind and had our guests happy and dancing the whole night!

Tyler was our amazing DJ at our wedding. He did such an awesome job at feeling the vibe in the room and creating the atmosphere we were looking for. He was consistently on point with the music choices while also keeping us informed and on time for the different events throughout the night. He also was really good at being flexible with changing the schedule around (for example during the bouquet toss and garter toss), and overall, he was just super fun!

He also nailed it with doing a “last ballad song” and then going right into a bunch of super fun dance songs; people loved that, and it was a great way to end the night!

Throughout the whole process, both Ramsey and Tyler were very professional with meeting with us ahead of time, going through all of our questions, talking through logistics, etc. A lot of DJs can be weird and fit in that stereotypical DJ category, but both Ramsey and Tyler are not that kind of guy. They are the kind of person you would want to hang out with and share a beer with after your wedding; super cool and laid back style while still being very organized. I would 100% recommend Milwaulee Airwaves to anyone looking for a DJ in the Madison/Milwaukee area!

We decided to go with Milwaukee Airwaves after a friend recommended them. We couldn't be happier with the decision. DJ Ramsey was so helpful throughout the planning process and during the big day. He's completely calm and collected at all times which was exactly what I needed. I knew I was in good hands and he would keep the night running smoothly. They work with all the other vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page, and work to keep the night organized while keeping the guests happy too! We have received so many compliments on our DJ service. We (and our guests) danced so much we couldn't walk for a few days :)

Milwaukee Airwaves was a huge part of why our wedding day went smoothly. Tyler first coordinated the music for the ceremony, and saw both of us minutes before walking down the aisle. He assured both of us that everything was going to fall into place, and he really helped calm everyone's nerves (even our first-time officiant). He not only delivered a perfectly timed ceremony, but the acoustics for our outdoor and very windy ceremony were exceptional. He was much more than a DJ. He kept the entire day running smoothly and on time, and was so in sync with us. We would recommend Tyler and Milwaukee Airwaves to anyone looking for a DJ that goes above and beyond their role.

In addition to DJ services, Milwaukee Airwaves also provided uplighting that truly transformed our reception room. Also, our DJ sang during cocktail hour (we met with him prior to pick songs and also hired a guitarist to assist for a small fee). I would HIGHLY recommend Milwaukee Airwaves!!

DJ Ramsey of Milwaukee Airwaves was an absolute pleasure to work with. He met with my wife and I a few times before the big day to make sure that we were comfortable with all of the plans. He was kind, thorough, and responsive. He gave us exactly what we wanted and made the wedding so much for fun than I could have ever imagined. Great equipment, great team, great work ethic, great enthusiasm--I cannot recommend Milwaukee Airwaves enough. They are super reasonably priced, without feeling like a low-end vendor. They give you the deluxe treatment for far less money than other DJs on their level.
