User925810 Sent on 09/07/2012I looked at many different photobooth vendors and Million Grins was a little on the pricey side but I feel the quality of the picture and the options of things that we could put on the picture was by far the nicest I've seen from going to other weddings and seeing other photobooths. Just showing you get what you pay for. My 4 on the responsiveness was due to I was emailing/calling a few weeks before my wedding and wasn't hearing back but I guess they were on vacation, maybe some sort of out of office reply would have been helpful. Other than that I was very happy with Million Grins and it was a huge success at my wedding. I would definately use them again! -

User1297815 Sent on 08/22/2013We used the million grins photo booth at our wedding. It was a hit and everyone loved it. The photo quality was great and the booth itself was so neat, not one of those makeshift ones which made it way more cool to me. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the communication before the wedding. That it wasn't very easy to get a hold of anyone, nobody to answer my questions and concerns. -

The booth was a little small for the amount of money we paid for it! -
User921875 Sent on 09/04/2012Use of the photo booth itself went very well & the pics from it are great size & quality. Our main issue was the problems with the vendor. He was very difficult to contact after booking, and after repeated attempts, took several days to return calls. Additional issues were:upon originally booking he said he could customize the background to match our invitation (which he wanted to charge for later) and package was to include a magazine of our favorite pictures. When we selected the pics we were told only a small amount was free, extras would cost more. Additional fees were waived after complaining of these issues.
Million Grins Entertainment's reply:
We offered at one time a photo album. With the deal came a certain amount of pages for free. Any additonal pages were extra. Our graphic design is free with our services. If you need a custom one to match somthing I.E. wedding invitations there could be an additional charge. We are upfront with all of our pricing and do not add any other fees that you were not told about prior to booking. Please ask if you have any concerns. -
