  Best Wedding DJ - Look no further

  Hire Matt as your wedding DJ! He was such a pleasure to work with. Matt’s incredibly experienced, professional, flexible and accommodating. He ultimately wants you to have the best day and will support whatever your vision is, while also providing insightful feedback where appropriate. We were so happy with Matt and have gotten many compliments from our guests. From the wedding timeline, to knowing where to cut certain songs, and all the little details in between, he was totally locked in. Thank you so much, Matt!!!

  Best. DJ. Ever.

  Matt is the best DJ! Extremely communicative throughout the entire process and does everything in his power to not only make it an amazing experience for you but for your guests as well! Highly recommend him for any event that you might need a DJ for!

  Matt is the BEST

  Hiring Matt was one of the best decisions I made for my 6/1/24 wedding. From our first call with him I knew he was kind, attentive, detail-oriented, professional, and a fun personality. His planning sheet made everything easy for us through the planning process. Our dance floor was packed all night. Our crowd was a mix of young and older folks and he managed to play something for everyone. I had people coming up to me before the end of the night asking who he was and complementing his music choices. I never worried for one moment he would do a great job. We had the most fun party we could have asked for. Do not hesitate to hire Matt for any event!

  Highly recommend

  Based on a recommendation from friends we hired Matt as our wedding DJ and we're so glad we did. We met with him at one of his trivia events and were so impressed with his music and industry knowledge. Matt remembers every wedding his ever done it seems. He knows the exact length of songs off the top of his head and has so much advice for anyone who needs it. After you decide to work with Matt he'll send over song recommendations for every part of your day including data from the DJ software he uses that will let you know the most popular songs to play at weddings from a large number of categories. He will play all of your must plays and none of your do not plays. You can decide if you want him to take requests from guests or not, all the way down to accepting requests from specific guests and not others. He was so easy to work with and so helpful across the board. He also provides sound/mic support for your ceremony and speeches and he provides lighting should you need that. We loved working with Matt and highly recommend him.

  Amazing DJ, Thanks Matt!

  Matt Forde was incredible at our wedding! He handled the mics and music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He is very professional and he did a wonderful job getting our whole crowd dancing all night long! He was a vendor I absolutely did not have to worry about, he handled everything. He made sure to play the songs my fiancé requested and field out some bad requests from our guests! Could not recommend him enough, thanks Matt!

  Incredibly professional, detail-oriented DJ

  We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Matt from Millhouse Sound Events as our DJ and sound expert from our ceremony, to cocktail hour, dinner, and dances, through to our epic dance party. This guy is an absolute pro. He helped us craft the perfect playlists, listening to our likes and dislikes. He has a way of looking at the beats per second of songs and lining them up seamlessly. My husband and his family are Persian, and Matt was also awesome at intertwining some of our favorite Persian dance songs. We couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks for everything, Matt!

  Cannot say enough good things about DJ Matt Forde!

  I really can’t say enough good things about DJ Matt Forde! He was the utmost professional from start to finish, and we knew he was going to be the highlight of our wedding. Our wedding was down the Cape in June, the ceremony was outside overlooking the beach and the reception was under a tent. Matt took the time to meet with us twice before the wedding to make sure that the day of turned out exactly how we wanted it to. He gave us a rundown/ general timeline of how the wedding would go from the ceremony, and the speeches, all the way to the last dance of the night, and he gave us recommendations of songs to use when we couldn’t make a decision for ourselves. His musical knowledge is phenomenal, there isn’t a song he doesn’t know!
  
  On the day of, Matt did an amazing job with our ceremony music, and was even better at announcing the wedding party! He made sure he was pronouncing each and every person’s name correctly and he got the crowd amped up for our big entrance. Matt is fantastic at reading the crowd and knew when it was time to slow things down or speed things up. The dance floor was packed the entire time, he played a great mix of slow songs and upbeat dance songs, oldies and new hits. No one was sitting in their seat, including my 86 year old grandmother who was having a blast on the dance floor, and everyone was sad to see the dance party end! Even the wait staff at the wedding couldn’t help but dance around as they poured drinks, delivered food, and cleared tables. We have already had guests ask if he’s available for their weddings, and birthday parties. If you want to have a dance party that people will remember, I would highly recommend Matt Forde for all of your entertainment needs, you won’t regret it!

  Matt was amazing!

  Matt was the DJ for our wedding in Chatham in June. The ceremony was on the beach and the reception was outdoors in a tent. Everything was at a beach house that we rented and we weren't sure if the power at the house could accommodate his equipment. He brought his generator just in case to avoid any problems. Although we didn't end up needing the generator, we really appreciated how prepared he was. Matt was so much fun to work with and was extremely professional. We would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for a great DJ!

  Hire him!!

  Matt Forde with Millhouse Sound Events was great!! When my husband and I had our first meeting with him, we knew we wanted him as our DJ the minute the meeting was over! Matt has a great personality and is wonderful to work with! He played all our requests and adhered to our “do not play” list, even asked us if playing a certain song was ok because it was close to being on the “do not play” list! I danced the whole night away, and I don’t even like to dance!! I’d recommend him for any of your DJ needs!!

  I would recommend Matt Forde to anyone. He really knows his stuff and was extremely responsive and helpful. We met with him 2 or 3 times before our wedding, and he made sure that everything went smoothly. Intros were fantastic and he kept the dance floor filled the whole night.

  Matt from Millhouse Sound Events was amazing! From the moment we had our first introductory meeting in person, we were impressed by his professionalism and clear mastery of how to DJ weddings. He provided us with valuable guidance to make our wedding the best it could be, and he absolutely delivered on the day of. Everyone had a fabulous time dancing, from the youngest to the oldest. We highly, highly recommend Matt!

  We found Matt through the Lenox Hotel and felt like we were in good hands the moment we met him. Matt had a great sense of how the evening runs. We spoke with him a week ahead of the wedding and he was really open to our questions and requests. And he was so patient!! He took multiple phone calls from me the week of the wedding. And that evening he was the epitome of professional. Dance floor was packed and had good flow. Most importantly everyone had a great time!

  We would absolutely recommend Matt Forde to anyone who is looking for a DJ. Right from the beginning, it was very apparent that he's done this more than a few times before. He was organized, always quick to respond to e-mails, and had every detail for the night of planned out well in advance. He was great on the night of too. He was there an hour before our guests even arrived, and didn't take a break the entire night. We gave him a lot of leeway with the music selection and he did not disappoint. He read the room very well and knew what would get people up and dancing. He even managed to get people back on the dance floor after a break for family pictures in the middle of the evening.
  
  I can't recommend Matt enough. He's very reasonably priced and did a great job. Thanks so much Matt!
