Excellent Experience

Jeff was great to work with from the very beginning! He made us feel at ease throughout the whole planning process, so music one thing we didn't need to worry about. He was super helpful day-of coordinating the flow of things, and even had a great suggestion for our guests that saved us from having to hear clinking glasses every 2 minutes. Instead of clinking glasses for a kiss, a whole table had to stand and sing part of a song that contained the word love in it, and THEN we had to kiss. I love that that little touch made it more interactive for everyone. Would definitely recommend Jeff for a wedding DJ, it was a great experience all around.

Jeff was awesome to work with! He was very easygoing and responsive. He made planning music very simple and easy for us. He actually planned most of it. We had last minute requests the day of the wedding and he was so flexible making everything happen. He kept the flow and read the dance floor! What a great day! Thank you so much!!!

Great DJ Experience

My husband and I would highly recommend hiring Jeff for your wedding ceremony/reception. He was very easy to work with! He met with us before the wedding and offered many suggestions to help our reception run smoothly. All of our guests had an AMAZING time!

Jeff was the absolute best DJ we could have ever asked for to help make our wedding day a success. Amazing and Flexible DJ!!

Jeff did such an amazing job at our wedding. We started planning with him when our wedding was rescheduled due to Covid 19. Day by day it seemed we changes due to the pandemic and he was right there to adjust with us. During the Wedding, he was just as flexible as the night went on with our schedule and pleased the guests with perfect music and took requests. He was such a joy to work with and we recommend him highly!! Thank you Jeff!!!

Best DJ ever!!

I was extremely picky when it came to DJ’s after hearing so many bad ones at past weddings. Jeff was amazing to work with through the whole process and great with giving suggestions. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Jeff playing every song we wanted to hear and more! Our guests were dancing the entire night and still rave about him. I couldn’t recommend him more!

What an amazing human being!

Jeff was the DJ for our crisp October afternoon wedding and he was outstanding! He made our wedding perfect and when I told him we like a little bit of everything for our music choices he did just that and gave us a little bit of everything, we danced until we couldn’t dance anymore. Communication with him was the best and he was very attentive. When my husband and I first met with him he explained everything so thoroughly and he answered all my questioned before I could even ask him! I would recommend him to anybody that has asked me about the DJ for our wedding!

Great Experiance

Jeff was amazing to work with before the wedding and also on our wedding day. He made planning the music for everything super easy with the packets he provided. He did an amazing job on our wedding day. Interacting with our guest, if he had questions he didn't hesitate to ask and all around an energetic DJ to have. Great DJ and Great Atmosphere

Great Dj and music was awesome!

He was very responsive throughout the process and organized. He made the night fun and everyone loved the music which had everyone dancing from the cake was cut! Highly recommend!!

Organized and Accommodating

Jeff did an amazing job at our wedding. We had a special request where a friend was playing ukulele live for our first dance and he helped us coordinate that. It created a very unique experience that we can't thank him enough for. We would highly recommend him.

Kept everyone dancing the whole night!

We highly recommend Jeff and his services! We love to dance and were very excited for this portion of our wedding day! Jeff did not disappoint as our DJ!! We got married on the hottest day in June of 2019 which ended up being the hottest June on record. You couldn’t tell if people were sweating because it was hot or because they were having so much fun dancing. We hired Jeff to provide music for our cocktail hour and reception. He arrived on site early to get set-up for two locations including our cocktail hour in a barn and then for the reception in a greenhouse. He did an awesome job transitioning between the cocktail hour and reception and planned for the right amount of time to make our wedding party entrances smooth. He was extremely professional and great at being an MC for entrances and important announcements throughout the evening. Prior to the wedding, he was an excellent communicator and made himself available for in person meetings to talk through details. He accepted a long list of preferred songs and followed the genres we had planned throughout the evening. He does a smart twist on the anniversary dance to get all of the guests on the dance floor and start off the dancing for the night! He also has other fun special dance suggestions that were different, and our guests loved! We had an absolute blast at our reception because of Jeff! He kept our dance floor full all night long with a great variety of songs that made all ages happy!

Jeff Rocked my daughters wedding!!

Jeff was a big help during the wedding introducing people and events. He helped us keep on schedule and the music was just right! He got everyone up and dancing and was so easy to work with. Awesome Wedding DJ

My husband and I married earlier this month in Worthington, and Jeff DJed our wedding. We had some great vendors, but he was our hands-down favorite. This was a first wedding for both of us, and we knew nothing about weddings. He patiently educated us on what was common, helped us make decisions about our wedding day timeline, and then helped us with timing throughout the night. This was so helpful, as we did not have a wedding planner, in order to save a little money- we wouldn't have been able to do it without him! He was very responsive. He took all of our requests, even last-minute requests such as adding the "shoe game", adding an Italian dance as a tribute to my late grandfather, and changing our first dance. Not only did he take these last-minute requests but he executed everything so smoothly- he did great! He also found me several times throughout the night to see if I was enjoying the music, wanted anything to drink, etc. Jeff spoke with our venue coordinator and other key people to make sure everyone was on the same page, and this was also really helpful. We highly recommend him for your wedding DJ needs!

eff was very professional through the entire process, making it very effortless to work with him from the day we met him to wedding day. He even got a "soul train" going at our wedding, which was a nice surprise to get everyone on the dance floor. Wonderful musical experience

Jeff was a great DJ. He met with us before the ceremony and made sure he understood the kind of reception we wanted and the type of music that was important for us to listen to. He even made an effort to accomadate us so we could sing a karaoke song. He also went above and beyond by asking us if we needed anything else (beside music). I would highly recommend Jeff as a DJ. Our guests also were very pleased with his music selections.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff! He was amazing from start to finish. He listened to what type of wedding we were wanting and also gave advice and options to help us with areas we were still undecided about. He also helped us form our day of timeline to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was extremely flexible with a last minute change we had to our reception as well. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure he played every song us and our guests wanted to hear and made sure everyone had a great time. Jeff from Millennium Mobile DJ was such as helpful part of our wedding planning for my daughter's ceremony and reception! He provided us tools for organizing the wedding's events and met with us more than once to make sure everything was going to be done the way we wanted. The night of the wedding, he was fantastic! More than one person asked how we found our DJ because he was so good. He played music before the ceremony, worked with our live musician for the processional, then played music after the ceremony. For the reception, we had a particular music list that he played (thank you for sticking to the bride's wishes so well!). He had a great voice as he hosted fun events like the "shoe game" and the "anniversary dance." Best of all, he was a calming presence - so organized and at peace about how things were going. He was always asking how we were doing, what he could do. He was just wonderful. I highly recommend him!

When planning our wedding, there were three things that were at the top of my priority list: 1) amazing food, 2) a wonderful DJ, and 3) reasonable prices. Now, our venue provided the food, so cannot speak for Jeff's cooking abilities, but he was absolutely a wonderful DJ for a reasonable price! My husband and I had specific ideas that we wanted to try and song selections in mind, and Jeff helped bring them to life. From what I could see that night, and from what we've been told over and over again since then - we stepped out for sunset photos and missed about 30-45 minutes of the action - was that guests had a blast dancing the night away on a packed dance floor! Thank you so much Jeff!

Jeff was amazing! Easy to work with and to talk to. I am Latina and I wanted specific Salsa and Merengue songs in our wedding but we also wanted music from the states since my husband is white. I gave him the music I wanted and it was the best combination he did a good job with the music. We also had people on the dance floor the entire time and that was our main goal. Thanks Jeff for helping us put a super fun wedding we received many compliments.

Professional and talented, Millennium Mobile DJs was the ideal choice for our Autumn 2016 wedding. Seeking an out-of-the-box, industrial, aesthetic lead us to a unique downtown loft space which presented a host of difficulties day-of; including: loss of power, tripped breakers, and extreme heat. MMDJs [Jeff] handled each new obstacle with experienced poise making sure I, as the bride, never even knew of the troubles until after the wedding.

MMDJs provided pre-wedding planning tools and cheerfully accommodated a list of specialty music we requested. They communicated clearly regarding songs they already had, could acquire, or needed our assistance to obtain, effortlessly customizing the experience exactly as we envisioned it.

Jeff was extremely professional, friendly, and very open with his communication. He tailored our evening to us, and made sure we had everything covered and taken care of. He checked in with us leading up to our event and also that night to ensure we were happy with how everything was running (from the songs, to the timing, to the big moments of the evening).
My only (very small) complaint was that some names of important family members were mis-pronounced - maybe just double checking that would be a good idea.
That said, it did not affect the overall experience we had with Jeff. He was extremely easy to work with - and I had a lot of requests and special songs I wanted played. He customized our evening, and I would highly recommend him!

Mature and experienced DJ helped greatly in the planning. We visited him at his home to become acquainted and messaged or emailed several times right up to last day! At the event his professional and time-conscious demeanor made us all enjoy the time better. All around great DJ.

We could not be more pleased with our choice in having Jeff DJ and MC our wedding. In the planning stages he was perfectly professional, meticulous, and friendly. He listened to our plans and ideas in areas we had more concrete ideas of the music and flow, and also had great recommendations to help us in areas where we more lost in what to do, but never pushy. Everything up to the wedding was great, but it was the day of the wedding that he truly shined as an excellent DJ and MC. He followed the plans we had made to the T, but also improvised in ways that made the night even more special. I'll mention just a couple things he did that really stood out to me. We had a couple of songs listed as must play songs, and as the bride and groom we were not on the dance floor for large swatches of the night, but I noticed that the songs we mentioned as most important were played while we were on the dance floor and able to enjoy them. We also wanted to forego the glass clinking tradition so in lieu of clinking we asked that our guests sing a song with the word love in it to get us to kiss. We were worried the traditionalists in the families might not like this but after the first clinking started Jeff had an elegant couple of sentences explaining what we wanted and no one seemed to mind the change. Finally, Jeff also checked in with us a few times to see if he could get us anything to drink or eat.

While everything Jeff did was great it was these small details he orchestrated himself that allowed us to focus on other things and for the night to flow very smoothly. As an added bonus since he has been working for years now he knew many of our other vendors and has worked with them in the past, once again adding to smoother coordination before the wedding and on the wedding day. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a DJ or MC for their wedding.

Not even sure where to begin with Jeff. He was extremely reasonable on pricing, he has a perfect radio voice, he did an excellent job with all the selections. He understands artists and who performs similar music and plays exactly what you want him to. Everything went smooth and he kept the reception flowing effortlessly.

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff and would absolutely use him again for another occasion in a heart beat! He was able to read the crowd so well and gave us some interesting ideas to help get everyone involved--like a serenade instead of clinking glasses and a conga line as the night went on! He was great at incorporating old and new music to the likes of the crowd and I was impressed with how full our dance floor stayed! Thanks for a wonderful time!

He listened to us and also gave us ideas too. He's fast with responses and will make time for you if you want to go over something. He played music that really fitted well with the crowd. He did our ceremony and reception, and he made sure that everything flowed well. He's very affordable. He's located in Hilliard, but will travel to other places. I'm very happy with how things turned out on my wedding day!

Jeff was so wonderful to work with and extremely easy to meet with. He was always flexible with scheduling to meet up and discuss our plans and was very helpful in planning. My husband and I had a fairly specific way we wanted things done at our wedding reception and Jeff did a fabulous job of making that happen. We cannot speak highly enough of Jeff or the services he provided for our wedding. He worked with us to play exactly the music we wanted for our ceremony and for cocktail hour during the reception, and when we turned the selections over to him for the remainder of the evening, he kept the dance floor hopping. He is friendly, professional, respectful, and was (by far) the most reasonably priced vendor we contacted. We would definitely recommend working with Jeff for any special occasion!

Jeff was a good DJ. He was professional, prompt, and very helpful when it came to moving the reception along and informing us! He is a little less interactive than most. It all depends on preference. For us, he was great.

Jeff was great to work with and really helped with the music decisions. He was flexible and very quick to respond. Jeff did a phenomenal job as the DJ and master of ceremonies at our wedding! He assisted us in planning and organizing the schedule of events, as well as keeping us on track for the reception. He was able to read the crowd, and their desire to dance, and kept the dance songs coming all night. Our guests had a great time and so did we! Jeff was always pleasant and professional, helpful, and approachable. He was also very accommodating of our desire to play Hindi and Nepali music, which were not in his playlist. We would definitely recommend him for your DJ needs!!

A great choice! He did a wonderful job keeping the flow of transitions throughout the night (from dinner to cake cutting to father-daughter dance…). He did a great job with the music to keep everyone on the dance floor.

This DJ is the reason our wedding reception was so great! He took everyones music requests and didn't make them wait long to hear the song requested and he also stayed longer than he was scheduled for. I would definitely recommend him for an event!

Jeff was a great DJ! We really enjoyed having him as our MC! He worked with us on what music to play and what not to play several days before the wedding. Jeff was easy to work with and pretty much made sure we got everything we wanted for our reception. He always said it was our day so that our reception could look exactly the way we and our guests wanted it to. He made it about us and the guests. Not about him. Which we really appreciated! I also used Jeff for a middle school dance. It was really important that the music was age appropriate, and he did a great job with that.

Jeff provided great advice during our initial talks and helped us pick out music for the different phases of the night. During the reception he adapted really well to the mood of the attendees, especially with starting up the "love" seranade to replace people clinking our glasses. Our guests really liked getting involved in the night and it set the tempo for a great night.

Jeff from Millennium Mobile DJ was the best vendor I worked with at my wedding. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with a great deal of the planning and seamlessly transitioned between the ceremony and reception. I was very impressed with the way he interacted with guests and even offered new ideas for the reception that kept guests entertained. His pricing was very reasonable and definitely worth the value. He was very easy to get into contact with and was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I was blown away by Jeff and his performance, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Jeff Madama was great to work with! His pricing is fair and his modus operandi is that you're paying him, so he works for you, and he will do whatever you want. My fiance hates eighties music and AC/DC, so he didn't play that. We also had a few songs on our "Do Not Play" list that were requested at the reception, and he came over and asked us if we wanted him to go ahead and play them. Jeff is professional and responds in a timely manner. He's also flexible and comes prepared. We had to add hours to our contract at the last minute (change of venue), and he was willing to do that. There were so many other weddings going on at our site (plus all the coordinators have walkie talkies), that the wireless mic just gave feedback, but he was prepared with a wired mic and a stand. Jeff is also knowledgeable and can give you song suggestions or recommend websites to help you. I would use Jeff again and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

My husband (fiancé at the time) and I really enjoy music. We have been to multiple concerts over the years. The DJ was a huge decision for our wedding. I looked and looked for a perfect DJ. I viewed on-line websites, asked my friends and co-workers for referrals and went to bridal shows. Finally, I found Millennium Mobile DJ on-line. I called Jeff and left a message. His call was prompt; he called me that same day. First and foremost, Jeff has a radio voice which I loved!

We set up an appointment that day to meet at his home within the following weeks. My husband and I went together because we both had specific music we wanted played at the reception. Jeff was extremely accommodating. He got to know us as a couple first and then went into business. That is great customer service. He had a wedding planning worksheet that helped us plan out all the details. This was a huge asset because there were some items listed on the worksheet that we didn't even think about as we were planning. We planned out our reception as much as we could the day of our first meeting. We emailed back and forth until about a month before the wedding and met with him again to finalize all details.

The reception was all we wanted it to be. He helped release the tables for dinner, he got us wine while we were eating dinner and he played all of the music we requested!! We had a night full of dancing and fun with our closest family and friends. The close of the night was unforgettable as we danced to Elton John in a big huddle with all of our friends!

Thank you Jeff for making our reception a celebration of love, laughter and dancing!

We hired Jeff to provide music during our cocktail hour, reception and sound during the ceremony. Jeff was extremely easy to work with and 100% behind customizing the wedding and ambiance we wanted. We were planning our wedding from out of town and Jeff was super communicative and on-time to discuss the details of the entertainment side of the wedding. Jeff’s planning guide was extremely helpful in determining what elements we wanted, which we wanted to skip, and called our attention to some specific moments during the reception for which we could choose specific songs (like cake cutting and our exit). There was a minor slip up of the pronunciation of names during the reception, but it was fixed as soon as it was brought to his attention. Jeff was easily accessible and communicative throughout the entire process and made the entertainment portion of our wedding a breeze.

Jeff was very easy to work with and organized, as one would expect from a math teacher! He worked with us to set up early as we had the ceremony and reception at the same location, and one immediately following the other. I think it would have been beneficial for him to meet/greet the wedding party a little bit more before announcing us into the venue. He played all of our requested songs, and even tracked down a special request. He was very attentive to me (the bride) regarding how the reception should proceed. He was willing to meet with us as we requested before the ceremony. Overall I would definitely recommend Jeff if you want a less involved DJ. We asked him to keep things going w/ moderate interaction, and received just that.

Jeff is a very nice guy. He played the songs we requested and was laid back (which is what we wanted). One thing I did not care for was that at the end of the reception he asked us to fill out a survey about his performance. I understand wanting feed back but he could have emailed us. At that point we just wanted to socialize with our guest before they left. After we filled out the survey he then pulled me aside to asked about why I scored him lower than a 5/5 in certain areas. Once again not the right time. Also, there were songs that we asked him not to play. He did not play them but my guest came up and asked me if he could play them. He should have just said no... not told them to come ask me if it was OK. Who wants to tell their guest no I don't want this song played. My husband was in charge of music and said he was very good at communicating with him and getting back to him. His price is reasonable.

We were disappointed in this DJ for a few reasons, all on the day of the wedding. While he's a nice person and very flexible, his dj skills were somewhat lacking. We were so excited he would be including our guests in different ways, like by calling out different couples based on a list we made for him, but when he did, he entirely stopped the music and made everyone uncomfortable about participating. He actually stopped the music entirely for every single announcement, which felt jolting and broke up the party. We'd asked him to fade out during a certain point in our first dance to end it there, but when it actually happened, he wasn't paying attention and missed it altogether (and didn't try to fade out at all even after he looked up). Even the grand entrance song was quiet and had so much less energy than we'd imagined based on our meetings with him ahead of time. Overall, he was okay and kept the party somewhat going, but I wish we'd met with other DJs before settling on Millennium Mobile DJ just for the cheaper price.

Unfortunately, we didn't get what we expected or what we wanted.
He didn't act as an emcee, and interacted with the crowd very little. His answer to this criticism was that he only interacted with the crowd during certain songs and these were not songs we had selected. This may be so, but it was not made clear to us before-hand.
We did have a selection of our favorite songs that we had hand-picked and he did play them. We had several compliments about the music, but that seems to go to our taste rather than his...
Our original plan was to set up an MP3 player with all our favorite songs and just have it run. We should have done this, because that's about all our $600 bought us. We went with a DJ because we wanted that interaction and he promised us he could "get a crowd going".
He didn't stick to our schedule. He didn't coordinate with the other vendors (as he said he was in charge of). We had to go up to him and tell him when to do the next item on the list (such as the cake cutting, bouquet toss etc).
When we approached him with these concerns, he seemed defensive and argumentative.
Overall, we did have a very good time. I don't want to make it sound like our wedding or reception was ruined because it certainly wasn't. It just wasn't what we expected...
