Best food ever! We were able to go in for a tasting a few months before our wedding to check everything out and it was a great experience with the chef and Hannah. We even made a few changes to what food tier we wanted and Hannah changed it very easily for us. We chose to serve chicken & waffles and brisket and the guests loved it! We also used them for bar service and they did a great job. They were able to handle our guests very quickly through the night . Hannah was very quick to respond to emails and calls and was always happy to answer any questions that came her way. 10 out of 10 service! Thank you guys! -

We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner at Bok Tower in Lake Wales, and everything about the evening was exceptional. Millenia Catering truly exceeded our expectations—the food was absolutely amazing, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all.
The team was professional and perfectly in sync with the event timeline, which made the entire evening feel seamless and stress-free. Juan and our bartender, Steven, were especially wonderful—both personable, attentive, and full of positive energy that added to the celebration.
There is honestly not one thing I would change about the night. From Danny at Bok Tower to Hannah, Joannie, Juan, Steven, and the entire Millenia Catering team, I am incredibly grateful for your role in making our rehearsal dinner a memory we will cherish forever. -

We hosted our 2025 work Holiday Party last month and used Millenia Café & Catering, and I truly cannot say enough about how outstanding the entire experience was from start to finish. Everything was handled flawlessly.
Krista Deckrow, our Account Executive, was absolutely phenomenal. From our very first conversation to coordinating the event details, menu planning, and execution on the day of the event, she and her team were exceptional in every way. Krista was incredibly professional, responsive, organized, and proactive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
The food was outstanding — beautifully presented, delicious, and consistently praised by our guests. The service was equally impressive: attentive, polished, and perfectly timed. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about delivering a top-tier experience.
Millenia Café & Catering exceeded our expectations across the board, and their attention to detail truly set them apart. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any corporate or special event and look forward to working with Krista and her team again in the future. -

Millenia Catering was bar none THE BEST! We met them at a vendor fair at Haus 820 and we are so happy with contracted with them. The food we picked was delicious. We chose buffet service to save ourselves some money. We also had them do our bar service (beer and wine only). They were the easiest team to work with. The service they provided the night of our daughter's wedding was exceptional. From helping people go through the line as they balanced plates for an elderly guest, keeping the tables cleared, ensuring everyone had a drink, and anything else you can think of - they were ON TOP OF EVERYTHING!!! We cannot recommend this caterer enough and should we have another event we need catered they will be the first business we reach out to. We had appetizers - fish tacos, chicken satay, and brie and raspberry puff pastries. They also brought miniature beef wellingtons which everyone loved. Our dinner was bourbon glazed chicken, pasta bolognese with ricotta cheese, roasted potatoes, green beans, rolls, and salad. No one left hungry!! -

The food at the wedding was even better than it was at the tasting and all of our guests had nothing but great things to say about it! If you are looking to WOW your guests with delicious food, but more importantly if you are looking for a vendor who is going to carefully care about your wedding as much as you do, Millenia Catering is the ONLY caterer to choose. I wish I was throwing 100 parties to use them 100 times. no exaggeration, they are in my top 3 faves of vendors I used and I am SO thankful for them. They helped me execute my dream wedding, their food is AMAZING and their service is even better. From the first inquiry call to the day of, I was taken care of and this was one detail that I didn't have to worry about. 100% recommend! -

Delicious and stressfree
I cannot fully express how Millenia's staff were so helpful and provided a beautiful service on our wedding day. The food was DELICIOUS (compliments to the chef) and the whole process beginning to end was so worth every penny. The night of, the staff ensured that we had desserts and meals, and made us plates to-go. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. The photos are from our tasting. -

Wow!! We were blown away by how delicious our food was. Everything was absolutely amazing!! The servers and all the staff were so amazing too!! We truly cannot say enough good things about them. Our DJ recommended us Millenia Catering. We had not heard about them. We scheduled a tasting and we were sold. The food was to die for! We worked with Traci and all the team at Millenia were great. Everyone loved the food!
For our wedding day my husband didn't really care for many things but the only thing he did want was cuban food this is not typical wedding food so when i contacted many catering companies they didn't really understand what we wanted but when we contacted Millenia they created a menu that was just what we were looking for! When we went to the tasting the food was delicious, it was the best tasting and presentation we had seen. Millenia also was able to work with another company to make us our cake and doughnuts so we wouldn't have to deal with so many vendors; the cake and doughnuts were delicious and looked how we wanted. Till this day all of our guests rave about the delicious empanada appetizers the corn guava salad and the delicious meat with chimichurri. Millenia made my husbands' dream of a casual home cooked meal look fancy for a wedding. -

Millenia Catering provided prompt communication, flexibility, great food quality, and lovely, hard workers. I had many compliments on the food from my guests. The people with dietary restrictions (vegan/gluten free) were also very thankful and loved the food. I remember the servers and bartender were very courteous, professional, quick, and thoughtful. They brought us food to the sweetheart table and during photos, saved us some in to-go boxes, and saved the cake! I could not have asked for a more perfect meal and perfect staff. The Millenia team is absolutely fantastic at what they do! Traci and her team we’re kind and accommodating from start to finish. When we booked them, we planned on having an all-vegetarian menu. We changed that about a month or 2 before the wedding, and they were totally cool about the change. Our guests are still complimenting the food, and we really appreciated everything they did to make sure we had a chance to eat. Our buffet was super efficient and beautifully laid out, and every bartender and server was kind and professional. After having three tastings at different catering companies, we knew Millenia Catering was the best. Traci made us feel so welcomed and comfortable while at the tasting. She brought us the food and gave us the space to enjoy and discuss. Their selections for cocktail hour were delicious and it was hard to choose just a few. We highly recommend the raspberry and brie puff pastry. The quality of food you get for the cost is fantastic. During cocktail hour, a server brought food and drinks to the wedding party as we were taking pictures. We upgraded to the filet mignon as dinner option and the steak was so tender and perfectly cooked. The servers were very attentive throughout dinner and through the night were cleaning up glasses and plates left around.

Words cannot begin to describe how amazing the food was at our wedding! We had peppercorn steak, salmon with mango salsa, mashed potatoes, and grilled veggies. I got so many compliments on the salmon! Millenia catering also did our bartending, and they went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I, the bridal party, and our parents were taken care of. They always made sure we had food on our plates, and a drink in our hands. I would also like to add that they include cake cutting, silverware, and plates. All of the other catering companies i spoke with cost the same as Millenia, but none of thise important details were included. -

Catering is not only one of the biggest expenses for the wedding, but one of the most important. Choosing the catering company was one of the biggest decisions for me and my husband. We wanted to ensure that our guests would walk away feeling not only well fed but also that they enjoyed a top-notch meal. Millenia Catering far exceeded our expectations. They were one of the best decisions we made when choosing vendors for our wedding. We researched about a dozen catering companies and did several food tastings. Millenia Catering far surpassed all of them and did so without breaking the bank. Their service, value, and quality are outstanding.
From beginning to end, Traci and the whole team treated us not just like another client, but like friends. She listened to our needs and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with every aspect of the catering process – from the food tasting, to picking out the menu, to securing all the other details like napkins, champagne flutes, etc. Millenia Catering was also able to accommodate our request for an ice-cream bar and a cappuccino station. All within our budget.
On the evening of the wedding, Traci made sure the wedding party was fed and that my husband and I were taken care of. She brought us a big plate of food and we were actually able to enjoy the food we had put so much thought into for the months leading up to the wedding! So many people say that they were not able to eat on their wedding day, but Traci made sure we were able to enjoy it!
The food was DELICIOUS! We received so many compliments from our guests. People are still talking about the pecan crusted chicken with the whiskey glaze!
Seriously, I cannot say enough how impressed we were with Millenia Catering. We would hire them again with no hesitation and cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, look no further. Hire Millenia Catering for your wedding or event.

User2498339 Sent on 01/08/2016We were so impressed by Millenia Catering in planning our wedding. Our contact, Tonya, was always available and helpful in answering our questions. They provided us with two amazing tastings, (one as a follow-up to the other). We began the process by telling them exactly what foods we wanted to serve, as well as the budget we wanted to stay within. When we arrived at our tasting, they had cooked the entire meal we dreamed up, and then provided the proposal to us within the budget we requested. I was so impressed with this! Chef Lo put his own expertise and creative spin on the menu we’d created and did a marvelous job. We served our meal family-style at the wedding, which our guests really loved. We were blown away by all of the positive feedback about our wedding food. So many people told us it was the best banquet food they’d ever had. Everything was very fresh and well-presented. I love salmon, but usually salmon is overcooked at large events, but it was one of the moistest and most flavorful salmon dishes I had ever had. They were also wonderful in accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions. We provided a list of those vegan/gluten-free guests, and they made sure those guests got their meals—which they raved about. Usually the “vegetarian” option at banquets isn’t so good, but our vegan guest were blown away. We also supplied the alcohol for our wedding, and they handled the process of bringing the bottles to set up and packing them up at the end of the night and taking them away, so we could pick them up later in the week from them and not that night. They also handled all of our linens and napkins. We also hired Millenia to bring us food during our “getting ready” morning, as well as for a dinner during the wedding weekend, and they did a great job on both. We highly recommend Millenia Catering!

Their cost was prohibitive at first, but once they called us for a tasting and I told them I didn't want to waste their time because we couldn't afford their prices, they were extremely flexible and helped me to modify the menu to a more affordable option. There wasn't one item we tried that we didn't love. My husband and I had had a couple of other tastings at different caterers and all of them had one or two items that we just weren't impressed with or simply did not like. Every detail, presentation, amount of seasonings, sauces, was exquisite. They were wonderful and paid attention to every detail, including where to place some flowers we had brought from he church, that gave it a finishing touch no else had thought of. I highly recommend them! In fact, I hope one of my friend uses their services soon, just so I can taste their wonderful food again! -

His kindness, flexibility and patience with me and struggles with our wedding venue couldn't have been more amazing!! At our reception our (fill in) planner had to be taken to the hospital and Nick became the planner & cateror, without a blink of an eye he made it happen!! Everything from my colors for the reception, table arrangements, and putting up with drunk guests he maintained calm and smiled the entire time!! Did I forget to mention the food OUT of this WORLD!!!! Superb!!

Heather Sent on 10/06/2011We found Chef Lo on a whim as a recommendation from our venue, Heaven Events Center. We met with several caterers and it came down to Millenia Catering and Big City Catering. Our wedding was very contemporary, modern and unique and wanted that to show through in everything we served from a fruit & cheese platter through dessert cookies & milk we served.
We had a great feeling about Chef Lo from the beginning and knew that he was exactly what we were looking for in a caterer. On top of being amazingly talented in his craft and having great credentials he is all around creative, sweet, kind and generous. At our first consult, he came up with some great suggestions for us and we loved the idea to have "action stations" rather than a traditional buffet or sit down dinner. One thing that swayed us in our decision to hire Millenia was his flexibility and openness to all of our ideas. He truly shared our vision for our wedding day.
After we hired him we scheduled a tasting and I felt bad that I was the one lacking in communication the entire time (busy bride, as always). Last minute, I chose our selections for the tasting and even threw some crazy ideas out there as a heads up for what I would like to discuss once we were there the next day. When the tasting came around he BLEW US OUT OF THE WATER & went ABOVE and BEYOND what we expected him to do for us. Within a days time he put together a 6-course meal full of all of our selections AND turned our crazy ideas into appetizers.
As the wedding day got closer, our caterer was one of 2 vendors we gave complete control to & WERE'NT the slightest bit worried about. Chef Lo was unbelievably creative and put together a selection of food that our guests are still talking about to this day. From our initials carved into a watermelon (a complete surprise) at the fruit station to sushi, pasta paella and meat carving stations, everything was EXACTLY what we had hoped for, and then some.
We can't THANK Chef Lo enough or give Millenia Catering enough praise for the work they did at our wedding reception. We will certainly hire him from here on out for all of our catering needs and hope you do too!

We are still getting compliments on how great the presentation was (like the little orchids on the salad plates) and how much everyone enjoyed everything from the hors doeuvres to the entree. His staff was incredible as well. We took a lot of photos down on the beach following the reception and none of us were ever wanting for drinks or food! It was just perfect! -

Since the beginning Hannah was very responsive and understood our needs and worked with us to make sure all diverse food requirements were addressed. The field team led by Lilly, Chef connor and Sarah was a delight to work with.They showed up in time. All their materials were very organized. They were friendly , professional and served with a smile. The kitchen was very clean when they were done. They were very accomodating, worked continuously to make our bridal shower a success. We selected Millenia catering company after a great initial experience with their Regional Director, Hannah. The tasting was seamless, the food stood out, and the overall operation appeared organized and professional. Based on that, we felt confident booking with them.
As part of their process, we were assigned a care team assistant, Joanie, to manage logistics leading up to the event. Unfortunately, this part of the experience fell short. Key milestones, such as the three-month check-in, were missed and required us to initiate follow-up. Communication was often delayed, with responses taking several business days, and at times occurred at unusual hours, which made coordination more difficult.
There were also instances of confusion around previously discussed details with Joanie. In one case, instead of contacting us directly for clarification about tables (after being provided a floor plan and having a meeting), she reached out to the venue with incorrect information. This created unnecessary stress close to the wedding date and required additional time to resolve. She also told us she would make note for them to bring cake cutting knives, but on the day of, they did not, which impacted planned photo moments. (If we had known not to trust her we would have taken the extra expense to buy our own.) Most importantly, we were explicit in the detail that we (the bride and groom) would eat last, to account for taking photos with each table of guests as they were released to get food from the buffet. At the event, the staff brought food to our sweetheart table first, resulting in food being in the background, on our table in every single photo. This is completely unacceptable given the multiple times we discussed this detail.
That being said, the overall execution on the day of the event (outside of bringing food to the sweetheart table) was outstanding. Our catering captain, Skylar, and the entire onsite team were exceptional with guests. They were professional, extremely attentive, and highly organized. The service staff and chefs delivered an incredible experience, and the food exceeded expectations. It was a highlight of the reception, and we continue to receive compliments from guests.
We were surprised there was no post-event follow-up from the company, as we would have gladly shared positive feedback about the onsite team. We hope we do them justice in these posted reviews (specifically Skylar, whom we hope will replace Joanie's role for future clients - she is talented in her organizational role).
Overall, we would recommend this company for the quality of their food and event-day execution. However, based on our experience, we strongly suggest confirming who will be assigned as your care team assistant (request anyone but Joanie) and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the planning process. -
