Our wedding at this venue was nothing short of perfect. From the moment my boyfriend at the time now husband took me out to lunch I knew this was the space we wanted to get married at. The staff was warm, organized, and truly invested in making our day special. The ceremony and reception areas were gorgeous, the food was amazing, and everything flowed effortlessly. We felt supported every step of the way, and our guests haven’t stopped raving about how beautiful everything was. We are so grateful for an unforgettable day. -

Milford Hills is such a beautiful venue. We just got married on July 25, 2025. Amazing venue staff is top notch. Heidi our event manager is the best. Our guest just were amazed how delicious the food was. Servers were tending to their request and bartender were right on the orders. You will not be disappointed if you go with Milford Hills. Thank you Heidi and staff for making our wedding a dream come true. -

Milford Hills is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue and one of the most unique ones around. The guys had the best time shooting in the morning. It was so nice having food and drink handled through them, and the planning process and tasting event were so enjoyable. Heidi was amazing. She was so organized and always quick to answer any questions. The staff were friendly and did an incredible job. Thanks to Milford Hills we had the perfect day! -

I am awe as how beautiful and perfect my wedding was. I absolutely LOVE Milford hills! What a gorgeous spot. Shout out to Heidi Ott, the event manager. Heidi is so smart and knows exactly what she is doing! She helped me plan, and can answer any wedding questions! My wedding would not have been perfect without her, she is seriously amazing. I also cannot forget ALL staff- they were Phenomenal! The food and drinks were incredible, my guests even came up to me just to tell me! If you are looking for a venue, do it here! It’s the Best. -

We had our wedding in June this year. It was an amazing day. everything was perfect. The venue was incredible with beautiful gardens, a pond and rolling fields in the backdrop. The lower outside bar area was great for after the ceremony cocktail hour. We had 110 guests. The dining area was alittle tight on one side of the venue but could easily extend into the other part of the venue. The large windows in the dining area have great views of the surrounding grounds. The food was fantastic. Several of the guests said it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding. If you order the filet you will not regret it! Heidi was fantastic. She runs a tight ship and makes sure everything went according to our requests. Every detail was attended to. She reviews what the cost estimates are and they held true at the end of the event. Thank you Heidi for making our day absolutely perfect -

Milford hills was the perfect venue! It was unique and the staff went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly. From signing the contract to the wedding itself Heidi was very quick to respond. She was beyond organized and even had several worksheets and templates and suggested vendors that helped with wedding planning! Our guests are still talking about the food and the amazing bar tenders! I would highly recommend this venue and if I could get married again I would do it at Milford Hills. -

Milford Hills Wedding Venue
Milford Hills was nothing short of amazing from the time we met with them for our initial tour to the actual wedding day, and even beyond! Their event coordinator, Heidi Ott, was exceptional in her attentiveness to our questions and requests and her thoroughness in response to anything we threw her way. In regard to food, the venue has so many wonderful options to choose from, and all of them are prepared with great care making each meal truly decadent and delicious. Our bar service was incredibly lively, and definitely played into the fun of the night! They were also very attentive to our guests and their requests, and took care of everyone so incredibly well. The venue overall is absolutely beautiful, providing an elegant space for the entire event and a wide variety of places to take gorgeous pictures. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly wants to do whatever they can to make your day as perfect as possible for you and your spouse. Funny story - on our wedding day, our bakery ended up showing up incredibly late, so by the time we were supposed to have our dessert table ready, it was still empty. Milford Hills stepped up, pulled out all the desserts that they had on hand, prepared them, and served them to make sure that we had something to offer our guests. One of their staff members even ran out to the store to pick up a cake for us so we could still do our cake cut! If that doesn't speak to the care and work they put in to make sure that you truly have the best day of your life on your wedding day, I don't know what else will. I recommend this venue for any wedding 1,000 times over - book Milford Hills!! -

Our daughter's wedding could not have been more perfect! Heidi, Milford Hills Wedding Coordinator, was amazing! Her and the entire staff made the day so enjoyable and we didn't have to worry about a thing! The venue, food and service I cant say enough about! We would do it all over again! Highly recommend them for any event! You wont be disappointed! -

Ashley Sent on 10/26/2016We had our rehearsal dinner at this hunt club. I went to visit this venue before we booked with them. They have a beautiful place in the middle of the country. The setting is very romantic and peaceful. They were great to work with and had some very affordable options for our rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing. We ended up doing a buffet. I would highly recommend checking out this venue! -

Gorgeous venue. We were actually at the Hideaway which is the smaller/cheaper venue option at Milford Hills. They did raise their prices significantly though from when I was quoted so warned about that. They also charged gratuity on everything even using different napkins. Great venue for a small intimate weddings -

UPDATE:
Shortly after I posted my original review (see below., I received a telephone call from the owner. He spoke multiple times on the telephone and via email. He was extremely receptive to my concerns. He made no excuse for what happened. He listened to what I had to say about my very special day. I needed to be heard about what happened. He apologized multiple times for how the day went.
In speaking to the owner, I explained: I did not want what happened to me happen to another bride. But at the end of the day I married my dream. I got married during a pandemic and this venue allowed for that to happen. Everyone is human, and mistakes happen.
If you want a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony...this venue is GORGEOUS!
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This is an absolute beautiful outdoor wedding venue that is COVID friendly.
If you want professionalism this is not your place. If you want: disorganization, lack of communication, promises not kept, uncooked food, and your bill to go to the incorrect people sign yourself up.
My list could go on and on about my experience, other than a brides day should not be what I experienced at all. It will be a day that I will never get back and that is disheartening!
I wanted to be able to give this family business a great review... but knowing what I know I would run as fast as I can.
Working with Heidi the event coordinator was a disaster. Then to get excuses from Colleen when I expressed displeasure, getting excuses instead of a simply I’m sorry.
If you want a beautiful outdoor venue this is absolutely your place. But that’s all you will get. Slow service, poor communication, uncooked food.
This is just the beginning. I didn’t think I had to worry about the venue, how wrong was I.
