I have to say I was so nervous about ordering my wedding dress online. But I have to say I had such a wonderful experience with this company. I sent my measurements and my dress fit perfectly. It was beautiful! I received so many compliments. It took about 2 weeks to receive and there is an app for your phone to contact them with any questions and to also track your dress from the time they start to make it until it's shipped. I can not say enough good things about my experience -

So, like everyone else.. I was so nervous about ordering a wedding dress online from overseas. There are so many horror stories out there! I went ahead and took the plunge and ordered a dress. A short white satin dress. Exactly the style I want in the picture. I'm aware these kinds of sites make knock offs for cheap so I took that chance. It took about a month and a half for the dress to arrive- but I expected that because I paid extra for custom measurements (which were perfect by the way! Dress fits like a dream!). The fabric was a perfect ivory satin, nice high quality, and the sewing work is amazing! Anyone that orders a dress online and expects absolute fit perfection is dreaming. I need to do a few small alterations- The button clasp is too small for the two buttons at the top of the back of the dress, there's a tad too much tulle around my tummy, and the lace layer that hangs below the satin layer (made to look like a pretty lace edge to the satin) is a little too long- but these are all little tiny things any seamstress can fix for me. Overall the dress is very very well made, and very high quality (and ridiculously low priced!!) I'm absolutely thrilled! I didn't have to deal with customer service at all so I can't comment on that front.. but just giving them measurements to make a dress for me was a flawless experience. I'd recommend it to others for sure! Just make sure you send accurate measurements. -

Milanoo.com is an affordable website that custom make wedding dresses to your own measurements. From the first time I went on their website, to placing my order, to receiving my wedding gown, their service has been out standing! My dress on their website was $3000 dollars cheaper then where I originally was going to purchase my gown from. I am so thankful for finding this site. It's saved me so much money! I will be ordering from their site again for my daughters prom as well as my vowel renewal ceremony!!! -

I never ordered any dresses online before no less wedding dress ,but this time I took a chance,and I am so impresed with milanoo they are awesome dress came out beautiful. I read all the bad reviews so I ordered 6 month in advance came few days early.. Fits wonderful. -

I saw my perfect wedding dress on this site & had to have it. It was the Strapless Satin Embroidery gown. I ordered it & THEN I saw the reviews on this site. I was terrified & finally had decided I would never see the dress or if I did it would be hideous. I ordered the dress with custom measurements and expedited delivery. I ordered it in 12/15 & received it 01/04, which was 5 days earlier than I expected. The dress was GORGEOUS!! It truly looked just like the picture and it fit. A little too big in the waist, but not enough to need altering. I was extremely happy & very relieved!!! -

I did not have one problem with these people. I ordered my dress in late April and got it by late May. I special ordered sizes and everything. My dress arrived a week and a half earlier than expected AND it was exactly what I had been picturing. The custom sizing was right on and I don't have to pay to get it altered at all! That was only an additional 15 dollars which is a heck of a lot cheaper than what I would pay a seamstress here. I shopped for comparable dresses to mine and I paid about 1/4 of what I would have paid for the same type of dress somewhere else. When I had questions they were eager and very helpful to me. Awesome company and I will definitely be using them in the future for other things. (hopefully never another wedding dress) :) -

Glad you like their wedding dresses, I definitely will give it a shot when my wedding come, but for now, I am tend to be more interested in their sexy costumes, zentai and lingerie products. I have ordered one Supper Hero, one Spiderman cosplay costume, and two green man zentai from them, all come fast and fit quite well.
They might be wrongly name that lycra tights as green man, it's nothing like what Shrek weared in the cartoon, anyway it looks quite interesting so I ordered two pieces of them, one for Johny and one for myself. I did have an amazing night in Halloween night. Thanks Milanoo, that's my all my reviews on Milanoo.com.

I was able to provide a photo of how I wanted my wedding gown, separate photo of sleeves to add and some notes about changes, and my exact measurements, and they made my gown for me custom to fit my exact measurements! It took 4 weeks from start to finish. Out of the box, the gown fit PERFECTLY with only a tiny tuck needed to the sleeve on the back of each shoulder. AMAZING!! And you will utterly not believe the price. I paid about $200 for my dress, yes two HUNDRED, and it was based on a designer photo and was nearly identical except for the changes I requested. The one caveat is fabric - they tend to use a standard polyester satin, which was fine for me, just slightly shiny and very beautiful. If you want a special fabric I think they would get it but would be an extra charge. Forget the "running of the brides" or whatever, you can get a custom gown from them exactly as you want it at a seriously rock bottom price. I have used them since already for another gown and will continue to use them in the future. I recommend them to everyone, they are awesome! -

I recently got married and ordered my bridesmaid dresses from milanoo gotta say they were exactly what I imaged the only fault I would say is the zip was up the back off the dressed but the picture shown had it up on side! I ordered to the uk and came in plenty off time and were perfect uk sizing aswell will try to send some pics of them for future customers great price great fit and extreamly fast delivery thank you milanoo for your fantastic service -

Though not exactly what I would like to call as a traditional wedding dress, I still liked the design of this one. Though I did not purchase this for my wedding and picked it up for a different occasion all together, I think this would be perfect for a bride too. The fabric is just perfect and the dress can be made to fit you exactly on this website. All you need to do is be very careful when you place your order and while you are giving out your sizes. Beyond that, this dress is just perfect. Thank you. -

• I have to confess that I worried about the wedding dress ordered from Milanoo.com after reading those awful reviews, though some of them are about the Lolita stuff. But that’s fine, I would much rather pay less $200.00 for a dress that has tiny flows that pay $1100.00 for a dress that I will wear once. Not rich bride, huh! I was also worried about them with the measurements, but the dress coming in perfectly fits me. I love it although I have to move the strap because I preferred strapless more. It’s rather more than I expected, worth buying!! Thanks for the perfect wedding dress. -

I bought this dress and had it made without the train. It was absolutely AMAZING. I can't say enough about the craftsmanship and beauty of this dress for the price of less than $200. I only needed the halter taken in because I am small chested and have a shorter torso, but other than that it turned out amazing. I was very impressed with how fast it shipped and had absolutely no problems with the dress or the customer service- especially with this buy being my very first from this website. Thank you so much for making my event such a special one in our lives! -

This gown is breathtaking. It isn't the original gown in the picture, but it's a Damn good copy. The bust area isn't completely covered with crystals like the picture, but the design on the bust is beautiful. The crystal appliqué at the waist isn't as much as in the picture, and the crystals at the waist stop in an odd area so I found the exact crystal appliqué on eBay and ordered them I think it cost me $14.00, and added them so that the crystals stopped at the side seam. My daughter lives out of state so I couldn't get her measurements. I knew she typically wears a size 5/7 dress. So I ordered a medium. The dress fit like a glove. I ordered the dress June 3rd I got the dress around the 20th of June. This dress is definitely a WOW dress. Everyone at my daughter's wedding commented on how beautiful the gown was. Many people thought I had paid thousands for it. I was proud to tell them the cost and where I got it from. -

Gorgeous. I ordered this dress in June 2012 and right from the start I was told when to expect the dress. Have to say even though it arrived pretty much when I was told, I still couldn't help but be anxious. Well the dress arrived. The color was perfect, the craftsmanship is perfect. The gown itself is stunning. The only negative is that it arrived in a plastic bag and the dress was extremely creased. However that's all easy fixed. If I really had to pick at the dress it's the little sequence on the side which looks at little messy and can take away from the perfect craftmanship..regardless I am looking forward to wearing this on my wedding day. I will also now become a Milanoo dedicated shopper. -

After reading tons of terrible ratings, I was so nervous. I had already ordered my wedding dress! But I was expecting to wait 1-2 months to receive it...low and behold, I got it in 1 month and was VERY impressed with the quality I received for the price. I had a professional seamstress take my measurements & had the dress made-to-order; Milanoo made it perfectly! I couldn't have found a better fit if I'd gone to David's Bridal. Keep in mind, you're not paying a lot, so the materials & quality are what you pay for; but I'm impressed with how good the quality is considering what I paid. Great work!

I ordered 3 dresses for my twin girls to try on. I let the owner know we were trying to find dresses for Christmas Cotillion. The dresses were cheap quality and not appropriate. Nothing special. Owner said they were "custom made" yet she had no measurements and they are all exactly the same. I am now going to have to enter dispute and they are unwilling to accept returns. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE. Company will not work with you. -

Customer service is horrible. Their rep Ashley is the WORST! When you try to chat with them they hang up on you and there is not a number to contact them. Once you pay your money they will not respond!!! I'd rather pay the money boutique a dress and receive better customer service at least I know i can reach them if I have an issue. These Chinese companies are not required to follow the laws of the US and can whatever they want. -

My dress was made almost 2 inches too big in the bust. Even cinched as tight as possible it falls down and looks TERRIBLE. They are still trying to not refund or allow a return. I have had to buy another dress and dispute the charges with my bank. This is the worst experience, and with the wedding only a month away, incredibly bad timing. -

This website at first glance appears almost too good to be true. Unfortunately, that is the truth. After placing your order, expect to wait a very long time. This by itself wouldn't be too bad, as it's expected when ordering from China for items to take a while.
The item I received was sewn incorrectly. The seams were crooked. The fabric did not lay correctly at the seams either - it was bunched up in some areas. Some parts were sewn on unevenly spaced. In general, it just appeared that someone with no sewing skill whatsoever had created it.
When I attempted to return the item, at first I received no response. Days later, they replied to my message. Then there was a very long run-around requiring me to take pictures of what was wrong and I was told there was no return because it was custom made. I certainly would understand that policy had I received the item as it was described at shown on their website. It was of such low quality I would be embarrassed to be seen it in. Additionally, the size was incorrect.
They had waited 45 days to ship it to me, which also means it was outside of Paypal's return policy. I am currently taking the matter up with my credit card company. These people sell one thing, and ship another. They are fraudulent criminals selling junk. Buyer beware. -

when they arrived, they were fit for a 8 year old child, i am furious.Cusomer cervice and my bank for a chargeback told me to send the shirt back for a refund...only thing is they expect me to pay p@p to china and a 'restocking fee' was a joke.Tsb has received my complaint, nobody will help anymore, just as Nationwide failed to reimburse my house of frase charge back. -

****Buyer BEWARE**** All items are made to order and made in China. Nothing here is from the UK nor are they a vendor in the UK. I ordered 2 dresses which was not shipped in time for an event. When I told them I had to cancel, I received an email that I was unable to cancel since they already bought the materials and asked another vendor to make it. It has been 3 months and I am STILL disputing the charge for dresses I never received. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well. Poor service, misrepresentation of shipping time and requirements surrounding shipping.
This has been a major headache. Staff barely know how to speak English and are extremely rude and unprofessional. -

Horrible customer service! This site is a rip off! I ordered a wedding dress from them on Feb 4th. After a few days I got an email confirming my order and telling me the dress would not ship until March 14th and arrive on the 24th. I asked why and was told something about the new year and the type of dress I ordered. Thinking if I changed the dress I may be able to get it here sooner I asked in several emails if I could change to another dress. No response..."cue crickets" I finally decided that I could not wait any longer and sent several more emails telling them to cancel my order as it had not yet shipped and that I wanted a refund on my money "cue louder crickets" Nothing came back to me. Finally I got tired of waiting and contacted my credit card company asking what I could do to get my money back on an order that I did not have. I was told they would file a dispute claim with Milanoo.com and ask for the money back and if within 15 days they had not responded they would force it since I do not have the product they cannot hold my money. Low and behold this morning I get a reply to my question about changing the dress telling me this isnt a problem. I replied that as per my previous 8 emails I wanted the order cancelled. I was then told there would be a 30% processing fee since the dress was in processing and take 38 days to make. Bullshit! so let me get this straight, changing the dress would be no problem at all but canceling a dress cost me money? If the dress was infact already being made then why no mention of this when they thought I wanted to change only when I want to cancel? I can answer that, they are full of it! the dress isn't made to order nor has it been started. I am so pissed right now! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! they will only screw you around! Tried to return an item, even with the 20% re-stocking fee and postage I had to pay it was still worth it. Did everything they instructed, however they told me it is being sent back as the items described on my paperwork were different than what I provided in the package. WHAT!?!?! I don't want it back - it was several sizes too small as the sizing was not advertised properly. I sent back what I received, exactly as they asked, with photographic proof. I am now fighting with them to get some sort of compensation for everything I have been put through. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! -

They do not honor their policy of refunding the cost of the dress and cover the return postage, since they sent the wrong size. It was their fault but they will not do anything about it other than offer an 80% refund and will not pay return postage which is more than the dress is worth shipping from U.S. to China ($350). They can send to U.S. for cheap ($30) but from U.S. to China is ridiculously high. I am stuck with a size 6 dress when I ordered a size 16. I may be able to sell it on-line but I am taking a huge loss. Do not buy from this company. -

They do not deserve one star! Horrible customer service and return policy. I had ordered a pair of shoes for my son and we needed to exchange the size which has proved impossible with this company. First I had to submit a request and wait 24 hours for response then I had to send pictures and explanation of what I wanted to do, then wait over 15 hours for response. They did not seem to grasp that I only wanted to exchange the sizes and their next email mentioned me returning the item for a refund which they insinuated would be better if I resold them but if I insisted on returning them that they would only pay me 80% of the sales price that I paid and I would be responsible for shipping fees to return plus restocking fee which when I ran the numbers came to over $75. -

DO NOT ORDER FROM MILANO BRIDE – Unorganized company. I placed an order for a dress, which I had paid and sent the order ID and measurements to this vendor by email and they followed up a week later asking for my measurements again and said they did not start making the dress. I informed them I needed to cancel because I would not get it on time and it took several emails back and forth until they finally said they would cancel my order. When they canceled the order, they sent an email confirmation that they do not collect payment until they ship the dress, which is not true because they had charged the day I purchased it. When I asked for my refund, they said they already canceled on their end and to ask Amazon for help on my refund? The other strange thing is that the order was not appearing on my Amazon account after they canceled it. Contacted Amazon customer service, but still have not received my refund back, hoping to get this situated soon. Very shady company. -

My advice to you: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MILANOO.
Before buying a wedding dress for my daughter I asked if two alterations could be made to the dress. I even sent pictures of the changes and was guaranteed they could be made. After ordering and paying the problems began: first one of the changes could not be done. I accpted it even though it mean that the dress would not be exactly like my daughter wanted. the dress was ordered quickly after and I received it in about two weeks. After paying an appaling amount of money for the tax (but I was expecting it so its ok) to my profound regret my daughter was shocked. The dress came in wrong colour (white instead of ivory) and the other change had not been made. Milanoo never - EVER - mentioned anything about that change - the dress should be backless instead of having a back up around below the bust line. To make it even worse it would not close at the back. I took it to a seamstress who gave me an estimate of 120 euros to make it wearable. After filing a complaint Milanoo first tried to make as if it had been my mistake, then acknowledge their mistake (after more than 1 week) and offered a discount coupon of US40 or a refund of US30. I considered this offer outrageous and did not accept it. They will say anything to get you to order and then try to get away with not delivering what you asked for. -

I bought 2 pairs of shoes - after taking nearly a month to arrive they were HUGE (sizing chart is well off!!) so i wanted to return for a refund. They ignored the weeks worth of messages i sent until i opened a dispute via paypal (as i ALWAYS pay with paypal).
I paid £35 to return these shoes and now only to find they have not accepted delivery of the return! Dispute still ongoing - AVOID AVOID AVOID.
After seeing a previous review they posted a false caring response that they would contact me through paypal and "shockingly" they have not. Still ongoing! Avoid them at all cost because you've got no assurances if something goes wrong. -

DO NOT ORDER from Milanoo! I should have read the bad reviews before. I ordered two flower girl dresses, exact same dress with green sashes, for about $100. One came with a red sash and they were both totally different materials. The dresses didn’t even look the same! My mom who is not internet saavy ordered them and forgot about the 15-day return policy. So she took her time trying to fix the problems herself. When she gave up it was a little past the 15 day policy date but because the dresses were TOTALLY incorrect I contacted Milanoo to get at least a partial refund and sent in pictures.The lady told me that she could not offer me any refund but she “made up her own mind” to offer me a $50 voucher if I SPENT $100! Why on earth would I want to spend more money there? I would have been happy if they had refunded $50 to my credit card, and slightly less happy but not posted bad reviews if they gave me $50 credit towards Milanoo. But NOTHING? Just a slap in the face. Terrible customer service. And I think all wedding related should come with extended return policy.

I am so shocked I could cry!
Ordered dress for my son's wedding 3/3/2011. Received email stating order should arrive no later than 4/7/2011. That was 2 weeks ago. Have filed numerous disputes with company with no response. Conversations with 'Ashley' keep stating that I should receive a refund in 1-2 days. But again, 2 weeks later still nothing.
If you want your event to be a happy one, avoid this company like the plague!!!

Please beware of online retailer Milanoo. We've used this company to source wedding attires. Prior to putting in the order we contacted their (thereafter useless) webchat operator. He guaranteed to us that we d be able to exchange if there was a problem, so long as we ordered standard sizes. The dresses arrived - all way too big despite us ordering one size down from our normal sizes. The customer service kept on requesting procedural steps each time more ridiculous than the previous (eg "take pictures of each person in the dresses with a tape showing the size gap"). Sandeep also wasted my time every time I got in touch, asking for information for 20 minutes and then directing me to a generic email address. After 3 weeks of threats we finally got an RMA number allowing us to exchange the goods. By the time that number arrived the delays to raise disputes with Paypal etc were passed. We thought it was ok - Milanoo had crap/slow customer service but everything would get resolved. Quite NOT. Our $900 parcel sent through secure courier (for another $150) has been waiting at the Shenzen post office for nearly 6 weeks. Failed delivery and Milanoo customer service keep on saying they don't know where their closest post office is... they refuse to give us a phone number, Sandeep is adamant that he only does pre-sale, not post sale, and we're left in this mess 2 months away from our wedding. We consulted a lawyer and sent them a formal letter of demand: "thank you for your kind message. Please email this other generic address". Since then our emails have been put on a list that sends back automated no reply messages every time we email the customer service. Please be careful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! They totally messed up my dress. It is hideous. The top that was supposed to go down to my hips ends on my rib cage just under my breasts. The dress I ordered has to have a drop waist because it has a very poofy ruffled skirt. Now I have a dress that has a super frumpy cheap looking bodice with a giant poof ball starting at my ribs. I look 9 months pregnant when I turn to the side in my dress. I paid extra to have it custom tailored and I can put the dress on over my clothes and still have several inches of room. The dress is also over 6 inches too long. The ruffles are supposed to flow downwards nicely but instead stand straight out like a ballerina. I am a very calm person but this company has made me so furious. The returns department and customer service are a bunch of idiots that try to play stupid and act like nothing is wrong. I have sent them several pictures and clearly pointed out the mistakes but they keep telling me nothing is wrong. I asked for at least a partial refund but they refuse to admit to their mistakes. Not to mention my very poofy dress came rolled into a ball then shoved into a tiny square shaped bag and then crammed into a small box. My wedding is coming up very soon and I can't buy a dress off the rack at a bridal store without having it altered due to my large breast area. After being treated horribly I tried to leave a review on their site for the dress and they sent me an email thanking me for my feedback but wont post the review on the site. This company is a disgrace and I hope they get shut down. DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM MILANOO.COM!!!!!!!! -

Milanoo may have the dress you want at the price you want, but you must be sure to order weeks or months in advance. Expedited shipping of 3-5 business days may mean 3 weeks from the date you ordered the item.
Customer service is not reachable via e-mail, or online chat. Unless you have a cell phone with an international phone plan, that may be your only option to receive some type of customer service.
After logging in to my account five times, on different days, and setting up a new account, I had no success and received a pop-up window "...account has not been passed the verification...".
The e-mail address they send in your confirmation says "do not reply to this e-mail", however in the next sentence it says "...feel free to contact us via email address ....service@milanoo.com" (which is the same as their sender email). If you do send an email to that address, a reply is sent back in a foreign language (Chinese?). Try to find another email address on their "contact us" page and your search will end as there is no other email.
Try using their online chat feature during their posted hours of operation and you'll wait 30 minutes with nothing more than "...operators are currently assisting others...".
Alas, I have not received my item. I have not received a reply from Milanoo. I am requesting a full refund for the frustration, delayed delivery, and unsatisfactory customer service.

SCAMMER ALERT! I purchased a red faux latex catsuit in a large, knowing it would most likely arrive after halloween. I had purchased a separate one from a different site for halloween. I was going to use this one (the better one) for a cosplay in the future. First of all, I never received an email with the order number, confirmation, shipping information, nothing. Their website was down for several days before I emailed them with an inquiry. I received the package before I got any information. Upon receiving the package, I open it up, it is most definitely NOT a large at all. It is labeled as a large, but I can't even fit it over my knees. I'm about 5'5", 130 lbs. I'm not a heavy girl. I'm about a size 8 pants and a medium top. To fit in the Large, one would have to be half my size. Size 4? Not a large... Extremely upset, I tried to contact the company for a return, since I was extremely dissatisfied having paid $40 for something that was falsely advertised. After several email communications, they had told me that in order to return the item, I had to pick a different item from their catalogs. I didn't need another costume, I wanted that specific one and they were unable to offer me a correct size or a size larger. Again I tried communicating that I wanted to return the product, and I had waited a few weeks for a response and having received none, I again tried to contact the company on what I need to do to return it. Apparently my email hadn't sent, and since it had been over 7 days since our last communication, they told me I was no longer capable of returning the item. It was still under 30 days of purchase and the item has never been worn. They have since completely ignored my emails. Horrendous customer service, false advertisement, HORRIBLE return policy. 7 days? Really? NEVER again. And I'd like to spread the word so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thanks for stealing my money, a*holes. Sorry this has nothing to do with a wedding, I wanted to warn you all. -

i ordered 6 pairs of shoes from milanoo around a month ago and they finally came last wednesday. as soon as i tried them on i emailed milanoo to let them know that i would be keeping 3 pairs and sending 3 pairs back (you only have 7 days to send the items back KMT). the reasons for me sending them back were: 1st pair just didn't suit my feet and the material looked very cheap, 2nd pair are too tight and hurt my feet and the 3rd pair are absolutely ugly, cheap looking and do not even have the red sole like it says on the milanoo.com website (i definitely should NOT have to pay to send these ones back as it is false advertising!!). anyway milanoo replied to this email the following day (thursday) asking me lots of annoying questions which i replied to and they then sent me the RMA number (apparently you cannot return their crappy products to them unless they provide this number) BUT the didn't send me the return address!!!! i have emailed them numerous times to get their return address, as time is running out, but they have sometimes replied but then have just ignored my request for the address - the last time they replied was on saturday (its tuesday now) and i only have til tomorrow to send them back! i am so angry tbh, i don't even normally write reviews, however, i think i am being scammed by milanoo because they are making it hard for me to send my order back on time (i have stated this on my emails to them).
btw i emailed them yesterday from a different email address and they replied but they still havent replied to my account email address since saturday!! i'd say that they are definitely moving dodgy... o and the 3 pairs of shoes that i am keeping are just ok and nothing special so DO NOT ORDER FROM MILANOO !
