Brilliant Destination DJ - highly recommended

Mike and his team were absolutely awesome to work with in the lead up and on the day of our wedding in Naxos, Greece.

Mike and DJ, Michael Gemenoglou kept the party alive all day and night at our wedding. Everyone had a fabulous time.

Our guests commented on how great the lighting was (they provided fairy lights on the ceilings) and how the dance floor was always packed and music was spot on.

Mike was very organsied in the lead up to the wedding, he provided a form that we filled with the music genres we liked, what we didn't want to hear etc. Mike and Michael accomdated all our requests including Sri Lankan and Irish music that we wanted to have playing too. It was exactly what we envisaged for our wedding day music and there were no issues along the way.

We both truly appreciate Mike and his team's professionalism from the lead up to the wedding day to the actual day too. Although we live in Australia but had our wedding in Greece, it was still so easy to contact them through whatsapp and email, replying within 1 or 2 days and they were always open to discuss anything to do with our wedding. They truly made our lives eaasy for planning a destination wedding. Highly recommend to anyone.

The best DJ of all times!

We had Mike and his team as a DJ crew at our wedding and had the most amazing fun celebration with the best music. All of our guests were super happy to dance to one hit after another.
We as a couple enjoyed a very competent, professional and friendly organizational process.

Beautiful lighting & nonstop dance party with the BEST DJ!!

If you're looking for a DJ, look no further!! You will not regret it! Mike was absolutely FANTASTIC! Not only did he follow all of our song recommendations, but he knew exactly how to pick up on the group's vibe to keep the dance party going with the perfect song choices!! We were supposed to have another vendor provide lighting & DJ services but weeks before our wedding we decided to go a different direction with Mike and I'm so glad we did!! We will forever be appreciative of his flexibility to accommodate us and provide exceptional services with such professionalism and care. The total package was worth every penny to create such a beautiful and FUN wedding with our guests dancing all night long!! Thank you so much for your part in making our dream wedding in Santorini the best day of our lives!

A great team with tremendous passion for what they do

Hands down, the most perfect wedding vendor we worked with in the entire process. Puntcual, kind, responsive and friendly all the way till the end. Not to mention the amazing music, the way Mike worked with different cultures and music genres and the result was just phenomenal.

Mike was the best vendor I had at my wedding in Mykonos - hands down! Without him, I don’t know if we would have had the amazing wedding we had! We hired him for two days and man he rocked us out!
He was responsive! Very professional! Diligent! Played amazing music! Came with another DJ. Even brought his camera (like really) and lighting was PERFECT - saved the day for us as we had an outdoor wedding! I really enjoyed meeting him. If you can afford- get the total package - you will not regret it! The sparkling light was a HIT!

Fantastic!

Mike has been fantastic from the start, quick to respond & very kindly helped me with things not relating to the booking. He provided fireworks for our first dance which went down a storm along with sparklers which our guests absolutely loved! Mike and his team really made our American / Geek wedding amazing. He was fast with his communication and really met all of our requests and needs. Very nice music - passionate team

We really liked the way Mike was responding to our questions from the first moment we contacted him. Really helpful, and ready to respond to anything asked (although we didn't use all of his services). The team on the wedding day was very professional, well dressed, organized and energetic. Our music choices were not very demanding, but Kostas was experienced enough to cover EVERYTHING. Their music planning form is very helpful and nice to work with. Thank you for your services.

We contacted Mike around 7 months before our wedding in June, his responses via email were very speedy and informative. This was very reassuring and made me feel at ease.
He was very helpful in tailoring a package to for fill our ideas and budget, the price package was clear and easy to understand.
The payment was easily sent and all receipts received.
Around a month before the wedding we received an email, attached was a straight forward document with our music preferences, we completed it and sent it back to Mike.
On the wedding day (1st June 2018, Akro, Akrotiri, Santorini) Mike liaised with our wedding planner set up all his equipment and provided music that created a fantastic atmosphere. From myself and my dad walking down the isle, during the meal and the party- it was all perfect.
The lighting during the party set the perfect seen, we also had standing fireworks which went off during our first dance. The guests loved them and we have some fantastic photos.
Mike was lovely very laid back and professional, our day couldn't of gone any better. So many guest complemented the music, everyone had THE BEST TIME!!

Mike was our DJ for our wedding 26/05/18. He was so professional, he started his set hours before he was supposed to, the lighting, music, atmosphere was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Mike and the team.

Mike was the DJ for my clients wedding. I found him through research and couldn't have been more happier with his service. I live in Toronto and he was in Greece (huge time difference) but he was always very responsive and professional. He made it really easy for my client to choose him over others. On the night of the event he did a great job and kept the guests dancing late into the night.

The pure talent and professionalism of Mike Vekris is one of a kind, who elevated our wedding day to an extraordinary evening that was better than what we imagined! The thought, skill and creativity of Mike Vekris is amazing, as every song perfectly matched the atmosphere and energy of the room. Not only did he make sure to play all of our requested songs - but even better, he surprised us with the beautiful detail of playing certain songs at the perfect time. For example, we had fireworks at our wedding, and when it was time for everyone to go upstairs to watch the fireworks, Mike Vekris played one of our requested songs, “Coldplay - Sky Full of Stars”! We are still smiling at how fitting that choice was, and this is just a simple example of how Mike Vekris puts thought and care into his music selection. The music was so great and fun, that we didn’t want to stop dancing even when the cake arrived! Our guests are still talking about great he was, and we are so delighted to have had such an amazing DJ that put a smile on everyone’s face and everyone’s feet on the dance floor. It has been over a month since our wedding, and we are still RAVING about our DJ, Mike Vekris! The playlist was a perfect, harmonious blend that was curated by Mike Vekris in an intuitive and intelligent Way. Our wedding had Polish, Greek and American guests and songs, and Mike Vekris adapted and attended to the energy of the crowd so well that everyone danced to every song, regardless of the language or cultural differences! It is evident that Mike Vekris is passionate and skilled in his work, as it really shines through. Beyond the music, Mike Vekris is extremely professional, responsive and accommodating from the beginning of the process to the end, which personally made me feel at ease. He is very flexible and open-minded and attended to all of our requests and questions with patience and professionalism. Where do I start? You guys are crazy. Your level of professionalism is something that we haven't seen for years, and this was something that many of our guests noticed as well. Just consider the simple things (from the mobile radio you use to talk with each other) up to the pen you were giving to our guests to write down their requests. If there were more stars we would love to give you every single one of them. Not to mentionl the exceptional DJ set, your lighting setup and the general work you presented. Well done.

On our special day, Mike made sure everything went as planned. He respected our wishes, our emotions and relieved the anxiety throughout the night. Στο κοινό ταξίδι που μόλις ξεκίνησε, η μέρα του γάμου μας ήταν μια από τις πιο όμορφες που έχουμε ζήσει μέχρι στιγμής..
Και σε αυτό πέρα από την αγάπη και την συγκίνηση συνέβαλε ο φίλος μας ο Mike Vekris και οι συνεργάτες του, γιατί μας χάρισε ένα πολύ όμορφο party μέχρι το πρωί..Γεμάτο χορό, μελωδίες, χαμόγελα και διασκέδαση..
Ο Mike από την πρώτη στιγμή κατάλαβε ακριβώς τι θέλαμε, ήρθε στην συνάντηση οργανωμένος, μας άκουσε με προσοχή και το βασικότερο για μένα πρώτα "άκουσε" τι ακριβώς θα θέλαμε και μετά πρότεινε..
Σεβάστηκε τις επιθυμίες μας, συμπλήρωσε και διόρθωσε όπου χρειάστηκε και το κυριότερο ακολούθησε τον παλμό του κόσμου, με αποτέλεσμα ένα party που χόρεψαν όλοι, που καλύφθηκαν όλα τα γούστα και που δεν έκανε "κοιλιά" πουθενά. Καθόλη την διάρκεια ήταν απόλυτα συντονισμένος με εμάς και αρκούσε ένα βλέμμα από μακριά για να καταλάβει τι ακριβώς θέλαμε.
Σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την όμορφη βραδιά και συμβουλεύω τα ζευγάρια που πρόκειται να παντρευτούν να σε εμπιστευτούν και δεν θα χάσουν..!!!

After an online survey primarily, we contacted with DJ Mike Vekris and from the first time there were signs of professionalism.

We wanted to thank Christos from Showtime and Mike Vekris for making our wedding night that extra special. From our fist dance "in the clouds" to the Greek music and everything else they played. We, and our guests, loved every minute of it and could not get off the dance floor. We would definitely recommend them for any event. They were always both so professional and as we live in the UK, chatting to them on Skype prior to our big day to discuss what we wanted helped so much. What a fantastic duo! What an exceptional experience we had with Mike and his team! We were getting married in a remote location in Greece (4 hours from Athens), it is never an easy feat to organise a wedding, let alone when you are on the other side of the world in Australia.

Mikes communication via email and skype was impeccable (so much so I use him as a great example of communication to my sales team) and then delivery on the day/night of the wedding excelled again.

We cannot recommend Mike and his team enough. Thank you again Mike for your brilliant attention to detail and flawless / stress free execution (oh and did i mention the great tunes that were spot on - even after my high expectations and demands ;-) ).

Mr Vekris, there are not enough words do describe how wonderful work you did on our wedding. Mike was amazing!! ,starting with the initial emails and Skype calls to get to know one another and what we had planned for our wedding , through the process of suggesting the best practice to our small wedding and alternative solutions from his side ,that will fit our needs.

It was a long journey from Athens to the villa we've got married (in Evia island), but Mike was right on time! He is a real professional ; quiet and attentive to all your needs, he even brought extra gear without charging us and stayed till 02:30AM when the last dancer left the dance floor.
He also offer very competative prices so it's another bonus.

Our was an italian/greek mixed wedding. First of all He is very gentle and polite, he listens to you and understands perfectly the mood you want at your party. Mike is not only simply professional but open minded: I've sent him a list of the music i wanted and he played all of that and not only! He played the right music in every single moment and everybody had a really great time. Many different kinds of music, dance styles, music tastes played in the best way ever, from italian and greek traditional music to revival, to disco, to hard rock etc...
It was a great night, everybody said we could suggest him for every party.

Mike was since the beginning very professional, and that was the main reason to make me choose him as the DJ of my 30th Bday party.
