Comfort for a picture-shy couple.

My husband and I both hate having our picture taken. We are both so uncomfortable in front of the camera, and we LOVED our experience! Every step of the way, we were offered comfort and direction, and our photos came out better than I could have imagined. I would not have changed a single thing! We also got the pictures back so fast, and are beyond excited to have our photos to look back on forever. You can trust that your special day will be captured in a beautiful way, and besides the pictures themselves, the experience as a whole will be one less thing to feel anxious about. Amazing Experience!

Working with Mike Moon Studio was easy from the very beginning! An affordable custom photography package was built for us personally so we knew precisely what to expect cost-wise for what we needed. The ease of communication during such an otherwise hectic time leading up to to the day was appreciated -- relaxed, yet thorough and informative. On the day-of, our photographer was a dream - she knew exactly how to manage our day along with our excited group. It's hard to believe how quickly we received our photos, and we were thrilled with the outcome. Last-Minute Decision That Made Our Wedding Video Perfect!

We had the pleasure of working with Mike Moon Studios for our wedding video, and we’re so glad we did. It was a last-minute decision, but truly one of the best ones we made. Our videographer, Brandin, had so much energy and was incredibly fun to work with - he made the whole experience feel effortless. Beautiful, bright, candid shots

We are so glad that we found Mike Moon Studios to do engagement photos, wedding photos, and wedding video for us (Andy for pictures and Brandon for video). We love how vibrant and colorful the products were - capturing the beautiful, sunny spring day. We didn't want to spend a bunch of time doing awkward, staged poses and the Mike Moon team totally respected our wishes, making everything natural and efficient. They did such a wonderful job capturing all of the little moments (including funny shenanigans by the kids and great dancing shots). They were very discreet (I honestly can't remember seeing either of them during the reception, but they definitely got pictures and videos) and detail-oriented. We especially want to highlight how comfortable we felt around Andy starting with our engagement shoot. He can make anything look beautiful (I'm including here a shot her got of the hard-boiled eggs my mom brought as a snack, which he somehow turned into a work of art??). We especially appreciate how well the team managed to get great shots of all ~170 guests, which enabled us to send customized thank you cards to each of our guests with photos of them.

Amazing Team!!

Joel and his group were wonderful to work with! We booked the engagement photoshoot, wedding photoshoot, and videography. It was such a blast reliving our wedding through the beautiful photos. Although we haven't gotten the video yet, we know it'll be extremely touching and fun to watch. There was a little mishap that caused for a slight concern since Amryn, who was supposed to shoot for our wedding, could not make it due to personal matters. She shot our engagement photos so we were a bit worrried being assigned to someone unfamiliar. However, Nikki stepped up to the job and did a fantastic job! She had really great ideas and captured everything about us so well. She made the process smooth and easy. Keez also did an amazing job with the shoots as he helped make some of the shots more personal for us! Brandon, our videographer, made the process really fun as he was super engaging and made me feel less uptight. We would highly recommend Mike Moon Studios to any upcoming couples that are planning for their big day.

Obsessed!!!

Mary and Andy were our photographers and they literally went above and beyond to make sure we had the best photos to remember the day. The lighting they use makes the photos vibrant and stunning without looking edited. I was able to tell them exactly the photos that I wanted and didn't want and they were very accommodating to my needs and wants. Would hire them a million times over!

Andy from Mike Moon Studio was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day! His professionalism and punctuality stood out from the start. He arrived early, prepared, and ready to capture every important moment. His extensive experience shined throughout the day, as he gave us clear and precise direction, ensuring every shot was framed perfectly while still keeping us comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera.

What impressed us most was his incredible flexibility, especially when faced with the unexpected challenge of a hurricane. Nikki and Jack were absolutely phenomenal. They were both present and kind and truly made you feel like a priority on such a big day. Coulter Garden Party

We are in love with all of our photos from Mike Moon Studios! Our stellar photographer Amryn captured shots that we will always treasure, both during our wedding day and our engagement photo shoot. Reliving my favorite day!

We loved Amryn! We had an unconventional engagement photo shoot and some different ideas for the wedding day and she rocked all of it. Amazing Photography & Easy to Work With

Taylor, Mary & AJ were my photo and video team for my recent wedding and the photos came back amazing. They captured our day perfectly. Leading up to the event, the Studio was very easy to work with, responsive, and accommodating. On the day of the wedding the photographers kept us moving right along and were flexible to adapt to making a few changes to schedule on the fly as people were ready/daylight allowed. They also have a commitment to getting your photos back to you in a MUCH shorter time frame than many others, which is awesome because trust me you'll be excited. I highly recommend Mike Moon Studio!

Such a Great Experience!

I really don't leave reviews, but I feel like I have to based on the experience I had with Mike Moon Studio. First and foremost, I most definitely didn't want a big wedding, but my now wife has been mentally planning her wedding since she was a kid, so I didn't have much choice in the matter haha. I'm a pretty shy person, so getting up in front of a lot of people or posing for pictures isn't really my thing. WIth that said, Amryn and her assistant, Judd, made me feel so comfortable. I can honestly say that the pictures she took are the first pictures I've ever had where I actually like the way I look. I can't thank Mike Moon Studio enough for making my wife's dream photos come true and making me feel so comfortable and making us look so good on our big day. You all are incredible!

Mike Moon Studio was amazing!

I don’t even know where to begin! Everything about our time with MIke Moon Studio was off the charts. We sent them an email checking for availability and got a call like 30 seconds later lol! I spoke with Harley on the phone and she was so sweet! She set up a time for my fiancé and to talk with Joel their wedding consultant and they were super accommodating to our schedules. It was important to me that my fiancé and I could talk with them together. Joel was hilarious and had us cracking up throughout our entire consult! We knew we wanted to book just by talking with Harley and Joel! Our photographer was Lauren and we couldn’t have been happier with her work! She was great with my insane family and wonderful with all the little ones running around at the wedding. She had so much energy and excitement for our day! You could tell she really wanted to be there and was excited for us, which really calmed my nerves on the day. Not only were our photos stunning, but we got them back in 6 days!! The icing on the cake was when I had expressed to Harley how upset I was that my Aunt passed away before our wedding day and wouldn’t be there. The following week she sent me a handwritten letter signed by everyone at the studio with their condolences. Working with Mike Moon Studio was an experience I will never forget. They truly care about their couples and it makes all the difference. When we start our family, I can’t wait to use them for our newborn photos! If you’re on the fence on who you should choose for wedding photography, go with Mike Moon Studio. You won’t regret it!

Great studio and photographer

I hired Mike Moon Studio for my wedding in Atlanta, GA on August 15, 2020. My photographer, Amryn, was super talented and beautifully captured my day. The studio and photographer have worked at my venue many times, which made things run smoother. The owner, Todd, was great in resolving an issue we had quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Mike Moon Studios is very professional and has wonderful photographers and videographers!! I’d also recommend using their photo booth! You get to print as many photo copies as you want! All around great experience working with them!

Mike moon is awesome!

Mike Moon Studio is AMAZING!!! We used Mike Moon for Videography and we absolutely loved our video!! Jack was our videographer. He was so kind and worked so hard throughout the whole day. He got so many candid shots! Joel (the owner) was also amazing throughout the whole process. My husband and I would definitely recommend Mike Moon Studio!!!

Absolutely Brilliant

I’m beyond thankful for Todd and the amazing work of Mike Moon Studios. My wife and I are so happy that Todd accepted our wedding video project. We absolutely love the finished video and it vastly exceeded our expectations. Todd is absolutely brilliant and every interaction with him was a pleasure, as he’s a true professional who loves what he does.

Our wedding project was unconventional given that Todd didn’t actually shoot the wedding. Our original videographer company was CollabCreation Films and they never provided a finished video. Shortly after our wedding we learned that the company shutdown and ended all communication with clients. We found out later that the company had been shooting weddings the entire year while accepting payments without the intent of ever providing a finished product. After many stressful months, we finally received the raw footage. But that didn’t provide much consolation as the raw footage consisted of a portfolio of over 200 clips anywhere in length between 3 seconds to 30 minutes without any order or resemblance of a coherent story. Given that state of the raw footage my wife and I thought that we would never have a finished wedding video.

However, Todd is insanely good at what he does and was able to capture all of our favorite moments of our favorite day. He perfectly edited them all together into an amazingly beautiful finished product. I’m astonished how well it turned out given that they didn’t shoot the video and the state of the raw footage. Todd truly worked wonders. Words cannot describe how thankful we are for the video. We were very lucky to have found Mike Moon Studios as they helped turn a worst case scenario into something we will cherish for the rest of lives. It’s hard to imagine how good it could have turned out if Mike Moon Studios was with us during the entire process! Thank you, Todd, for kindly taking on our project and giving us the best recreation of memories from our wedding day!

Best Money Spent!

I couldn’t recommend Mike Moon Studio enough. From our initial consultation all the way to the day we received our pictures we have received nothing short of exemplary service and value. We used MMS for photography, videography, and a photo booth (which was a huge hit) - they impressed us on every area. The pictures turned out amazing (and we got them 12 days after the wedding!). I don’t feel very photogenic in general but those pictures made me feel like king. If you’re looking for the complete package for your wedding, look no further. MMS was hands down the best money we spent on the wedding. We will definitely steer any friends we come across to this awesome company!

So easy and fun to work with

From the first meeting we had with Joel we knew this was going to be the right fit for us for our wedding day. Everyone has made the process so easy. We met our photographer, Rachael, for the first time this week for our engagement photo session. She was so knowledgeable and helpful right from the start and suggested the most beautiful location for our photos. She was so much fun to work with and we can't wait to have her photograph our wedding next summer! I highly recommend Mike Moon Studios, they have made everything so fun and easy so far!!!!!

Mike Moon Studios was amazing! Well worth the (fair) price they charge, especially in a field where you really do get what you pay for. Everyone we’ve dealt with there has been nothing but amazing and friendly, and genuinely helpful to speak with when you’re stressed out over so much planning.

The photos all came out fantastic (and quick!), we got everything we wanted.

Whatever they’re paying Peter (our photographer) isn’t enough. The guy freakin killed it. Not only are his shots great, but he was funny and fun to work with. Really made posing for photos easy and feel natural, and it definitely shows in his work.

I’d say I’d use you guys again for my next wedding, but pretty sure my wife would kill me. Thanks for everything guys!

So thankful for this company!

This company is amazing! They shot my sister's wedding, and come October they will be shooting mine as well. With around six months left until our wedding day, my fiance and I completely flip flopped our plans and moved our wedding to the beach where we got engaged. Some of the vendors we had were not willing to accommodate this change, but Mike Moon was more than happy to! I am so excited to have this company for our wedding day and I recommend them 100%!

The Absolute Best!!

Mike Moon Studio was AMAZING!! I am so happy that I chose this company for our photography & videographer services...Chase was our photographer and he was so patient, kind, and truly cared about us and made sure that we got all of the shots we asked for! When we got our pictures back I was speechless because they really exceeded my expectations!! The quality and everything about them is so amazing and all of my family, friends, co workers, & others that have seen some of our pictures have given many compliments, even stated that some of our pictures belong in a magazine! I would definitely recommend Mike Moon to others & the company as a whole was a pleasure to work with. The wedding consultant Tracy Lane was so sweet and anytime I had any questions she was available to answer. I remember after my consultation with her before talking to any of the photographers I already felt that I wanted to choose Mike Moon because she made me feel so comfortable, and did not pressure me at all, and she was so kind & treated me more like a friend rather than a client. It really felt like I had known her for years. I also used the photobooth services and our attendant noticed that my husband and I had not got a chance to take pictures at the photo booth yet and our time slot was about to be over so he found us during the reception & made sure that we got our time with the photo booth! I am so happy that we chose Mike Moon and would consider using them for future photography services!

Best Photographer Ever!

Our wedding photographs name was Jerry and he was amazing! He had a wonderful sense of humor that kept the day carefree and alleviated any stress. He was great at giving direction and had fun ideas for not so pose-y photos. I would highly recommended requesting Jerry from Mike Moon Studios.

Photos are forever!

Working with Chase from Mike Moon Studio was so wonderful! He worked with us to create a timeline that allowed us to get the pictures we wanted and also be able to enjoy our wedding without being pulled all over for photographs. Chase was super professional and made everyone feel comfortable. We got our pictures back within WEEKS and I can't stop looking at them and showing people our photos.
We also did videography and if you are considering it - DO IT! Our wedding video is absolutely perfect, and it has helped us relive our day so many times. They captured the most sincere emotions that occurred all day long, and I will forever treasure our video.
All in all, Mike Moon Studio was an amazing photography company to work with, and if their style matches your style, I would tell you to hire them right away!

The Perfect Wedding Photographer

Mike Moon Studio was the best choice for our wedding photography. They worked with our crazy schedule seamlessly, and were quick to respond to emails and phone calls whenever we had questions. Rachael, our photographer, was incredible. She helped coach my husband and I through our engagement shoot and wedding day perfectly, which was a necessity as we were both nervous and not used to having professional pictures taken. She captured so many funny and sweet candid moments from our reception! The resulting photos are beautiful, and I know we'll treasure them forever. Bonus: we got them back in 12 days!

Amazing photos in 2 weeks!

Choosing Mike Moon was one of our best decisions! From stat to finish they were so professional and just nice people to work with- and they got us beautiful edited photos just 12 days after our wedding!! Our photographer Chase was amazing- on time, flexible, not intrusive (but somehow still captured every moment), creative and fun! He really understood what we wanted and delivered even more than expected. He felt like a friend and we really enjoyed having him with us on our big day. I can’t say enough about Jerry at Mike Moon Studios! He was prompt, set up quickly, was organized while still being very personable and calming! He did everything my daughter Briana asked for including traipsing outside into a park area after a torrential downpour just to get “the shot”! He even picked up and flung a snake out of her path! Working with Mike Moon Studio was the easiest process! We began our journey with Joel, a complete professional. Joel pointed us towards our photographer Rachael, who he said multiple times is a prodigy. He is right, Rachael did an outstanding job! She is calm and can handle the craziness of a wedding day. Rachael was easy to talk with and discuss what we wanted. She went above our expectations. She took pictures we didn’t even realize we wanted. Mike Moon is an amazing company. I will not lie, their services are a bit pricey. HOWEVER, that being said I would absolutely recommend them. After all, at the end of the day what your left with are the pictures and videos of your wedding day. We used Mike Moon for our photos and video. Our photographer was Jerry. He is beyond amazing! He did a beautiful job with our photos. He was so committed to getting us the most beautiful pictures. Let me put it this way, on our wedding day it rained a lot in the morning. For our pictures, we were in the middle of the mountains with wet grass and Jerry was literally throwing himself in the ground and getting dirty to ensure he gave us breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL pictures. He was so nice, friendly and funny! All of our family kept asking me about Jerry and telling us how nice he was! The best part about Mike Moon is that they give you your pictures about two weeks after your wedding! They also handed out cards to all of our guests so they could have the direct link to our photos. Everyone has complimented how great of a job they did with our photos as well as how friendly they are. After how amazing the pictures came out I can’t wait to see our video. They are worth every penny and they are dedicated to giving you an amazing product. Thank you Mike Moon!!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful the team is over at Mike Moon Studios. We practically purchased every service they offered, Photography, Videography, Engagement Session, Boudoir Session, and a Photo Booth. All of which was money well spent! Mike himself was our photographer for our photo sessions, and he is absolutely amazing to work with. Extremely professional and made you feel comfortable in front of the camera; always on time, and stuck to our venue's strict timeline on our wedding day. Will was our videographer and such a pleasure to work with. He was hilarious and again he too made you feel comfortable in front of the camera. These two worked closely together to capture the evening. My fiancé and I had no idea they were even there, they were so inconspicuous!! Mike and Will allowed us to enjoy our evening with friends and family while not being in our face the whole night. Our guests loved our photobooth experience ran by Harley! It was a wonderful setup that provided props and a photobook of pictures. We really appreciate every reply from my countless emails and calls. You all made this process extremely stress free! Mike Moon and team were absolutely incredible! They were our first choice for photographers after attending a friend's wedding that he had photographed. Mike made everyone feel really at ease, was really efficient and made sure that we got the specific shots that we were hoping to get! He also was really flexible with shooting locations and was constantly looking for the best angles. We just got our pictures back (just a short 2 weeks after the wedding, which is incredible!) and we love all of them. They even helped us recreate pictures from our parents' weddings and nailed the shots perfectly!

We can't say enough about how amazing the Mike Moon team was and how they helped to make our wedding amazing!

My photographer was Chase. HE WAS INCREDIBLE! He is so talented with the camera and also an awesome guy! I felt like he was an old friend and a guest at the wedding, not some stranger hanging around all day. You can tell he is truly an experience photographer and never hesitated once on where to take pictures next or what to do. We had some family issues along the way and he handled it was ease. I would recommend Mike Moon to anyone, especially Chase!

Mike and his team are nothing short of amazing. From the time I stepped foot in his office to the very last shot on my wedding day. I can't thank him enough for all his work!

His shots are amazing. They truly are the best pictures I have ever seen from a wedding. ((Even before I for my pictures back I thought this. Lol)) he makes sure to capture everything on camera. I did not use a videographer because I knew mike could capture my whole day perfectly in pictures.

Truly spend the money on mike moon. Because the mike moon way is the only way.

Fantastic photos! We could not be more thrilled to have booked Mike Moon Studio. Our pictures are amazing and we are constantly getting compliments on them! Mike and his team are by far the best in the business! We could not have been more pleased with the quality, professionalism, and the overall experience we had with Mike and his team in both our engagement and wedding pictures. Mike and his team were so easy to work with and extremely responsive. He was also super efficient in getting our HUGE wedding party and family through pictures, and our families thoroughly enjoyed having him there. Mike Moon was incredible. Pictures were better than expected! Justin did a wonderful job and got every picture I wished for and every small detail. He was flexible while still keeping my crazy bridal party on track. He took many pictures of my 4 month old baby as I asked, all incredible. Service seemed expensive at first but for this quality and for 8 hours of coverage we more than got our money's worth! Can't recommend them enough!

We are so glad we chose Mike Moon to photograph our wedding at The Atrium in Norcross on Friday, 9/30/16! With a late-starting evening wedding (ceremony start time - 7:30pm), we were on a quick timeline to get good photos in before sunset. This was no issue for Mike. Mike was able to organize the bridal party very efficiently. He had a vision for every photo and was skillfully able to direct everyone to their picture-perfect positions. In addition, Mike was able to get some unbelievable photos after dark using his various lighting techniques. Highly recommend.

Justin and Joel at Mike Moon are incredible. When our photographer dropped out a month before our wedding, Joel was able to answer my questions, get us booked, and set my mind at ease for our wedding day. Mike was the BEST! As mother of the bride, we hardly realized Mike was around; he blended in with the activities and seamlessly worked his wonders! Our daughter had a steampunk wedding, which was FULL of color, unique decorations and clothing attire, and he caught every detail of the venue, wedding ceremony, and reception! The quality of the colors in each picture is incredible, and he caught all the magical "moments" the bride and groom shared throughout the evening. We would hire Mike again in a heartbeat!

Mike Moon and Joel Brantley have been nothing short of amazing throughout this whole process. Joel called me the day after I inquired about him and answered all of my questions, gave me everything I needed and was very professional. The day of our engagement pictures I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect but Mike made everything so comfortable and easy. Our pictures turned out beautiful and I cannot stop getting comments on how beautiful they are (I hope they never stop!) I highly recommend Mike Moon and cannot wait to work with them on our wedding day! Thank you guys for being the best!

We were thrilled with the finishing product and with Justin, our wedding photographer. He was a joy to be around and I can’t thank him enough for the wonderful job he did, especially with the time constraints of our wedding. He definitely exceeded our expectations with his thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality of work. I enjoyed my experience with Mike Moon Studios even from the very beginning when I spoke their business manager, Joel. It was an easy choice when I talked with him. He actually took the time to explain to me their unique style, logistics, finances, etc. Choosing Mike Moon Studios to shoot our wedding was probably the easiest decision out of the entire wedding process. Getting married is a big deal. Doing it at a Discount is your top goal. At this point you realize spending minimal money on your pictures is not real. But I promise you, booking with Mike Moon Studio is WELL Worth It! I got married June 25 OUTSIDE on the hottest day in Georgia. I thought I was going to pass out, but Mike pushed us through it! I thank GOD I had Mike who knew how important it was to put on our model face. I was worried about the sweat beads rolling down our faces in our pictures, but Mike cleaned them all up. Without him my husband & I would have had some regrets. My family thought Mike was part of the family because he was having just as much fun as the other guests at the reception. You can tell by how all the pictures looked happy. Short answer, don't cheat yourself. Go with a organization that wants you to look good & be happy with your pictures as if it was there wedding day. - A Friend.

Justin Evans with Mike Moon Studio was simply amazing to work with! He was the perfect balance of "in charge" and "flexible" depending on what the situation required. The quality of his work is best in class - as someone who has modeled for the past 10 years I've worked with tons of photographers and I don't complement their work lightly - these are some of my favorite photos that have been taken! Justin was incredibly detail oriented and his knowledge of lighting and angles made our photos perfect. I would choose him and Mike Moon Studio over and over again!

No photographer can compare to Mike Moon. Truly, if the best of the best is a 5 star, Mike is every bit of 10 stars. It's that big of a difference. There's no comparing. His work is flawless, and it's everything you could ever think of or want. With how fast my wedding day flew by, it was surreal to think that I was even married until his incredible pictures come in. My wedding pictures were the most important thing to me (over dress, venue, etc), and I am beyond grateful and overly satisfied with Mike's work. No matter your event, there's no question--Mike is your man.

Mike did an outstanding job; great at capturing the event; very positive, creative, came up with some great shots utilizing the opportunities and material at Fernbank. We would highly recommend, 110% of expectations; if I had to come up with an improvement opportunity, would be unable to do so.

I cannot explain to you how amazing our wedding photos turned out thanks to Mike Moon. He is a wonderful and fun guy, who is extremely talented. Not only that, but he is extremely affordable! He knew exactly what he was doing and moved through our pictures quickly and gracefully, so people weren't waiting around at our reception. I wish I could have him shoot every event in my life!!!

Mike Moon Studio was our photographer at our recent wedding. He was amazing. He came out to the hotel as I was getting ready at 3 and photographed us throughout the night. The photos that Mike took were beautiful. My husband and I are by no means models and he is excellent at giving direction on what poses look great on camera. He has a super fast turnaround time to receive your photos, and we had our wedding photos within 10 days of the wedding. We also got a photo booth for the reception through Mike Moon Studio. There was an attendant to help with the photo booth all night and the props were great. If you are getting married you will not be disappointed if you use Mike Moon Studio. He was worth every penny.

When it came to choosing vendors for our wedding, we interviewed more photographers than any other vendor. Once we met Mike Moon we knew we’d found the perfect company to do our wedding. Justin Evans was the photographer for our wedding. Wow! What a talented guy. He was fantastic to work with during the entire day. He was always close by, but almost made himself invisible. He moved quickly through some “posed” pictures we wanted and then beautifully captured the remainder of the evening as it happened. Justin worked alone at our wedding and we initially had some concerns about not having a second shooter. However, Justin didn’t miss a thing. When we got our pictures back it was truly like he was in two places at once. Speaking of getting our pictures back, Mike Moon had them edited and posted online in 10 days, which is amazing. As we looked over Justin’s work we were completely blown away, he captured so many details and emotions. We were so lucky to find Mike Moon Studios and Justin Evans!

I just got all of the pictures from my wedding, and all I can say is "wow." Mike Moon was a pleasure to work with. One of the most important things about Mike, was his ability to become part of the wedding, so that everyone was comfortable around him, making the pictures more natural, especially for the "getting ready pictures." My guests absolutely loved his friendliness, which made for some great photos.
As far as the photos themselves goes, Mike certainly knows what he's doing. Although the light was fading for some of the photos, using his equipment, he was able to make the photos themselves look like the sun was shining perfectly.
And price-for all the images that we got, the photo booth, and for Mike himself to shoot, I thought it was an amazing value and worth every penny. And not for anything, but I had not one, but TWO guests, who happen to be professional photographers who "talked shop" with Mike, and commented to me on how amazing he was. I can't say enough-just do yourself a favor, and book him.

Mike Moon was great to work with on our wedding day! He is friendly and professional, and he made my husband and I feel at ease. Mike did an amazing job of capturing every moment of our wedding! My pictures were nothing short of perfection. Mike is an extremely talented and well versed photojournalist whose 20+ years of experience in the industry truly shows. He is passionate, confident, efficient, and knowledgeable. He captures beautifully thought out group pictures as well as stunning candids. In our first meeting, Mike explained the importance of using an off camera flash and showed us examples of this technique at play. The difference between the photos in the same settings with/without the off camera flash was incredible. When we left our meeting, we felt confident in his work and educated on the questions to ask the remaining photographer we were meeting with the following day. When asked about this technique, they responded that they didn’t think it was necessary because they bounced the flash off of objects in the room to achieve the proper lighting. This response solidified our decision. We shot our engagement photos in Piedmont Park, and I had friends telling me that as they scrolled through their newsfeed they came across my newly updated profile picture and thought it was an advertisement because it was so beautifully shot. Mike has a way of getting you to relax in front of the camera while giving direction that is easy to follow. A few days out from the wedding, we knew it was going to rain, and Mike was instrumental in calming my nerves over the weather, ensuring me that he would be able to get beautiful pictures with the rain. When it did rain intermittently throughout, Mike’s off camera flash illuminated every drop making the rain look like little diamonds floating around us. I cannot express how happy I am with our pictures. They exceeded all of my expectations. The value for the quality is unbeatable. You will receive a quality that exceeds that of other wedding photographers who charge 3 to 4 times the price AND he returns your pictures to you within 10 days of your wedding! I highly recommend him to everyone.

Mike of Mike Moon Studios is more than we expected! He is an artist in the true sense of the word. This is not just a guy who likes to take photos. He is at the top of his craft both in his photography skills and his people skills. He was such a lovely energy to have in and around our most special moments of our wedding. He is great herding family and friends for photos and great at sneaking around like a ninja getting amazing candid photos. We wanted a specific look for our photos that he was absolutely able to capture! I would use him for any other event I throw! Believe the hype! He's worth it.

Evan (the groom) and I could not be more pleased with our photographer, Mike Moon. His professionalism, value, and quality went beyond our expectations. Mike met us before the wedding to do a "walk-through" of where we wanted to get all of our shots since we had such a large venue to chose from (we married at a vineyard). That added so much value so that the day of, we could get all the shots we wanted and stay within the time frame of 1 hour for pictures! Outside of the preparation, the quality of his work is FANTASTIC!!! We were blown away by the lighting in the pictures, the artistic nature of the shots, and the diversity he was able to shoot all by himself. We could not have asked or even dreamed for anything better than what he delivered. I would recommend Mike Moon Studios 200% for any wedding or event that you are planning- he is truly the best of the best. The wedding goes by so quickly but the pictures you have will tell the story for a lifetime. Picking Mike Moon was the best, and most important decision to me next to picking the right groom and venue :) If I could give 10 stars I would!

Mike does an incredible job at commanding the room and taking charge. He knows exactly how to best use his time in the most efficient way! The pictures came out absolutely stunning! Mike Moon Studios edited our photos and one of their photographers, Morgan Corbett, shot our intimate mountain wedding. Morgan was profoundly warm and exceptionally creative, helping us really capture this special time from playful poses, small details, and family shots. Mike turned the editing around swiftly. Mike was extremely organized and professional. He was very flexible in working with all the wedding party as well as hairdresser and makeup artists. His shots were very well planned out, while still capturing the true personalities. The one thing that stood out was that you didn't really know he was there, he blended in and did not cause any distraction from the wedding. I would highly recommend Mike Moon Studio to any future bride!

Mike took our engagement, bridal formals, as well as wedding day photos. He is simply AMAZING and a true artist. We were shocked with how amazing his photos are. Mike was incredible! He was not only fun, outgoing, and professional, but also very helpful throughout the process. He even included our dog in our shoot which was important to us! My husband and I absolutely loved having him there on our wedding day, and our photos (both engagement and wedding) were stunning. He captured each special moment, and got some great candids too! We had some specific things that we wanted photographed, and he made sure to get everything we asked for and more! When looking through the pictures, we can have beautiful memories of our whole day. We would definitely recommend him!

Mike captured every moment that we would've wanted captured in our wedding. He was easy to work with and came to our rescue when our previous photographer cancelled on us a month before our wedding! His shots are gorgeous and some that we will cherish forever. I couldn't imagine having anyone else shoot our wedding, We just wish We found him sooner!

The amount of time spent on planning not only the venue but every characteristic of every detail up to the 4 foot flower displays on the tables at the reception dinner meant everything had to be captured and preserved. Every family member and friend was invited, a lot of them from overseas. Some we have not seen in years. The tedious task of getting everything documented from this tremendous moment in both of our lives was not going to just anyone, with the help of reviews and personal referrals we found Mike Moon Studios. I could tell you a story about how nice our wedding was or how much effort that went into it but it would only be a story. When I say that every moment was captured, every emotion, every detail, I mean that even the tears in my brides eyes while she stood at the alter and the look on my face knowing she was mine forever. I thank Mike Moon studios for the tremendous job they did and the thousands of pictures that we now have all the memories that will be preserved forever and all the family that will get to hold onto these moments forever.
