Mike was a very fun, welcoming and easy going MC and DJ. I was grateful how he listened and understood what we wanted for our wedding. For example, we wanted to be out on the dance floor for a couple specific songs, and Mike came and found us to tell us our song was going to be on. Those little moments of effort showed that he really cared to make it the best night. We had a backyard wedding and so I was nervous about the logistics of how we were going to get the sound just right outside. I could tell Mike is very experienced, because when I told him about this concern, he knew exactly what equipment to bring, and seemed to have it all figured out, and on the day of the reception the sound was perfect. Mike’s expertise also showed through in the way that he made transitions from one event to the next seamless. I loved having him as an MC, since he made the reception fun, but he was tasteful and not overbearing. I was glad to trust Mike with the music for my wedding, and I would greatly recommend him to anyone. -

Mike was our wedding DJ and by far the best in the business. DJs make or break your reception and he was hands down the best. Kept everyone dancing, was engaging, out on the dance floor doing line dances and helped us get our foam glow sticks out. He was a blast and would recommend him to everyone! -

I had Mike come DJ at my brother's wedding! He did a killer job! He had the whole dance floor packed all the way up until it started to rain and we all had to run inside! Totally an unforgettable night. -

Mike was the DJ at our wedding in December 2020 and he played a huge role in making our day go smoothly. He is also one of the major reasons our guests are still talking about how much fun they had two months after our wedding! He catered to our wants/requests before and during the festivities, while tailoring everything to the audience. Mike is the reason our guests were engaged in the fun - he was sure to get as many people as possible on the dance floor. -

If you’re looking for a DJ and you are waiting for a ‘sign’ to pick the DJ for your next event, here’s your sign. Mike was absolutely amazing and we really couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our special day. He was truly the life of the party and showed no shame in doing what he loves. Mike truly made our wedding day as special as we could’ve imagined. His price was great and I promise it’s worth every penny. Will be using him again in the future when the time comes. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you so much Mike Jones!!

Mike is a wonderful DJ and was so great in every aspect for our wedding. He provided ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music for our special day. Upon meeting with him, Mike made my husband and I feel so comfortable and we knew that he was going to be a great DJ for our wedding. Both meetings we had (1 in person and 1 on the phone) were so informative and he's a really great planner. The music he played was a perfect mix of songs I provided him and songs that he chose himself. All of our guests had a wonderful time at our reception and I had many people tell me that the music was great. Thank you so much, Mike!!! -

Mike was personable and helped from day 1, he was willing to collaborate with the entire wedding event and keep our timeline & requests in order to provide a memorable day for my family. His professional approach kept me confident in him through out our entire experience. We love the fact that he gets the crowd dancing by jumping on the dance floor to encourage everyone to party. If your looking for a wedding DJ keep the party rocking but yet still keep everything in order then he’s your guy! Thanks again Mike! -

Mike was seriously such an incredible DJ! We moved our wedding to my backyard and the logistics of the wedding became difficult but he handled everything beautifully. We had no noise complaints from neighbors which is probably the most important thing for a backyard wedding!
I loved Mike's services because I felt like he understood our music taste as a couple, and was able to play great music that was both popular and in line with our tastes. We ended up really off schedule at one point and Mike worked with our photographer and my mom to redo the schedule and improvise. He gave us the idea to do a sparkler dance instead of a sparkler exit and it turned out amazing! He was great on the fly and helped make our day so special. Mike's music choices were amazing and he even got out on the dance floor at times! I can't imagine having used anyone else. Plus his pricing was really reasonable and he worked with us through the entire process. -

Not only is Mike one of the most affordable DJs we found but he knows how to get the party started! He’s so sweet and has a great fun energy, and let me tell you this guy really gets into his music! Our guest couldn’t stop talking about how much fun he was, dancing with the guest, and playing such a great variety of songs everybody could get into. I didn’t want to stress about making a song list for the reception so I just told him I trust him to play what he wanted, best decision for sure. Highly Recommend -

You Need to Hire This DJ. He was so fantastic! Not only was he professional, wonderful to work with, and a slam dunk of a price, but he played such incredible music. Everyone that I talked with after the wedding absolutely LOVED him. One of my guests came up to me afterwards and said “I’ve never been to a party with such an awesome DJ. NONE of the songs he played were bad! I was dancing the whole night!” Thank you Mike for helping make one of the best nights of my life so memorable! If I could give you an 11 out of 10 I would. -

Mike had a couple calls with us and made sure we had a couple songs we had to hear on the big day - he also made sure to check on us a few times to see if we needed anything throughout the night. The flow of the night was perfect! Many people said our wedding was the best night of their lives - Mike played a huge part in that! -

Mike was a great addition to our special day! He played great music and even got the crowd rolling in laughter with his great dance moves!
We asked for a stress free night and he provided just that, with making announcements, playing all the songs we asked for and communicating.
Even when rain poured in the middle of the ceremony Mike was able to keep everything in motion even while protecting his gear.

Mike Jones is AMAZING. He is so good at what he does! He helped me create a schedule and a timeline for the wedding reception and then he kept the time for us and kept things moving right on schedule. He had some GREAT ideas for fun games and things to do to break up the reception and keep it interesting and moving right along. His equipment was awesome, he had the speakers, microphone and stand, the lights, and every song we requested he played, right when we wanted it. He was very responsive and so friendly and likeable and so easy to work with. Plus he has great rates!! Five stars, I would give him ten if I could! So happy we found him! -

Best DJ Ever!!
Best DJ/M.C. I have ever had!! I have now hired Mike Jones Music (MJM) on several occasions, all of which turned out to be wonderful successes. Most notably, my wife and I hired him to DJ our wedding reception. Mike was punctual and very professional. He made sure the dance floor was never empty and he played all of the songs we requested. Mike Jones Music also performed sound support for a drum recital that I hosted which turned out better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend MJM for anyone needing a professional DJ at a very affordable price. -
