  La peor experiencia

  Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con Miguel Angel Productions ha sido la peor que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Tuve que cancelar la fiesta de 15 años de mi hija debido a problemas financieros, lo cual ya fue devastador para nuestra familia y especialmente para mi hija, quien está sufriendo mucho por esta situación.
  
  Entiendo lo que es un contrato, y que no debe ser cancelado, por esto me acerqué a ellos pidiendo modificar su servicio de video a fotografía. A pesar de haber compartido todos los detalles de nuestra angustiante situación financiera, explicándole perdimos nuestro mayor fuente de ingreso en tan sólo una semana, la falta de empatía de Miguel Angel Productions fue asombrosa. No solo se negaron a ofrecer ninguna solución compasiva, sino que también parecían completamente indiferentes a nuestra angustia, negándose a modificar su contrato de video a foto, para que yo pueda de todos modos tener una solución al depósito de $500 que les había adelantado. Perder $500 dólares en estas circunstancias es una verdadera tragedia para mi familia de 5, y su falta de empatía solo empeoró las cosas.
  
  No recomendaría en absoluto contratar los servicios de Miguel Angel Productions si valoras la comprensión y el apoyo en momentos difíciles. Esta experiencia ha sido decepcionante y desalentadora, y espero que otros eviten pasar por lo que nosotros hemos experimentado con esta empresa.
