The owner did such an amazing job setting up the venue for us. She went above and beyond to make sure every decoration was in place. She had great communication throughout the entire process and through in some extras because she wanted to make sure it was perfect for me. I appreciate everything she did for me! Again this venue was huge, decorated beautifully and the real Flowers used created even more Elegance!!! I'm 1000% happy !!!

What can I say this is a business owner business and I love that also they are super nice people very flexible and costumer service is great this is my second event I had with them

Do not use them. They did not provide the service I paid. They lack professionalism and do not communicate well at all. And they lack time management (they are always late). I would be very careful hiring this company to host your event at their hall or use them as an event planner. I hired Zuleim as our events planner for my fathers 90th birthday that was on thanksgivings day 11/24/2022. My sister texted her the night before to confirm that she was ready to set the our room with tables and chairs and center pieces. She responded and confirmed she will be there on time. In fact, she never showed up. Never responded to our text or our calls. Our first concern was her safety and her family but we never heard from her. In fact, she was on Facebook celebrating thanksgiving and did not care of what she did to the client. I guess she doesn’t care of her business reputation. I will report them to the better business bureau and I expect to get a full refund. Extremely disappointed and my family who had hired her in the past and attended my Fathers 90th birthday will never use her again.

DO NOT DO business with this business. They never showed up to my father's 90th birthday. They were paid in advanced and on the day they never showed up neither cared to communicate at all. Awful party planner and con-artist. Only out for your money. There is a dispute and a case on this business.

Did not comply with contract. They never showed up on the day. Confirmation was done a day before and she never showed up. No communication and did not refund us. Awful. Do not hire this business.

My wedding was back in March at this venue my wedding was a three day wedding which I used multiple venues . Mieluz was probably le by far the worst I chose . My biggest regret was not looking around for more venues to choose for my reception. From the beginning what caught my attention with this venue was what I was being offered so of course I decided to choose this venue . The owner of the venue was nice At first she worked with me and made it seem like everything would be ready and in place the day of . I’m a person that’s very particular about things and picky Which she knew but assured me I had nothing to worry about . The day of my wedding it was a complete disaster she failed at multiple items in our contract. My servers didn’t show up , I had no security ( we were basically running the whole show) no lights outside the venue , bartenders were told by the owner to leave earlier than what was agreed to , no ac ( and no it was not fixed ) , my drinks/ cups ran out within 2 hours of my event due to shortage not the amount of people I had, the bathrooms were filthy now I can go on and on but I won’t . I had to call the owner during the wedding and when she showed up she did not try to stay and fix anything . My family was basically in charge of the whole wedding . The reason I’m writing a whole story as a review is because I need future brides / venue seekers to know the truth about what transpired . There may be multiple reviews on here that are rated great besides mine but I advise you to do more research. I felt not only hurt but frustrated by this and if there was one thing I can go back and change while planning my wedding was choosing this venue . Crazy thing is I didn’t even get an apology she did not try and reach out to me to make things right after this goes to show how professional someone is. Let’s hope that everyone can see my story before she tries to get my review deleted in which she had other reviews deleted made by guest at my wedding because they were in shock of what transpired ! Moral of my review please do not pick this venue !
