  Ben H at Midwest Sound

  We had Ben H. for our Sunday wedding in Pepin, WI. and we could not have asked for a better DJ!! Our ceremony was flawless and we had so much fun dancing during our reception. He did a wonderful job as an MC and we appreciate him so much. The dance floor was full all night at a SUNDAY wedding. Ben, you're the best, thank you so much!!

  10/10 would reccomend!

  Disco Joe was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! We had to change some things up on the fly day of and he did a wonderful job, made sure to check in with my husband and I during the reception to see how we were doing/feeling. Communication from both Joe and the company leading up to the wedding was great as well, their customer portal made everything very easy.

  Justin from Midwest sound was awesome.

  We had Justin at our wedding and the experience was great from start to finish. He was easy to work with and open to our requests. The ceremony went smoothly, exactly as expected and the reception was awesome. We had a full dance floor the entire night and Justin kept everyone engaged and dancing. He would play any song we requested and have recommendations to keep the energy high. The cold sparks were amazing as well and everyone should get them. We would highly recommend Midwest Sound.

  Amazing!!!

  The Midwest Sound team was amazing to work with! The portal they have is super easy to navigate and use! It gave our DJ an insight on specific details before getting in touch with us! Tony was absolutely amazing to work with! He is excellent at what he does and made our wedding day music go very smooth! He touched base with us before the wedding to get the details of the day and took the anxiety away! We would recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth wedding day!

  Great DJ!!

  Brandon from Midwest Sound was such an amazing DJ for our wedding (ceremony & reception). He took the time to get to know us as people and made sure he was aware of all the details to keep our wedding day running smoothly. So many of our guests said what a great job he did! He listened to all of our requests and kept the dance floor filled all night. He did such a great job with music selection and keeping people dancing that we asked him to stay longer because no one would leave the dance floor! Brandon was in integral part in making our wedding day so special and fun.

  Incredible!

  We are SO pleased with Midwest sound!! It's a little risky to not be able to meet your DJ until the week before the wedding. HOWEVER, knowing there's a back up plan to the back up plan and having extremely good communication from a TEAM of people for the whole planning process was fabulous!
  
  While looking a DJ we had interviewed another company that we did NOT click with. So I asked what happened if we met the DJ and it just wasn't what we wanted. The team told us that a) that's almost never happened and b) if it did, they would happily switch the DJ out to make it right.
  
  We got paired with Justin. And I honestly didn't have high hopes or expectations for a DJ. But Justin BLEW it out of the water! He was so responsive the week before when I had quick questions and even the MORNING of when I asked him if he could play a recording of my husbands grandparents doing a reading. He made it happen! It was one of the highlights of the day and the fact that he was able to pivot last second, was incredible.
  
  Not only that, but we had people on the dance floor - LOTS of people - until the last minute. I've never seen that many people still dancing that late and many of our guests commented the same thing.
  
  Parts of our wedding were a little non-traditional (we did a Rover Toss for national dog day!) and Justin was fabulous at pumping people up and getting them engaged!
  
  We were SO happy with Justin that not only did we tip him the night of, we actually contacted him again the next day to tip him MORE bc we were so pleased!
  
  Midwest sound was super easy to work with! The price was very fair. And we had the best DJ! Though you can't reserve a DJ, you can request one (no guarantees) and I HIGHLY suggest you request Justin!!

  Amazing Professionals!

  Our wedding and reception was exactly what we had hoped for and had requested from DJ Michael B and Midwest Sound! My 6 grandkids were involved and Michael went above and beyond to make sure all our wish's/requests were accomplished! The man was amazing with the grands and all of us! We will never forget out special day! We will recommend Midwest Sound and especially Michael B to all! They are truly people who care about others!

  Dj experience

  We used midwest sound for our June 11th wedding. And they were wonderful! Communication throughout the entire process was awesome. They showed up on time and did everything I asked of them. Would recommend. Justin and his apprentice were amazing to work with!

  Disco Joe from Midwest sound was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Joe is extremely detail oriented and wanted to know every aspect of our wedding in order to best meet our needs. We had multiple songs we wanted to start at different times and Joe nailed every one. Joe kept the whole wedding day and night running smoothly and on time. He was great during dinner making sure everyone was able to eat in a timely manner. He kept everyone on the dance floor until the very end of the night. Couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommend Disco Joe and Midwest Sound for your DJ needs!

  We worked with Midwest Sound on our wedding day, and would highly recommend it to others! Our coordinator Sarah was really helpful with getting everything coordinated beforehand, and our DJ was DJ TY who was AMAZING and so friendly and made everything really easy. He listened to everything we wanted, and handled everything else that we didn’t really have an opinion on. The pacing and music choices were spot-on, and the lighting looked great. He also brought an assistant for training (after confirming that was fine with us) and she was also a delight! We had a wonderful experience - highly recommend!

  Perfect vender for the Perfect Day

  These guys are absolutely AMAZING!!! First, I would like to shout out Disco Joe!! Joe was a consummate professional; he thoroughly went through my wife and I’s plan and expectations and performed wonderfully!! At so many times in the night we were complimented by our guests for how good Disco Joe was. I might be bias, but it was the best DJ experience I have ever had at a wedding.
  Second, we booked Midwest Sound I think pretty early in our wedding planning process and they were amazing! The customer service was fantastic. They really put us at ease for what to expect for our wedding. Our wedding was perfect and one of the BIG reasons it was perfect was because of Midwest Sound!!!! Thank you all so much!!

We were able to request movie/video game soundtracks for our dinner, which our close friends all loved! Our DJ was professional and kind, and even wrote us a wedding card following the reception. Midwest Sound also provided good recommendations for up lighting and for creating our timeline for the day.
  
  At all stages of wedding planning and the reception, Midwest Sound had excellent communication, excellent recommendations, and exceptional professionalism. We would strongly recommend Midwest Sound.

  We got married last weekend and had Brad as our dj! He was fantastic. I had given him a list prior of songs I wanted played and he played them and played so many other great songs that went with the vibe we wanted! He was so sweet and fun and we got so many compliments on the music. They really make sure you can personalize your music and pick a dj that will fit exactly what you want. I would definitely recommend using this dj at your future wedding!

  I really enjoyed working with this company. They were helpful, responsive and kind throughout planning. The online music forms were easy to navigate, the photo booth was a hit and my DJ knocked it out of the park.

  Amazing Service

  Alex was an amazing DJ. He did an awesome job providing a fun and enjoyable atmosphere with his song choices. He was very flexible when it came to last minutes changes due to last minute guest cancellations and never complained. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this DJ service.

  Fantastic Service and and Artist

  Our DJ, Dan, was an expert and chose the best music to fit our aesthetic! He was skilled in reading the room and we are still hearing how much fun our guests had dancing at our reception.   Our DJ, Dan, was an expert and chose the best music to fit our aesthetic! He was skilled in reading the room and we are still hearing how much fun our guests had dancing at our reception.   Midwest Sound rocks!

  Midwest Sound was the DJ we hired for my daughter's wedding, and they did a fantastic job!
  Midwest provides bridal couples with a unique login for their planning portal that makes planning the event, creating play (and do not play) lists a breeze. They also provided ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner music.
  Our DJ, Josh, was the best! He arrived on time, and was very flexible while working with our videographer on audio for the ceremony. He also was very friendly and kept our guests rocking on the dance floor. Josh even played a special slow song for my mom, the bride's grandma, so we could dance with her in her wheelchair.
  Midwest Sound is well-organized and very competitively priced, especially considering the level of service you receive.
  My husband and I highly recommend Midwest Sound! They rock!

  Exceptional Service!

  Due to the pandemic shutdowns I had to reschedule my wedding three different times. Each time I reached out, Midwest Sound was so understanding and accommodating. The online portal they use is user friendly and such a great tool. When our Wedding day finally came to be, our D.J. Brandon was amazing, playing all the best songs that kept our guests out on the dance floor all night! My friends and family are still telling me what a great time they had dancing the night away! We also used their Photo booth, it was so nice to see all the photos of everyone having such a great time! Thank you Midwest Sound for making our night spectacular!

  Fun and Engaging DJs

  I cannot say enough good things about Midwest sound! Our DJ was Nick and he and his apprentice provided us with the most amazing time! They provided the most beautiful ceremony music and it felt very calm and intimate. Nick kept the night flowing smoothly, listened to our requests and ideas really giving us the reigns, and kept people dancing all night long. Nick and his apprentice were really able to read the room and play songs everyone wanted to hear and phase out ones that weren’t quite clicking. They were both very energetic leading some dances and followed our must play song list very well. If you get the chance make sure you request Nick he is so kind and in general just so fun to be around.
