Exceptional Experience working with Midtown Jewelers!!

Excellent service and assortment of options from Midtown Jewelers!! Vijay personally made the experience top quality from first day walking in to making sure a few custom designs at the end were done to deliver the exact vision I had for my fianceé's engagement ring! I really enjoyed working with Vijay and really respect his sense of dedication on communications, finding the perfect diamond and keeping things within budget and timeline.

I did my research and after talking to many folks in the DC area, I would 100% recommend choosing Midtown Jewelers for your special occasion. They provided the best service across the board, and it was a delight for getting to know the team and having them get to know our story and time together as well. They truly do care about their clients.

The entire team at Midtown Jewelers is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable! Great and knowledgeable team eager to help

Lynn was absolutely fantastic in helping me pick out a ring for my girlfriend. I had no knowledge of diamonds or rings to start, but she was extremely patient and helpful in telling me what to look out for (and what not to look for). She also did not apply any pressure at all, and the whole experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend visiting them, as they will definitely take care of you and help you find something perfect in budget and what you are looking for.

Happy and Satisfied!

Lynn was awesome! I bought a beautiful sapphire ring and also turned my wedding into a pendant. I loved this gorgeous ring first time I saw before Covid 19 Pendemic but price was out of my budget range. Couple weeks ago Lynn let me know the annual sales event and held sale price for me until I came back from vacation to see it one more time before I decided to purchase. She is so pleasant to be with, genuine and not pushy. Instead she showed me how beautiful the ring is and explained all about the ring. This place will be my go to place for my needs in jewelries and repairs as well. Lynn, thanks for making my experience wonderful and thanks to Midtown Jewelers for making this beautiful ring.

Best jeweler!

Lynn goes above & beyond to help find the most beautiful and perfect jewelry for you. She is thorough and tries her very best to cater to your needs. Love a jeweler who doesn’t only sell to make money, but actually cares about your investment and happiness. My then fiancée, who is now my husband, was originally referred by my brother-in-law. He had no idea what to look for but Lynn’s a lifesaver! We’re so in love with our purchases! We proudly referred Midtown Jeweler to my brother who’s about to pop the question, who as well found the perfect ring in a breeze and would keep referring them to everyone! :)

I came to Midtown Jewelers because of their excellent reputation for engagement rings and diamonds, and I was not disappointed. We worked with Lynn from start to finish and she could not have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Lynn was able to show us a wide range of options, always with insight to make sure that we were guided towards what we wanted. She struck the perfect balance of offering her own knowledge and opinions while always being careful to keep our preferences in mind. In the end Lynn helped me get exactly the ring that my fiancé had in mind, and made it an enjoyable experience to boot. Fantastic Jeweler for a Very Important Occasion

I cannot say enough positive thing about Midtown Jewelers and Lynn for her help in picking out the perfect ring. She was attentive, patient, and her enthusiasm made the experience all the more enjoyable!
I came in explaining what I was thinking in terms of stones and settings, and they were able to order a couple of stones to compare so that I could determine what it is that I wanted. Lynn was also incredibly helpful in explaining what customization options I had available to get the setting just right, with photos and examples. Beyond the engagement ring, bringing my fiancé in was another incredibly positive experience as we spoke about next steps. Cannot wait to continue working with Lynn to choose our wedding bands!

Engagement Ring Experience

This was a very emotional purchase to close out 2020. I wanted to start the new year off with a BANG while ensuring the ring was custom, unique and jaw dropping; it had to be perfect for her! Throughout the entire process, Midtown Jewelers made me feel like I was working with family and friends. They were extremely personable, patient and understanding. I never felt like I was persuaded or coerced into styles or settings to fit the jewelers motive. To be honest, I didn't know much about rings so they started the process off by walking me through the basics of clarity, color, cut and pricing. From there I made the selections with guidance from Midtown Jewelers and waited anxiously while the ring was crafted. We talked through the timeline of my proposal to ensure the ring would be ready before then and Midtown jewelers provided updates to ensure we stayed on track. The experience with Midtown Jewelers was amazing and fun. If I could go back to my selection of a jeweler, I'd pick Midtown Jewelers every time! Very Special thank you to Vijay.

Great experience despite Covid

Midtown Jeweler did an amazing job keeping me informed of the progress of the engagement ring I purchased despite the difficulties with the Covid-19 shut down. Lynn was very responsive and did everything she could to ensure that the ring was finished as soon as possible. I would absolutely recommend this store to friends and family.

Excellent and professional jewelers!

I could not have higher praise for Lynn and the rest of the team at Midtown Jewelers. After having been to a couple other places while shopping for an engagement ring, it was very refreshing to work with someone as helpful and knowledgeable as Lynn. We discussed the style that I was looking for and she was able to provide options that were exactly what I wanted. She was even able to help source the perfect diamond for the setting! Lynn kept in contact throughout the process while working with their designer, up to the time I popped the question, all while managing to keep things discrete for the surprise! The best place for rings

Lynn is the absolutely best! She made the process easy for my fiance and he did not feel pressured at all to buy from the store. I feel like most of the time jewelers tend to pressure people, and she didn't pressure him at all. Also, I can't complain considering they sell my favorite designer Danhov and I get free cleanings for life now!

All the sparkles!

We love the engagement ring we bought from Midtown Jewelers. Midtown Jewelers was the first place we looked and the only place that totally captured our eye. The staff were great and never made us feel pressured and the Danhov Abbraccio felt unique and help make the occasion special.

Engagement & Wedding Rings

My fiancé and I recently moved to Reston and were in desperate search for a local jeweler because a stone from my engagement ring fell out. When meeting with them, they put our minds at ease and reassured us that they'd be able to help. After getting to know them and their business, we couldn't imagine working with or buying our wedding bands from any other jeweler. They were so thorough throughout the whole process, never trying to upsell or push us in another direction. They have been there for us every step of the way, and even clean my engagement ring for free when I need it! They have continued to leave our jewelry looking flawless. We were so lucky to stumble upon a genuine, reliable jeweler. We HIGHLY recommend Midtown Jewelers!!

This is a long overdue review for Midtown Jewelers -- especially for Vijay. I searched the DMV area for Jewelers that could help me design a custom blue sapphire engagement ring and after striking out at a few shops I drove to Reston to test my luck. I cannot say enough great things about Midtown Jewelers! Vijay came over when I walked in and was incredibly helpful. I was a little nervous shopping for an engagement ring and he quickly but all my concerns at ease. We discussed what I wanted and he showed me various options. He then placed an order to have multiple sapphire stones shipped to the store so that I could select the one I wanted to go with the setting I had chosen. After they arrived I went back out, and once again the experience was nothing short of excellent! Vijay made everything so easy and offered expert advice. Once I had both the ring and stone selected they built the ring and it turned out so good! My fiancé absolutely loved it and I can’t thank Midtown Jewelers, specifically Vijay, enough for making it all possible!

After the proposal we went back and selected our wedding bands. Once again, Vijay made the experience fun and incredibly easy. Over the past few years we have gone back multiple times to have our rings polished and cleaned complimentary, and have stayed in touch with Vijay who still makes an effort to stay up-to-date with our lives. He truly was amazing.

I highly recommend Midtown Jewelers as you will not leave disappointed with either your ring or the staff! The quality of both cannot be rivaled!

Bobby Singh at Midtown Jewelers in Reston is one of a kind! He helped me build this amazing ring for my fiancé who absolutely loved it.

I went to other jewelers prior including Mervise and Kay’s and picked out a few options. He was able to duplicate what I saw elsewhere in a munch nicer band that exceeded my expectations.

Bobby and his team were really helpful and informative in finding the perfect diamond at a great price. He was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and patient. If any of guys out there are thinking of popping the big question I highly recommend you go see Bobby for any help. — at Midtown Jewelers.

Midtown Jewelers is the best! Bobby provided such a wonderful experience for my fiance and I. We went engagement ring shopping together at Midtown Jewelers and I picked out the style I liked best. Bobby took care of the rest. The ring he helped my fiance pick out was more beautiful than I had anticipated (we were shopping for an engagement ring on a budget). I could barely believe the ring he gave me when he proposed...it looked like he went way over budget. My engagement ring is solid, high-quality material - I've been wearing it everyday for almost a year and not a single visible scratch or missing stones. It still shines like the day he gave it to me and I can't help but stare at it's beauty. Overall, Midtown provided excellent customer service and their products are of superior quality. I will definitely be shopping for our wedding bands at Midtown Jewelers.

I was very pleased with my experience. My husband wedding band was exactly what I hoped for and more. The process was pain free and enjoyable. This was a gift, and my husband absolutely loves it. It was a bit pricey however, but I understand that, that is the nature of one-of-a-kind handmade works of art. STUNNING PIECE OF ART. Extremely glad I chose Midtown Jewelers.

I cant say enough good things about Midtown Jewelers and in particular Nancy Malesic. It was the first jewelry store that I walked into to "browse" for engagement rings. This was about a month before I planned to propose. Like most guys I had tried to go on the internet to do some research and was absolutely lost. A friend who came with me looked on yelp and heard from a friend about Midtown so we decided to go there first. We were greeted by Nancy. She was incredibly welcoming and in a great way not what I had expected with a jeweler. What I mean by that, is that she was concerned more about what my to be fiance wanted and not concerned about up-selling me in any way. She showed me a great number of rings but never once pushed one over the other (believe me she could have pushed me to buy a crazy expensive one).

Once I decided on the ring we moved on to the diamonds and Nancy unlike others was completely honest. She showed me some larger. more expensive diamonds and when asked for her opinion didn't try to sell those. She pointed to a slightly smaller one that was more clear and cheaper. All the diamonds were in the range that I was willing to spend but she gave me her honest opinion which I greatly appreciated. 4 weeks out I had come to the conclusion on what I wanted but we had run into a problem of how soon it could be done. The diamond would need to be sent to California where the ring would be made. Nancy rushed the order and was able to get it done within 3 weeks as opposed to the 4 weeks needed which would have put me on the edge and possibly ruined my plans. The entire team at Midtown is great. I had a chance to speak with Bobby as well and he was beyond helpful. I now only hope my fiance gets my wedding band from them because I certainly will be coming back for hers.

I went to about 15 different jewelers before deciding to go with Midtown. Their friendliness, patience, knowledge and pressure free environment is what made my decision. I worked with Bobby, but all the staff were very pleasant to interact with. I got the ring I wanted at the price I wanted :) I would r commend them without hesitation and will be back their for our wedding bands.

We would highly recommend Midtown Jewelers. From the beginning, Lynn listened to our request for something unique, simple and different. She spent time researching and providing us with high quality blue sapphires. She was patient time and again when we needed to think it over and come back and look again. Go here! I recently worked with Bobby for an upgrade to my engagement ring. A friend who just purchased her beautiful engagement ring from Midtown referred me. Bobby is extremely personable and treats you like a friend. There is absolutely no pressure and he will not be happy until you are 110% happy. They have a beautiful selection of engagement and wedding jewelry and the store itself feels very intimate, not like a big chain jewelry store. Most importantly, I can not say enough about how incredible the customer service is. The staff is knowledgeable and patient and will work with you to find the perfect piece of jewelry!

Bobby and the staff at Midtown are always a joy to work with. From the first time I went to the store to look at diamonds Bobby was patient and warm and helpful. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. The selection of rings in the store is outstanding, even for the most discerning of tastes. You are sure to walk away happy! I LOVE VIJAY! He was wonderful to work with. Both Vijay and Bobby are fantastic salesmen - very classy, honest, professional and caring. I lost my engagement ring and wedding band a few weeks ago, and I was hesitant to go back to the jewelers that sold my husband my original rings. I got my ring very customized so naturally I had many questions and specifications to make the ring absolutely perfect. The jeweler I worked with not only put up with all my questions (and it was a lot), but the jeweler was extremely helpful and extremely accommodating of me and my questions. I was able to text, call, and e-mail my jeweler whenever needed. She responded very promptly with great information. She even went in early one day to help me out. This store and their employees don't just go the extra mile, but go many extra miles. I was so blown away by the help I got that I even wanted my fiance to meet the jeweler who helped me. I would highly, highly recommend Midtown Jewelers. I'm not sure if other places add an extremely personalized touch like Midtown does, but Midtown Jewelers is both a safe bet and a fantastic bet to make your engagement ring as special as possible.

We purchased our wedding bands at Midtown Jewelers a month prior to our wedding. They have a great selection and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We got a great deal on our bands through a bridal sale and the rings were ready to pick up within two weeks. My husband needed his ring re-sized after the wedding and they took care of it, no problems, and no extra costs. We continue to have nothing but wonderful experiences with Midtown Jewelers. Bobbi and Lynn are both warm and professional, and I couldn't imagine shopping with anyone else. Back before we were engaged, Lynn helped my fiancee pick out the first piece of jewelry he ever gave me (a pair of diamond drop earrings), which I adore and still wear daily.

Bobbi guided us through the process of engagement ring shopping. He was always happy to go above and beyond for us. We always felt we were in good hands. His selection of settings is more diverse in style than any other jeweler we found in the surrounding areas, including Bethesda and Potomac. I liked that he had both traditional and very artistic, creative settings to choose from. Midtown is also one of the only certified Danhov retailers in the area. Bobbi was really wonderful about helping us pick out a stone. He found us lots of great options, and took it upon himself to find some very unique choices for us. I am over the moon about my engagement ring!

Lynn helped us choose our wedding rings. I was a real pain about making a decision on this, but Lynn was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She had different rings brought into the shop for me several different times, and was instrumental in helping me figure out what look I wanted.

Bobby and his team were spectacular throughout the whole experience. He never put pressure on me and walked me through all my questions. The personalized attention really helped me feel comfortable. He went above and beyond in honoring his word, which says a lot in such a crowded market.

My fiance absolutely loves her ring, and Bobby was a huge help in making that happen. It's so unique yet timeless; I honestly hadn't seen anything with this exact color until speaking with him.

My fiancé found this shop when he was shopping for engagement rings for me. He had seen the Danhov line and they were one of the few places that carried a variety of them. The store is small and intimate, and they have absolutely beautiful jewelry. The customer service was impeccable. We ended up getting my engagement ring, my wedding band, and my fiancé's wedding band here as well (a custom-made Lashbrook). The staff was communicative throughout the process (helpful as we live two hours away and couldn't just pop in) and held our hands through two sizing issues and a ring that needed to be sent back and remade. We got our rings in time for the wedding and couldn't recommend Midtown Jewelers more highly.

After doing an extensive amount of research on the top rated jewlers in the D.C. area, I decided to go with Midtown Jewelers. I was quite nervous when I first stepped foot in the door, as I was shopping for my Fiance's engagement ring, but I was immediately comforted by the owner Bobby Singh. He is very knowledgeable and super easy to get a long with. He helped me create the perfect ring for my fiance that was within my budget - and a single day hasn't passed without my fiance telling me that her ring is the most beautiful ring she has ever seen!

Midtown Jewelers is amazing!!!

I visited a few stores while shopping for wedding bands and the customer service at Midtown was top notch. I was promptly greeted when my Fiance and I arrived. Lynn assisted us quickly as she finished up with another customer. I was unsure what exactly I was looking for when I arrived. She showed me a number of options and assisted me with narrowing down my choices.

Lynn spent some time with us and I eventually found everything i was looking for! I never felt pressured to purchase an item. I did not make a decision the day I was in but the experience and Gabriel and Co. band was sticking in my heard. The line they carry is amazing. They have settings with numerous carat weights so you don't have to assume what a purchase will look like.

The manager/ owner came over and greeted us in the process also. After my initial visit Lynn followed up with an email making sure I didn't have any questions.

The customer service, team and selection at this shop is top notch and I will return in the future!

Bobby and Lynn were extremely helpful during our visit. We purchased a new wedding set for our anniversary and the diamond quality was excellent. Lynn showed us various diamonds (cut, clarity, size) and each of them were beautiful. We settled on the perfect set for my wife and now she has received multiple compliments from complete strangers over the last month since we have owned the new set. Bobby is GREAT! Full of information and didn't make us feel like we were being pushed into buying something g from him! My fiance went a few times alone and I went to just look with him once as well. Bobby is amazing! He was extremely professional as he helped me with re-setting my diamond and updating my wedding ring for my 10 year Anniversary. He listened attentively and really took the time to understand my preferences and budget. He was able to magically show me selections that were exactly the style and look I wanted. Bobby was great to work with and my fiance LOVES her ring. Midtown had plenty of options for me to choose from among the different styles of bands. They also had various qualities of diamonds based on the color and clarity you are looking for. Will definitely be going back to get wedding bands as well. We tried several large chain diamond stores but just weren’t satisfied with the impersonal approach of the staff and the exorbitant prices for mass-produced diamond rings. We accidentally landed on Midtown Jewelers while visiting in the Reston area, and from the moment we walked in the door we were hooked. We were overwhelmed with the personal attention and lack of hard-sell tactics. Bobby and Alexandra were so helpful and patient and worked painstakingly with us over the course of several weeks as we pulled together the resources to purchase the unique and exquisite diamond ring that they weren’t even trying to sell to us but which, from the moment we laid eyes on it, we fell in love with.

Because of Bobby’s and Alexandra’s personal and genuine interest in our journey, we emailed to them the story of our magical night of engagement and a picture of us, as Katie proudly displayed on her finger the beautiful, sparkling ring for which she patiently (well, kind of) had waited several months for me to present to her.

We worked with Midtown Jewelers from the engagement to the wedding. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating, especially when we had a change of plans and decided to elope!
