Edward was an excellent choice officiant for our wedding. We had multiple discussions with him about expectations leading up to our wedding and he met every one of them. He always answered phone calls and emails in a timely manner and got to know us as a couple before the big day. He went over multiple options of scripts that he let us edit as we pleased, and was sure to have the finalized version of what we agreed on ready to go. He showed up early on the wedding day and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and ready to be married! Edward is the man you need to hire. His pricing was reasonable and he made us feel like we have known him for years. Definitely worth it!

Best minister!!! Helped us making a bilingual ceremony 💕
We had a lovely time with Father Edward! Since the first email exchange, he has seemed like someone with great energy and professionalism. Our wedding was a mix of Hispanic and US American family and he made parts of the vows and speech Spanish which made me feel so happy and included since my native language is Spanish. The ceremony felt so heartwarming, joyful and I'm going to remember it forever!

Amazing Job
Rev Edward did an amazing job. I texted him in the morning and he responded pretty fast. He listened to what me and my wife wanted. He also helped us with what we did not know. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He was very nice and he worked with us when we had to start a little later. I highly recommend him.

Reverend Vaughan did an exceptional job as our wedding officiant. He asked us how we would like our ceremony to be and then sent us a draft of what he planned to say. We didn't change a thing. We had a wonderful experience with our officiant Edward. He was on time, well prepared, and very professional. Great option for officiant
Reverand Vaughan was a pleasure to work with and a great pick as our wedding officiant. He was extremely accommodating to what we wanted him to do during the ceremony and also very easy to communicate with throughout the process. We had a non religious ceremony and he had no issue with that. We were able to go over the script with him beforehand and he also added a personal poem for us on the day of which we both greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of having Reverend Edward Vaughan officiate our wedding on October 5th, 2024 at Fall Creek Falls, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the very beginning, they were warm, professional, and incredibly organized. They took the time to get to know us, ensuring that our ceremony was personal and meaningful.

Exactly what we wanted
Edward was fantastic! He gave us total control over the ceremony and worked with us to find the perfect flow and tone. We only had a general idea of what we wanted, but he took it and made a beautiful ceremony out of the little we gave him. He embraced any changes or edits we made and even helped us write our individual vows! He made sure they were a similar length and complimented one another. Overall, such an asset to us on our wedding day and we are so thankful we chose him!

Wonderful Wedding Officiant
When I started the search for an officiant, I asked my wedding venue on
any referrals for an officiant. The wedding venue only gave me one name
they highly recommend, Reverend Edward Vaughn.
Rev Vaughan corresponded with me in a timely manner and answered all my
questions. He is very friendly, and he provided us all the information in
advance. His pricing is very reasonable too. We didn't meet Rev. Edward
Vaughan until the day of the ceremony May 20th. He was on time, dressed professionally and friendlier in person. His ceremony scripture was meaningful, heartfelt, relatable with kind words and not to long . The ceremony scripture was just what we wanted and loved all the words. Rev. Vaughan is such a nice person. I had an interfaith marriage and he was gladly willing to officiate it . I appreciate how he spoke with such love and kindness about our relationship and that marriage is ultimately about love and that he has officiated several interfaith weddings. He is a legitimate Christian minister who is fully ordained and not a fly by night online minister. He is also very professional and organized. He composed a beautiful service for us and gave me a script well in advance of the wedding. He was nice enough to include a neutral reading (the Art of Marriage) which made us both comfortable as only one of us is Christian.

Great Officiant with an Amazing Personality!
Edward was super easy to talk to and he was really insightful during our marriage counseling. He’s friendly and easy-going, and was an absolute joy to have officiate our wedding! He was flexible when we moved our date up and was so nice about working with us on such short notice.

Amazing service by an amazing person
When looking for an officiant for our big day, we had no idea it would be such a difficult process. As every individual is different and has their own style, you have to ensure that style fit your style which made finding one that more difficult and not to mention making sure they were available for your big day.
Well, after talking to numerous officiants, Mr. Vaughan aka Middle Tennessee Minister was the one for us. Trying to plan a wedding when your significant other is all the way across the country wasn’t hard enough, this part of the process was one of the easiest. Mr. Vaughan worked with us over teleconference when it worked for us. Met with us when and where it was convenient for us. Basically, he made us feel like we were his only priority.
Mr. Vaughan also provides pre-marriage counseling, which we decided to do because you get a discount off your marriage license but it is more beneficial than just the discount, you get to know more about your future spouse through the trainings and lessons he provides.
Lastly, the script, he provides you the script early and with the style you provide you want it to have and provide suggestions what you may want to have in it if you’re lost in what you want. We had the perfect script for us and everyone in attendance was moved by it. We liked Mr. Vaughan so much we also invited him to our reception afterwards, which he gracefully accepted. Thank you for everything, this whole process was PERFECT!!!

Fantastic officiant!
Reverend Vaughan has been a fantastic officiant and guide these last few months! He's warm and friendly to talk with, as well as a great public speaker with good pacing and delivery. Our first meeting with Rev. Vaughan was over the phone and we later met in person to do our premarital counseling, and he agreed to join us for the rehearsal as well. He wrote us a lovely service and incorporated a unity candle lighting with our moms at our request, and he earned a ton of compliments from our family and friends. He even returned the marriage license to the county clerk's office for us! I'd choose him again in a heartbeat, and my husband and I will be recommending him to everyone we know!

Welcoming and Friendly
We had a destination wedding and didn’t meet Rev. Edward Vaughan until the day of the ceremony. At first I was looking at a few different officiants, but after expressing my interest, Rev Vaughan reached out to me and planned a meeting to talk. He was so friendly and I loved hearing about weddings he officiated. He sent us the script in advance to approve and it was just perfect for our ceremony. It was everything we had asked for and didn’t run too long. His pricing is so reasonable and he is very straight forward and easy to plan with. We recommend him highly!!!!

Rev. Edward did such a great job officiating our ceremony! He was on time, kept to the script we reviewed prior to the ceremony, and he turned in all the paperwork for us! We got our marriage certificate in the mail after our honeymoon - everything went so smoothly! You can definitely tell how experienced he is, and he truly loves what he does. We are so happy we booked him!

The Sweetest ! Felt like We were old Freinds.
He was such a sport. Fiance & I felt bad he had to climb & hike down. But after seeing him taking pictures of the waterfront & His big smile we realized he actually enjoyed it. He was the perfect touch for our intimate wedding. Would definitely recommend him. Couldn't imagine anyone else to marry us. He was awesome !

A Great Choice for Your Wedding Officiant!
Rev. Vaughan was so kind and pleasant during our entire wedding process. He asked my wife and I some basic info about ourselves and the kind of service we were hoping for, which he used to create a ceremony script he sent us to review before hand. We provided him with some feedback - a few additional lines etc and he made the changes with no problem. The day of the wedding, Rev Vaughan was on time and officiated a smooth and wonderful ceremony -- and this was with him experiencing a flat tire on the way to the venue that afternoon! If that doesn't show his devotion and level of service, I'm not sure what will. He also delivered our marriage license to the county clerk for us in a timely manner which allowed us to leave for our honeymoon with no worries about paperwork. You wont regret hiring Rev. Vaughan and my wife Emily and I highly recommend his services.

Very easy to work with, great ceremony!
I was looking for someone to perform a non-religious ceremony and came across Rev. Vaughan. He was easy to get in touch with and very friendly. We made some changes on the big day due to the weather but he rolled with them and performed a beautiful ceremony. All we had to do was sign the license and we had our certificate within a few days. Price was also very reasonable compared to other vendors. Highly recommend him!

Excellent officiant
What a life saver! We originally had booked another officiant which was canceled a week prior to our wedding due to death. I frantically reach out through wedding wire and contacted Mr Vaughan who to my relief was willing to officiant our ceremony. He was punctual and professional. It was our first priority to have a intimate faith based ceremony and we couldn't have been more pleased with Mr Vaughan's choice of service.

The best minister!
We didn’t realize until 3 weeks before our wedding that we didn’t have a minister yet to marry us after we spent the summer buying our first home and moving. Ed was super quick to get back to us, and I explained to him how important marriage counseling was to us, and he fit us in over zoom on short notice. Our marriage counseling was great, and after our session, we felt like we knew him forever. Our wedding guest thought so as well, and his speech was personalized to me and my husband. We couldn’t have asked for a better minister. Thank you Rev. Edward!!

Last minute save the day
We could not have asked for a better minister for our wedding. Due to unforeseen health issues, our original minister was unable to make it. With less than 2 weeks to spare, I contacted Edward and he made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole process. Before the wedding day Edward was always very responsive through the wedding process of last minute changes and tweaks to the wedding schedule. He had great recommendations that helped us create a great flow for the ceremony and his service was the perfect time not too long and not too short and the message was very fitting for us as a couple. Edward was punctual and there plenty of time before the ceremony which is a huge relief for those whom have photographers and caterers showing up last minute and when the stress is already high getting last minute decor setup. Overall we as a couple could have not been any happier for the services provided by Edward and would highly encourage anyone else to needs an officiant to hire Edward.

My husband being from Washington state and me living here my whole life, I didn’t want our ceremony to be one sided so we decided to use someone that we didn’t know. This man is a top notch gentleman, as well as a fine minister. The first contact I had with him, in just a couple minutes, we carried on a conversation like we knew each other for 20 years. I had contacted another individual, but after he accepted, he found he had a schedule conflict. I ma so happy he DC I'd, or we would never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Vaughn. I'm sure the other guy was profess well, but we were perfectly happy with what we had. He was punctual, and knew the venue we picked, and performed a very fine, non denominational service, but, still brought God into the service, which we were pleased with. The man is top notch, hope to see him again on our next trip to Nashville. And buy him dinner. Thank you Mr. Vaughn.

He cared like family
We traveled 14 hours to Nashville to be married and struggled with not having someone to marry who knew us intimately. After unsuccessfully retaining someone through referrals from friends and members of our church, we began searching for someone who was local and chose Rev. Edward. We had a hard time finding the right officiant for our wedding until we came across Middle Tennessee Minister! Edward Vaughn was the PERFECT choice! He answered any question I had, was so calming and helpful during the rehearsal, and made our wedding day so easy. We may have just met the week of the wedding, but he made the ceremony so personal and special! Even when I forgot to bring our marriage license to our venue, he was so helpful to make sure we were able to have it signed and sent in. So glad we found him!
We found Rev Edward two weeks before our wedding, after we couldn’t use our original officiant. He made the entire process relaxing and helped so much with our wedding script. He was so kind and professional on our big day, and everyone really loved him. He just always looked so happy! We can’t thank you enough for coming through for us last minute.

The most amazing officiant
We hired Rev. Edward Vaughan on short notice for our destination wedding when a friend could not fulfill the role. He was very responsive and extremely kind. He wrote us a wedding script and made it personal by adding a story we told him about our relationship. I would recommend this wonderful officiant to anyone who is getting married, he is the best!!!

A true professional who was great to work with!
Rev. Vaughn stepped in almost last minute after our original officiant was unable to perform our ceremony. Without any hesitation he helped us craft the perfect ceremony that reflected our personalities and wishes. It was the perfect mix of traditional and non-traditional. Everyone was so impressed and he was so kind to everyone who attended. It was just like he was a member of our family!

It was an honor to have our ceremony preformed by Reverend Vaughan. We live out of state but he continued to stay in contact with us throughout our planning! Very professional, friendly, listened to our story and was able to embrace it in our service! Highly recommended him!

Rev Vaughn was a joy to work with. He enjoys marring couples and has a lot of experience. He was easy to speak with and had helpful tips. His knowledge with performing ceremonies helped me coordinate the ceremony with the other vendors. He was fast to respond, affordable, and flexible to provide what we wanted for our ceremony. Nothing but rave remarks here, I have no regrets...I highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience
Rev. Vaughan was THE best choice to officiate our wedding! He has a great personality and was so easy to work with. He included every little detail that we wanted in our ceremony and made it personal which was a big deal for us. The verbiage was worded so beautifully - if you are looking for someone to officiate your wedding, I would 110% recommend Rev. Vaughan!

Keith and I were so pleased to have Reverend Vaughn officiate our wedding. We appreciated his quick responses to all our e-mails prior to the big day. He sent us the ceremony script in advance and ensured it read just the way we wanted. The ceremony went off without a hitch - very very well done. There is no doubt that Reverend Vaughn enjoys what he does - it is evident in his delivery and persona. He is definitely in the right field. In addition, Reverend Vaughn was very personable and mingled with our guests both before and after the ceremony. His professionalism and demeanor helped put our nervousness at bay and allowed us to truly enjoy the event. I highly recommend Reverend Vaughn for your big day!!!!!!
