We were so lucky to have Mike shoot our engagement photos and wedding photos. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with, particularly during the process of rescheduling our wedding due to COVID. He was very relaxed and made us feel comfortable throughout the shooting process. He handled our family and friends with humor and professionalism. Wedding guests and family all complimented his style and general vibe. The second shooter, Arthur, was also great to work with. The photos, which Mike got to us in less than two weeks, are beautiful and a nice mix of formal and candid shots. We can't recommend him highly enough and hope we get to work with him again in the future. -

We asked Mike to shoot our engagement photos and wedding after seeing what a fantastic job he did at my sister's wedding. Not only does he take truly gorgeous photos, but he made the process fun. None of the pictures felt stiff or awkward, and the final photos were far better than pretty much any other wedding photos I've seen. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Mike. -

Mike is amazing!
Mike did both our engagement and wedding photos and they were all incredible. I found him through a friend whose wedding he shot and her photos were fantastic as well. Just look at his website! I could not recommend him higher. -

Michael shot the wedding of a friend and I loved her photographs. When my partner and I started planning our wedding (3 months out), Michael was my top choice! He doesn't shoot many weddings as he is a full-time professional photojournalist but we were so lucky he agreed to work with us on ours. Our photos are absolutely priceless (and returned to us super-fast too) and he was a joy to work with! -

We had excellent wedding vendors, but Michael O. Snyder was hands down the best. From the get go Mike was communicative, responsive, and very focused on giving us beautiful professional photos that were customized to the look-and-feel we wanted. I came into this knowing only that I wanted to have photos full of light and color that reflected the happiness of the day, without a lot of the stilted posed traditional wedding photography. Mike was focused on understanding exactly what we wanted--and his background in documentary film means his eye and reflexes are such that he can capture "in the moment" actions as if they are art.
The day of the wedding Mike was everywhere at once, and managed to get through a PACKED schedule of pictures with time to spare.
The photos themselves turned out amazing, and were ready in less than a week! I had heard stories from friends of their photographers taking months, and having our beautifully edited pictures so quickly was so amazing, for both us and our friends and family from afar who could not attend in person. The photos capture exactly the essence and vibe I had tried to communicate--I don't know how he was able to read my mind, but hiring Mike was truly money very, very well spent. Looking back on these moments I am able to relive the emotion of our wedding day and see the joy our the faces of our friends and family. Really excellent work. We would recommend him without reservation.
He had done an excellent job on my friend's wedding, and once I saw her photos I never even considered going elsewhere. -

User2459912 Sent on 12/09/2015I found Michael through his fearlessphotograpers webpage. I wanted a photographer who had a unique, artistic, and badass flair to his work, and Michael was it! Working with him from beginning to the end was truly a blessing. He was organized, sweet, and patient. His assistant Barbara was also a great pleasure tow work with, No bride could be happier. Like how all brides feel, my wedding day was truly magical, and when the photos came out, I got to relive through all those beautiful moments all over again. Michael definitely has a different eye than others, and will capture all the best magical, vintage and whimsical moments on your wedding day. -
User3234636 Sent on 10/02/2017We had a wonderful and worry-free time working with Mike and his team. Mike was very organized and responsive and worked with us well in advance to put together a wedding day schedule and a wishlist of specific groupings or shots so we didn't have to have a second thought about it on the day. He had very helpful suggestions on timing and blocking that allowed us a lot of privacy for individual and couples portraits (and just spending time with each other) even though there was a lot going on. He was also very accommodating of our many permutations of large family shots and nothing ever felt rushed or frenzied. Mike creates a very friendly, relaxed, and easy-going environment, and for my husband and I, who were both experiencing a little bit of burnout toward the end of the planning process, this was really a breath of fresh air. We got the photos back a few short weeks after our wedding and were very happy with the results. Each moment, mood, and expression was so perfectly captured that now, after nearly 2 years, looking at the photos still takes us right back to the day. -
