Michael did a great day at capturing our day and not only that but truly capturing the emotions and the feelings throughout the day. He came with great ideas, he was flexible with last minute add ons/upgrades to our package. He has such a positive vibe and has a very calming presence on your wedding day! He delivered our preview and video sooner than expected which was a lovely surprise. Both videos make us emotional every time we watch them and we will cherish them forever. We hired Michael because of the way he masterfully captures the day and somehow makes a seamless/flawless video that tells the story of your love so beautifully. If you are thinking about booking him, do it! You wont regret it!! -

WOW, where do I even begin! Michael is such a genuine human being that is so fun and easy going. He came highly recommended from our wedding photographer when we were originally searching for a wedding videographer. Once I saw his work, I knew we had to look no further. From our first interaction, Michael was so bubbly, outgoing, and intentional. He is the kind of person who immediately makes you feel excited for what's to come and someone you know you can trust to give you their all and he did just that! Michael's work truly speaks for itself, it's timeless, beautiful, and purely captivating! I have had numerous people tell me just from the short "teaser" film that it is "some of the best work they've ever seen!" I can't wait to receive the rest of our footage, I know it will be something we treasure for the rest of our lives! Michael, we are so grateful to you! Thank you for everything! -

Michael Lemley Films came highly recommended by our wedding photographers (Luke & Ashley Photography), and from the moment we met Michael, we knew he was the perfect person to capture our wedding day.
Michael was an absolute joy to work with. He is thoughtful, genuine, incredibly responsive, and so personable. He truly cares about his clients and took the time to get to know us as a couple, learning our love story so he could perfectly share it on film.
The final videos — the social media teaser and 6–8 minute handcrafted film — were absolutely stunning and far beyond anything we could have hoped for. Every emotion, detail, and special moment was captured so beautifully.
We feel so lucky to have worked with Michael and are incredibly grateful. We cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for a wedding videographer!

Michael was someone we knew we wanted from the start! He is one of the vendors that we truly connected with and what we wanted for our wedding! Michael made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire wedding planning process and always made it a point to pray over us which is something truly so special to us! He did an amazing job of capturing who we really are and making our wedding vision come to life! If we had to go back and do it all over again, we would be picking Michael every single time! WOW where do I even begin with Michael! The year with him leading up to our wedding was beyond exceptional, from our engagement adventure session with him the summer before our wedding all the way up to the big day, to our bridals sessions following our wedding day he was always there for us and truly listen to our wedding visions and made our visions come to life. All of our videos we received were dreamy, romantic, emotional, cinematic and candid. Michael poured his love of Jesus in his work and you could see that in all of our videos! Michael is an inspirational videographer and such a sweet friend of ours now and we are so grateful he was our wedding videographer! He was ON IT all day and night! I am so thankful he was because it was pretty chaotic. My childhood dog passed away the night before the wedding and it downpoured all morning and for cocktail hour, so you could say emotions were all over the place for us. He prayed with us to calm nerves and allowed me space to be emotional and hyped me up and then delivered the most beautiful wedding videos that brought me to happy tears! His epic wedding videos outshined the rain on our wedding day and we are so blessed. Love him and his work! Hire him! :) -

We were absolutely AMAZED with Michael’s work. We knew he was talented by looking at his social media but he still managed to exceed our expectations. Our wedding video sneak peak was everything we had hoped for and more. Also, not only is Michael artistic, he is extremely personable! He took the time to not just meet us but really get to know us and our story. We would recommend Michael 1000x over. This is a video we will cherish for years to come and will be showing our grandkids one day. -

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michael for both an engagement/adventure shoot and then our wedding day. Throughout the entire process, Michael was absolutely incredible! Though we worked with him for just those two days, Michael did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable and natural on camera. His shooting was thorough and intentional, capturing every moment from several angles, without feeling staged or disruptive. The final film was stunning! He did a fantastic job of seamlessly editing together so many lovely shots from both our engagement shoot and our wedding, synced with our first touch letter reading and wedding vows. Our wedding film truly captured "us" and we will forever be grateful to Michael for creating something we can cherish together for a lifetime! -

Michael was invested in getting to know us not only as a couple but also as individual people from the day we met him. The energy that he brings to the table, you can feel no matter how you are communicating with him. Videos are important because they capture the true life of a moment or a memory and so we wanted to make sure we chose the right person to capture our big day. Michael exceeded all of our expectations! He pays close attention to detail, is creative, and is extremely fun to be around. We also loved his assistant, Ryan! I was drawn to Michael’s work because of the style in which he presents his films. I love the way he incorporates special moments like custom vows and is a master at telling a story through his work. Every person who has seen our teaser & highlight film has commented, “this is like something straight out a movie”. My response is always, “that’s all Michael, he is incredible!”. I truly can’t say enough good things about Michael! We would recommend him a million times over, he made all of our wedding video dreams come true! -

If you want the ability to relive the joy, emotions, and excitement of your wedding day over and over again stop reading this review and hire Michael. From the very first time we reached out to Michael we felt like we were his top priority and that feeling never changed, even after he delivered our wedding video. Michael is one of the most talented videographers I have ever seen. His videos capture a couples wedding day perfectly through story telling. It has been almost a week since we received our final video and we are still in aw with what Michael created for us. We almost didn't book a videographer, and one of my top recommendations for any couple getting married moving forward will be "book Michael Lemley." He's passionate with what he does, he loves his couples, and his talent is unmatched - thank you Michael for giving us this video to forever remember the best day of our lives. -

Incredible - captured our essence and felt like a friend
The moment we met Michael and started talking to him about what kinds of stories he likes to tell through his videos, we knew he was the perfect fit for us and were so excited! Michael was very kind and professional the entire time we spoke with him. He was well prepared and on the wedding day he completely blended in — I don’t even know how he got some of the shots that he did because I didn’t see him! He put a mic on my groom which caught some absolutely priceless exchanges during the wedding ceremony. When we got all of our edited video back, it brought up all of the feelings from our big day and it was clear that Michael had listened to everything we wanted and had asked for. I truly can’t recommend him enough. -

If you want the most professional, personal, friendly, easy, and efficient wedding video process then book with Michael ASAP! My husband and I feel like we are friends with him because of how kind he's been through this whole process! From day one he went out of his way to make things awesome for us. He responded super quick and helped us figure out how to make the wedding day perfect and easy to capture. On the day of the wedding he came early and was super professional and kind. He had many cameras going at once but no one even realized! They were hidden and quiet which was awesome and the shots were stunning. Brides spend a lot of time on their wedding day with their videographer so it was super important to me to find someone kind and with Michael it felt like I was hanging with a good friend. He has an awesome balance of getting the shots he needs while staying out of the spotlight and letting the day flow. He captured candid moments without us even realizing! He puts his heart and soul into his work and it really shows. The joy of his work is so evident and speaks of his awesome character and personality. Multiple friends and family have said Michael's video is the best wedding video they have ever seen. I HIGHLY recommend booking Michael for the best wedding video experience you can get.

We weren't sure if we wanted to hire a videographer at first but we are so incredibly thankful that we did! I refer to all of the vendors that we hired for our wedding as our "dream team" and Michael was no exception. Our photographer recommended Michael over two years ago and they worked so incredibly well together that everything was so seamless. Our bridal party felt at ease and we were able to completely relax and be ourselves throughout the whole day which was so important to us. Michael explained everything to us through multiple email exchanges and video calls and was so reassuring the day of. We were able to receive our trailer in less than a week, which was amazing to just relive those special moments over and over when we were just coming down from our wedding high. I will always tell my friends to hire a videographer and will always recommend Michael! It is so worth the investment and we will cherish our wedding footage forever and can't wait to share them with others. -

I wasn't going to hire a videographer at first and then became more curious about the prospect. I was sold when I saw Michael's work and read about his love for travel and adventure. It was very relatable for my husband and I. Then we met him! He lives every word that's on his website. He genuinely gets to know you as individuals and as a unit. Based on this, he finds a way to capture the most beautiful, sacred, intimate moments of this magical day. He's professional, kind, communicates well, and worked seamlessly with our photographer (whom he had not met previously). They scoped out the area and worked together on some amazing ideas for photos and video. Don't get me started on the AERIAL shots! Now, I'm SO EXCITED to see what Michael puts together for us. Trust me when I say that you don't want to hire the least expensive videographer out there. You also don't want the person who just does this to make money. Michael clearly has passion for his work. His work/fine art/craft is worth absolutely every penny. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. -

Michael's feature film of our wedding day EXCCEEDED our expectations and MORE! First off Michael was our favorite vendor. From the moment I first started talking to him on Instagram until I said goodbye the night of the wedding he was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was by far the best. So attentive and responsive to all our needs. My fiancé was hesitant at first about a videographer but when we received the final product he was crying because of how good it was. He kept saying "this was worth every penny". Michael captured our personalities and style exact. He is truly gifted in what he does. He is professional and now a friend. We highly recommend him. As a wedding planner in the industry, I have seen many vendors but he surpasses them all. Thank you for creating a film we can show our kids and grandkids one day. It truly was the best day ever. Book him. You wont regret it.
