Beautiful Personalized Ceremony
Mike officiated our small, intimate wedding this past weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We met him just a couple weeks before, and he guided us through the whole process and listened as we described how we envisioned our ceremony. We didn't want to incorporate any religious or stuffy elements of a traditional wedding, and he provided various reading and ceremony samples to give us a few ideas of how we wanted to structure the ceremony. We ended up going putting together a completely custom ceremony without any religious prayers, and we added a poem that resonated with our relationship more intimately. He did a wonderful job keeping it lighthearted and engaging, which paired well with how my now husband and I were both chuckling through our tears of joy and excitement. The Best Experience Ever!

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was so personable and really got to know us before we got married. He was very responsive and helpful. He arrived on time to our rehearsal and wedding and did a great job. You can really tell he loves what he does! -

Amazing and sentimental
We connected with Michael through wedding wire. He was flexible, responsive, and professional. He made our ceremony perfect and was willing to work with us to make it exactly how we wanted. Mike was the best officiant we could have asked for. From the start he was like family. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted for the ceremony, so he sent us plenty of options and customized it just the way we wanted. Even during the last zoom call we had, I told him I was nervous to speak in front of everyone and he said just the right thing to make me feel better about it. He even asked what our colors were so he could match! I couldn't recommend Mike enough, he was perfect!

Mike was amazing. He sent several samples for us to look over and decide what we liked and didn't like and when I felt this just didn't fit us he changed things. After telling him about who we are and our life together he wrote a ceremony that fit us perfectly. He tailored readings to us and included one I found that I loved. Our wedding was perfect. Such an amazing experience!
Mike was the officiant for our quickly planned ceremony at our wedding in St. Michaels, MD on 2/20/2021. With the help of my mother, we ended up contacting him less than a month before our ceremony, and THANKFULLY he was available for that weekend. Mike was very accommodating, responsive, personable, and made me feel completely at ease through the entire process of planning out the ceremony. It felt as though we had known him for years!
