Best Bridal Shop Ever
It was so easy to book an appointment, our consultant during our bridesmaids fitting was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and experienced. I ended up going back to buy the flower girls dress from them as well, She was amazing, I was having so many issues with the mother of the flower girl and our consultant literally kept me from losing my mind -

A bridal shop for all brides
Mia Grace was the 3rd bridal shop I visited and was by far the best! At the time, I was a size 20 and by my wedding day, I was a size 10. They were well aware that I was in the process of losing weight rapidly (by choice) and they helped me find a dress that checked all the boxes and could be heavily altered. The stylist I had (I can't remember her name!) was extremely helpful and truly listened to what I wanted in a dress. I chose a beautiful Mori Lee gown called Stevie and felt so beautiful in the sample. I ordered in Oct of 2021 and received my dress by April of 2022. I used their recommended seamstress, Cici and she was amazing!! I loved working with her, she did a fantastic job altering my gown to where it fit like a glove. I ordered my veil through Mia Grace as well at the beginning of Sept 22 and had it by my last appt on 10/2/22. Mia Grace really is a well ran bridal shop and made me feel so welcomed and important and I truly appreciate their professionalism and friendliness working with me. Thank you Mia Grace and Cici!!! -

I am so happy I went with Mia Grace for both my bride and bridesmaid dresses! Their selection is huge and their staff is so personable. They made my experience so fun and really listened to what I wanted. I went to look at other stores - but the customer service, assortment of dresses, and quality of items was SO much better at Mia Grace than other boutiques. I can't recommend Mia Grace enough! Thank you for helping me find my dream wedding dress! My bridesmaids also looked gorgeous and wore beautiful burgundy dresses in all different styles. They were so complimentary of Mia Grace as well. -

I only have wonderful things to say about Mia Grace! The great reviews are completely accurate - I had the best experience with them. As someone who visited just about every bridal salon in St. Louis, Mia Grace is by far the best. They have such a wide selection and are so so helpful during the whole process. We worked with Madison and she was absolutely wonderful, very patient, and really listened to you! I highly recommend Mia Grace. -

I got my wedding dress here and had a wonderful experience, so I came back with all of my bridesmaids and had a great experience again! I can't remember the name of the stylist who helped me with my wedding dress but she was very honest, kind, and helpful with every step. Jane was so helpful with helping all four bridesmaids and I can't believe everyone found the dress they loved in an hour. All of the employees are so down to Earth and helpful. Jane even gave me a card with all of the dresses fabric samples in case I need them for color matching anything else. Highly recommend! -

If you are a Bride looking for a wedding dress, please do yourself a favor and visit Mia Grace. Everyone there is so sweet and knowledgeable, but I highly recommend asking for Madison. She makes every second of your experience so wonderful. I felt 100% comfortable with her from the moment we walked in. You will not regret it! -

The customer service here is second to none. I am in disbelief of the lengths that the owner, Vickie, went to in order to make sure I was happy.
I ordered a gorgeous mother-of-the-bride dress, and became a little concerned that it might be a little too lowcut, and I might be uncomfortable. The seamstress that Vickie had recommended had an excellent idea to use the lacy straps of the dress, that I did not intend to use, to build up the neckline. The problem was that the lace was asymmetrical.
Vickie was not able to order another set of straps for me in time for the wedding, so her next offer was to take her sample dress to the seamstress and let her dismantle the dress in order to make me happy. I was shocked that she would offer to do this!
As it turned out, another customer bought the same dress and also did not intend to use the straps. Vickie offered to buy them from her, but she just gave them to her. Rather than calling me and telling me to come get them, and then deliver them to the seamstress, Vickie delivered them herself.
My dress turned out gorgeous, and I got compliments on it all night long. I could not have been more thrilled! Mia Grace is not as close to me as other bridal boutiques, so by the time I visited, my daughter had selected her wedding party dresses somewhere closer. When I saw the huge selection at Mia Grace and experienced their top-notch customer service, I wish we would have used them for everything. You will not be disappointed if you use Mia Grace!

I've had the pleasure of working with these ladies once before for my sister's wedding in July of 2018. Adrianna was our consultant and she is absolutely amazing. My bridal party is nuts and Adrianna is always right there getting them in order just for me. Not to discredit the other ladies of the bridal shop, they all are great. Mrs. Vicki always goes above and beyond for me and my party. If anyone asks, I will always recommend them. I got my dress for a steal. It was a Casablanca Bridal Gown which i paid under $500 for and it is absolutely beautiful. :) -

Mia Grace was one of five bridal stores that I visited to find my dress. This wasn't my ideal dress shopping experience at all. I was taken aback by a few things that I thought they could improve on. My wedding was destination and only one of my bridesmaids was able to go dress shopping with me. Due to this I feel we weren't treated as other girls who had bigger parties. Others were offered champagne, we weren't. When I ordered my dress that day, as others were doing, they were getting their "Found the Dress" picture taken. This wasn't offered to me and I had to ask. The lady begrudgingly did so. When I picked up my dress they expected me to just pick it up. I had to ask to try it on and they made it feel as a big inconvenience. I have gone with other brides when they picked their dress up and this was custom that they do so before leaving with it. I bought my dress there because of the designer and I knew it was the one. If I had found it elsewhere I would have probably bought it there. 3 out of 5 for lack of a great experience for such an important day. -

Did not feel welcomed
The first time I tried on dresses, we went to Mia Grace. Our first consultant and experience was AMAZING. She made me feel beautiful, appreciated, and important. (As a bride should feel). We paid for my dress that day, in full. My wedding was a year away but we like to stay ahead of the game. In the meantime, we realized my name was completely wrong in the system so we called to get it fixed (twice). I was very understanding about it and was told “sorry we actually have someone that works here with the name Kristeyn McAfee so that’s probably what happened”. I also booked an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses in February and requested the same consultant I had originally. We were reassured we would get her but she was with another group when we arrived so another assisted us. My bridesmaids all ordered their dresses and gave their names and emails. I followed up with mia grace for a list of their contacts as some girls didn’t receive their invoices. When I was sent the list of orders and emails, 4 names were wrong and 3 emails were incorrect so those bridesmaids never received their invoices. At this point I was stressed and called to get them corrected. After this, One was still incorrect so I had to call and fix it again. We called to follow up on my dress around the time we were told it was going to arrive and were told it wasn’t yet released due to my wedding date being just over 6 months out but they would put in a request to get it shipped ASAP. I called my mom frustrated and in tears as I felt as if I made the wrong decision ordering dresses there due to the errors and lack of follow through. I no longer felt like they cared after giving my payment and bringing in my 7 bridesmaids who all purchased there as well. My mom called them after hearing my frustration. After, the manager called me and gave me a date that she would call me to let me know the dress was in. That date passed with no call from the store. I waited a few days and called the store to check to see if the dress was in - it was. I was upset again about the inconsistencies but I’m a passive person so let it go. I was uneasy to go in after having to call up multiple times to correct mistakes that they had made and to follow up on my dress. When we arrived to try on my dress, the store wasn’t busy and the consultants were whispering and looking at around the corner as they were talking about us. I never wanted to cry more than in that moment. We were brought back to try on the dress and I just wanted to leave. I never said a word or was anything but polite throughout the visit though they were clearly talking about us. After walking out, my mom mentioned that was the most awkward she’s ever felt. I’m just so saddened this was my experience. Attention to detail, follow through, and customer service were all lacking in my experience here. Everyone should be treated with respect. After alterations, I ended up loving my dress again. I just hope no other bride has to feel as I did. -

I’m grateful that everything worked out well with my dress and I ended up happy, but am overall not super impressed with Mia Grace. I visited two shops in St Louis on my appointment day, and for both of them, I sent an email a week or so ahead of time with a link to my Pinterest board showing them what styles I liked and what I was looking for, explaining my price range, and my size (and that I was concerned about my size and finding something I liked). I’m a size 16 for reference. When I arrived to my appointment at Mia Grace, the consultant had not been shown my email and didn’t really know any of the concerns I had shared prior. She led me to a small area of plus-size gowns, and honestly, everything was either not my style at all or 10 sizes too big (in which case, it’s super difficult to imagine how the dress would look on you). We tried on every single dress in my budget ($1500) in the plus-size section, which was probably 7-8 dresses total. I found my dress and didn’t *love* it, but felt like it was as good as it got, so I ordered it. The consultant measured me and advised I go up a size just to make sure it fit all over. We paid for it and were told it would arrive in 3-4 months. 3 weeks later, my dress was in, and I had to scramble to figure out what to do with it (am I just gonna hang it in my guest bedroom for 6 months?). Luckily, the staff was accommodating and let me keep the dress there for an extra month or two. When I went to get the dress, it was huge. It needed a ton of alterations. I told the consultant a few modifications I wanted before buying the dress (raise a belt from the natural waist to an empire waist), and she assured me it was super simple and just a matter of tacking up the belt. Well, when I showed up for alterations, I found out that was horribly wrong. The dress was seamed at the waist, so modifying the belt was not a simple task. In addition, the dress had to be taken in exactly 1 dress size all over.... so I got to pay to alter the dress when we should have just ordered the correct size to begin with. Additionally, I found out that Mori Lee dresses can be ordered from the manufacturer in three different lengths. I was never told this, but was ordered the “regular” length, which had to be hemmed. But given the intricate lace detail on the hem, in order to hem it, the bodice had to be taken up. It was a huge ordeal and ended up costing $800 in alterations. Had the consultant ordered the correct size and the correct length, I could have saved that entire cost. I also ordered some earrings from them. After 4 months with no word whatsoever, I called and it turned out the order just never got placed and wouldn’t make it in time for my wedding. So, I had to go looking for other earrings a month out from my wedding, which was not the worst thing in the world, but admittedly a pain in the butt when you’ve already planned your hair and other jewelry around something you ordered months ago. Overall, my dress ended up being great and I’m happy with it, but the experience was less than ideal, and I would highly encourage brides shopping here to double check measurements before you end up spending a small fortune on alterations. -
