The most stunning venue in Napa and such an amazing events team. We were lucky enough to have the wedding of our dreams at Merryvale’s Profile Estate vineyard this summer. Casey and her team were incredibly easy to work with, proactive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. From the first site visit to the actual wedding day, everything was organized yet also relaxed. Additionally, the team was flexible and solutions-oriented, allowing our unique wedding vision to come to life without a hitch.
This venue is truly one-of-a-kind and created an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. Nestled in the vines above St. Helena, the venue was private, beautiful and truly a treat for both out of town and local guests alike. We would absolutely recommend this venue, not just for the stunning views but also for the helpful and friendly team that guides you through the process and assists on the wedding day. We are forever thankful to have had our wedding at Merryvale Profile Estate Vineyard! -

If you're looking for the perfect venue for a small wedding/group, don't look any further. This venue has two STUNNING locations for you to host your event. We had our wedding here with around 75 guests and everyone is still raving about the whole experience. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour on the deck surrounded by views of vineyards that stretch in every direction. The deck is off the beaten path but it gives an even more intimate feeling and experience that I didn't know I valued so much. The photos take themselves.
The cask room? INSANE. Jaws drop when you enter and after dinner, they turn down the chandeliers so the room is lit by candles. My guests thought they were in the Great Hall in the Harry Potter movies.
The staff is absolutely incredible at Merryvale. Natalie and Casey made me felt at ease from the very first inquiry. They were such a joy to work with. The planning experience felt so easy because of their guidance and the fact that food and drink was already set. They worked with Brindare for the food and I don't mean this lightly when I say it was the best wedding food I've ever had. So many of my guests agreed! Their wines are delicious and we were able to choose a few to serve at the wedding.
So look no further, you've found the perfect venue for your wedding or gathering. Your guests will be talking about your event for months afterwards - guaranteed. -

Magical Wedding Venue
I stumbled upon a photo of Merryvale on Pinterest and hunted them down for a tour as I was shopping for a wedding venue. This place is even more magical in person than it is in photos. The profile estate, the cask room, all of it! Natalie and Casey were FANTASTIC and made everything SO easy! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic venue that will WOW all your guests! -

My husband I had our wedding celebration at Merryvale Vineyards in November, 2025. It was a beautiful evening that was more special than we could even imagine, and we will cherish the memory forever!
From the beginning, Natalie was so helpful with bringing our vision to life and making sure all the details of the evening were taken care of. She was very kind, professional, and went out of her way to help us plan the perfect evening. We always felt like we were in good hands!
We chose to have an intimate celebration with ~30 of our closest friends and family. One of our favorite parts about the evening was how our friends and family who had never met before were connecting and enjoying the evening together. In such a beautiful space, everyone was in such a great mood and it felt like a magical evening.
Our friends and family have also been raving about the wine, food, beauty of the cask room, and attentiveness of the staff. Many have commented on how beautiful the smaller details of the evening were, which I think is in large part to the candles and other decor Merryvale included on all of the tables.
I cannot recommend Merryvale enough for celebrating such a special occasion. Every aspect of the evening was flawless, and the planning experience was fantastic with Natalie’s help. We are so grateful to have chosen Merryvale! -

My husband and I booked Merryvale through our wedding planner.
We were so incredibly happy with how everything went. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
The vineyard and the tasting room/reception area are very well located and easy to find.
The view from the hill on the vineyard with the ceremony space is, without a doubt, the most stunning you could imagine. Just beautiful. The ceremony space is well laid out. Everything was set up beautifully.
All the staff we interacted with were so kind and went out of their way to make everything perfect for our group. They were also very happy to accommodate my special requests as a disabled person.
The reception area/cask room is absolutely stunning and the food and wine were absolutely top notch. The service was spot on the whole night.
I can’t express how grateful and happy we were to have such an incredible venue for our wedding! Absolutely top notch!

A Perfect Night Thanks To Merryvale
We had our wedding ceremony up at Merryvale’s hilltop vineyard and our reception at their winery—and it was perfect in every way possible. Casey and Natalie were extremely easy to work with. They were patient, very accommodating, and always ready with a helpful suggestion when we weren’t sure what we wanted . . . or a gentle redirect when we were about to make a choice we would have regretted. The day of our wedding the weather was threatening and we weren’t sure if we’d be able to do the outside ceremony or not. They reassured us that it was fine to decide at the last moment, and that they’d be completely prepared for whatever we decided—and they and their team absolutely were. What could have easily been a stressful day was relaxed, fun, and perfect.
After our hilltop ceremony, they poured everyone a really nice sparkling wine while we visited and finished our formal pictures. Then, since temperatures were colder than anticipated, we moved the rest of our happy hour down to Merryvale’s tasting room. We were able to bring in our own beer earlier that week (to match the quality of their excellent wines) and their bartenders took great care of our guests. We then had a very dramatic entrance to their stunning cask room, a wonderful dinner, and danced until midnight. It couldn’t have gone any better. We continue to get compliments now, nine months later, and we’re actually planning on repeating the party in a couple of years . . . and won’t change a thing. -

The most lovely team to work with in the most beautiful space!
We are very familiar with Napa Valley and are SO happy we decided to host our wedding at Merryvale Vineyards. The team was lovely to work with and there is nothing more beautiful that the historic cask room. We hosted a beautiful wine tasting up at Profile Estate and the team did an incredible job of working with the various vendors to make it a seamless event. Dinner in the cask room was romantic, cozy and unforgettable. A dream come true! -

Our Wedding was on 4.22.22. We are from San Antonio, Texas, and found Merryvale Winery through our internet search. Merryvale was terrific to work with. They are friendly, kind, thoughtful, easy to work with, and reassuring. Merryville Winery's private estate was simply breathtaking!!!! The Cask room where the reception took place was unique and stunning! Merryvale Team Casey and Natalie were extremely helpful, professional, and flexible to our needs. This is important because our focus was on wedding preparations, making sure everything and everyone was in place at the right time. Through their pleasant demeanor and creativity capturing our day was the one thing we did not worry about, at all. All of our guests still talk about this beautiful place that words can't describe. Simply put, Merryvale exceeded our expectations. -

The most beautiful wedding reception room
We had our wedding reception this past May 2019 in Merryvale Winery's incredible Cask Room. It is lined by old giant wine barrels, lit with candles everywhere including giant candleabras on the table, and they can setup a reception table fit for a king and queen. We felt like we were dining in our own castle it was so stunning. The staff were so easy to work with. Casey helped us with the details and it was so simple. They work with a caterer so you don't have to search for one and the service was flawless. The food was incredible especially the short ribs that melted in your mouth and the ravioli with delicious, light, fresh tomato sauce. When someone gave a speech Chantelle magically would immediately turn down the music we were having played through the speaker system...she anticipated every need and we felt cared for every moment. All our guests were blown away by the beauty, food, and delicious wines! -

We hosted our 85 person formal wedding reception at Merryvale Vineyards in November 2018. It was truly spectacular! We held a cocktail hour in the tasting room and our guests were in awe during the reveal of the historic cask room which was beautifully set up with 2 long farmhouse tables, candelabras, a dance floor and overhead string lights. We LOVED working with the event coordinators, Casey and Chantelle, who were incredibly quick to respond and provided a very helpful list of vendors that made our planning process smooth and easy. We were blown away by the event staff that worked our event - so attentive and kind! The venue far exceeded our expectations for hosting a Napa wedding and were so great to work with along the way.
