Great Rentals!

Meredith Party Rentals provided chairs for our outside ceremony and we couldn't have asked for a better place to rent from. Everything was set up and taken down in a timely manner. We are so appreciative that they offer delivery and set up/tear down services to alleviate what is already an overwhelming day. The staff members are easy to communicate with and very accommodating to your needs. Highly recommend!

Convenient, great prices, flexibility

The staff was easy to work with and highly equipped to answer any questions that I had. We were able to pick up our items at any time (during normal business hours)the day prior to our event and drop off at any time (during normal business hours) the Monday after. This allowed for a high level of flexibility and less stress when having to meet deadlines. The staff was friendly and the items rented were in amazing shape and really added to our decor.

Quick and easy!

We met with Kim today and she was able
to mock up the floor plan for the tent, as well as get our lighting and linens all set up. It was a very easy process and being able to mock up the floor plan helped us visualize how the reception will look! Exciting!!

My husband and I won a Military Wedding Giveaway and Michelle was kind enough to provide the tablecloths and overlays free of charge. Before I moved out of state with my husband, I worked for a flower shop that dealt with Meredith Party Rentals quite a bit. If you haven't yet chosen someone to provide a tent, linens, or tables/chairs, look no further. Their staff is friendly and very hard working!

We rented lace overlays from Meredith's. I wanted to see what the overlay would look like with the tablecloth we chose and they were very willing to let me pick one up to try it out before I placed my order. I thought that was awesome!! (Of course it was absolutely beautiful! For anyone looking to add a different, elegant touch to their wedding, rent the ivory lace table overlays!) They were very responsive and pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend!

Of all our vendors probably the quickest to respond to questions. Let us borrow a chair cover to see how they would look on our venue's chairs. Very flexible.

I was looking for the perfect color of napkins for a while and I considered just buying some until I came across this company. They were so polite and helpful! I added to my order a couple of times after my original order and they didn't have a problem with it. In fact, I actually added table skirting a couple of weeks out from the wedding and they had some available for me!

I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for rentals of all kinds. They have a wonderful variety of items and colors to choose from!

Meredith Party Rentals is the place to use for all your party rental needs. They have all the colors you could possibly want and any other supplies you may need! Shelly is awesome to work with and has great ideas if you are stumped. They have all the supplies needed for your special day ready to go and on time so there is no questioning needed!

I rented a 20 X 30 tent with sides and 10 tables and 100 chairs. They were very prompt in the delivery and the pick up and it was a very good price.

Gene Buckland's team was professional, courteous and friendly. They set up quickly and efficiently with no disruption of my home. They were on time and the equipment was in excellent condition.

Meredith Party Rentals was a great company to work with. I called around other rental companies and did not receive any where near the great customer service I like I received from Meredith's. All employees were very friendly and helpful. We rented chairs for our outdoor ceremony. The chairs came on time and were set up perfectly. They picked up the chairs at the end of the event which was very helpful for us. They are a great company to work with. We would highly recommend this company over any other rental company.

i rented a tent, popcorn machine, slush machines, chairs, they set everything with time and removed everything the next day as well.made everything so easy for us, we really did not stress about anything, they set everything and made it look just as we had spoken before.
i would recommend them, very responsible and flexible.

We rented chair covers, sashes and table covers from Meredith and the venue looked so finished and spectaucular. Very happy with the service and I will recommend them to anyone I come in contact with.

Meredith's was wonderful in helping to arrange all of the supplies/equipment for our outdoor July wedding! I can't say enough for their professionalism and the friendliness of every single person we encountered there! Michelle is the best!

First I shopped around to all the event vendors in the area and quickly saw that Meridith was giving the best value for my money. During our first meeting they were able to show me all the products I would be getting and they even gave me creative ways to set my table. When I had to change some of my counts a few weeks before the wedding they were more than helpful in getting me the quantities I needed. They even provided me with a red carpet that made my day amazing. It was the little touches they provided that made my wedding wonderful.

We got our linens and portable bar from Meredith. All looked great and added that extra touch to the reception. Pick up and delivery charges seemed a little bit on the high end, but overall pleased with the results.

Meredith Party Rentals provided table linens, napkins, and chargers for my wedding. They delivered when they said they would, all was clean and new looking, and picked up all on time too. I was glad I used Meredith and the lady I worked with was easy and fun!

Meredith did all the rentals for our November wedding. We chose to have our wedding at The Toledo Train Station so we had to bring everything in. Meredith had everything we needed and more. They were easy to communicate with, punctual plus their things were all beautiful. A couple of weeks later, they found some things were missing, but with the help of other vendors we were able to locate them.

GREAT Rental company! Many options, easy to work with, and flexible! Everyone was very easy to work with, and allow you to make changes within a reasonable amount of time. Can be pricey, but worth knowing you're getting quality rental items! We were short a few salt and pepper shakers, but they were happy to refund our money.

They were very helpful in ordering and willing to work with us. Asked exactly how and where we wanted things and were even willing to change the setup to what I wanted on the day of when they arrived. They were a little late in arriving to do the setup, which might have been a problem if I had had a much bigger order, but as it was they still got everything done on time. Great price and lots of availability as well.

Meredith Party Rentals was very easy to work with. We went in, told them what we wanted and they did it for us. The only thing I didn't like was that it took so long to hear from them. I like working through email, and sometimes it would be weeks before I heard back. Towards the end, I just started calling b/c I was afraid I would hear from anyone through email. Other than that, everything was great.

Not what I expected for the price

We got our table cloths from here. We had to add a few more on just a couple days before the wedding, come to find out those two extra I needed weren’t even there! There were a ton of wrinkles in them, should have just bought my own instead of the hassle of renting.

I rented ceremony seating and an arch from Meredith Party Rentals. The pricing and ordering process went smoothly and the staff were very helpful. As part of the order, we were required to provide two contact numbers in case the staff had any questions during the week of the delivery. On the day of our wedding, it rained so much that our ceremony site flooded and the ceremony had to be moved indoors. We attempted to call the office and only got their answering service. We were not given any other contact numbers. The delivery crew arrived on site without contacting any of the numbers we had provided and set up the seating and arch without informing anyone.

I rented chairs for my wedding ceremony and was told they'd be delivered at noon. My ceremony started at 2:30 (so guests would likely arrive by 2:00). It was 12:30 and they weren't there, so we called and they said they were on their way. It was 1:30 and I assumed they had arrived because I didn't hear anything but they were still not there. I called and got their "office closed voicemail" and called the emergency number only to be told "we expected your call" and said they were sending extra people to help set up. They arrived and set it up just in time but nothing like wondering where your guests will sit 40 minutes prior to walking down a non-existent aisle! I did get a 25% refund and semi-apology from them the following week stating they didn't have the last digit of my phone number, yet they surely had it when my payments were due.
