Fantastic!!

Menu Maker was absolutely amazing! The team was so easy to work with and the food was great! Reiko made sure that all our needs were taken care of! They catered our wedding with a plated dinner. It was so fast and the presentation was beautiful! Everyone was complementing the food! They provided both servers and bartenders. Bartenders were so friendly with all of the guest! I would recommend them over and over!

A dream experience!

Menu Maker catered our wedding and we can’t recommend them highly enough! They worked with us to create the perfect vegetarian menu and we had so many compliments from our vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests! The food was delicious and we really appreciated how conscientious their staff was! We had no qualms having them amongst our fully vaccinated guests. Reiko was communicative and helpful every step of the way. They were fantastic and I’m so glad we went with them!

Outdoor Wedding Event

My daughter's wedding was held at the Andrew Jackson Hermitage and catering was provided by Menu Maker Catering. From the very beginning of our communication, Christa Harris has been professional and responsive. She patiently answered all my questions. Christa worked well with our wedding planner, the rental folks and made many helpful suggestions that helped with the flow of the night. The food served was delicious and our guests raved about the salmon. The staff with MMC were friendly and helpful in making the night perfect....in spite of rain. I would wholeheartedly recommend Menu Maker Catering for any event you may have.

great food and great service

We had a destination wedding in Nashville and we are from Jersey. We were unable to sample anything before booking our venders. I worked with Christa and she helped me every step of the way she was in contact with my rental company and venue and even did a site visit for me considering I couldn't myself. The staff that worked my wedding were so pleasant and helpful especially the bartender who had to deal with my drunk father in law. the food was amazing and I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

Menu Maker Catering is AMAZING!! Someone else made that statement in their review and it stands repeating. MMC provided catering services for my daughter’s wedding this past weekend at Tulip Grove Mansion on the grounds of Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage. They provided hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour. The self serve display was beautiful, while the seasonal fruit, cubed & sliced cheese, and gourmet crackers were delicious. There were two passes appetizers which were beyond delicious. The wedding guests were marveling about the crab and sweet corn cakes, as well as, the chicken salad canapés. A plated dinner was in order. The strawberry balsamic salad was fantastic. For our guests, it was only to get better and better. The plated dinner consisted of either pecan crusted chicken or broiled salmon, accompanied by smoked Gouda Mac & cheese and roasted asparagus. It was served at the perfect temperature. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the absolute best it was a ten!!! It was beyond fabulous. The entire staff was spectacular. Their pricing, staff, service, and food was platinum level. In addition, Christa Harris, who works for MMC, was our wedding coordinator. She was spectacular. Christa has great attention to detail and kept us organized from day one. On the day of the wedding, she was calm and collected. She was in total control of the day and everything happened according to plan. With Christa, MMC, and the related staff, my daughter’s wedding day was beyond perfect!! Christa and MMC were great to work with. We are grateful that God guided our path to MMC and Christa. We believe that we had the perfect caterer and coordinator. If you engage the services of Christa Harris and MMC, you will have a perfect day!!

Menu Maker Catering is AMAZING! They catered our Nashville wedding at the Belle Meade Plantation a couple weeks ago and we were beyond thrilled with their services. The food and staff are excellent! Everything, from the extremely yummy food/food presentation, to the bartenders, the servers, etc. was incredible. Guests are still raving about the food...the beef tenderloin carving station was a huge hit (and cooked to perfection) as was the pasta bar. Everything was delicious! Kudos to the chef!! All the serving stations looked amazing...the decor MMC provides was perfect and fit our wedding decor and theme so perfectly. Christa Harris, who works for MMC, was my wedding coordinator...she is an absolute delight to work with. Christa's attention to detail is incredible and she is so on top of everything. Communication with Christa was effortless...I truly loved working with her. Thanks to Christa, our wedding was more than perfect. We are so thankful to Christa, Menu Maker Catering and their wonderful, talented staff. We could not have asked for a better caterer & coordinator. I can't recommend them enough!

Menu Maker catered my daughters wedding and everyone raves about the food. I have used them for various catering events over the past ten years and would never consider using anyone else for my daughters big day. I knew the food, look and professionalism of the team would be above par!

It was an absolute delight to work with Mary and her team at Menu Maker's Catering! Our reception was held at the Woman's Club Nashville which is where Menu Maker's office is located. This was an incredible bonus for us because all of the catering was done on site. Mary graciously listened to all of our ideas for the menu and helped us create a well balanced meal for our brunch reception. They accommodated our desire to have a specialty cocktail and were certain to have plenty of vegetarian options for our guests. Everyone was raving about the food, both the appetizers and the main meal. My only regret is that I was too nervous to each much on our wedding day!

I , myself, have worked with the caterers that ran the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and I must say Mary's entire organization is absolutely top notch. It fell to me to pull together a 45th class reunion within a matter of weeks. Mary jumped in and offered fantastic solutions to a stressful situation and help put together one of the best reunions we have ever had. Her food suggestions were not only exactly what was needed... But also delivered in a beautiful manner. And one element I was very pleased to observe was that this was all done without drama. Everyone was highly professional , friendly and very accommodating.
I will DEFINITELY use these lovely folks again! Thank you again for your wonderful job!!!

Menu Maker Catering catered our holiday dinner at The Woman's Club of Nashville. The venue, the food, and the band (the Moonlighters) created a memorable evening. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. Would not change a thing. Look forward to our next event at The Woman's Club of Nashville catered by the Club's in-house caterer (Menu Maker Catering).

It can be overwhelming selecting a caterer for your wedding. I was fortunate to have experienced Menu Maker's catering before at a friend's wedding, and I just had to have them for my big day. It was the best decision I made! Mary and her team did a stellar job of working within my budget while providing some really delicious menu options. Not only was the food and presentation excellent, but their level of service is top-notch. The servers at the wedding did an amazing job of making sure guests were taken care of.

Everyone at the wedding raved about the food. I highly recommend Menu Maker Catering!

From our very first meeting, Claire and Mary were an absolute pleasure to work with for the catering needs of my daughter's wedding. Every concern was addressed with professionalism and in a very prompt time period. They worked with our budget and specific wishes for a southern style meal and sooooo many of our guests commented on how wonderful the food was. The bisquit/cornbread bar was a huge hit, delicious jellies and honey, and was displayed beautifully; the mac and cheese was the best ever; and the chicken was finished off by the bride's brother and all his college friends! When you are forced to totally depend on others and their word, you would be fortunate to have Menu Maker Catering on your side! As an added bonus to the delicious food they provided, we felt we made true friends in Claire and Mary. We hope to have another event in the future in which we can use their expertise!

We loved Menu Makers. Every guest at my wedding couldn't stop raving about how much they loved the food. The tables and presentation were amazing. We certainly got the most bang for our buck with this company.

Wonderful experience - Mary & her staff were on top of it. Worked with us every step of the way and were flexible when working with us mixing two cultures. They were very professional from the tastings to picking a menu , to changes and further review and up to and beyond serving the reception. The food was incredible and we had many comments on how moist and tender the chicken was(surprising for serving 150). They were very helpful for a first timer(first child to marry) beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend them and am very thankful they helped make the day a great memory.

Menu Makers is so wonderful to work with. We used them for my daughters wedding at The Hermitage, Home of President Andrew Jackson. They really customized the menu to fit our taste and also compliment the venue. They were so helpful and professional. I knew this was one vendor I didn't have to worry about!

Menu Maker Catering in Brentwood catered my summer wedding on July 1st. The planning process was completely customized to what my husband and I wanted. Since his family was Cuban, we wanted to include a Cuban recipe for all of his out-of-town guests. So, we used his mother's Cuban Pork and Black Beans and Rice recipe. Not only did Callie Cottrell, their chef, cook a delicious American option of Pecan Crusted Chicken with a Creamy, Delicious Dijon Creme, She MASTERED the Cuban Pork and beans! Our Cuban guests could not stop raving about how authentic it tasted. It is very rare, if not, close to possible to have Cuban food cooked well by a non-Cuban cook. Callie - we are highly indebted to you for your amazing cooking! The wedding day went by so fast and we hardly had any time to spend with our guests, but at the end of the day, our guests really enjoyed the food and will probably be talking about it for years to come. We could not have chosen a better caterer. Everyone there deserves a raise, including the owner, Mary Duncan Weary, for their attention to detail and ease of planning! :) Thank you for a job well done! (Oh and thank GOD for those take home boxes - if we hadn't had those, we would have never gotten to taste our wonderful food!)

Menu Makers Catering made our daughter's wedding reception memorable! The food was absolutely delicious. The presentation of everything was just as wonderful. Our 300-plus guests raved about the food! Mary Weary, owner, and Chef Callie listened to what we wanted and provided an exceptional meal at a great value. They are responsive to the bride's wishes and budget. They work hard to make things happpen just as the client desires. I would highly recommend Menu Makers to anyone planning a dinner or reception. I was an out of town bride, without any inside info on caterers in Nashville. I found Menu Maker on-line, had one brief face to face with Michelle to talk food options when I was in town for less than 24 hours, and then trusted it would work out. It went perfectly! Very tasty food, flexible menu options (created new dishes just for us), and above all, very reliable service. We had beef skewers, orzo pilaf, and grilled veggies, black berry cobbler, apple cobbler, and cupcakes from them. My highest recommendation!

It's been more than 6 weeks since my wedding, and I am STILL getting phone calls about how incredible my food was. They were incredibly responsive and understanding with my budget needs, and they were so helpful giving suggestions when I was trying to make my menu complete. Michelle was my liason, and she was incredible--she even found me a frozen drink machine from another business! Menu Maker is a blessing to the bride that wants the perfect wedding food, at the perfect price, from the perfect, helpful people.

I had to find a caterer last minute, because my first one didn't work out. This was GREAT!!! The woman who owns it is so sweet and professional and very flexible. You get EXCELLENT quality for the money. We were on a tight budget, but the food that we had was absolutely beautiful and delicious and we had a lot left over...no one was hungry. I was so impressed, and would recommend this company to anyone.

MMC did a great job on the menu, setup, taste-testing, presentation, and service during the wedding. Very professional, prompt and efficient. Catering tables were well-presented, colorful, lots of (too much) food. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Price was a bit high, but they did include all the flatware and tableware for 80 guests and served the cake that most other caterers did not. They were not able, however, to keep me from crying at the wedding... :)

Menu Maker catering put up with us changing our menu about 4 times and never complained. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Someone from the caterer came and found my husband and I to make sure to make us a plate so that all the food wasn't gone before we were able to get some. I would strongly recommend them for events.

Claire was fantastic. She took care of the linens and chairs etc for me. Living outside of the state that we got married in made getting some of these details rough and she made it so much easier.
I heavily requested no cilantro in any of the food catered. Claire changed the cilantro salsa to one without cilantro. However, the servers weren't informed of the change and told some guests that it was cilantro salsa. Not a big deal though. All of the food tasted good but some of it didn't look very appealing. The mac and cheese was really tasty and so was the ranch dressing.

Menu Makers food was delicious and they are so easy to work with. There was only a minor mistake and they took care of it fairly fast, so it wasn't a big deal. Everything was layed out great and the food was exceptional. I will suggest the cheese display that comes with a bacon cheese dip.

Everything went so great on our wedding day. The staff prepared and set up everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing! It looked so pretty too and we received comment after comment about how good our food was and how pretty everything looked.

the appetizers were great, but the main course too cold. It may have tasted good but I cannot eat cold food that is supposed to be at least warm.
