  They were very quick to answer my questions on sizing and once the ring arrived it fit perfect and was exactly what I wanted. It is a Koa Wood and Tungsten ring for a wedding in Hawaii. I got two wedding rings (this one and one from another store that is sapphire to match my bride's ring set) and this one is the one I wear 90% of the time. It is a better fit and despite being a heavy metal feels light on my hand.

  The product itself is great. It's exactly as pictured on the website. It fit perfectly, and my fiance said it's comfortable to wear. However, shipping was horrendous. I ordered a ring on 7/17/17, but it didn't arrive until 8/25/17, so be prepared for a long wait. Supposedly, "Fedex lost the package;" however, I was given a USPS tracking number, so that's obviously a lie from customer service. Their customer service phone line is non-existent (just an answering machine with messages that are never returned), and it took me emailing them a half dozen times to get things figured out. So lucky I ordered this a couple months in advance of the wedding...

  This is an awful experience I purchased my ring over a week ago and paid to expedite the order then they claim I responded after hrs which I didn't I responded to the email on Thursday during business hours and never heard back. I called today and got a VM then an Email from Danielle that said I'll refund you your money WTH just days before the wedding !! Buyers beware this is a shady business!!!
