Words can’t describe how incredible Memorytown is! We found Memorytown on The Knot and we decided to go check it out. The first walk-through we did we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Lori did a phenomenal job helping us figure out all the ins and outs of what would work for our wedding. You absolutely get what you pay for at Memorytown, including the incredible service from the staff, the guidance from Lori and every detail you could think of to make your day so special. Also, the property is beautiful with surrounding trees, a lake and cabins on site for guests to stay in. Our guests were so excited that they could have fun that night and then stay on the same property and not have to worry about driving home. A big part of our day being so perfect was because of Memorytown and the staff. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was and the staff helped the day run so smoothly that I didn’t feel overwhelmed!! We had the most magical day and if you choose Memorytown as your venue you will too!!!

We have had 3 family weddings there and continue to go! Lori and the entire staff are so accommodating and helpful! It’s so fun having both families staying on site as it encourages everyone to become better acquainted making it a safer and more comfortable environment. We will be back!

Lori was a pleasure to work with - so friendly, professional, organized, and warm. She made the planning process easy and kept the day flowing smoothly! Her whole team was lovely. Lori even offered my husband and I a private space where we could relax for a few minutes to escape the constant activity of the day - this was so thoughtful! She really did everything she could to make sure that we had an incredible experience.

The property itself is beautiful! We were planning to get married by the Kissing Bridge outside, but the weather caused us to shift indoors to the Heritage Barn, which was also a very romantic and intimate spot. Lori and her team set up rows of chairs for the ceremony and then set up the tables again for the reception - it was like magic! We were still able to take photos outside at times throughout the day, and there are plenty of scenic spots to choose from.

Over 80 of our guests stayed on-site, and all of our accommodations were charming and comfortable. We hope to visit again one day!

The food was delicious! The main meals we offered for our reception dinner were steak, chicken ballotine, and butternut squash ravioli (my personal favorite).

We are so glad that we chose Memorytown and wish we could relive the weekend! Thank you, Lori!

Memorytown is a beautiful venue for all occasions and very accommodating with different locations on the property to fit your party size.  The staff was very welcoming and Lori was very helpful prior to and on the day of our wedding. Everything went perfect from the ceremony set up to the reception dinner. And the food was delicious! Thank you Lori and staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The minute I toured this venue I could picture my entire wedding weekend there. The weekend was perfect. Everyone staying in the on-site cabins the night before for rehearsal was a blast. The Bridal Salon and groom Buck's Lounge were the perfect getting ready areas. The food ordered from Memorytown while getting ready was delicious. We had inclement weather all day and I was nervous I wouldn't get to have the outside ceremony I always envisioned, but Lori and her team kept us posted every step of the way and the weather held out just in time for the Ceremony. The Kissing Bridge Ceremony area with its Forest and Lake background was the perfect location. The Vintages Wine Cellar cocktail hour was extremely cozy and the hors d'oeuvres were great. I cannot say enough about the Heritage Barn Reception area. I had guests tell me they teared up when walking in because it was that beautiful. We were even able to have our after party in the Glamping Tents area in the woods. We truly had the best day of our lives thanks to the amazing Memorytown staff and our coordinators, Lori and Curtis. I cannot stop replaying the day in my head. If you are thinking about booking your wedding here, DO IT!

Our wedding at Memorytown went better than I could have ever imagined. I had a big work project the week leading up to the wedding and I felt all over the place as a bride, but Lori and her team had thought of all the little details, from reserved signs on the seats to wayfinding. The team was so friendly and helpful, and really helped make our wedding one to remember.

On top of this, the price was very reasonable and the locale was just gorgeous - we got several compliments from our guests on the atmosphere. Having catering + the cake included as part of the venue also made things run smoother (the food was absolutely delicious!). The guest accommodations were comfortable and clean, and we also really enjoyed the included night for the couple at Memorytown's honeymoon cabin.

Would definitely recommend Lori and the team at Memorytown - they are truly wedding experts. In fact, I have a coworker who's looking to get married in the NJ-Philly area, and I've already told him all about Memorytown!

From the moment we toured Memorytown, we absolutely fell in love! Lori and her team were phenomenal every step of the way. The food, drinks, and service were all 10/10 truly exceptional. Memorytown offers everything you need to make your wedding day perfect.

We loved the convenience of having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one beautiful, centralized location. The Vintages, where our cocktail hour was held, was stunning, and the Heritage Barn took our breath away with its romantic greenery and lighting.

On the day of our wedding, the weather was unpredictable, but Lori and her staff went above and beyond. When we decided to hold the ceremony outdoors, they worked quickly to secure the arbor and provide umbrellas for our guests. Their calm, professional presence helped everything run smoothly, and the sun even came out just in time it was magical!

The on-site accommodations were a huge bonus, and our guests really enjoyed staying right on the property. The bakery they partner with was amazing as well the cake and desserts were delicious!

Lori’s attention to detail and dedication made our wedding day unforgettable. We highly recommend Memorytown to any couple looking for a beautiful venue and an outstanding team to bring their vision to life!

My husband and I got married at Memorytown on 11/02/24. I am going to preface this review by saying there is no such thing as coincidence. As we were scouring the Internet looking for wedding venues, Memorytown popped up. I knew what it was, having been there for an event when I was a child, only to find out from my mother-in-law that my husband was there as a child as well! However, we had no idea of the incredible wedding venue it has grown to be now.
From the moment we walked in to the Heritage Barn, we knew it was 'the one.' The other barn was for smaller weddings but just as beautiful. We were looking for an all inclusive place, and Memorytown ticked every single box: beautiful restaurant for rehearsal dinner the night before, beautiful, renovated areas for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready during the day (with options to order food), overnight accommodations for guests, food, bar & cake included, options for an after party, as well as all decor! There is even a diner for breakfast the next morning! I thought my husband was going to be skeptical about getting married in a barn until I saw the look on his face when we entered the Heritage barn. The natural light, the elegant architecture, and the lush landscaping created an atmosphere nothing short of magical. Even when we returned to Memorytown for our final meeting with Lori (who is the most incredible person by the way), I just felt in my gut how right this place was for us.
From start to finish, the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure ALL of our guests were taken care of. They even helped our handicapped guests to their tables with gentle care. The food was exquisite and made by their executive chef from The Water’s Edge Restaurant, right on their property. Portions were BIG, cooked perfectly, and every meal was hot. Multiple guests raved about the steak being the best they’ve ever had (ever. period.)! The executive & sous chefs cook every meal meticulously on their own.
Our ceremony began at 4:30 and the lighting against the lake and fall leaves looked heavenly. Cocktail hour was in a swanky wine bar on the lower level of the Heritage Barn. Every part of the property is breathtaking.
For your wedding day, that makes the only outside vendors you will need: flowers, DJ, Photographer, hair/makeup and officiant. Lori will even give you an entire folder full of their recommendations to help you out with!
We received countless compliments from our guests about the venue's beauty, the delicious food, and the overall smooth and elegant feel. So many of my friends have told me ours was the best wedding they have ever been to. I had such a sad pit in my stomach the next day when the wedding was over because it truly was the best day of our lives, thanks to Memorytown.
Regarding cost, let’s be real, if you are planning a wedding, you should have the expectation that it is going to be expensive. However, Memorytown realizes that every person’s definition of ‘expensive’ is different as well. While my husband and I worked very hard to save money for our wedding, Lori did have plenty of pricing packages to make sure we could afford what we wanted. You will need to have the expectation that, regardless of where you have your wedding, you will be paying good money, but Memorytown really had countless options and payment plans to choose from- and you are honestly paying for perfection with them.
Lori helped us every step of the way with meal planning, decor, and any other add-on we chose for our special night. Another amazing feature is that my husband and I can go for dinner at the Water’s Edge Restaurant for our anniversaries each year!
Even though my wedding was six months ago in November, my husband and I still talk and think about it every day. We legitimately miss spending time at Memorytown and cannot wait to go back for our anniversary dinner. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day, and we recommend MEMORYTOWN to all couples planning their wedding.

We got married 10/18/24, and could not have had a more perfect day! When I say every little thing was perfect, I mean it. They set up my memorial table, favors, card table etc, all perfectly and stylish. The table settings were stunning, and every guest we talked to could not stop raving about the FOOD! Everything was absolutely delicious! We had the most perfect fall day, with gorgeous weather and got stunning photos with all the fall foliage. All the staff were super nice and very professional. There was not one singular thing I would change about our day! I cannot recommend enough having your wedding at Memorytown! Also, our rehearsal dinner at their restaurant The Waters Edge was impeccable, with delicious food and amazing service. They also specially made my cousin and nephew an allergy friendly dessert, which we had not even asked them to do. They really go out of their way to make every guest happy! Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful experience. Lori and her team went above and beyond to make the wedding special not only for the bride and groom, but for the guests. They were very detailed oriented, professional and created an overall amazing experience from start to finish. The location and scenery memorytown has to added to the magic of the evening. I attended a wedding in August of 2023 and what an experience! The ceremony right on the lake was just absolutely stunning and organized. Moving to the cocktail hour in the vintages was super easy and perfect. The cocktail hour food was outstanding, service was very attentive and kept everything very clean. Bar service was spectacular as well, bartenders were on top of the lines and made everyone feel special. Moving to the reception up in the heritage was beautiful and so much fun! Food was out quick and hot! Which is rare for events, food all came out together everyone ate at relatively the same time, it was good and hot!!! Service again was impeccable, servers were attentive and kept tables clean and were absolutely polite. The after party on the deck with the fire was just perfect. Some extra time to hang with everyone and food was perfect picking after party food and was delicious. Throughout the hole day the wedding coordinator Lori was amazing. She was on top of every detail and made sure every guest, bride, groom etc. we’re all happy and enjoying themselves. She was so polite and made the party even more special than imagined. Overall 10/10 experience at memorytown!!!

This venue and Lori alone made our day magical. From the wedding planning process to the day after our special day I wouldn’t have changed a thing. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and morning after breakfast at memorytown and it was worth every penny and every second. Lori was easy to communicate with and was always available to answer our questions. We had multiple meetings leading up to the wedding to make all of our choices, timelines and little details come to life. Any requests we had she catered to. Our ceremony rehearsal was quick and crazy which made me nervous about the actual ceremony. But, the ceremony was Amazing and timed perfectly thanks to her. She communicated well with our vendors and helped us set up with anything we needed the day of and night before. On the day of she made sure we did everything we wanted to and kept the timeline of our day moving smoothly but also didn’t overstep. I wouldn’t change a thing, it was a complete dream.

Memorytown is a great place to have small or large weddings. They do so much for you and have a vendor list to help you get started with the process! It was a fantastic overall experience. The day of, I didn’t have to worry about one thing

This was the most amazing day of my life. Everything came to life and then some. Lori was SO helpful, patient, kind and accommodating the day of the event. The wedding was everything I could have imagine. Tomorrow will be 6 months ago, I got married, I still obsess about the venue, atmosphere and THE FOOD (people still talk about the food haha).

Lori and her team at Memorytown are AMAZING! She helped me with all the little details on the day of. We had to shift the ceremony location and she made sure it looked perfect. They successfully got our guests to the new location and they made sure everyone was under an umbrella as they walked back out to their cars. I cannot express how grateful we were for the team at memorytown. From rehearsal to the breakfast the day after the wedding, everything was perfect and looked amazing. 100/10 stars!!! Everyone raves about how beautiful it was.

Our September wedding at Memorytown was everything we could have hoped for. Lisa and her team made sure everything went off without a hitch, and we had the rustic, barn wedding of our dreams. The food was amazing, everything from rehearsal dinner to brunch on Sunday morning, and having our family staying in the cabins on the property was the icing on the cake. We definitely recommend Memorytown for anyone looking for an intimate, rustic and unique wedding!

We organized a weekend getaway. Our wedding was on Saturday. Everyone arrived on Friday and left Sunday. It was awesome having friends and family spend the weekend together in the nature. Memorytown has new cabins with shower and bathrooms in each. They also have heating, but our wedding was in July so we used the air conditioning. I loved the tavern. I'm a whiskey person and I would love to see their bar stacked with better whiskey than just jameson and black label. Lisa, the manager their was super helpful to all of our unique requests and Anthony the owner made sure we were always comfortable. I'd totally recommend this venue to others.

I just had my wedding here over this weekend. It was absolutely everything I dreamed of and more. If you are looking for a barn set up it’s perfect from the rustic-ness of the barn and the country feel and the wine cellar. It was stunning. The staff was amazing! Lisa who we’ve dealt with since we booked the place was wonderful to deal with and so helpful and easy to reach if you had questions. The food was so delicious and came out fast .we had a woman just for the bride and groom that got us drinks through the reception and you have no idea how helpful that is. This place knows how to run a smooth and stress free wedding. I would do it all over and not change a single thing!!

Very Great Venue!!!! Awesome time

I was Maid Of Honor for my sister's wedding in September 2018 and we had the best time at Memorytown Venue! The staff, owner, and event specialist were so accommodating and so nice to us. They really have there wedding flow down packed and made us all feel so well taken care of. Everything went so smoothly. The food was exceptional and so were the cabins. They were very well cleaned and stocked of everything we needed. We loved the Old-fashioned car and the Tavern on the lake! The property is so beautiful there! We had a blast sitting by the bonfire after the reception and the breakfast in the morning was out of this world! We absolutely LOVED staying here! It was the perfect place for a rustic but elegant wedding. We felt just like family here. I can not say enough good things about this place. 10/10!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with my wedding at Memorytown. My husband and I had decided on the Poconos as the area where we wanted to have our wedding, and visited several venues in the area, but none were as beautiful as Memorytown. The lake is a centerpiece of the property, but it is full of beautiful spaces for photographs and for guests to explore. We loved both the Orchard barn located next to a small apple orchard and the Heritage Barn which was larger and we ultimately chose for our venue. The downstairs wine cellar was a beautiful space for the cocktail hour and guests were free to wonder outside and view the lake and property. The head wedding coordinator at Memorytown, Lisa, was extremely accommodating in dealing with the last minute change of ceremony location. Lisa, the head wedding coordinator, was our coordinator from day one of planning and had been extremely helpful. We were very happy with her. We also live outside the area, so we loved the little cottages on property that our guests were able to stay in, and we also stayed on site and used the included "get ready room" for the bride and bridal party and moms which was really nice. The staff (bartenders, waitresses, bus boys) were extremely nice and helpful. The night ends with a bonfire on site, which our guests loved! We also hosted a farewell breakfast at the cafe which is part of the venue, and it was beautiful and had a wonderful selection. There is also a grill restaurant on the lake that is a great place if anyone needs a meal between events or stopping in for a drink. We cant say enough good things about our experience! We loved it! Have your wedding here!!!

After attending a wedding here my daughter asked if she could have her sweet 16th birthday celebration in the Heritage Barn. We especially liked the uniqueness of the venue. The party was perfect! Would definitely have another event here!

Absolutely Perfect Wedding Weekend at Memorytown!

We had our wedding at Memorytown in Mt. Pocono, PA this past July, and it was everything we dreamed of—and more. From the moment we checked in, we knew we had made the right decision.

A huge part of our amazing experience was thanks to Lori, the wedding coordinator. She is simply the best—professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. Over the year and a half we spent planning, Lori was always there: answering questions, offering advice, and suggesting top-notch vendors. She truly went above and beyond to make every detail perfect.

The entire Memorytown property is breathtaking. The grounds where we held our ceremony were stunning, and the barn reception space was rustic, elegant, and beautifully decorated. Our rehearsal dinner was not only delicious, but held in a refined, elegant room that set the tone for the weekend. The food throughout the weekend was phenomenal—every dish was a hit.

We stayed on-site for the weekend, and the cabins were charming and comfortable. The bridal suite was a dream—it included a full spa setup that even impressed my glam team! It was the perfect space to get ready and relax. The groom’s room was like a modern man cave, complete with a bar and cozy couches—stylish and comfortable for the guys to hang out before the ceremony.

We also hosted a morning-after breakfast, which took place in a cozy, country-style dining area and was the perfect way to end the weekend. On top of it all, the staff at Memorytown was pleasant, professional, and incredibly accommodating.

We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. If you’re considering Memorytown for your wedding, do it—you won’t regret it. And be sure to ask for Lori. You’ll be in the best hands!

Memorytown had everything we needed on sight for a perfect weekend! We had our reception in the barn. Our family was able to stay in the cabins on sight, and have a farewell brunch in the cafe the next day. The details and decorations could be provided if you wanted or have your own. The food was AMAZING! Overall, we had amazing experience and would highly recommend!!

Memorytown gave us the most wonderful wedding experience. Lisa is amazing and very thorough, making sure that every last detail is taken care of. She took so much work out of our hands. The venue itself is beautiful and the lake was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. Our officiant was late, and the owner pushed back our cocktail hour and reception so that we didn't lose any of the time we paid for. My wife and I will be forever grateful for the amazing wedding they gave us.

Excellent Rustic Wedding Venue with rustic but modern touches. We had our wedding at Tavern by the Lake at Memorytown yesterday. This venue is a great places for events of all kinds because of it's quiet but serene views and accommodations. If your planning an event Memorytown can accommodate parties from Christmas, Corporate or just a social get together. The Cocktail hour was fabulous with different types or ordurves such as fried ravioli or coconut shrimp with raspberry sauce. The presentation and the setup by staff at memorytown was fantastic. The staff at memorytown are exceptional helpful & quite accommodating to the wedding party. If your looking for a venue that has great food and rustic feel stop by Memorytown. The property is beautiful in springtime and well-maintained. The wait staff were all courteous and professional, and the food is tasty, home-style comfort food. The owner, Anthony, is a delight to work with, and extremely accommodating. You get a lot for the price compared to any other venue of its class in PA. So, why not 5s across the board? The current organizer/account manager/day-of-planner needs some serious work on her people skills. I'd recommend this place to any pair who'd like a lovely barn wedding, but be prepared to keep the lady running the office straight on the facts.

Memorytown was an absolutely great spot for our wedding. The fact that everything, from lodging, to the ceremony, to cocktail hour/reception can all be held at one facility makes the day as stress-less as possible. Lisa's true strength is day of wedding coordinating, and everything down to the waitstaff being exceedingly friendly went flawlessly on our day. It didn't hurt that it was the nicest day of the year!

Highly recommend Memorytown

Memorytown USA was the perfect location and setting for our wedding. It was exactly what we were looking for our wedding - outdoor ceremony with a beautiful view and a barn for the reception. We also wanted a small wedding and it was the intimate venue we were looking for. Plus we were blessed with beautiful weather. Our guests, and anyone who sees our pictures, always comment how beautiful the venue was. The food was delicious and our guest raved about the Mexican bar.

The coordinator, Lisa, knows what needs to get done for the wedding and she definitely makes sure she gets the wedding arrangements taken of. She often came across as condescending and seemed annoyed with questions/clarifications. She is open to different arrangements or ideas when you bring them up, but be cautious as they may or may not be carried out. Have a back-up plan or take care of it yourselves (if you can). Same goes for the final details document completed at the final meeting. MemoryTown does not have a Wedding Coordinator on site, but they’re suppose to have employees overseeing and assisting. Nevertheless, we highly recommend getting a Day-of-Coordinator for ease and decreased stress.

Our catering staff appeared to be lacking supervision, guidance or direction. We were told the salads would be placed on the table during cocktail hour, but they weren’t. Creating a lull in the reception and needing my husband to go into the kitchen and ask them to serve the salad. Once started they were very good and attentive and seemed to even have our detailed meal/table sitting arrangement. One other frustrating point was we were suppose to be given the key to our cabin for the wedding night at the reception, but it was not given to us and after the reception we had to hunt it down wait for it.

Overall we were absolutely pleased to have our wedding at MemoryTown. We just advise others to be cautious and cognizant that it may not be all it appears.

I got married at Memorytown in August of 2018. I will say I had an amazing night and loved the venue. It is a beautiful place to have a wedding but with that being said be prepared to do the leg work. As the bride I thought my day would be stress free and everything would be taken care of. I felt like I had to take charge with some things which took away from me dancing and enjoying my night. The coordinator was not very helpful on the day and was rude to my family members (some of which wrote the bill to pay the venue). The most upsetting part of my night was finding out my bridesmaids had to clean out the ready room after the cocktail hour (they missed an hour of the reception pretty much). They never told us we had to clean up the same day we were expecting to come back in the AM to collect our items. Next my matron of honor and brother went to get the honeymoon suite key for my husband and I so they could put our items in there so we can enjoy our night. The cordinator wouldn’t give them the key saying that was the rule to only give it to the bride and groom. This bothered me because my brother paid for my wedding therefore I felt he could have been responsibly enough to get the key. After my wedding I had to go grab my items and my husbands in my big wedding dress and finally got to our room 45 minutes later. This venue is BEAUTIFUL and I truly mean that but be prepared to take charge on your day.
