I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. .
Diane and Mackenzie worked so hard and definitely went the extra mile with their thoughtfulness and flexibility. Not only did we have a large early morning wedding, but the bride caught a stomach bug that very morning of the event, and Diane helped us quickly adjust and made it work as seamlessly as possible. Their work and creativity is of professional quality. Worth every penny to have them on your team! -

Diane was ab absolute gem to work with, she was extremely responsiveness and always able to provide suggestions. The day of the wedding I didn’t have a single worry as her and her team were all over everything from decorating the tables to handling all the vendors and keeping us on our timeline. -

The best there is!!
I highly recommend this planner! She helped me with so much before, during and after our wedding. She responds quickly as well! I definitely couldn’t have survived the day without her and her daughter. To helping set up the whole venue, making sure you’re doing good, and making sure you know that you look beautiful. 10/10 recommend, and will continue to do so!! -

Best coordination for your special day
Diane was the absolute best. My venue required a day of coordinator, and i was against it at first thinking it would be a waste of money. Diane & her assistant proved me wrong. My special day went absolutely perfect. Let me tell you it was the best purchase to make. Diane took care of set up, clean up, and contacted my vendors. She takes a load off of your shoulders and i would recommend her to anyone!! I literally enjoyed all of the little moments while she took care of any problems, questions while i got to do the relaxing!! Thank you Diane and Mackenzie -

Memories Wedding Planning - Made our Week the Best!
Where do I start? Memories Wedding Planning allowed us to enjoy the wedding week. This was our 3rd and youngest Childs wedding, so we wanted to enjoy the week as much as the evening. Dianne and her daughter were the Best! Even my husband commented on how hard those two ladies worked all night. It rained so we moved to a backup plan but no one would have ever know, We gave complete creative overdrive to Dianne / Team. It was beyond our expectations. I strongly recommend Memories Wedding Planning! The Bride and Groom were over the moon. Thank you again for a wonderful week, day and event. -

A very hard working professional
We had a barn wedding during a heat wave. Diane and her assistant worked all day long in the heat to make my daughters wedding perfect! It was wonderful because of a great coordinator! She is organized, professional, and gets things done when mom and brides nerves are on edge! Great experience! -

Diane is very accommodating and easy to work with! Everything turned out almost perfectly. We ran out of time the day of the wedding and some things weren't set up exactly as I wanted but overall it was a success. Diane's involvement took away some of the stress of coordinating everything myself. -

I hired Memories wedding planning last summer in anticipation of my wedding in the Fall. Unfortunately, after several months my fiancé and I decided to terminate our contract with them. We selected the full planning package, which included vendor meetings along with many additional services. When I inquired with our planner about fulfilling a vendor meeting, she told me I would need to purchase the full planning package. I was so confused because we just signed the full planning contract a few weeks ago. It turns out this was a miscommunication but it was definitely a red flag from the start. Next, it was time to meet with our photographer. I reached out to the planner to ask what days she was available to go meet with us and the vendor, to which she replied Tuesday. I coordinated with the photographer and then confirmed with the planner. At that time of confirming with the planner, she informed me she was no longer available at that time. Why would you give me a date you are available to attend a meeting and then plan something else? Finally, the straw that broke the camels back was when it took the planner over two weeks to reply to a simple question I asked via email. Our contract stated that we had unlimited phone and email contact with our planner but that ended up being one sided. After not hearing from her for over two weeks, I emailed her again to cancel our contract. Interestingly enough she replied to that one within a few hours. Very disappointed, especially after reading the great reviews on here.
