Karen is the preferred vendor for our venue. I have definitely shopped around and some of the other vendors I am interested in were just outside of our budget. I was able to view her work and I am a huge fan, especially the ones at our venue as she knows all the great photo locations. We haven’t had our pictures taken yet as our wedding is scheduled on 4/2020 but so far she has been super accommodating and communicative! We look forward to reviewing the pictures of our wedding that she does take! -

Wonderful Wedding Photography!
Such a talented photographer! Memories by Karen is our go-to recommendation for photography on your special day. I work at Palm Valley by Wedgewood Weddings and Karen has been our partner for many years. She knows where all the sweet spots are and takes the most amazing sunset photos at our gorgeous Cactus Garden.

Great personality, great photos
Karen was great photographer. She responded to my initial inquiry in a perfectly reasonable timeframe, was able to meet with me in person when I had further questions, and when there was a small hiccup in my proposed schedule for the wedding day, she communicated quickly and clearly so that everyone would be on the same page. I absolutely love how the photos turned out, and I highly recommend that you book her for your wedding. -

Daisy Sent on 04/28/2010Karen was amazing and we're so glad we chose her as our photographer. Her communication throughout the whole planning process and wedding was great. The day of the wedding we didn’t have a lot of time at the ceremony location for photos and she was great at giving direction and having everybody set up quickly. She took wonderful pictures that I love and that I want to share with all of my friends and family! Everyone mentioned how professional she was and that meant a lot to me. She also did our engagement photos which came out great! -

Lorraine Sent on 07/28/2009Our photographer was the hardest vendor for me to find. It took me over a year before I finally found Karen, here on wedding wire. I think that the photographer is the most important part on the wedding vendors, for guest that couldn't attend, relatives, friends, co-workers and when you want to reminisce, the pictures you have will be more valuable, then the dried bouquet of flowers you carried, the scrape booked invitation you kept, or the perfectly matched nail color of all your bridesmaids. The photos you have of these things will be much more important. An unskilled photographer might not take the most basic picture of your hand with the new beautiful ring.
Karen does beautiful work, and she corralled my crazy family : )
She was my photographer on the 4th of July and also did my sisters wedding in January.
There is no one I would recommend more highly then Karen Hudak.

Jennifer Sent on 08/07/2008My husband and I were extremely pleased with Karen and her beautiful pictures. We received so many compliments from our family and friends about her shots. Her experience made her so easy to work with and she has some unique ideas for various shots. She made sure that we got all of the important family portraits in along with some fun photos that she knew worked well. She also asked us exactly what we wanted, listened to our ideas and made us feel comfortable. You can spend a large amount of money on wedding photography, but Karen provided the same high quality shots as those who were double and triple the cost. We would highly recommend her to anyone. -

After meeting with Karen and looking at her work and her pricing we new we wanted to book her. Her prices were just within our budget and her work is amazing! You definitely get your money's worth! She was very patient the day of our wedding when we were taking pictures in big groups. She also captured a lot of great shots on our special day and I couldn't have asked for more! I also received SEVERAL compliments on my pictures. I used to take classes for photography so I know a great picture when I see one! Pictures are what keep the memories alive and now thanks to Karen I will have a lifetime of memories to remember on our wedding day! I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know in a heartbeat! Thanks for making our day so special Karen! :) -

Megan Sent on 08/23/2008Karen provided AMAZING service, and she was so quick to complete our photo album and get all of our pictures back to us. She was at the ceremony, reception and early enough to get pictures of all of us getting ready.
Karen also did a really great job of capturing all the aspects of the wedding. The cake, the centerpieces, all of the crafts and decor. We put a lot of work into the "little details" and Karen captured it all in the photographs.
We knew she was going to be great at the wedding, because when we met a few months prior for our engagement pictures, she did such a great job.
Karen was such a great photographer, we called her when we found out that we were pregnant, and she took our pregnancy photos and when our son comes, she'll take our first family photos :)
I have already recommended her to a few girlfriends and would highly recommend her to anyone :) -

She traveled to our church and also to the venue to provide really excellent and artist photos of every style!! I was then able to choose out of all of the pictures which I wanted to make into a photo book. She worked very quickly to provide that photo book as well. -

Magical Moment
Karen did not only my engagement pictures but also my wedding pictures and they were beyond words! The pictures she took captured my theme and made the entire night look magical. She was able to think outside the box on pictures I didn’t even know how much I would love until I got them back. Each picture taken was wonderful and she makes it hard to decide which pictures to put around the house, send to family, put in the book. There are so many to choose from! Highly recommended! -
