  Always SO much fun! I love them!

  I've had an amazing time working with Melody and Lori! I worked with both of them over the years separately as well as other projects I've done with Melody. They are both beautiful people with passionate personality! You won't regret hiring them!

  A Night to Remember

  Working with Melody to plan our wedding reception was so easy and enjoyable! She was fantastic at planning the flow of the night and making sure that everything ran smoothly. She is also hilarious and has a knack for keeping the party going. Everyone loved her! She is just such a fun-loving and sweet person. It's like planning your wedding with a close friend. She also helped calm my nerves about dealing with planning a wedding during a pandemic.

  Love, love, love

  We LOVE Melody! My brother-in-law used Melodies and Memories back in 2006 and another family member used them as well. Melody was AMAZING. She kept control of the crowd and had people dancing all night long. She was so much fun to work with and made the whole process easy. Our guests absolutely loved her as well. If you are looking for someone to take control when needed, follow what the bride and groom want over anyone else and ensure that it goes the way you want it, there is no one better for the job. She made sure we had what we wanted and helped us figure out the best way to make things work with the timeline and our guests. I highly recommend Melodies and Memories and would hire them again for any event where their services would be needed. Thank you so much Melody for running our show and making is so very memorable.

  We are hiring Melodies and Memories for our wedding on 02/29/2020, and based on the reviews and my own personal experience with Melody I can’t wait! She greeted me with a personal phone call and explained everything to me. Her prices are reasonable and she really took the time to understand what I want and was willing to work with me.

  Melody was the Best!! She did an amazing job with our wedding. She was interactive with the audience, and kept the party going on the dance floor!   Melody was the DJ for both my daughters about 7 years apart. She kept the party going from beginning to end. There will never be a dull moment with Melody as your DJ. I truly cannot day enough about her professionalism and how she handles every single thing that can come up. She is so experienced that nothing gets past her and she can catch problems before they arise! She orchestrated the reception and it was flawless! You will not be disappointed. She keeps the party hopping!

  Melody did my daughter's wedding in 2012! She was extremely organized and walked her through every detail in preparing the music played for the wedding and the reception! The music was perfect and even the old folks were up dancing and having fun! I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

  I found Melodies and Memories at the Dallas Bridal Show and loved their energy, so much so that they were the ONLY vendor I met that day that I booked for my wedding. Melody was my emcee/DJ and met with me twice prior to my wedding and was so fun and professional. She gave me great guidance and kept my wedding running smoothly. This was in 2010 and my friends and family STILL mention her!! I cannot give a higher recommendation as an Emcee/DJ- you will NOT be disappointed!

  From the first phone call, to meeting Melody and going over the reception list, to our wedding, Melody made us feel like family and put our nerves at ease. She wasn't only a great DJ, but an awesome MC. She worked great with Kyle (the Dallas World Aquarium coordinator) and the entire reception ran very smoothly. Everyone had so much fun and we wanted the party to keep going all night. You know the party's pumping when the time flies by and most of the guests are still there. Thank you Melody for a great evening and gor helping us create great memories of our big day!

  We used Lori for our wedding in November 2016 off of a recommendation and she was absolutely AMAZING! Our wedding was on a Sunday morning and she kept everything lively and moving along!   Melody is seriously INCREDIBLE! She saved our wedding when she realized that the food hadn't shown up and called to find out they had accidentally went to my house and not the venue. She was able to get them to the reception site just in time! She kept the party going all night long and everything was timed perfectly. If you want someone who is fun, competent, and will be the perfect DJ, look no further!

  I met Melody at my cousin's wedding 4 years ago, and although I wasn't dating anyone at the time I got her card because I knew I had to have her at my wedding. She was the first call I made and my favorite vendor we worked with during the wedding planning process. She returned calls fast, made excellent suggestions to our playlist and called me several times the week before the big day just to check in and make sure I was okay and if I had any last minute questions/changes, etc.
  One suggestion -- should offer some kind of mix cd with all the songs they play at the event as part of a package. Would pay for that to relive that night and all the awesome music she had for us!

  We had the privilege of meeting Melodies and Memories (sweetest Melody) in 2010 for my sister's wedding, and of course I had to choose her to do my own wedding in 2012. No brainer. So much fun. Loved her help in the planning process, the day of, and the friendship that we still have! She's seriously the best.

  I Photographed a wedding Melodie was working and fell in love with her work! She is amazing at what she does, she spends the time getting to know the bride and groom and knows exactly what to deliver their guest on the big day!   Melodies and Memories couldn’t have given us a better experience for the day well I should say days! This company has done 9 of my close friends weddings. They started with my sisters wedding in 2013 and I was absolutely hooked from then on! Each one of my friends who are getting married immediately gets a referral to Melodies and Memories. They not only provide a DJ service and MC your event but they go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything is perfect for your event.

  Absolutely amazing experience. These ladies know their music and they know weddings - our day was beyond blessed and full of fun! If you are hoping to make your event memorable, then hiring these ladies is a must for your big day! It was like having a wedding coordinator who just happened to know every single song we wanted.   Melody and Lori are incredible people. I was very well informed throughout the whole process. Lori met with my fiancee and me at our home many times. She kept the guests entertained, and immediately built a rapport with all of my guests so they felt comfortable.

  Melody is the most thorough HUMAN on the planet! She is also what made our reception run as smooth as a baby's...well you know. I can't say enough great things about her!   AMAZING!! I could not have been more impressed! Definitely made our ceremony a good time. Super nice and professional could not ask for a better DJ/MC. Gives very easy to follow agendas for Ceremoney and reception. Makes that the music reflects your personality! I would recommend them to everyone doing a wedding in the DFW area!

  I have been in about 6 weddings where Melodies and Memories worked the wedding and they are by far was the BEST choice I could possibly make. Lori worked my wedding two weeks ago and she did an amazing job. She kept the ball rolling and made things so much fun and stress free.   Melodies and memories was one of the best vendors we worked with. Lori was very understanding and helpful with the entries process of selecting music to how the reception should go. She allowed us to enjoy our night without having to worry about people getting bored or having a choppy reception. Lori also worked with our venue so that they were on the same page and we didn't have to worry about it the day of. I will. E recommending them in the future.

We were unsure of a lot of our specifics and she knew just how to help us put everything together to make our day perfect! Lori made our wedding day memorable and fun!   I was referred to Melodies & Memories by my wonderful wedding planners, Bursby Events & Designs, and I couldn’t be happier! Melody was awesome and an absolute delight. She really helped me feel more at ease about my wedding. I met with her a few weeks before the wedding and we discussed every aspect of the wedding for hours. Before the meeting, I was feeling a little overwhelmed and stressed because I wanted a beautiful wedding without the traditional structure, or without people realizing there was a structure. Melody was able to put me at ease with her in depth questions, suggestions and timeline. The day of the wedding, she was fantastic. The music was on point and she really came through with what she promised to do. She also helped me stay focused on my day and not the little details. She was so good that I paid for an extra hour and a guest paid for another and she was more than willing to keep the party going! I would definitely recommend her for your next event because you WILL NOT regret it!

  From the time of booking M&M...the service was fantastic. We even had to move our wedding up by more than a month and they were very accommodating. Lori walked us through everything, was so much help and pointed us in the direction to go all night long. Our guests loved it all and our night was memorable. Thank you for your hard work!!!!   I wish I could give these ladies more stars! Melody was amazing at my Dad's 70th birthday party. Melody and Lori have been our DJ/Emcee's for all of our events for the past 12 years. We wouldn't have anyone else! They are professional, accommodating, and able to stay cool under pressure, especially when plans change mid show. Love these two ladies! Thank you for making Dad's 70th party a truly wonderful bash!

  Melody was amazing, all our guests had nothing but positive things to say about her! They danced all night (which is impressive with a Thursday wedding). She had awesome recommendations in regards to the flow of the wedding and everything went off perfectly.

  It is really hard to put into words how great Melody was! She truly made our wedding. She was amazing from the moment I first called her about pricing. After that first call, I immediately told my husband to be that I found our DJ, which was the one thing that I was having the hardest time with through the planning process. Then, through the next few weeks leading up to the wedding Melody used her experience and expertise to help guide us through the planning process. Without her help with the flow of the day, I don’t think it would have been the wedding of my dreams! Best decision I made through the whole wedding (other than picking my hubby) was booking Melody!

  Melody truly deserves all 5 stars! A DJ can make or break a wedding and Melody made it! She was so wonderful, I had friends coming up to me all night complimenting her and even a friend asking if she travels to other states for weddings! She held my hand through the whole process and handled everything smoothly from start to finish! She kept the entire event on track and made sure we got to the dancing as fast as possible because she knew that was important to me. I would recommend her again and again!

  All around amazing!! From the moment we met with them I knew they were our DJ!   Melody is seriously the best! I found Melody several years ago at a Bridal show for a friend of mine and couldn't wait for her to DJ my wedding. From the first initial phone call to the moment you get in to the car to leave the reception, Melody is there helping through all of it! She is so knowledgeable about her field, as well as all of the other aspects that go into Wedding planning. She was asking me questions that I never would have even thought to ask or think about. She is really familiar with most of the big venues in the DFW area, as well as many of the vendors (photographers, videographers, etc.). I've attended 3 weddings where Melody was the DJ in addition to her doing mine. She ensures the caterers are where they need to be, shuffles around family members who aren't sitting in the correct Reserved Spot, helps with the room arrangement and set up...if you need her, she will be there! I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Melody and Memories for your DJ. She is the real deal and whole package!!

  Lori worked our wedding, but I had a lot of interaction with Melody over the phone during the planning stage. These girls are ROCK STARS! They are both so fun and easy to talk to. Music was [one of] the most important things to me for my wedding/reception, and Melodies & Memories delivered! Lori is interactive and entertaining. She didn't just sit behind her booth.. She came out and mingled. Lori brought a lot of fresh ideas that I hadn't even thought of or seen on Pinterest! I am so beyond grateful that I was recommended to use them, and will definitely recommend them to ANYONE in the future!

  WOW! From the very beginning Melody sold herself. I was working a wedding at the Bass Hall shortly after we got engaged and Melody was the DJ, I was so impressed by how she engaged the crowd and kept everything flowing that I knew right then and there we had to have her do our wedding! We booked 15 months before our wedding, and Melody was sure to follow up with us even before we did our actual planning. Her pricing was amazing for how much she does and how involved she is. A couple months before the wedding me, my fiance, my mother-in-law, and our wedding coordinator sat down with Melody at a local Starbucks. What we expected to be a quick meeting turned into a 3 hour planning session, which i thought was awesome!! We could have talked all night! Melody brought her ipad and a mini speaker and played some music options that we never would have thought of but ended up loving. She made everything so incredibly simple with her forms and organization. She thought of all the tiny details I wouldnt have thought of too which brought tons of relief. A lot of people we talked to kind of gave a weird look when we said we had a female DJ but they were in for such a surprise because Melody is THE BEST!! We got SO many compliments for her after our wedding. The wedding was perfect, Melody put me at so much ease! We planned a really fun grand entrance and Melody really brought it to life, the dance music was awesome, every little thing was perfect! She engaged our group and played right along with all of our crazy personalities. I just love her!! If you are smart you will book Melodies and Memories for your wedding or event, you cannot go wrong!!

  Lori was the DJ for my wedding reception and she was such a blast to work with! She made sure to cater the reception to my husband and I with no trouble at all and even pulled songs that I didn't even think about that were perfect for our rustic wedding. She is extremely passionate about her work and I enjoyed talking with her about music and other things. She really cares about her clients and wants to do everything she can to make the event memorable!! I would recommend her to anybody looking for a DJ!!

  Melody was our DJ for our wedding this past weekend (Oct 24, 2015). She was WAYYYY more than just a DJ. When the caterer was over an hour late she helped my wedding party set up the hall, decorations and worked with the cake company. She walked throughout the floor to make sure the guests were comfortable, fed and hydrated LOL. Her skills at engaging people to get up and enjoy the music, dance and each other are truly from the heart, She is exciting, personable, funny, professional and really awesome at her craft. Our guests cannot stop talking about how great she was and our "DJ Service" above and beyond was. You would be wise to work with Melodies & Memories. Fabulous DJ, organizer and friend.....

  I really enjoyed working with Melody as our DJ - she is lively, fun and reliable. And really, she was more than just a DJ to us... She was instrumental in helping us put together our ceremony timeline and gave great feedback when selecting songs and respected family traditions. She kept the event moving on the day of the wedding and I completely relied on her to make sure we stayed on track throughout the entire ceremony.   I absolutely love Melody!! She was my wedding dj in 2008 and we just had her as the dj/mc for our 2nd Annual CHD Awareness 5K! She kept everyone motivated and laughing even in the rain! She wasn't afraid to cry when the families shared their moments and laugh right along with the rest of us. I referred her to my cousin's wedding and I am very eager to see her work more magic!   I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Melody. She was way more than a DJ. She had a book of vows/ceremonies that she allowed us to use so we could draft the perfect ceremony for our wedding. She was willing to meet with us several times (for a couple hours each time) to talk about what we wanted. She put together a day-of schedule that we were able to use with all of our other vendors. She even came to our rehearsal early the morning of the wedding - making it really a full day of work for her. At the wedding itself, she was the perfect MC - didn't talk too much or too little. I can't even list the number of my guests that told me how amazing my DJ was. I would definitely recommend Melody!

  Melody was absolutely amazing!! She seemed almost more a wedding planner with all the help she gave us. She is a perfectionist, which is what you want when planning a wedding. Melody did both the ceremony and the reception and made sure she had the exact version of each song that the bride and groom wanted. She was always tuned in to the bride and groom. At the very chaotic rehearsal, when she noticed that the couple was becoming stressed, she jumped in to ensure that the ceremony would run as smoothly as everyone had dreamed it would. She was our anchor, and worked very attentively with the venue coordinator. Melody is full of life and joy and fun! The adults and kids just loved her.

  We were about a month out from our wedding when we met with Melody for our final consultation. Our reception timeline was a mess, we were struggling with how to squeeze everything into the 4 hours we had allotted for the reception. Melody really stepped in and helped out tremendously. She is an excellent problem solver and has great insight into how a reception should flow and what events can overlap to save time. But not just for the reception, she also walked us through the ceremony as well and had some great suggestions for everything from the order that our party walked down the aisle, to where to seat our parents. She ironed out all the details perfectly, and when we walked away from that meeting we felt confident that the day was going to run smoothly. And that's all thanks to Melody.
  
  When the day finally arrived, we could not have hoped for a better DJ. She executed the evening's event exactly how we had discussed them with her. She is an excellent MC, she really knows how to interact with a crowd and get everybody involved. At the end of the evening, we walked away knowing that we could not have picked a better DJ. Again, words are truly not enough to describe what it's like to work with Melody.
  
  When you work with Melody, you know can really tell that she cares about your wedding, and is invested in it 110%. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  Melody at Melodies & Memories is wonderful! From the very beginning she was so attentive and helpful. She gave us ideas on things that hadn't even crossed our mind.   Truly, the best DJ ever!!! We were so fortunate to have Lori with Melodies and Memories as the DJ for our wedding reception. She was absolutely PHENOMENAL! From our first meeting with her, we knew we wanted her as our DJ and that she would deliver on a spectacular, fun evening! And boy did she deliver! And just as much as we love Lori, we are certain our guests loved her, too, as we have heard numerous compliments about her from many of our guests, even months after our wedding (compliments from family and friends continued well into January; our wedding was in November).
  Using Melodies and Memories for our wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made and Lori definitely made sure everyone had a fantastic time at the party. She was funny, kind, heartwarming, and fabulous! We are so thankful for her expert insight on planning the reception flow and for helping us choose the right music for the event (and let me just say, she knows her music!! She has a wide knowledge of music genres and can easily ascertain in the moment what music a crowd will like and dance to).   We had to change our event last minute due to the groom being in the military. Melodies and Memories were flexible and able to provide us Lori instead of Melody who was already booked. It didn't matter, Lori was amazing and Meldoy filled her in on all our needs and wants and she was prepared and performed flawlessly! The venue also had to change coordinators and they were so confused. Luckily Lori took over and became event coordinator as well and got us through! It was fantastic! The bride never knew all the "hiccups" we had with the venue! Thank you Lori!

  I first met Melody at a friends wedding in Burleson and I just knew I had to have her at my wedding. I live 7 hours away and she never even hesitated to agree. I was always able to get in touch with her and her rate was very affordable. I HIGHLY recommend them and have often thought about having another party just to hire them!!

  Let me just say that our wedding would not have happened without Melodie and Lori! My husband and I married at the Dallas Arboretum on September 15, 2002. We hired a minister and HE DID NOT SHOW UP. So, there we were, guests seated, food set up, bridal and grooms parties dressed and ready to go....and nobody to marry us! I was a hot mess of tears and anger. Melodie saved the day! She had just attended a wedding where the same thing happened, so she got her license to wed people in case it ever happened again. She stepped right in, grabbed a suit jacket from a guest, and officiated our wedding LIKE A CHAMP. She called Lori to come up before the ceremony started to take care of all the dj setup stuff while she took care of us. After the ceremony, both Melodie and Lori dj'd the reception and it was incredible. Everyone danced and had the best time. Seriously, those two saved the day! They are so much fun amd the best at what they do! Do not hire anyone else! Just them!

  My wedding and reception were amazing! I was worried about the dj more than anything until I spoke to Melody for the first time! After that, all my fears were wiped away! We have referred family and friends to them. No doubt, best dj I have ever heard! They customize everything for you! Everyone leaves weddings asking themselves if they had fun: don't leave it to chance! Call Melody!!

  Melody was absolutely wonderful! After seeing her DJ at a friend's wedding a few years ago, I just knew I wanted to have her at mine. She was great to work with and truly got the whole crowd dancing-- she even got me a margarita at the kick off the reception! Couldn't have asked for more!

  We hired Melodies & Memories and had Melody as our DJ for our wedding reception. She had come highly recommended from some friends who also had her provide her DJ services for their wedding. We were completely blown away! She was not only professional, but extremely fun and did a great job making sure everyone was having fun and enjoying the music. She may have been there as a DJ, but her presence was more than just that. It was as if we had all been friends for years. She fit right in and her personality is perfect for what she does. I highly recommend hiring Melodies & Memories for your entertainment needs!

  Melody just rocked it. She was the DJ for my daughters wedding so when it came time for me to get remarried there was NO doubt who was going to do our reception.
  She takes the time to sit down and go over every aspect of the reception and helps with suggestions if you get stuck.
  I promise if you pick Melodies and Memories you will not be disappointed!!

  Melody is amazing! She has done a friend of ours wedding and also a couple other family members. She made our wedding and reception super special and took all the time we needed in helping us with song selections! We would recommend her to anyone we know to do the DJ for their wedding!   We were recommended to Melody by McGowan Images and from the moment we spoke on the phone with her we were hooked. We had a terrible experience with another Dallas DJ service and she came in and took over like no one else could. From the moment we met her out towards our house for drinks to go over everything we knew we made the right choice. She took over not only the music, but the whole event. She told our venue coordinator what we wanted and how we wanted it and she held OUR ground for us. The music and entertainment was beyond belief and everyone had a stellar time and still keeps up with Melody via social media to this day. These two are truly a gem and if you have a chance to book them you should do it right away!

  Melody was amazing! Helped me with every part of planning, music choices, dances and speeches. She kept my wedding guests dancing all night long, even getting out on the dance floor and teaching some challenged dancers how to do the steps!! Everyone at me wedding raved about her for months after! I recommend Melodies & Memories Entertainment for any occasion!!

  I cannot stress how much we loved Melodies and Memories Entertainment. Our music was flawless during the ceremony, and our reception was amazing. Melody and Lori are the best in the business! I count my lucky stars that I was able to have them at my wedding. They are an amazing couple, and fabulous people. Their hearts are warm and they truly care about the people they work for. I got married over five years ago and we STILL talk about Melody and Lori. Heck, we're even friends on Facebook after all this time. They are the best. Your only regret would be to not hire them.

  Melodies & Memories is soo much more than a DJ! They also worked as my wedding coordinator the day of my wedding making sure everyone was doing what needed to be done.

  Best there is, bar none. I have friends who are professional DJs that would MC our events for free, but I still use Melodies & Memories Entertainment for everything.

  Melody did such a fantastic job with our wedding! After having her DJ my sister's wedding 5 years earlier, we knew we wanted her to do ours as well and wouldn't officially set our date until we knew she was available. Our wedding would not have been the same without her!

  Melody saved my wedding! When the food wasn't there before guests started to arrive she called around and found out they were out my house instead of the venue and gave them directions to get them to the venue on time! She is an amazing DJ and my guests raved about how what a wonderful job she did!

  Melody was more than a dj. She was a friend, dj and coordinator. Melody made our day very fun and special and made us feel like we've known her for years. Not only did she listen to our likes and needs, she gave us great suggestions to fit our personalities. She was very flexible and quick to respond. On the day of our rehearsal, she helped us through everything also not just music. During our reception, she was out on the dance floor with everyone and very actively involved with everyone. I couldn't have asked for a more better dj. I would recommend Melodies and Memories to anyone any time!

  We had used Melodies & Memories Entertainment for one of our daughters wedding in 2010. We were so pleased with every aspect of their service, that when our next daughter got married in May 2014, the first decision we made in our planning was to contact them again! Melody went above and beyond both times. She even helped refill guests glasses if she had a free moment :) I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! With one more daughter yet to be married, we are ready to book them again! :)

  My husband and I had Melody DJ our Novemeber wedding and we couldn't have been happier! From the very beginning of our planning stage she was so accommodating and helpful as we organized the timelines for out ceremony/reception. She takes on the roll of not just the DJ, but also an MC and coordinator for the entire wedding. She helped us stick to our timeline and always made sure we were being looked after throughout the entire wedding day. We had so many guests comment that they loved how she kept the dance floor full the entire night, and we've recommended her to so many newly engaged couples. We even had one newly engaged friend tell us that she never cared about having a DJ at her wedding UNTIL she experienced Melody's work at OUR wedding. So we definitely can't recommend Melodies and Memories highly enough! She did such an incredible job and would be an asset to any wedding day!

  Melodies & Memories was the DJ at the facility we chose. We were able to choose a playlist and provide music they didn't have. Our DJ was awesome and kept our guests engaged and entertained. We loved them so much, a friend used them later at her wedding. They even came out and choreographed a dance for the bridal party!

  I attended a wedding a couple of years ago and Melody was the DJ...she was simply awesome and I couldn't wait to book her for my own wedding this year. She was HIGHLY professional, a true music genius, and truly made our wedding one of the most memorable nights of our lives. I'm still getting compliments on our wedding, and I can honestly say our night would not have been as incredible had we not had Melody setting it to music. By the way - if you don't have a 'day of coordinator' for your wedding, don't sweat it - because Melody will keep the entire night on schedule and she is amazing.

  I checked unique services ,for Melody helped us enormously from the time we arrived at the venue till we all left. She went over and beyond her DJ services. She has a great sense of humor and everyone at the wedding thought she was funny and the best they have ever seen.
