Melissa Failla is not only a travel agent, but a miracle worker. Not only did she plan a Disney cruise for us, but she helped plan and organize our Disney Fairytale Wedding as well. I am amazed at how above and beyond she went for us.
She was able to book our entire family and wedding party rooms, transportation, and coordinate dinner services so we would all sit together every night. This was a big ask for a party of over 50 people. She also worked closely alongside the on board coordinator to make sure every detail of our wedding was perfect. From embarkation, to our ceremony, and the reception, she made everyone feel comfortable and confident with every step of the way.

Wedding and honeymoon travel made simple!!
Melissa is very efficient and her quick responsiveness helps set couples at ease when trying to coordinate wedding and honeymoon travel. She was able to get us exactly what we wanted within our budget and everything turned out beautifully!!! Our wedding day went off without a hitch! ! Melissa was very attentive and responsive from start to finish. By the time the wedding got here I felt we were friends. She is very easy to talk to and goes above and beyond what I've heard from friends on what their planners offered. I was almost sad when the big day arrived so lose my new amiga! She listens and keeps everything within budget, her suggestions were great but also was open to listening when something was very important to us and always came through.Melissa Failla/Magical Vacation Planner's reply:

Hawaii trip
Melissa helped plan our family vacation to
Hawaii and she did an amazing job! From finding a place to stay for 6 adults and a 14 month old, each couple with their own bedroom and bathroom, to suggesting and planning activities that we were all able to do together as a family Melissa provided top notch service. Above and beyond!
We gave Melissa a few requirements for our 30th anniversary trip - and she gave us multiple options! She knew so much about each destination and was very patient with my many questions! Melissa helped plan my honeymoon to Costa Rica and I would not have been able to do it without her expertise and knowledge! Melissa listened to all of our requests and provided us multiple options in multiple areas to narrow down our search. Once we picked our places, she handled all of the booking and I didn’t need to worry about any of the logistics! She was able to book us a beautiful all-inclusive honeymoon suite on the beach, as well as set up travel to an inland location with adventurous excursions.
