  Megan was amazing. The photos are beautiful, she made sure we got all the photos we asked for, and she was very timely in getting the photos to us. She gave us the full DVD of pictures so we can print whichever ones we want in whatever size/quantity we want. She is a very talented photographer and very easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

  Megan has a serious drug problem

  Megan does decent work but has a serious problem with meth and ketamime and cocaine. She abandoned her only son 13 years ago and ababdon her husband sleep with drugg dealers, but will not change her last name. she is a thief. I would not risk it.

  We had photos taken by Megan in September and did not get them until January - after numerous phone calls, texts, and Facebook messages. She used every excuse: her car broke down, her child was sick, our photos got lost in the mail. Very, very unprofessional. It would appear she takes on more clients than she can actually provide adequate services to.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE! I had to wait 3 months for my photos. I had to drive and go get them and to top it off, the photos were not edited and she had not even gone through any of them. I would never recommend such horrible professionalism to anyone. Did not get my money back and received nothing that I paid for. Please, spread the word around that this is not someone to recommend.

  Don't hire this woman. She makes sure and gets her fee before the pictures are taken and then never delivers the product. Was not good at the wedding either, but who would know if the pictures are good as we have never seen the pictures and she refuses to respond to our attempts to contact her. Horrible person.

  We hired Ms. Jones to be our wedding photographer, a contract which included engagement shots. We live on the east coast and from the outset stated scheduling was important to us because of our limited time of availability in Oregon (my fiancee and I were both from OR). On two separate trips back to Oregon, Ms. Jones rescheduled 10 times, three times while we were in route to the shoot possible.
  
  Frustrated, and because we in fact had received no services, we asked for our down-payment back. Ms. Jones stated that she "had $5 to her name and would have to make payments to pay us back", and the proceeded to ignore subsequent texts, phone calls, and emails in which we wished to set up ways to work with her on repayment.
  
  Because we paid through American Express we called them and complained and they accepted our complaint and asked Ms. Jones for an explanation. She stated that the $1,000+ was paid for "wedding planning" services she rendered, blatantly lying to AmEx when in fact the contract was specifically for photography and we had met her only once to arrange for when she was originally supposed to do our engagement shoot.
  
  After American Express reported her statements, they told us Ms. Jones asked us to call her to sort the issue out. We called, texted and emailed again, without any response, leaving us to only assume Ms. Jones has no intention of honoring her word to repay us or act professionally in any way.

  Megan M. Jones (meganmjones.com) photographed my wedding on June 9, 2012. She told me verbally and via email that I would receive edited photos within 8-10 weeks of my wedding day. As of August 19th, 2013, more than 14 months after my wedding, I still have not received the package of edited photos that I paid for in full 14 months ago.
  
  Since August 2012, Megan has been promising to send my photos. She has given me every excuse in the book: she was sick, depressed, tired, didn't have a babysitter, was moving, had tons of drama with her ex-husband, etc. In December 2012, she told me she lost ALL of my photos. She told me after many weeks she recovered them. Supposedly they were lost when she moved to a new house and somehow wrecked her hard drive. She claims she recovered the photos, but since I have not seen them I don't even know what's true.
  
  Starting in January 2013, Megan said she had my photos done and that she had sent them to me. I waited weeks to receive them in the mail. Of course they never came. First she told me that she had her roommate mail my photos, and that her roommate forgot to put a stamp on the envelope so the package got returned. She told me she put the wrong address on and so it got returned. I constantly asked for her to put a tracking number on the package but of course she didn't do that, because she never actually sent the photos.
  
  I don't know what is true and what is not, she seems to be lying compulsively. The worst part is is that I have known Megan since 2003, we were friends in college. Photography was my top wedding priority and even though it was extra work and money, I loved Megan's photos and wanted to support a friend's business. So I paid her in full for her photography services, bought her a round trip ticket from Portland to Alaska, and I paid for her lodging while she was in Alaska. I paid her in full the day before the wedding. She refuses to communicate and I still haven't received edited wedding photos.
