Mercedes is such an amazing photographer! She did my engagement photos in a part in downtown Orlando, and she made the photos look like we were in Toscana, Italia! She made us look like ourselves, but accentuated authentically. My fiancé and I will be able to look back at those photos and see, a timeless, classic and beautiful versions of ourselves. Mercedes is truly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked with her in the past and was so happy with her work. I can’t wait to use her in the future for other events in life, with her I don’t have to worry about how the photos turn out. Meche is amazing!! She is incredibly talented and the sweetest person. I saw her pictures on our venues Instagram page and immediately knew I wanted her to be our wedding photographer. After making contact and sending Meche a bunch of long emails I again instantly knew how passionate she was about photography and wanted her to photograph our wedding. We are obsessed with every photo we received from Meche including our engagement photo shoot and wedding. At the last minute we added videography and our video turned out amazing. Our wedding day went by so fast, and it is amazing reliving it through the video. During our wedding Meche was joined by a second shooter, May, and videographer, OT, who created a fantastic team. Meche was beyond amazing to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! She went above and beyond in every aspect! She is there for you throughout the planning process and constantly checking in to make sure you are prepared for the big day. She truly captured the day perfectly and hyped us both up throughout the whole process. Her personality is the BEST and her love for her job is evident. The best of the best
I don’t think words enough can describe how amazing it was to work with Meche for our engagement and wedding pictures. She captured every moment even the ones you wouldn’t normally see. She and her team went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and smiling throughout the wedding. She is by far on the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met. She made me (one of the most nervous people) calm during the wedding day. I’m happy to have her as our forever photographer. If you want to have one stress lifted off your plate I would HIGHLY recommend Meche and her team as your only choice for photography. Oh my goodness I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Meche and her team. She was the first vendor I met with and chose during the planning process and from the very beginning she made me feel excited, safe and prepared for our big day. We were looking for a specific, more moody and artistic style to our engagement and wedding photos and Meche more than fit the bill. Not only is she a wonderful photographer/editor, she is the SWEETEST human you will ever meet. My husband and I were both a little nervous and awkward about taking photos, and Meche made it fun. After taking pics with Meche, we felt like old pros. And while she is a serious professional, when you work with her it doesn't feel like WORK. She becomes a real friend and really does make an effort to connect with you and get to know you. She was in contact throughout the full year of planning, and on the big day...I just couldn't ask for a better photo team. She found me a few times throughout the night to show me previews of extra fun moments she grabbed (like our friends dancing with the cardboard cut-outs of our cats), and she even had a link with preview photos in it in my inbox before I left the venue. If you are on the fence about booking Meche - get off of it!!! You will not regret it - she is amazing amazing amazing and I would definitely book her again for any photography needs I have in the future. Love you, Meche!!!Meche Ausina Photography's reply:

I had such a great experience with Meche Ausina Photography. Both Mercedes and her husband are super talented at taking wedding photos. I found Mercedes on Instagram and I was just in aw with all of her photos. We did our engagement photoshoot and the pictures came out amazing. On our wedding day I felt like a true princess and forgot I was taking photos. By this point we felt more like family and I felt really relaxed taking photos. I forgot to get my dress pinned in the back so Mercedes came out with the pins and pinned my dress up for me so I could dance the night away. All our wedding photos look beautiful and amazing. I am so happy I found Meche Ausina Photography and we are family now. I definitely recommend hiring Meche Ausina Photography for your wedding. Do yourself a favor, BOOK w Meche Ausina Photography!
Meche came highly recommended by my planner, and we were NOT disappointed! From her care and attention to highlighting us as a couple, to her undeniable eye for detail... Meche was absolutely amazing during our event. Not only is she an amazing photographer but she also took the responsibility of creating a schedule for the night and keep us to it. She was full of energy and positivity. I had several people walk up during the wedding and after just to tell me they loved my photographer. From the very beginning of talking to Meche my husband and I felt by far most comfortable with her as she treated us like friends rather than another business contract! Meche split her engagement session from her contract for us due to a issue we had with another photographer! Meche was more than willing to meet us anywhere we wanted to go! Our engagement session was at Rollins College in Winter Park. My husband and I felt like we could be ourselves and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all; something we were definitely looking for for the day of! As the day of our wedding slowly started approaching covid began to hit and Meche was more than accommodating! Meche helped me try to plan and figure things out which totally was not necessary but she did anyways out of just being nice and wanting to help us! We ended up postponing which she was very understanding and even offered to come shoot our vow exchange because we decided to go through with the marriage on the day we planned! PS it was raining and Meche was a TROOPER!!!! As COVID continued to escalate we decided to cancel the already postponed wedding and Meche was gracious in creating a plan of another two shoots to make up for the time we’d already paid. We planned to do a bride + groom shoot, with the first look, hair & makeup & all! First of all while we didn’t have a true wedding Meche made sure we felt loved and ensured that we cherished the few hour shoot getting any area at Kraft Azalea in or any pose! Eventually our last few hours were used up at a Christmas time photo shoot in St. Augustine where Meche once again followed out lead on where we wanted photos and walked around town with us! We truly wish Meche would’ve been able to photograph a full and actual wedding but we are BEYOND grateful and thankful for the amazing moments she captured throughout a very difficult year for not only us but herself! We would hands down, no questions asked use Meche again!!Meche Ausina Photography's reply:
How do I even begin to reply to a review like this...? You guys are INCREDIBLE! I honestly feel like I was able to gain friends in the two of you! I'm so glad you felt like I was gracious and understanding, but I feel like the most gracious and understanding people we YOU GUYS! Your overall wedding planning experience was chaotic from beginning to end (with some really sweet peaks in the middle there) but you guys kept each other and your MARRIAGE at the center of it all through and through! and I am a fan of y'all because of it! Meche photographed our wedding and it was absolutely one of the best investments we made for our wedding! From the beginning she was very involved and truly wanted to give us the best wedding. She really helped us plan our wedding, even beyond photography, including helpful tips and advise from things she has seen in the past. She is beyond helpful and so fun to be around. Her and her husband truly work together to give you the best of the best. Not only are they very fun, extremely helpful, passionate and outgoing, the photos are absolutely amazing, we find ourselves constantly going through the photos! We get comments all the time on how beautiful the pictures turned out! Meche definitely has a talent in photography and people skills! Meche literally saved my wedding.
Tip to all future brides: have an emergency sewing kit on hand the day of your wedding. Luckily, and unbeknownst to me, I had an emergency seamstress and photographer (2-in- 1) right under my nose AND I NEEDED HER. Plan for the unplanned- advice that became reality. When attempting to capture the precious moment of my mom and sister helping me into my dress, we unfortunately had a zipper malfunction. My mom and Meche spent almost an hour sewing me into my dress... YES! It happened. Without her, I would not have had a wedding dress. I honestly don’t know what I would have done.
Not only did she save the day, but Meche was so helpful from the very beginning. She helped with planning, creating a timeline, and offered so much extra support!
Meche and her husband are genuinely good, kind hearted, funny people, who you just want to become friends with after it is all said and done.
And of course, the reason why you are all reading these reviews, Meche is a bomb ass photographer! Captured our day beautifully! I was not disappointed- I love all of the photos so so much. Obsessed would be an appropriate description!

Meche is not only an amazingly talented photographer but also such a fun person to be around. We had a blast with Meche and her husband at our wedding. She made us, our friends & family feel so comfortable. We were all such awkward “models”, but Meche and her husband guided us through the whole thing patiently. The pictures turned out phenomenally!
