Helpful and friendly. Great value for money.
The buses and drivers were so efficient and kind it made it very easy for the guests to get to and from our wedding venue. They were so accommodating when at the last minute we needed to organize another bus. The ladies over the phone and email were very friendly and helpful. -

My husband and I got married at the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando and all of our guests were from out of town. I hired a private luxury SUV for the parents and shared shuttles for guests who were either staying at the Waldorf or other neighboring hotels. For the guests that utilized the shared shuttles, they said Mears was easy to locate in the airport and they waited no longer than 10 minute for a shared shuttle to arrive which was great. On their return trip to the airport, the Mears team contact them to confirm their reservation and were also on time for their pickup. My parents driver was also super efficient as he gave them his cell # this way they had his information for their return trip as he communicated he would pick them up a week later on their return trip back to the airport. I booked everyones shuttle trips online so for me it was easy to use, easy for me to forward the guests their reservations, and pricing was great especially since my husband and I paid for it as a nice gesture for our out of town guests. I highly recommend using Mears, super friendly and easy to use shuttle service with great prices. -

I hired Mears transportation for my transportation from the hotel to the Venue and i'm thankful I did! the Limo was amazing! thew driver was extremely patient with the bridal party and made sure we were comfortable throughout the ride! will definitely be using them again! -

We used Mear Transportation at our Disney Fairtale Wedding. We requested two vans to transport guests from our wedding site to our hotels. The vans were clean and spaceous to transport us all. The drivers were professional and on time.
I highly recommend this vendor. -

We used Mears for transportation to our Bachelor Party and for the After-Party for our reception. They were very reasonably priced!
Both times we were running late (as ladies usually do) and the drivers were happy to wait for us and did not complain. Both times they were very friendly and professional. We all had a great time! -

Mears Transportation provided 3 stretch limousines for my wedding. The chauffers were very courteous and professionally dressed, were on time and drove safely, and the limousines were clean and attractive. Mears' rates were very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. -

I used Mears for all my transportation on my wedding day. Having a Disney World wedding Mears is the transportation company automatically used by Disney but you can change if you would like. I had no problem and had a great experience with them. I also rented taxis on my own to get my bridal party to the correct hotel before the limo and bus service started for all wedding guests. They were prompt and great with all my guests and careful with all the fancy clothes getting in and out of the cars -

We decided to book a limo for our wedding since we had booked one before and they did a great job transporting us to the airport.They did not disappoint they sent us a nice Lincoln. The driver was on time, very personable, and made sure we were all taken care of.I will definitely use Mears Transportation in the future. -

We only needed a limo to go from the reception to the airport hotel, but the driver was more than accomodating. I had left my wallet at the ceremony and halfway there he turned around so we could get it. The whole experience was pleasant and would reccomend again. -

I worked with Linda Schwarz to book a 25 passenger mini bus to transport my large wedding party from the church to our reception. Linda was very professional and even offered me a 20% discount. Although this was a pleasant surprise, I realized later on that the saying "you get what you pay for" is in fact what happened on my wedding day. The Mear's mini bus arrived on time to pick up the groom and groomsmen and took them to the church. The agreement was that the bus driver would then turn around and pick up the bride and bridesmaid immediately after dropping off the guys. We had allotted plenty of transit time and even added in wiggly room to account for possible traffic delays. Unfortunately there were significant delays that day that were outside of the driver’s control. While this is completely understandable, the driver refused to pick up his cell phone the entire hour he was MIA. No one could get a hold of him to see what his status and location were. Once we realized we were in fact going to be late, my mother and wedding coordinator contacted Mear's to send a backup. Had the driver answered his phone and told us his situation we would have sent for the back up earlier. We ended up arriving to the church 45 minutes late thanks for the initial driver's carelessness and negligence. My ceremony had to be shortened last minute due to this delay. In retrospect I would have gladly paid a little more for another more reliable vendor. The only reason Mear's is not receiving a lower rating is because they reimbursed a small portion of our payment for the inconvenience and the booking process was an easy and pleasant experience. -

I would avoid using this company at all cost. The were a complete nightmare. The driver of my limo passed my church and insisted we were getting married at the church up the street. I had to convince him that I was not Mormon, therefore, not getting married at the Mormon church he was referencing. When I got out of the limo, he asked me if I was going to give him a tip. Thankfully, this is on video. It will make for a good laugh in years to come. Unbelievable. I told him he would be taken care of, as a grasped for tact. What did he want me to do, pull a 20 from my garter? They then proceeded to not communicate with the groom, groomsmen, and family, who were all patiently waiting to leave and ended up being 40 minutes late. That would not have been a bother in and of itself. Everyone knows weddings start late, but add it all up and it ends with them having a bad rep. -

I hate to be the one to write a bad review, but...
Our limo arrived on time.
The radio did not work. We tried to tell the driver that the radio wasn't working and he insisted that we weren't doing it right. We asked him to stop the vehicle, so that he could do it. When he tried to fix it himself, he realized that it was broken (like we said).
The limo was not clean. There were fingerprints on the divider and crayons all over the floor and seat. Unbeknownst to me, I sat on a blue crayon and there was crayon on the back of my white wedding dress.
In short, no music to or from ceremony. Crayon on wedding dress. Dirty limo. No ice for drinks. He didn't even have the limo running when I got in to go to the ceremony (it is Florida - hot weather, AC needed to keep bride's make-up on!).
They said that they subcontracted our limo, which we didn't even know.
So much for riding in style. At least we got a full refund. -
