They kicked things off with this incredibly detailed questionnaire that was all about getting to the heart of what we wanted our wedding video to showcase. I shared my dream of a day that wasn’t just memorable, but the ultimate party—complete with crowd surfing, a club-like dance floor under the stars, and even a guest performance by yours truly with the band!
Stephanie and Bryan not only listened but delivered big time. They crafted a teaser video that was so spot-on, capturing the vibe and energy of our day in a way that still gives me chills I watched it over and over (and over and over again and again lol), each time feeling those amazing day vibes all over again. They managed to encapsulate the spirit and joy of our celebration in just one minute, which honestly, I didn’t think was possible.
Their approach was super laid-back and unobtrusive, which was perfect for us. They were like ninjas—there when you needed them, invisible when you didn’t. We never felt pressured to pose or act up for the camera, which made all the difference. They just captured us, our family, and friends having the time of our lives, exactly how I wanted to remember it.
Having worked with three wedding planners for a year doing their social media, I always saw how people's biggest regrets were not having a video. I used to understand why some thought it wasn’t a necessity, but now, post-wedding, I can confidently say it’s absolutely one of the highest priorities and a complete necessity. Many of us spend months, sometimes years, planning our weddings. If you're like me, you've probably dreamt about your wedding your entire life. But when it's all said and done, you won’t believe how quickly it all flies by. Having a video lets you relive all that hard work and planning over and over for the rest of your life, even getting to peek into the fun moments you weren't physically there for, like the groomsmen getting ready and the guests arriving before the ceremony.
I’m blown away by how much Stephanie and Bryan listened to my requests and perfectly captured everything. It’s so cool how versatile they are—they completely customize and personalize your video and experience to exactly what YOU want and how you want to remember your wedding. That level of service is why you should hire them over anyone else.
I can’t wait to see the full video, but if the teaser is anything to go by, I know it will be phenomenal. Stephanie and Bryan didn’t just meet our expectations—they blew them out of the water. They captured every detail, every moment, and all the joy. Thank you, Stephanie and Bryan, for making our wedding memories something we can revisit and cherish forever. Seriously, these two are the real deal!
If you are thinking about hiring them, don’t think about it for one more second, and DO IT. I 10000000000000% recommend! I promise your only regret will be if you choose not to!

One of the best decisions we made was booking Meant To Bee Moments as our wedding videographers. Bryan and Stephanie were extremely professional and worked so well with our other vendors. The video production and quality of their work is OUTSTANDING! Every sound clip and important moment during our wedding day was captured. All of our family and friends have complimented on their work.
They were very communicative leading up to the wedding to be sure they knew what shots we wanted and to run through the day.

There are no words for Bryan! We were his very first wedding and boy did he nail it! I was literally in disbelief when I saw the attention that he paid to simple details, personal reflections from the wedding party and guests, general fun of the event and incorporation of the love that was shared that day. He chose the music included for me (because I was clueless) and it was also just perfect! If I could rate him on a scale of 1-10, he’d be a 12!
