Meagan is Amazing!

I loved having Meagan on our big day! She was so helpful before, during and after our wedding day! From vendor recommendations and contracts to day of coordination and design, she was amazing and everything came together even better than we could’ve dreamed of! Thanks to her and her team, our big day was stress-free, easy and stunning!!

Meagan is absolutely incredible. I have to say that most of my family members were panicking with how little I had planned out for the wedding day decoration wise, but I was so relaxed because of Meagan. I trusted her style and design completely. Her attention to detail and her years of experience allowed me to have the most relaxed wedding day I could have imagined. She was able to utilize all of the decorations flawlessly and is so cool calm and collected. I cannot say enough kind things about her!!

We hired Meagan for our wedding 2/7/15 for day of coordinating. She is well worth the money! She not only provided day of services but also gave great advice and assistance along the way. We did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day--she had it all under control. Our wedding was everything we wanted and we couldn't be happier!

I cannot say enough to praise Meagan and her staff. I genuinely don't think I would have been able to do it without her.
At first, I thought a wedding planner/coordinator might be a superfluous expense and may not be worth it. But as I started working with Meagan, I realized incredibly quickly just how invaluable she was. She made everything so much easier - she helped contact vendors, suggest venues, helped me find a tailor to alter my dress... and most of all, the holy grail, she had a FLAWLESS wedding day timeline. I would have been running around like a mad woman without it. But with her timeline, everything went like clockwork and we could just relax and enjoy the day.
Meagan obviously loves her work and cares for her clients - it shows through in every interaction. Other than getting to marry my husband, working with Meagan was the best part of the wedding.

Meagan was very organized and did not hesitate to provide her professional opinion. Meagan has access to many resources and vendors, and her ideas are abundant. She is also very realistic with her advice. If you are on the fence about whether or not to hire a planner - DO! and, then hire Meagan Warren.

Meagan took my vision for my wedding and turned it into a complete reality. She also worked hard to make sure my dream wedding came within budget without sacrifcing quality. I knew my wedding day would be stress free, because Meagan and her team would have everything cover-and they did!!!

Meagan Warren is amazing. She is truly a blessing to her brides. We hired her a year prior to our wedding and we never had any issues. She has an amazing personality, crazy creative and ambitious professional. On our wedding day, we had nothing to worry about. Meagan and her staff were great. I can only give praises. Meagan is the best wedding planner and I can't wait until I see her name in magazines and can say I knew her when!!!!!! My husband and I are living in VA but the wedding was in Columbia, SC. She made the planning easy. She was honest, gave us direction, recommended the most amazing vendors (even photographers she has never worked with but knew they were what I was looking for), and so easy to work with. I knew when I hired her that she wouldn't be able to be there on the wedding day but her coordinator Lawleh was just as wonderful. I wish I lived in Columbia so I could take the both out for drinks and dinner. They were so great that in my mind we are friends. I love that I wasn't stressed at any time and when people asked me how the wedding was coming along I could say "I don't know, the wedding planner is handling everything, I'm just writing checks" with so much confidence. Anything I asked for she made it happen. I came into our first meeting with a million different ideas I took from Pintrest and she helped me to focus and come up with a cohesive theme. I didn't even notice it was happening until the final meeting when she brought up an idea, I had at the first meeting, and was like "no that's not really what I want anymore." It was exactly what I wanted but couldn't put into words. She is wonderful!!! And Lawleh ain't to bad herself.

Meagan Warren made my wedding day one of the happiest days of my life!

I was initially overwhelmed at the thought of planning a wedding. Meagan took my vague ideas and created an event that far exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Meagan was absolutely professional. She responded quickly to every single phone call I made or email I sent. She was creative and always presented plenty of options, and she was patient when I was indecisive. She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She was able to keep me on schedule without ever being pushy. On the wedding day, she was able to make everything run smoothly without being center stage.

I asked Meagan to recommend vendors for almost all aspects of the wedding. Without exception, everyone she recommended was capable and professional, and the people she suggested were the perfect choices for us. Meagan worked with all of the vendors throughout the planning process and really created a team with a unified vision.

On our wedding day, my husband and I were able to focus on each other. We were able to spend the day celebrating with each other and with our family and friends. We didn't have to worry about anything because Meagan had taken care of every detail. The flowers and decorations were beautiful, the food was delicious, and our guests had a great time! The entire ceremony and reception ran smoothly from beginning to end. Thanks to Meagan, it was a perfect day!

Meagan Warren Weddings provided us with excellent and professional service throughout our planning of our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding. We were so pleased with how Meagan Warren helped us each step of the way. The Rehearsal Dinner was a big hit with the Elvis Impersonator, and Meagan was wonderful making sure the dinner, flowers, and decor were great! Our wedding was so beautiful and everything went so smoothly. Everyone commented on how lovely the service, flowers, food, music and gardens were. Meagan Warren Weddings made our Wedding so lovely and special.

There are not enough words to describe how much we appreciate Meagan's work.
When my husband and I first got engaged I thought I would be able to tackle planning the wedding by myself. Luckily my husband and mother encouraged me to look into getting a wedding planner. From the first time I met Meagan she immediately put me at ease and that is something she did for a year before our big day. She made my wedding a dream true. She goes above and beyond in everything she does.

Meagan and her crew were great to work with during the whole wedding process! Many people are organized and great planners but what makes Meagan stand out is that she is relational and caring!

From the beginning, I felt very comfortable and at ease with her. She makes the planning easy and is a active listener. She was consistent with communication and she took an effort to get to know me as we planned my wedding day.

The day of the wedding could not have gone any smoother :) If anyone asks for a wedding planner, Meagan Warren Weddings is the cream of the crop! She is a person that not only is creative and awesome at her craft but she is trustworthy.

I can't imagine having gotten through the year of wedding planning without Meagan Warren Weddings. Meagan is an artist with extensive event planning experience and a truly caring person - the perfect combination for the person you want guiding you through one of the most joyous and stressful occasions in life!
Meagan has an excellent reputation among vendors throughout South Carolina. All I had to do was say she referred me and I would get an immediate, positive response.
I can't even fully review everything she did for us because I know she did things behind the scenes I didn't know were happening. I do know that she got uniformly positive reviews from my husband and me as well as from all of our family and friends who had occasion to contact her with something wedding-related.
Meagan and her staff are amazing and deserve more than 5 stars. If you are in the market for a wedding planner in South Carolina, look no further!

Meagan Warren and Lori Anna were the best part of my wedding. I did not have to worry about anything. I left my whole wedding set up in their capable hands and when I finally saw the wedding, I was blown away. They did more than I could have ever wished! They are worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone!

We could not have had the amazing wedding we did have on June 1st without the help of Meagan Warren Weddings. Meagan was extremely professional, organized, and helpful. She was always there when I needed her and like another bride has said, I think the biggest thing I can say that speaks to her services is that as our wedding came closer and closer, I truly wasn't half as nervous as I (and my friends :) expected me to be...and in all honesty it was because I knew the wedding was safe in her hands! I would recommend Meagan Warren and her team to any bride out there looking for a coordinator! She was always organized and knowledgeable about all things wedding related. We weren't quite sure about which direction to take our wedding and she was able to guide us into a very cohesive vision. I was always able to get a fast response via email or text which was especially helpful considering I work night shift. Everything went exactly as planned on the day of our wedding and her team made me able to enjoy our "plan B" rain plan as if that's how we'd envisioned our day all along. There was always someone there with a drink in hand for my husband and I, always someone to help carry my train (and bustle my dress!), and they even fixed our plates for us. My family told me later they felt the same amount of attention awarded to them by her staff. It was a beautiful wedding and she is worth every penny and so much more!

I'm a planner/perfectionist so I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted for my wedding. I really just needed someone to help me pull everything together. Meagan was beyond amazing! She contacted all the vendors when I didn't have timed to and made sure I was on track with all of my plans. She and her girls turned my wedding into everything I wanted plus more. I couldn't thank her enough for everything!

Meagan is amazing! My husband and I went for non traditional in our venue. I had a clear vision but since the venue had never been used for a wedding I needed a lot of assistance with the logistics of space planning and rentals and such. Meagan was instrumental in the success of our wedding. She was supportive like an old friend. She worked hard to make sure everything was as it should be.
The biggest compliment I can pay her is that on my wedding day as the moments ticked down I was not nervous or anxious something that is so rare for me. I knew Meagan had everything under control and the sweet staff she brought with her would complete the vision.
If anything went wrong I would never know. My husband and I were complimented the whole wedding for the beauty and transformation of the barn. People who had thought we were crazy the whole way through saw the beauty we had always hoped for.
If you think there is anyway you could afford a wedding planner I wholeheartedly recommend the investment. And Meagan is THE BEST!

Everything was just perfect! She helped and recommened the vender for the flowers, photographer, the cake, the invitations. the rentals, lighting and decor, make-up person, and anything else that was was needed. I would recommend Meagan to anyone planning a wedding. It took off alot of stress for me, the mother of the bride! It was great having someone taking care of everything at the end of the wedding. And she kept the wedding events on schedule! She was very helpful to the bride and bridal party. She was great!

I used Meagan Warren as my wedding planner for my wedding in May and everything was exceptional, from the first meeting to the wedding day. She responded very quickly to my emails/texts/calls and was very flexible when it came to meetings. One of the things I loved about her service was her organization- months before the wedding she provided me with a check list to make sure everything was on track and then a few weeks before the wedding I was provided with an itinerary of the wedding day that covered every detail. It really helped ease my mind to see eveything laid out so neatly. Meagan also had many unique ideas that truly made my wedding what is was..and that was fabulous! She made excellent wedding referrals as well that helped me with many decisions. She and her team made me feel so comfortable the day of the wedding and made sure the reception looked and went exactly like I wanted. I am so thankful for her service and would recommend her to any bride in need of a professional and talented wedding planner!

Meagan was knowledgeable, professional and delightful to work with. We live in New Mexico and were not familiar with wedding vendors of any type within the Charleston area. Through her efficient contacts and positive relationships with vendors in both Charleston and Columbia SC, we had the wedding of our dreams (and way under budget!). We are still getting compliments on the photographer's work and the unique quality of the beautiful venue. She was available and very responsive regarding our questions and concerns. For example, on her own accord she sent us monthly/weekly/daily detailed updates as we neared the event itself. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Meagan's positive demeanor and excellent business practices; we highly recommend her for future complex, time intensive events to include but not limited to transcontinental weddings.

Meagan was amazing! She was such a pleasure to work with. She is organized, informed and creative. We used her full capabilties, from finding venues, to contacting vendors, to making appointments, recognizing the vision for the ceremony and reception, being the "go to" person for all issues large or small. She is strong in her knowledge and professionalism, while being lovely in her demeanor to work with. Our daughter and son-in-laws wedding was simply put -- perfect due to Meagan and her staff. The wedding weekend was a completely in her hands and she made it look easy. I can't say enough ... oh, one other very important point -- she was mindful and respectful of the budget! I was quite the DIY bride that quickly realized that you can not do it all! That is where Meagan came in and was amazing. She took all of my ideas and made them all come together in to one fantastic night. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect event.

Meagan was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I am so unbelievably happy with the way the wedding turned out. I can't stop looking at the pictures!! Being an out of town bride (living 4 hours away) and traveling half the month for my job, it was no nice to have Meagan work with my mom and just let me enjoy the fun stuff for the wedding. From the floral design to place settings, everything was fantastic. Meagan provided excellent communication - always responding to emails the same day and answering questions ranging from tuxes to RSVPs. I would recommend to any bride in the Columbia area!

Meagan was wonderful to work with for my wedding. She saw the vision I had in my head and made sure it became a reality. She was willing to meet me at vendors and on site to help me match colors and envision set up because I wanted a lot of color and was afraid of clashing. She did a great job of making sure that didn't happen, as she has a great eye for that! She also dealt with me emailing randomly all the way up until the day off saying "what about this", "can we add this", "I don't think I want this anymore" and she was always so patient about it and made sure to update the plan accordingly. I cannot put into words how beautiful she made everything the day of and how perfect it all looked. And she did it all so that I did not have to worry about a thing and it was no stress for me. I arrived and everything was set up so I had a chance to ooo and ahh over everything before I got dressed and anyone else arrived. She truely made our day perfect and everyone, even my groom who was agraid I'd overdo the pink, thought everything was just beautiful and perfect! I'm still getting compliments! Thanks so much Meagan, I would highly recommend you to anyone!

Working with Meagan was a great experience from every aspect! She always gave us great suggestions from decorations, details in the wedding, what would look best, etc. She was always very prompt and worked with every vendor (photographer, DJ, venue, etc) to make sure everything was in tact and set up. She is there from day 1 with you and is with you on your wedding day from the time you arrive at your venue until everything is packed and you are ready to leave your reception! Meagan was fantastic throughout our entire planning process and wedding weekend. With regard to planning, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and was always quick to respond to questions, even when we were a ways out, and she had other weddings to put on. When the big weekend actually arrived, we couldn't have been happier. We really didn't even have the opportunity to be nervous - everything just fell into place. The most amazing part for us was the wedding aftermath. I think one of the things we were really dreading was the Sunday cleanup and reorganization. However, when we showed up at the venue the next day, everything was organized, boxed, and ready to go. We were able to go enjoy the day with family and friends, rather than worrying about putting all of the pieces back together.

Ultimately, we were blown away by Meagan's service and capabilities. We highly recommend her to all. Hire her. You won't regret it!

Meagan Warren planned and coordinated our wedding on 9/9/11 at the Magnolia Plantation/Carriage House in Charleston SC. We worked with her for several months prior to the wedding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Meagan and her services. She was extremely knowledgable, very reliable and full of outstanding ideas. We met with her, told her how we wanted our wedding to be and she ran with it. Aside from all the knowledge and experience she brought, she had the most pleasant personality and attitude ! Our special day turned out PERFECT all because of Meagan! And we consider her a friend for life ! Thanks Meagan - we LOVE YOU !

Meagan was worth every penny that we paid for her expertise. I cannot say this enough! She is professional, efficient, knowledgable, and a fantastic visionary. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her!

We came to the wedding planning table late in the game due to a series of events and miscommunications. To be honest, we thought we had our event under control then panicked when the invitations went out. Calling Meagan should have been the first thing we did! She listened patiently to our ideas and took stock of what we already accomplished then proceeded to share her wealth of knowledge. She never balked at the fact that we were behind in some areas (the cake was not even ordered at that point!) but instead calmly steered us in the right direction. Megan oversaw the details of the rehearsal, keeping us on track for a very tight schedule, and even offered to step in when we had some issues with our bridesmaids' dresses (even though she had not been involved in the initial set up). Overall, we went into out "day of" festivities feeling confident and relaxed.

On the day of our big event, Meagan handled the set up and created the total loom for our day. No detail was too small - and it showed! Our guests could notnquit talking about what a beautiful, fun, and delightful event it was. Best of all, it reflected us! Meagan was also invaluable at keeping us on track for time during the event. Had it not been for her (and her cute/sweet husband-assistant) I think we would still be greeting people at the reception!

Again, Meagan Warren Weddings is worth every penny! Meagan was a pleasure to work with and her expertise and professionalism created a dream event. Now, we just need to repeat our wedding so that we can get together with her again!

Meagan Warren was recommended to me by a friend that is also a wedding planner, so I had high hopes. Meagan contacted me immediately after I left her a message on her site. After our initial meeting, I knew she would do a wonderful job - and she did!

Meagan was always willing to meet with me and was very flexible with her schedule, trying to accommodate me at all times. She was always well-organized and had a list of things we needed to accomplish during the meetings. I was very impressed with her knowledge of all things wedding and her professionalism with family members and vendors.

Meagan was on top of everything! She contacted and met with my vendors and others involved with the wedding, and she made sure we all were on the same page. She was great with details and listening to what I wanted.

She did a wonderful job arranging a timeline of the events. The rehearsal went smoothly, because Meagan knew what she was doing and was confident in telling others what to do and when. She made me feel comfortable that things would go smoothly the day of.

The days leading up to the wedding and even the morning of, Meagan was at the location helping set up, directing, hanging lanterns, tying turquoise bows on things... you name she was doing it! She was very involved and knew exactly what to do.

The ceremony went off without a hitch, so do the cocktail hour, the introductions, first dances, cake cutting, Cocky mascot appearance, bouquet toss, and exit event of sparklers and an old timey car. Without Meagan telling us what to do and where to go we would have been lost and eventually out of time.

Meagan made it happen and did a wonderful job at it!! I can't say enough good things about her. I HIGHLY recommend Meagan Warren as your wedding planner, whether you need her for just a few things or for the whole planning and execution. She is a hard-worker, realistic and gets the job done- perfectly!

I promise you will not be disappointed!

Meagan was AMAZING!!! She is thorough, honest, and a genuine leader of events. Within 15minutes of our first meeting she instantly knew where I was going with my wedding as I listed off all of my "thought bubbles/visionary bubbles". She also quickly picked up on the fact that I was completely overwhelmed with certain things for the wedding and relieved me of any stress.
As a bride who was on a pretty tight budget, Meagan always provided the most excellent vendors for me to meet and talk with and select from. She also would also suggest fantastic DYI ideas/DYI websites to help complete the vision of the wedding. Everything was pieced together perfectly and I know that was bc of Meagan's excellent ability to strive for perfection and orchestrate all of the moving pieces in perfect harmony.
In the end, I not only had a magnificient wedding planner/coordinator, I also had a friend.

As an extreme perfectionist, I was hesitant to have a wedding planner at all. I had a very specific vision for my wedding and I was convinced that things would not be done correctly if I did not do them all myself. I soon discovered that planning a wedding is stressful and I decided to contact Meagan after meeting her through a friend. She was professional from the start and always made me feel at ease, reassuring me that everything would get done and it would all come together. I had pretty much found all my vendors and decided what I wanted before I met with Meagan and she was very supportive of my decisions. She helped me with details and never once imposed on my ideas and expectations for my special day. She never said something wasn't possible, only that we would figure out a way. After having Meagan help with both our reception and rehearsal dinner, I would feel 100% confident handing over my money and saying have at it! She is that meticulous and talented! I COULD NOT have survived my wedding weekend without her. She's amazing!

I have no idea what I would have done without Meagan!! She handled the detalis and changes with the vendors for me which was a huge relief. Having the reception at our home, Meagan coordinated the caterer, florist, band and lighting to perfection. The wedding and reception were beautiful and the only thing I had to do on my daughter's wedding day was enjoy the moment. As I said in the beginning, I have no idea what I would have done without Meagan!!

I am a little different from most brides. I had never really planned on getting married because my life consisted mostly of caring for others, which I truly enjoyed. My mom and dad (mama and daddy) had my sister when I was about to turn 12 years old. During my sister's first year of life, my mama found out that she (my mom) had breast cancer. She battled it for a total of ten years before losing the battle. I had been in a relationship with my now husband for 3 years before my dad let him move in with us.

My dad died on December 23, 2011. While out riding his motorcycle, a drunk driver pulled out directly in front of him and killed him. My husband, Derek, really stepped up to the plate and helped care for my sister (now 14 years old) and I during this trying time. I knew I was meant to marry him after seeing how strong of a man he really is.

I let Derek pick our wedding date, October 5, and I got busy looking for wedding planners on theknot.com. A cousin of mine suggest I use the services of Meagan Warren and I had already seen her name pop up on theknot. My cousin and theknot didn't steer me wrong! Meagan has been awesome. I unintentionally threw some last minute details and crafts on her on rehearsal night and my wedding day, Meagan just smiled and started spouting out her wonderful ideas.

Meagan is easy to get along with and never made me feel uncomfortable. She listened to my ideas and ran with them.

Meagan absolutely made our planning experience efficient and organized. She recommended several vendors in every category, worked with vendors i chose without her input and had good relationships with all of them. She was able to negotiate better rates on my behalf.
My husband's one complaint was that she didn't answer his texts or calls, but she always answered my communications with her in a timely manner.
Day of the wedding she had two extremely helpful assistants and she orchestrated everything perfectly (and she was 8 and a half months pregnant!)
I'd highly recommend her to anyone that needs wedding planning services.

Meagan was wonderful! It was so nice to have someone standing in my corner and making sure everything went according to the way we had planned. Though at first I was worried about her responsiveness to my emails, as the wedding day approached, she was on top of everything and responded to emails even very late at night. She even helped me type of my program even though that was not a service I had contracted her for. She made every effort to go the extra mile and make sure I could rest at ease knowing everything was taken care of.

Initially, I did not plan on using a wedding planner. However, after talking to a few friends and realizing how much they appreciated their wedding planner, I decided to look into one. I believe it was a great decision. Meagan was very organized and made sure we had every detail in order before the wedding (even things we had not even thought about.) I do not know how we would have set everything up on our wedding day if it was not for Meagan and her staff. She gave me the peace of mind to know everything would be set up and look amazing for the reception!
