The first time my husband and I visited Meadowlark we knew instantly that this was where we wanted to get married. The gardens are truly breathtaking, the wine is delicious, and the space offers a classy, modern and serene feel. The moment we met Lauren we also knew instantly that we wanted her help with our wedding planning. We cannot rave enough about the amazing on-site event coordinators, Lauren and Jennifer! They always had excellent communication, offered great recommendations, helped resolve any problems, and continually had a positive attitude. These women are truly so dedicated and hardworking, we could not have asked for better!
One of our favorite parts of Meadowlark was the ceremony garden. On the day of our wedding it was raining at the planned ceremony time however, Lauren/Jennifer were very flexible and willing to change plans last minute in order to help us have our dream garden ceremony. They helped to facilitate a reverse cocktail hour so that we may wait for the rain to pass. Amazingly, the rain subsided and some glimmers of sunlight came through just in time for us to have our ceremony in the garden.
My husband and I had the most magical day and it would not have been possible without the amazing team at Meadowlark. We are forever grateful and cannot thank them enough!!! Meadowlark will always hold a very special place in our hearts. -

My husband and I were fortunate enough to host our wedding reception at Meadowlark this fall. A little older than the average newlyweds, and with extremely busy careers, we made the absolute best choice and have zero regrets. As wine lovers who live in NY, we thought a winery on Long Island would be close enough to home and most inclusive of our close friends and family.
I knew I didn't want to host a reception at a stuffy catering hall that churns out cookie cutter weddings like a factory. Meadowlark is unique in every way-- gorgeous and classy, and there's even a wine cellar for the after party. Literally every corner of the property is perfect for wedding photos. We visited on July 4th and had the best time and were immediately sold. No other winery on LI comes close. Take my word for it, because I've visited them all.
Location and aesthetics aside, Jennifer was outstanding in every way. We didn't hire a planner or day of coordinator and she filled both roles seamlessly. Over the past six or so months, Jennifer got to know us personally and brought all of my random Pinterest posts to life while sparing me the need to make a ton of minute decisions. From the serpentine table layout, linens, catering choices and coordination of vendors, she was meticulous and it showed. The trust my husband and I have for her was invaluable to us, especially considering our busy lives. Jennifer's vendor recommendations were also spot on. No exaggeration, every vendor who's worked with Meadowlark raved about Jennifer as if they'd known her their whole lives.
The day of was perfect. Nothing was overlooked or felt stressful; we fully trusted Jennifer's coordination and management of everything and she really delivered. While Meadowlark is a stunning property and I'd chose it over and over again if I could, Jennifer is truly what makes it an exceptional wedding venue. 10000/10, no notes! -

Highly Recommend A September Wedding at Meadowlark
I highly recommend Meadowlark for your next wedding or event. My husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect day to share our love. Not only are the grounds stunning and the wine amazing, the team goes above and beyond. Lauren and Jennifer are more than just coordinators. They truly helped bring our vision to life and took all our stress away throughout the planning process and day of. I felt confident from day one that we chose the right place for our wedding knowing we had Jennifer and Lauren because their attention to detail and ability to handle any hiccups along the way. Creating a special moment in life requires special people to coordinate the event. -

August 2025 Wedding
Meadowlark was the most perfect venue for our wedding! The vineyard is gorgeous, but what really made the experience amazing was Meadowlark’s planners, Jennifer and Lauren. A vineyard wedding can be intimidating, but these ladies were so knowledgeable about what we needed, had amazing contacts and vendor suggestions, were always quick to respond, but most importantly, were beyond fun to work with. The planning process felt easy and stress-free thanks to their organization, and our wedding day ran flawlessly because of them. We couldn’t recommend Meadowlark—and Jennifer and Lauren—more highly! I would do anything to go back to that beautiful day! -

From the moment we first visited Meadowlark North Fork, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—offering the rustic charm of a winery, the elegance of modern design, and the whimsical feel of a garden all in one. It’s truly a dream setting.
What made our experience unforgettable, however, were the amazing venue coordinators, Lauren and Jennifer. From the very beginning, they were by our side, helping us plan every single detail of our wedding over the past year. They truly listened to us, what mattered most, what we envisioned, what reflected us as a couple, and then worked with us to bring it all to life.
And when it rained on our big day (yes, it rained on our outdoor wedding), it honestly didn’t make a bit of difference. Lauren and Jennifer had brainstormed a rain plan (months before, just in case) that still allowed us to have our original vision. They handled everything the day of with such grace that our day felt just as magical and perfect as we had ever imagined. The atmosphere was intimate, beautiful, and full of joy, rain and all.

Look no further - Meadowlark is the best wedding venue on the North Fork, hands down. We stumbled into the newly renovated venue last summer (2023) for a wine tasting, and I immediately fell in love with the aesthetic and vibe of the venue. Everything at the venue is so thoughtfully done, from the landscaping and gardens, to the modern rustic event spaces of the tasting room, perch, and cellar. When I thought of the aesthetic of our wedding, Meadowlark basically had it down. Conveniently, Lauren, the amazing and super cool venue manager, was on site that day and was able to give us a tour on the spot. We immediately connected with her and knew that it was the right venue (and right person) - we pretty much booked it right then and there. Lauren is so organized and has this "no BS" attitude while still bringing a sense of humor, warmth, kindness, and confidence to every situation that makes you feel totally taken care of in her hands. The night before our wedding, our planner ended up getting delayed due to weather, so Lauren took it into her own hands and ran our entire ceremony rehearsal. We had the most beautiful wedding day and couldn't have done it without Lauren and her team. We are endlessly grateful for their support and will be coming back in the years to come to share a glass of wine with people we now think of as friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times over!

Long Island Vineyard Wedding
My (now) husband and I immediately fell in love with the Meadowlark upon arriving for the first time. I was completely obsessed with how the venue stylistically set itself apart from all the other venues by its’ design. It is the most classic, modern, and elegant of the options in the area. The grounds are kept immaculately and strike the perfect balance of being neutral and unique. We received endless compliments so save yourself the research and check it out in person!
That said, none of the above would matter without Lauren, the Meadowlark’s Hospitality and Events Director. She immediately put us both at such ease, during EVERY STEP of the planning process. Lauren instantly understood my vision/goals and was seemingly a mind reader. I cannot express how far she went above and beyond to help us make our dream day come true. As stressful as wedding planning can be, my husband and I looked forward to our meetings with Lauren because we always left them feeling more assured and confident. We never really had to explain ourselves, she really just hurled herself into every facial expression I made, even during the big day. I can’t say enough nice things here without starting to sound obsessed, but really, she is the best!! -

We had an incredible and seamless experience hosting our (100-guest) wedding at Meadowlark in June 2023. Lauren and her team took time to understand exactly what we wanted, and they were tireless in ensuring they helped us bring it to life. Their support and execution were flawless, they helped us whenever we got stuck, they asked us questions we would have forgotten to ask ourselves, and Lauren's depth of experience handling large complex events gave us comfort that she and her team were on top of every detail. They accommodated all of our preferred vendors, and provided recommendations when we needed them. They helped us from beginning to end with grace and good humor. I recommend Meadowlark for any event large or small. -

The Macari/Meadowlark team saved our wedding!
The Meadowlark team, and John and Nicole in particular, absolutely saved our wedding. Our original venue canceled on us about five weeks before our wedding date (long story, not their fault!) and we were scrambling to find somewhere to get married. John reached out to our original venue to see if Macari could help, and even though they weren't even planning to open Meadowlark for a few weeks after our date, they offered to rush their timeline so they could host our wedding. They were SO communicative, helpful, and organized (they gave us the most detailed run-of-show template I’ve ever seen), and worked seamlessly with our other vendors. This team did everything they could for us, including inviting us to take our first-look photos at Macari’s flagship location (which we had in no way rented out that day). Every time we met with the Macari team, multiple staff were on hand to make sure they got all the details right. The venue was beautiful, the facilities were gorgeous and sparkling clean, the staff were delightful, and the wine was delicious and reasonably priced (plus, no bottle minimum is a big perk compared to other North Fork vineyards). It was a perfect experience. We cannot recommend Meadowlark enough!!! -
