We got married at meadowlark on November 11 this year and all we have to say is WOW!
The professionalism and assistance by the staff from the get go was incredible. And they were so helpful every step of the way. Amber was amazing in helping with the booking by answering any and all questions and requests for quotes for different combinations of services and packages for the day off. Julia was especially patient and helpful through all of my questions and took her time to answer them all, silly or serious. She was super knowledgeable and detailed during our final walk throughs. The day of our wedding, she was calm, cool and collected which was so helpful to a bride and groom in a bundle of nerves. She helped us to make our dream wedding come true and we cannot thank her enough! The rest of the staff at the course were all extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to the assistant GM, Jordan and the head chef, Rochelle.
Not only was the staff great but the lawn was well manicured and the golf course made for an amazing backdrop for the ceremony. We didn’t need a lot of florals or decor. The banquet room and balcony were perfect size and was able to accommodate all our guests and entertainment. The newly redone floors made for the perfect dance floor and the linens were crisp and perfect color.

We used Meadowlark for both our ceremony and reception, and they were FANTASTIC throughout every part of the planning process. They were the most bang for our buck, the facility is beautiful, and all my guests still rave about how beautiful of a day it was. I don’t even know where to begin in expressing our gratitude for Meadowlark Golf Club and their incredible team. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the right place for us, but we couldn’t have imagined just how magical our wedding day would actually end up being, in no small part due to the exceptional team supporting us throughout as well as the beauty of the venue itself.
Amber, during the early phases when we were still learning about and deciding between venues, and Hannah, for pretty much all of our needs once we kicked off the formal planning process, went above and beyond in every way. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free (to the extent that something like this can be of course). They were always there with a smile, checking in, anticipating our needs, and making sure we could be fully present and enjoy the day. Thanks to them, everything flowed so seamlessly that we never had to worry about a thing.
The setting at Meadowlark was breathtaking with every view being picture-perfect, and our guests were blown away by how beautiful and welcoming it all felt. But what really made the day unforgettable was the care, enthusiasm and attention to detail that Hannah, Cliff and the whole team poured into it.

Meadowlark: A Photographer's Dream Venue for Stunning Weddings
I’ve had the pleasure of shooting several weddings at Meadowlark, and it’s hands down my favorite venue. The variety of stunning locations for photos ensures every shot turns out beautifully. Their communication with both clients and vendors is exceptional, which keeps the day smooth and well-organized. Amber and Hannah are an absolute joy to work with—highly professional and truly dedicated to making each event a success. Working at Meadowlark is always a positive experience. Hannah was truly a God-scent! On the day of my nieces wedding, everything that could possible go wrong went wrong. Although an outside wedding planner was hired for the occasion it was soon clear that the wedding planner was inept. After paying for the entire wedding through the wedding planner, the wedding planner fell short of 95% of her promises. We had heard of wedding planner horror stories, but never thought we would be involved in one. To start the wedding planner fell short of the contractual agreement to bring in clean chaffers for the catered food, provide fresh flowers, secure the DJ and order enough food for 120 people. To add to our stress the wedding planner did not bring in her team as promised to assist with the setup. As the wedding planner fumbled through making bouquets and boutonnieres for wedding party, family members quickly began to salvage the wedding and reception. Hannah noticed that the atmosphere was filled with panic as my son and daughter-in-law, my cousin and twin sister began to pitch in to help the wedding planner. This is the moment Hannah became our saving grace. Where ever we struggled Hannah and her team immediately took control! We didn’t know how to set up a backdrop for the bride and grooms table, and Hannah was there on the spot. Since there was no DJ, Hannah made sure the wi-fi speakers were available outside for ceremony and inside for reception. In terms of food preparation for the guest Hannah and her team offered to set up food and serve the guest because unbeknownst to us, there was only enough for 40-50 people! Who would have thought food rations would become an issue at a wedding full of hungry guest? Hannah symbolically took 5 fish and 3 loaves of bread and performed a miracle. Later in the evening a guest was ill in the ladies room, and Hannah sped into action! All throughout the evening Hannah continued to check in with family to see if she could be of further service in anyway. If Hannah would not have been there we would have been faced with the most embarrassing situation ever.
I highly recommend Hannah Beilman when you are plan your next event. She salvaged the wedding and reception from beginning to end. Hannah went over and beyond what we thought she should be required to do. Her personality and demeanor remained calm and professional throughout the evening. Our family was so thankful for her being at the Meadowlark Gold Course she was truly an angel in disguise. Now just think what Hannah could do for your event! Your guest will be talking about your amazing event for years to come. We are still in awe of her!Meadowlark Golf Club's reply:

Magical Memories at Meadowlark
Everything at Meadowlark was perfect! The venue was beautiful, and the event planners are so accommodating. Julia was a rockstar who guided me through the process of planning a wedding, making sure all of the details were taken into account. She was flexible and accommodated everything we asked for. Communication with the venue was quick and efficient, and I would gladly plan another event there. Meadowlark and its event staff are top notch! The food is amazing too. The cuisine was exceptional, and the Chef merits a 5-star rating. We received numerous positive comments from our guests regarding the food, which was music to our ears. We got married on the green and had our reception inside. We looked at many places, and Meadowlark was one of the more affordable. Everything was beyond expectations. The ceremony on the green was beautiful, the reception hall was perfect, the included cake was amazing, the food was very good and beyond expectations, and the staff was beyond compare. Chris, Heidi & Heather we're an awesome trio! This was the first venue we looked at and after looking at a few other venues we came back because it just felt right. They were all on top of their game and made planning a wedding here so easy and seamless. I think I am one of the few lucky brides to say that I would not go back and change a single thing with my wedding! Our wedding day was 10/5/19. We had roughly 190 guests and Meadowlark (specifically Chris and Heidi) made everything so easy and were so helpful. Everything went off without a hitch. The food was awesome and everyone at my wedding had the best time. We did make our entrance slightly late and our cake cutting was delayed a bit but those are not important things! 10/10 would recommend! -

Our wedding event was better than we could have imagined. From day one Chris and Heidi were just nice people who walked us through the planning and then Heather to get us through the event and the staff, the guys who set up the wedding on the 2nd green to the bartender and the wait staff, everyone was nice, professional and executed flawlessly. The Best Experience
I had my wedding here on August 16th,2019. I must say the staff is very professional, I just loved Chris Castro, Heidi Hernandez, and Jen Hull. They worked with me from the first time I meet them until the very end. Food was delicious, drinks were wonderful, my husband and I had alot of fun. the venue was nice and clean, grass was green. I couldn't have asked for a better venue to have my wedding. Hey ladies the best part is riding to the ceremony site in a golf cart and watching your husband walk down the aisle, very emotional moment very glad I didn't miss it. THANK YOU Heidi. Thank you Chris for keeping us up to date with everything and giving Jon all that water LOL. Jen you had the reception and ceremony on point, it ran very smoothly "My wedding momma". Thank you -

Chris and Heidi were so helpful in guiding me through the reception-planning process.
Chris Castro was my main point of contact for the majority of this process. Although an extremely easy going and fun person to deal with, he was always professional and attentive to the most minute of details that I couldn't possibly have anticipated. My daughter got married here last weekend, May 4, 2019 and it was phenominal! The staff here are so professional and attentive to every need, down to making sure I had tissues before the ceremony! The food was delicious, we had tri tip and chicken marsala, it was really good. The bar staff was great at monitoring the guests intake, and making sure folks who needed it got an Uber. The coordinators are incredible at sticking to the timeline, and even discreetly interrupting guests away from the bride and groom so they could eat dinner. They did an amazing job taking care of the entire wedding party and our guests. I would highly recommend this venue, we had a wonderful time here. -

Best of 24 venue visits/ Best Service Provided by the Entire Ceremony and Banquet Team
We visited 24 venues in total, but we kept coming back to Chris Castro. The venue and grounds are important. The rapport with the events manager is equally important and Chris is one of those people that I got a good feeling about right away. Our wedding is scheduled February 2020 and I am completely confident in the staff at meadowlark golf club.
Update:
Our wedding was held 2/22/2020. The venue and staff pulled off a perfect event. They thought of anything I may have forgot and thing were just handled so that I didn't have to worry about a thing.
Chris was awesome to deal with and super responsive to questions that came up during the process. He even allowed my husband and I to cut our cake with a samurai sword. I was sure the venue wouldn't allow it, but they helped make our weird wedding dreams a reality.
Heidi handled all food necessities and issues related to the banquet facilities, she also helped with day of coordination and was my chauffeur out to the wedding site on the second green.
Heather was the ceremony coordinator and she is very good at what she does. The ceremony ran extra smooth with everyone knowing what they needed to do in order to make the day work the way we wanted.
*** Best Team Ever ***
I didn't get a chance to eat, but guests said that the food was the best wedding food they've had recently. We opted for a 2 protein, 2 side-dish, 2 salad buffet options for our guests. That way everyone got what they wanted. Oh, additionally, the venue totally accommodated any special dietary needs. They were try awesome when food issues came up.
Now, I could stop there as that covered everything that I thought was important to me. BUT, I also heard from my guests that the wait staff was very attentive Nd the bartender was one of the best they had seen. Just one guy handling the crowd but he had the entire operation on the patio under control. These people that I hadn't mentioned previously are the true heroes of the reception. Again, stuff was handled so I didn't need to.
I would highly recommend this venue and this staff for your event. Regardless if it is a wedding or a large social gathering, they will take care.of you!!!

We had our wedding here at Meadowlark last November. Let's just say when it comes to weddings, there are always lots and lots of details. Needless to say, Chris Castro and his team were exemplary in their services every step of the way. They told us what to expect, they made sure we understood our options and boy did they deliver. They were helpful, affordable, professional and thoughtful. Putting together a wedding package simplified the entire process where we only had to deal with the flowers, DJ & wedding attire outside of what they were able to do. The surrounding decor was perfect for our needs, the food was excellent and I would recommend this to anyone who would consider getting married here. We had over 100 guests and there was lots of room and parking to spare. I am forever grateful we went with Chris and his awesome team. -

Perfect Wedding
This venue was the perfect place to hold my December wedding. Chris Castro was great to work with from start to finish. He was very professional, accommodating, patient and was always one step ahead of everything. The venue was very comfortable, the food was delicious, Cliff the bartender was on point, and the set up and clean up crew were very helpful. I could not have asked for a better venue staff. The price was very reasonable for the location, overall package and experience. Thank you Meadowlark for making my wedding a day to remember! -

From the day we inquired about having our daughter's wedding there, through the end of day of, the staff made themselves available (even providing their personal cell phone numbers) to share information, work with our vendors, give advise, and answer any questions, etc. The venue was beautiful and just the right size for the romantic and intimate ambiance we were envisioning. We would highly recommend Meadowlark and their professional staff for your next event. What really sold us other than the price was their coordinator, Pamela Konneker. She is the sweetest lady in the world and acts so motherly to all her couples, willing to please, accommodate, and make everyone happy. We've been married almost a month and still keep in close contact with her. Her work is not a "job" to her, but her love and passion. We could not have gone to a better place for the most important day of our lives! -
