We got their name from the list of preferred vendors from our venue and we LOVED working with them for our destination wedding in the Keys. Promptness, attention to detail, responsiveness, quality of work….UNMATCHED!! These ladies made my wedding day so easy. Jen tells you exactly what to do and gets the job DONE! She also was very effective getting family pictures done with a dysfunctional and drunk group of friends/family, which added so much more time for me and my hubby’s pictures. My wedding was on a Monday and she sent me my pixie set to download the very next day! I’m telling you, UNMATCHED! They also bring along portable studio lighting that made the pictures turn out phenomenal. I didn’t know these ladies from Adam, but I’m so glad I chose them. I was a destination bride and I had a few guests tell me they wanted McLaughlin P&V to fly home to us to do their family portraits! Side note: I have always HATED professional pictures of me, but I have LOVED every single one so far! Book them, you won’t regret it!

I just had my wedding at the Marriott marathon Donna and her team were the photographers I choose and they are absolutely amazing. I did the pictures and drone video option and I have have no regrets. I love the entire album, the video breath taking. I highly recommend them for your events. Hiring McLaughlin Photo and Video as our wedding videographer has to be one of the best decisions we made in a long time! Our wedding videos are phenomenal! I initially wasn't going to hire a videographer for our wedding. I was just going to have our photographer. However, 3 weeks before our wedding, I called and spoke to Jennifer and we completely clicked over the phone. I was sold and hired them. Amazing, Amazing!
Donna and her team were absolutely incredible! We originally hired them in the fall of 2019 for a June 2020 date and had an amazing engagement shoot at our venue (Baker's Cay Key Largo) in Fall 2019. We all know what happened to our original date. They were absolutely wonderful and worked with us through TWO postponements, keeping in touch with us over two years. On the wedding day they knew just where to be and when, with little direction, got all the shots we wanted-worked flawlessly with our other vendors, and got us our final portfolio exactly when promised. They even did some minor editing tweaks on the final video when asked. It was so much easier having the same photo and video team being from the same company-highly, highly recommend!

I do not have one bad thing to say about McLaughlin photos! Jen and her assistant were just amazing! We had a 20 min. Down pour which got in the way but Jen stayed on track and we even got some pictures in the rain, WHICH I LOVE! She also stayed way longer than she was supposed too. Thank you so much, you really made my wedding photos perfect! Also I love that she asked couples at the wedding if they wanted individual pictures so I got to see everyone have a photo. 💙

Donna & her team are the best in the biz! They are patient, talented, attentive and deliver a high quality portfolio! I appreciated the advanced planning discussion that Donna scheduled to hear our wants/desires of the photo shoot! Her staff slayed the shots and edits that we’ve seen to date. I was also impressed by their ability to still capture tender moments with our impatient toddlers and a 10 month old baby. We are so happy with the initial preview of our wedding/elopement and look forward to the final portfolio! It was a super quick turn around (2 weeks) for the first preview and will be 3-4 weeks for all photos. Thank you!

Donna will make your dreams come true!
We hired Donna Arnold from a distance, as ours was a “destination”’ Key West wedding that we planned while living in Jacksonville. (Her photography and videography speaks for itself!)
Donna was beyond helpful and responsive from the first email, and even took the reins when planning our engagement photo session. We knew we wanted her to capture our engagement shoot- to get acquainted before working together on wedding day. Definitely the way to go! We walked away with almost 1000 pics from just an hour together!! It was easily the hottest July afternoon but Donna kept us smiling, laughing, and comfortable the whole time. She has such a calming presence.
Deposits and payments were simple (Venmo) and she kept in touch with us as wedding day neared. During our last telephone conversation, Donna walked me through our timeline and suggested we consider a “first look” session (my partner & I were originally opposed to the idea). But let me tell you, we are SO GLAD we took Donna’s advice. The opportunity to capture additional photos together and with our wedding party before the shenanigans commenced was priceless (and it really calmed our nerves, as well). We will treasure those photos for a lifetime.
Donna and her partner Jen worked so well together and our entire party loved them too. We had the night of our lives and could not have chosen a better team to capture it all! And the team works fast!! We had a nice preview album within a couple weeks of the wedding, and the full album took less than a month! Highly recommend MPV for your next special event.

Fun Wedding Day
Donna and her team were great to work with and blended well with my family and friends. They knew I wanted to be less structured than typical wedding shoots and they went along with that. They were unobstrusive and accommodating. Donna laughed along with us and let us be ourselves. When we were over having our pictures taken she let us pause to regroup, breathe and just hold each other (I'm sure she took some shots but waiting to see).
She knew our other vendors well and they all worked great together

Donna and her team saved the day!
A little over a month out from my wedding, my original photography team cancelled... in comes Donna. We set up a call and discussed vision, wedding details, etc and instantly clicked. She was so easy to talk to and really helped me make decisions when it came to photo and video packages. She was very responsive and always encouraged me to reach out with questions or concerns. Once we signed a contract I was so at ease. Ultimately we went with photo and video services so we had 3 people for the duration and I think it went flawlessly. I can't wait to see the magic they captured!!

Extremely flexible and receptive to personalizing my wedding experience
I loved working with Donna and Jen. They were so receptive to our requests of livestreaming our wedding so family could watch. While they were filming live and taking photos they were also giving us sharing the live feed from our guests, this made us feel like our guests were right there with us. From the first email inquiring about services to post-wedding communication, everything went perfectly with McLaughlin Photo and Video. Back and forth communication before the wedding was great. We had phone calls and emails. We worked on the shot list together in advance, and they were understanding and sensitive about family dynamics. Photographer was on time, personable, fun, and professional. Our wedding was a small family affair, and just became a great part of it. All around great experience. And, reasonable prices for the South Florida/Keys market. Our photos are amazing. Highly recommend. We are very happy.

beautiful pictures, and amazing detail
Donna is a dream to work with. She is a fun photographer and knows great shots. She had an assistant on the big day to help cover all the angles. We absolutely loved all the pictures. It was a very windy day by the sea and Donna knew just how and where to go to still capture beautiful pictures where I didn't have hair covering my face. She works with you on shots you want to take prior to the wedding. Certain family pictures, do you want to be with your siblings, friends, flower girl, etc. There is really no detail left out. Where she really shines, is the sunset pictures! We took several on the dock after the wedding, in all kinds of fun poses. They look breathtaking! Trust me, you can't go wrong if you choose McLaughlin Photography. Donna and her team really captured our special day in the most lovely way!

I seriously thought McLaughlin Photo and Video did the most amazing job for our big day! Every single shot was picture perfect! They were able to expertly capture all of our cherished moments! If you are looking for a great photographer, you no longer have to keep searching as the McLaughlin team will exceed all your expectations. From the initial phone call, to the meet and greet, and then the day of the wedding everything was perfect. They were able to get all the photos we asked for and add more shots that we didn't even think about. Donna and her team are personable and really try to capture the wedding from our point of view. The only issue you we had was narrowing down pictures for our album! There were so many amazing photos that we had a hard time picking the ones for our album. We highly recommend them for any professional photographer needs! I can't wait to return to the keys when we have a family and use them again to capture these special moments.

I was extremely happy with Donna and everyone at her company. I had seen pictures of other wedding that she had done and was very impressed. I had many conversations with her over the phone and email since I lived in Colorado and was getting married in the Florida Keys. She was so helpful with all aspects of planning and had fabulous suggestions about locations for the pictures. We had a small, family only wedding and she did an amazing job of making everyone look beautiful on our very special day, especially through the use of different angles with two cameras. She was patient and kind and very understanding throughout the entire before, during and after the wedding.

Donna and her assistant Rachel were absolutely amazing in shooting our wedding. They were so kind and patient with my husband and I, and they made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They captured everything and more we could have wanted at our wedding and were so professional and a true pleasure. They were able to work with us and our budget to capture everything from getting ready to the first look, ceremony, sunset, reception, etc. 6 days after our wedding they had already sent us roughly 25 photos to look at with the promise of more coming soon. From the very beginning, McLaughlin photography was wonderful to work with. Donna was very quick to respond to our emails and very conscious of our budget; we never felt pressured to purchase a more expensive package. Donna sent over a list of potential "shots" that we may want to consider, which was helpful to know what to expect. A few days before the ceremony, they reached out to let us know that our photographer, Jen, would be getting ahold of us soon. Jen called a couple of days before the wedding just to say hi and introduce herself. She let me know what to expect timing wise, which was great. The day before, I got a text with her personal cell number just in case I needed to get contact her for any reason.
The day of the wedding, they were magnificent. We only had Jen for a hour and a half, and she absolutely made the most of that time. After just a few shots, she knew our guests by name and was able to call them in and out of pictures without just pointing at them. It felt very personal and intimate.
We received several pictures back and are ecstatic with the results. They're absolutely beautiful, and very high quality shots. Not to mention how quickly we got them back. Our ceremony was July 25th, and we received the first set of pictures on August 9.
Our time with McLaughlin Photo & Video was nothing short of amazing. They cared about our wedding and the pictures as much as we did, and it showed. Their professionalism and personal touches made working with them an unforgettable experience. Even our guests were talking about how great the photographer was. If you are looking for a photographer, you will not be disappointed with McLaughlin Photo & Video.

Donna was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. She worked within our time frame and budget for our destination wedding and was very flexible with her time. We had a rain delay and an unfortunate event with some family members missing the ceremony. It just so happened it fit Donna's schedule and she went out of her way and took t he extra time to meet us at the reception to make sure we go photographs with all of our family. Donna, Aimee, and Jen throughout the whole process from beginning to end have been very responsive and helpful from day one when we meet to look over the various package options they have to fit any particular price range.
Being that my husband really hates getting his picture taken I had an uneasy feeling of how this would work out, but to my husbands surprise on our wedding day Aimee was able to show him how she is amazingly talented at capturing pictures which made him feel more comfortable.

Donna and her team at McLaughlin were amazing! We were referred by a family member who used them and couldn't be happier with our decision. We hired McLaughlin for our wedding photography and videography; they had multiple options to fit various budgets and the varying packages and options helped to really get exactly what we were looking for in our price range. We were able to get our engagement photos included and our wedding album all in the package!
During the planning process, they provided a shot list for both photography and videography to fill out so they could get to know you better and make sure they weren't missing any special moments or photos that you really wanted to capture. During the wedding day, Donna brought along Paula, Jen, and Skylynn who were equally talented and helpful to get shots at different angels and capture all the special moments that go by so quick! These ladies all helped with ideas and organizing all our families, friends, and the little ones to make sure we have photos with all the people we wanted on our special day.
After the wedding, we received a sneak peek within one week, and are so happy with the results! The weather didn't quite cooperate and we had to work with some rain during the wedding day, but the ladies had umbrellas to help when we wanted shots on the beach. After seeing the outside photos, you can't even tell that it was a bit gloomy and raining!! They look bright and beautiful!
I would highly recommend McLaughlin Photo & Video for weddings or engagement photos!!
I'd also like to point out that my husband hates, i repeat, hates taking photos, and he even raved about how great Donna was. She really helped to make sure he was calm and he actually had a lot of fun with the photos and video. What my husband thought was going to be a tedious and frustrating part of our wedding day, turned out to be something really fun for us and were just so happy that we choose this company!

McLaughlin Photo and Video perfectly captured my wedding. Their prices are reasonable and their packages are easy to understand. While I was researching photographers, I found that some packages were expensive and didn't make sense. They are also one of the only photographers who give you tangible photos and not just digital photos. They captured some unique looks of the wedding that were truly breathtaking. They even asked to go into a hotel room on the top floor near the ceremony site so that they could take pictures of an aerial view of the wedding and ocean. Beautiful!

McLaughlin Photo & Video has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Now that we are 3 weeks out from our wedding date, we already have 65 touched up photos and a whole CD full in the mail.
They had our shot sheet with them day of shooting and captured everything we requested.
My only complaint is that they spent too much time on photos of me alone - as my mom is the only person who will order a solo me picture. Even then, though, I don't count that as a whole complaint, but more of a blemish on what could have been a disaster for us, if they weren't such a great company! Two days before out wedding we got a call from Amiee who went through our shot list and got her final instructions. The day of the wedding, Amiee had the flu. Instead, Donna shot for us. The pictures are amazing! But the communication of not particularly wanting many getting ready and solo pictures and more group photos was lost. The major positive was that despite our photographer being sick, I never stressed a moment, or even knew about it until Donna showed up. They did a great job despite the circumstances of not having been able to speak to me in advance or review my file.
I would highly recommend them, as I would use them again in a heart beat!

We can't say enough about Donna and her team. They were truly a pleasure to work with. I definitely encourage that if you choose to pick her as your photographer, to also take Engagement photos. Everyone loved them and it gave us a chance to warm up to the entire photography process, kiss, look at each other... kiss again... and so on. :) It was really good practice in advance of the big day. We had 16 rowdy bridal party members that they had to take charge of and did so successfully. We were able to put a list of our pictures together that we wanted and they really captured the beautiful surroundings. Highly organized and everything flowed beautifully. Highly recommend.

McLaughlin Photo & Video provided all of the photography and video for our wedding at Southern Diversion in Islamorada and were absolutely superb! Donna and Aimee were so helpful in the run up to our big day and on the day itself especially considering that we are from the UK and did not get chance to meet her until the wedding week itself. Donna & Aimee came up with some brilliant ideas for streaming the wedding so that our family back in the UK had something to see.
The quality of the photos and our video are fantastic and the service was second to none. Thank you Donna and Aimee!

Donna, Aimee, and Jen did an amazing job with our photos and video!!! Donna took gorgeous pictures on our wedding day from start to finish. Donna has been extremely friendly and helpful along the whole process. We are extremely pleased with the several hundred pictures that we received along with the beautiful story book albums and proof album! Aimee did an excellent job designing our story book album with our favorite pictures. Our video was absolutely perfect! Jen did an awesome job with selecting the top highlights from our wedding day. We are so glad that we chose McLaughlin Photo & Video for our wedding day photography and videography needs! Highly recommended!!!

We had a destination wedding in the Florida Keys and our photographer was not only a lot of fun to work with, but also took some amazing pictures. Everyone at McLaughlin was a pleasure to work with, they were very prompt in answering all my questions and made planning a wedding from NY very easy. Highly recommend them!

We just married a couple of weeks ago, so we have not received our photos or video yet. However, the service provided my our photographer, Amy, and the owner, Donna, were both phenomenal. Donna was extremely polite and responsive throughout the planning process, and Amy was a delight to work with during the photo shoot. We can hardly wait to see how amazing our pictures are going to be. I highly recommend them for any event!

Aimee and Randy were so great for our wedding. Aimee made me feel very comfortable the whole time and it definitely showed in our pictures. They both captured such great shots throughout the evening. Randy caught such great candid shots which we loved! Aimee was very flexible with me as I had told her that I did not want to miss my cocktail hour with my guests. She took as many photos as she could during our first look and then a few more shots at sunset time. I was grateful to not feel like I was missing my reception because of photos, but was amazed at how many photos were actually taken without my husband and I feeling pressed to take them. All the shots came out amazing and we were extremely happy with everything!

We got married in October 2013 on the beach in the Florida Keys. I only wanted to use Donna McLaughlin because I believe in supporting our local business. I went to Donna with a vision in my head. She made my vision come true better than I envisioned it in my head. Donna is so personable and knowledgeable. She knows exactly what you want and need. She is simply amazing!!! We contracted with Donna McLaughlin to make a video of the ceremony for my grandmother who could not attend our celebration. One week after our wedding my grandmother required surgery. We notified Donna and asked if there were any way we could obtain an expedited copy of the video to share with my grandmother prior to her surgery. Amazingly we received the wonderful video two days following our request. I can't thank Donna enough for her help in making this happen! This meant so much to all of my family.

They were wonderful! They were so easy and so much fun to work with! They were always to quick to respond to any questions we had! They had a lot of packages to choose from, but none that worked for us. They were so flexible they let us pick and choose what we liked from each package to make one that was just right for us. They photographed our rehearsal dinner and took both photo and video of our entire wedding and reception! Everything came out amazing! Not only did they do an amazing job of capturing our special day, while doing do so they also help to make it special. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you McLaughlin Photo & Video!

The photos turned out great. Aimee was our photographer and did a wonderful job. Most businesses are on Island time and I found them to be the most responsive group I worked with. They were always willing to answer questions. We changed the photography time a few days before the wedding to do more wedding photos instead of pre-wedding photos. They were very flexible about everything.

McLaughlin video was absolutely the easiest company to work with during the planning and day of our wedding. Donna was always quick to respond to any question or concern I had. Julie shot our video and was a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job on editing and putting our video together. My only regret is not having McLaughlin do my photos as well because I am five months out and still have no photos from my photographer. Ladies make sure you do your research and read reviews. You have my word you can put your trust in McLaughlin and know you will get what you expect and deserve from a videographer! Donna and her assistant were really great to work with for our wedding and reception. We had a "first sighting" before the ceremony and Donna made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, and the pictures really show it - they are so beautiful. She was very receptive to new ideas but was also great at guiding us when we needed some direction. I definitely recommend their services, they are reasonably priced and we were very satisfied with our pictures. Thanks Donna! xoxoxo

I recently used McLaughlin photo & video for my wedding at Cheeca in Islamorada, FL and what a great experience we had!! Donna & Aimee were excellent, great service and they really knew what they were doing. Aimee was the photographer and she is amazing, the pictures are gorgeous!! Aimee was so creative and helpful and such a pleasure to work with! They also had my photo DVD mailed to me within 2 weeks, WOW thats unheard of, so great!! :)

Having a destination wedding can be stressful since you don't really know the area or businesses. Everyone at McLaughlin Photo and Video did such an amazing job. They were creative and timely. We had soo many beautiful photos that we couldn't narrow it down to fit in original album! We were absolutely blown away! You won't regret it!

This photographer is awesome. This is the second time working with them (they shot my brothers wedding) so this was an easy pick for a vendor. They come highly recommended in the community in Key Largo (which referrals come in handy when you are getting married in a town you don't live in).
Julie was our photographer and she did an awesome job capturing everything that went on, we haven't gotten the photos back as of yet (since the wedding was only 4 days ago) but she showed us a few sneak peaks on the camera and I am dying to get them all back.
They take "classic" photos that will stand the test of time. Not saying they won't do some of the "in" shots of right now but with wedding photos you want something that in 20 or 30 years you won't be saying why the heck did I want that look added to my photo (that's not to say you won't be saying that about your wedding attire in 20 or 30 years, but your photo will still look awesome.)
Very easy to work with and great people. Highly recommended.

The girls at McLaughlin Photo & Video are truly amazing! Julie did the video of our wedding at it turned out absolutely AMAZING! She not only captured us as a couple while she was shooting, but also in the editing. She was able to catch all of the small special moments we thought no one would notice but us. We watched our video for the first time last night and it was like getting married all over again...complete with nerves and joyful tears! Everyone at McLaughlin Photo & Video is a true class act and I cannot recommend them enough!

Donna was awesome! She takes such amazing pictures! We chose her because of her style (that we could see on her website) & her price. She was easy to work with, very quick to respond to all emails, was open for any questions, and was even willing to give other vendors names when we were still in the planning stages. If we did it all over again I wouldn't change a thing! She captured everything we wanted.

Aimee was our photographer for our big day. She was prompt and began capturing our memories as soon as she got there. She got all the shots we had asked for and much more. We work looking for a photographer that had creativity and would use the beautiful resort we had and she definitely did that. She was fantastic and I highly recommend her. I was very pleased with Amy who was our photographer. She was friendly and obviously knew what she was doing. She showed up on time and took all of the photos we requested. Before our wedding, I had questions and was able to reach them by phone. They answered my questions very thoroughly. McLaughlin came highly recommended to us and I would highly recommend using McLaughlin to anyone else who is looking for wedding photography.

AMAZING EYE! That is all I can say about Donna. She was so easy to work with not only the day of but leading up to our wedding. We wanted more photojournalistic style and she totally achieved a balance between our staged shots and those just in the moment. Now we know the videographer was there however she was like a fly on the wall, which we loved. There was no bright lighting or intrusive cameras in your face. It was so subtle!. We can't wait to see our photos and video and look forward to staying in touch.
