Loved our experience at the McCormick Ranch golf course! Melissa was so great to work with and really put in so many special touches onto our day, we felt so confident going into our wedding day! The pricing was transparent and Melissa is more than happy to provide a customized quote. We had a food tasting and a few meetings prior to go over every detail. Venue is beautiful and looks great with minimal or maximum decor. Overall would highly recommend!

McCormick Ranch was the perfect wedding venue—absolutely stunning and full of charm. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was the one. But what truly made our experience exceptional was Melissa, the event coordinator. She was an absolute dream to work with—so organized, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day special. The BEST wedding venue -- amazing staff.
MRGC was the best decision we ever made. The food, the staff, the location, the sunset, the reception building, EVERYTHING was perfect. The staff kind, respectful, accommodating, transparent, and easy to work with. Specifically, Melissa was so communitive and helpful. The tasting was such a fun experience and helped us make important food decisions. Melissa recommended the most amazing wedding planner (Nicole with Simply Refined Events). They let us visit the location multiple times after hours to make sure we felt comfortable during our planning process. We can’t thank MRGC and Melissa enough for helping us have the best wedding planning experience and wedding day --- they helped make it so stress free. We would 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful Wedding Experience at McCormick Ranch
I got married at McCormick Ranch Golf Club on 3.2.2024 and only have amazing things to say about the venue and staff, especially all the help from Melissa.
I was an out-of-state bride, so planning was a bit of a daunting task for me, but Melissa was wonderful in her communication, professionalism, and flexibility with my schedule (as far as when I was able to travel to Arizona for things such as the food tasting and such.) The whole day was flawless, and Melissa and her staff played a huge role in making it as magical as it was. The venue was picturesque (mountains, lake, palm trees, golf course...what more do you want?) and the reception hall was set-up beautifully. The food was amazing, and Melissa worked her magic to get us wonderful buffet put together with everything we wanted and more. As the bride and groom, we always had food and a drink at our table so we could enjoy it during the few moments we had to sit down during our wedding.
She was flexible and so accommodating with a few random requests I had (flower dog, beer burro, fire dancers, and margarita ingredients for our unity ceremony).
Thank you to everyone at McCormick Ranch for helping us create a fantastic and unforgettable wedding celebration!

Outstanding Wedding Venue!
McCormick Ranch Golf Club is an outstanding venue for a first class wedding ceremony and reception. Our daughter's wedding could not have been more perfect all around. Director Melissa Blase was truly a pleasure to work with throughout our journey, and she ensured that all our requests were fully honored. The beautiful outdoor setting for the ceremony was spectacular with Camelback Mountain and a pretty lake in the background. The team closely monitored the threat of rain but ultimately decided to take a risk and keep the ceremony outdoors much to our delight. The wedding reception in the Pavilion was truly an exceptional venue. We had approximately 100 guests and they raved about the outstanding quality of the food, supreme customer service, overall comfort, and wonderful ambiance with a great dance floor and massive windows and doors that allowed us full view of a glorious sunset. The set up and configuration of the tables met all our expectations and then some. We cannot emphasize enough how perfect our wedding event was for our daughter, new son-in-law, and all our guests. Heartfelt thanks to Melissa and her team. We highly recommend McCormick Ranch as a first class, spectacular venue for a wedding event that will be immensely enjoyable and truly memorable.

The bride and groom felt that all of their expectations were surpassed. Melissa Blase is AMAZING! She was there for us throughout the entire process. The wedding and reception went perfectly! Every detail! A beautiful venue with a delicious New York Strip dinner with spectacular service. Hand passed hors d'oeuvres were tasty! Glasses were never empty. They also were so accommodating with all of our vendors including Nicole Phillips, Flowers by Jodi, Sweetwater Strings, Lucky Devils Band, Cave Creek Burros, and the fireworks!! We can't thank them enough-especially when rain was in the forecast! All of our family and friends had a fabulous time, and we received several..."Best Wedding Ever!" comments. 10/10!!

I loved my wedding at McCormick Ranch Golf Club. Everything was absolutely perfect and Melissa did an amazing job. She was responsive and willing to work with me on getting exactly what I wanted. I picked McCormick initially because of their budget-friendly price, but knowing what I know now, I would've picked them regardless!! The views of the mountains were breathtaking, the reception space is so gorgeous, and the staff was amazing! They were so attentive to my husband and I the whole day making sure we had enough food and drinks. I literally cannot rave enough about how stress-free and amazing the wedding went, largely due to the amazing people at McCormick Ranch Golf Club!!

Couldn’t have been more perfect!
We had the wedding of our dreams at MRGC. Melissa and her staff are phenomenal to work with. On wedding day everything was set up exactly as we had spoken about. Our guests especially commented on how beautiful the venue was and the delicious food. Especially if you have guests from out of town, the sunset over Camelback Mountain from this venue is iconic. I love the inside/outside feel of the reception room and the gorgeous draping. From a bride and groom’s perspective, the day went PERFECT. The staff truly went above and beyond for us from the food selections to how they treated us. We gladly recommend MRGC!

Beautiful Venue, Even Better Staff
We will forever be happy that we chose MRGC for our wedding venue. The actual venue space was perfect, between the views of Camelback and multiple spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, the day flows seamlessly from each event and you get to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and scenery. We had the extra special bonus of a stunning sunset on our wedding day, which was spectacular with Camelback and the golf course. We also loved the pavilion has the option to open up and be open-air during the reception.
As pretty as the setting is, Melissa and the whole team at MRGC are what makes this THE BEST venue to get married at. Melissa went above and beyond for every little request we had and when she says she was going to make something happen, I knew it would get done and never had to worry. Which is saying A LOT because I wanted to be in control of everything to do with our wedding, so having someone I 100% trusted to relinquish that control to was seriously invaluable. Melissa was so accommodating and so responsive, she alleviated so many stressors for us just by being on top of everything. The staff on the day of our wedding were also kind and so fun, we truly have nothing negative to say about our experience.
Lastly, we loved how the reception space isn't really pre-decorated at all, you have all the freedom in the world to make it completely your own! Oh and the location is so perfect, right in the middle of Scottsdale, it was super easy for our out-of-town guests to get around and for them to enjoy their trip and get to lots of attractions easily.
If you want your wedding day to flow along seamlessly, have a beautiful setting with Scottsdale views, an easy planning process, and delicious (and pretty affordable) food and drinks, you gotta go with McCormick Ranch Golf Club. We are SO glad we did and will always recommend this venue to anyone getting married in Scottsdale.

The Perfect Venue
I don’t know where to start when discussing all of the amazing things MRGC has to offer! First, the view of Camelback overlooking the lake is the most amazing ceremony spot, ever. I can’t think of a more idyllic spot as you are saying your vows to your husband/wife in front of all your family and friends. Then, the reception venue is so stunning and is the best of both worlds, indoor with that outdoor feel and view of Camelback at night…the drapery and chandelier makes such a dramatic statement. It’s perfect! The best part though of MRGC though is Melissa. She honestly is the most organized, caring and just the sweetest human on this earth. We had to postpone our wedding twice and let me tell you, it was the most stressful and crazy decision but Melissa made every single second easy and was so reassuring and calm throughout the process. She was there for us every step of the way, answering emails and phone calls at all times, even on her days off. She by far is the best wedding venue director and made our process seamless and perfect! I can’t imagine our day (or life) without her! I couldn’t have picked a better venue, amazing scenery, food (definitely pick the green chili mashed potatoes-serious Yum), location or staff. Choose MRGC, you’ll be so happy you did!

Melissa at McCormick Ranch Golf Club did an AMAZING job helping us make our wedding reception vision come to life. She was so responsive and detailed. She was patient with our many many questions and set up the whole reception exactly how we wanted it! The catering staff was very attentive to our need for any food/drink during the event. All of our guests CANNOT stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how excellent the appetizers/dinner/drinks were, and the view of Camelback mountain from the venue. If we had to plan it all over again, we would choose this venue every time!

Best Venue Ever!
We've been to quite a few weddings (even since our wedding) and MRGC will always stand out to me for many reasons. This venue is amazing! We attended a wedding a couple of years ago at this venue and were impressed as guests. When we got engaged it was the first place we reached out to because of the experience we had as guests. We met with Melissa and she was so much fun! After meeting with her and seeing how reasonable their pricing/contract was, we didn’t even look at any other venues. Melissa and her team are a dream to work with. They made the wedding planning process fun, easy going, and as stress free as possible. They helped provide a vendor list as well which was so helpful! The ceremony space is beautiful and overlooks water, Camelback Mountain, and the golf course. Cocktail hour is in a great space near the ceremony, so guests don’t have to walk far. The reception space is beautiful at night and the team is very easy to work with for décor details and set up. We received so many compliments on our food and the drinks (especially the filet and prickly pear margarita). The chef also made a wonderful vegetarian dish for those of us who wanted it. Melissa and her team made sure we had the food (appetizers and dinner) just the way we wanted and even made sure they put some at our dinner seats because she knew we wouldn’t get to eat during cocktail hour. She also made sure that we had a drink in our hand or at our seat the ENTIRE night. Wonderful service! Melissa was one of our favorite vendors to work with and I bugged her FREQUENTLY. She always answered very quickly, let me know ahead of time when she’d be out of the office, and was VERY patient with all of my questions and checklists! I’m sad the wedding has already happened- if I could I’d relive our special day over and over because of this beautiful venue and the great time we had!

A night to remember
Our daughter and son-in-law were married this past weekend at McCormick Ranch Golf Club. The event was tight and impeccably operated. We were not the easiest client as we had many special requests...upgraded wine, water and food selections but they accommodated our needs beautifully.
There are lots of wedding venues in Scottsdale and Phoenix to choose from but very few offer the indoor/outdoor experience like this venue offers. When the sun is setting - the sky lights up and the pictures are simply amazing! Also, the fireworks! Wow - - a must do.
Did I mention that we had almost 250 guests and the food came out quickly and cooked to perfection. We did a dual entree of salmon and filet and it surpassed the quality of many upper end venues that we have tried.
The wait staff have all been there for years and were friendly and courteous . We can’t say enough about this experience and how happy we were at the end of the evening.
If we could give more stars - we would!

Incredible Venue and service!
The venue itself sells itself with the views and location! As the MOB I had to be the point person with Melissa as my daughter and her fiance’ lived out of town. Melissa’s professionalisms, her compassion for people, and knowledge of the industry was above and beyond! Melissa is what sold us on this venue! She always made us feel as though we were her only client ( furthest from the truth!). Our guest also raved about Everything! Food was also exceptional!

She made sure every detail was covered and was so easy to work with. The venue was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for- sunset is AMAZING here. We had mostly out of town guests and all of our guests were loving the indoor/outdoor vibe that the pavilion offers. When I was venue shopping, I was very adamant about having a wedding that was NOT at a golf club, I was determined this was too cliche for an Arizona wedding. I have no problem admitting I was 100% wrong. My mom convinced me to just "check out" McCormick Ranch Golf Club and when we left our visit to the venue, I was ready to book my wedding there! McCormick Ranch Golf Club offers the high-class luxuriousness of Scottsdale without the giant price tag. It's an all-inclusive venue and worth every penny! Not only do you get an absolutely beautiful venue with a backdrop of palms trees and Camelback Mountain (AZ at it's finest!), but you also get so much more!! One of the BEST things you get is Melissa Blase, the wedding coordinator/event planner at the venue. She is extremely professional and has so much experience working at this venue that she's prepared for everything and anything. I can say with certainty that my wedding day was perfect because of her and the amazing staff! She's creative, helpful, responds quickly to emails/text/phone calls, and makes the whole process easier. Another thing you get is delicious food that your guests will be raving about long after your wedding is over! There are several options to choose from so you make sure you get what you want for your big day. The head chef was more than accommodating and easy to work with. This venue has it all, including fireworks if you choose to go for that WOW factor! The McCormick Ranch Golf Club helped me make my wedding day unforgettable and I will be forever grateful for this venue and its employees!

Hidden Gem in Scottsdale
I cannot speak any higher of McCormick Ranch Golf Club, Melissa (the event coordinator), and the entire staff. I fell in love with the venue when I first stumbled across pictures many months before I got engaged. It was one of the first places we visited and I knew instantly it was our wedding venue - I got all the feels as I walked the grounds!!
A few details I feel are important to mention:
*Food - Incredible. My father in law is in the restaurant industry so this was important to him. He was incredibly impressed at the tasting and I had several guests mention it was the best wedding food they have had.
*Coordination - as previously stated, the wedding coordinator Melissa is AMAZING. She comes with the venue at no extra change and was incredibly accommodating, always going out of her way to help. I have nothing but positive things to say about her
*Price - this is why I mentioned McCormick is a hidden gem. The pricing is very reasonable compared to nearly every location nearly. I felt for what I got, my wedding could have been twice the price!
*The Details - This venue is a blank canvas. It is stunning and can be transformed to anything that you imagine. This allowed me to make my wedding vision a one of a kind reality. However, one thing I would suggest to future couples is that if you have a lot that you want (many details, outside linens, decorations, etc) either higher a planner or know that you need to be very very organized!! I did it myself and actually enjoyed every minute however I will say that there are lots of "all inclusive" wedding venues out there that include a variety of linen options, included table decorations, etc. McCormick does not have that but it is why I loved it so much - It gave me the opportunity to make my wedding one of a kind.
I would recommend McCormick Ranch over and over again. It was exactly what I pictured for our wedding. I can guarantee with 100% certainty if you choose to book here you will not be dissapointed!

Beautiful!
McCormick Ranch is a beautiful wedding location! I fell in love the instant I saw it; the green grass, palm trees, and lake all contributed to the effortless beauty of this venue. The icing on the cake was the pavilion for the reception. The floor to ceiling windows, cascading chandelier, and draping white fabric decorated the room beautifully and I didn't have to do a lot of decorating to make the room look stunning. Melissa was very easy to work with and always responded to my questions very quickly. The best part of this venue was being able to surprise our guests with fireworks! McCormick Ranch was truly the complete package and we are so happy we chose to have our wedding here!

Incredible venue - unforgettable experience!
I cannot say enough amazing things about having our wedding cocktail hour/reception at McCormick Ranch Golf Club. Our cocktail hour on the lawn overlooking Camelback Mountain at sunset was truly a dream. The reception space is so unique -- windows surround the space so you can see the mountains and golf course views outside -- so different from the traditional ballroom spaces you see. It is beautiful, but also comfortable, and truly reads Scottsdale, Arizona (which was important to us!). But I must say, beauty and distinctness aside, the staff is what truly makes this the ideal place to get married in Scottsdale. Working with Melissa Blase, wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream. She truly MAKES IT HAPPEN and makes the process so much fun. My mom and I said after, we will never be able to work with anyone else, because no one will compare! The rest of the staff was also amazing and everything was just as we imagined and more. The food was fabulous and everyone commented about it. We would highly recommend having your wedding and/or reception at MRGC - there is nothing quite like it!

Perfect Scottsdale Wedding Venue!
I cant say enough about this venue for your wedding! Melissa Blase, Camelia and the whole staff including Bobby Jo and Chef Justin make weddings here the best! I was the planner at a wedding on October 13th 2018 and it was a rainy wet day and this entire staff managed to host 183 people above and beyond expectations! They transformed the reception space into our ceremony and then guests moved to the clubhouse for cocktail hour and then flipped the reception area into dinner and dancing in 1 hour! Melissa (catering manager) and the rest of the staff on our wedding day were phenomenal! We all know the stress that comes along with wedding planning and everyone at McCormick Ranch made it so easy! I am so happy with our wedding day I wish I could redo it all over again. Melissa was very responsive, attentive and genuinely cared about you and your wants/needs for your special day. My mom and I did not see eye-to-eye on a lot of things so we weren't necessarily the easiest to work with but they were SO patient. The food was incredible, our guests had a BLAST and overall the venue was everything I dreamed of and more.

We got married last Friday April 6th 2018 at McCormick Ranch Golf Club. To say it was BEST DAY EVER is an understatement. We first met our wedding coordinator Melissa Blase a year ago, when we were looking at venues. I immediately fell in love with this venue when we were taking a tour. Melissa is AMAZING to work with...soo responsive...a breath of fresh air. She is the one who gave me all of my peace and mind while planning our special day. She has great ideas and made our dreams into reality. She was always letting us know that we can call/ text/message her on IG even on her days off and she would respond. I feel like we made a life long friend when we met Melissa. Our wedding was everything we could ever imagine, hope, and dream for. The venue is beautiful, the food is out of this world, and the staff is soo professional. We had people come up to us and tell us how this was the BEST wedding they have every been to because of how beautiful this venue is. Even some of our vendors came up to us at the end of the night and told us how they cried because of how beautiful this wedding turned out. If you are looking for an amazing venue with gorgeous views of Camelback Mountain and the gorgeous golf course, look no further and give Melissa a call. This place is the best! Melissa is the best! I searched many venues and my husband and I had a strict budget. Many places offer great views but I bet you wont get the service, food quality, and care you would get from McCormick Ranch.
First off, the person helping you plan such an important day is HUGELY important and you want to feel comfortable to ask all your silly questions and feel assured that they will get the job done. Well Melissa at McCormick is that! She's responsive, entertains your questions with joy and basically acts as a day of coordinator. Besides her, the views here are great, the venue is relatively huge compared to others and the food is amazing. My husband and I were so glad to have chosen this location. Our only wish is that it was walking distance to hotels otherwise, you will not regret. Great place, great people, great value for the quality!

Picking McCormick Ranch Golf Club as the location for my wedding was the best decision I could have made. Not only is it a beautiful location and big enough for large parties, but it is different than the typical ballroom. With windows surrounding 75% of the inside venue you are truly able to enjoy the views of the mountains and golf course throughout the evening. Not to mention the staff at McCormick was so easy and fun to work with. They truly felt like family after the year of planning together. And the food was DELICIOUS. I would highly recommend McCormick Ranch for anyone looking to get married in the Scottsdale area you will not regret it!

I just want to say that Melissa at McCormick ranch is the most amazing wedding/banquet coordinator! She made sure that every detail was reviewed and executed perfectly. She is super quick with responding to email and text without missing a single detail. She even said I could call her on her day off- how nice, even though I would never do that :) Her mellow but assertive personality was great with my crazy friends and difficult grandparents. She made everything smooth, fun and very relaxed on the day of. I think she has a great sense of what each bride wants as their style and 'vibe'.
The staff were very nice and always made sure the bride and groom had food and drinks. Everything ran so smooth!
The venue is the most beautiful in the whole area. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. It was better than I expected!

From the moment we met them through the last second of our reception, Melissa and her team are professional, honest, trustworthy, prompt, caring, understanding, flexible and extremely personable. No other reason to look anywhere else! Melissa & her team are AMAZING! From the planning to the Chef who added a personal touch & meet with us, everyone at the venue is a professional! Our day was seamless from the moment we showed up. They accommodated last minute requests & made us feel like part of the "family". During the evening, everytime we passed a staff member, they asked if they could do anything for us Or if we needed anything. 5 STARS is not enough for this venue, staff or energy that come out of there. The food was AMAZING & tasted just like it did when we had our tasting day. Not one complaint from our wedding guests & everyone raved about how good the taste & quality were.

JW and I toured many venues while trying to find the perfect one for our wedding day. It wasn’t until we went to McCormick Ranch Golf Club that we finally got that feeling of “this is it” and booked right on the spot. Everything about the venue was amazing but one of the main things that stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was so extremely nice and helpful, that sadly you don’t find at most venues. We personally worked with Melissa and she was AMAZING!! While being extremely helpful and on top of everything she is also so down to earth and personable. She made our wedding planning experience so pleasant and day of, everything was beyond perfect and ran so smoothly. I would 100% recommend McCormick Ranch Golf Club to anyone getting married or hosting a banquet. We searched many venues settings and pricing throughout multiple states and once we met Melissa Blase at this fabulous venue, we knew immediately we found the right place! For most of our guests this was a destination wedding and McCormick Ranch did not disappoint. Food was amazing along with drinks and service was far superior than most 5 star resorts in the area within a much more reasonable price point. If you want an amazing wedding venue, you have to have your wedding and reception at McCormick Ranch Golf Club! Melissa is absolutely amazing, kind, and a true professional. Even though March is a very busy month for events, Melissa made me feel like I was the only person she worried about. I could really tell she cared about my wedding and making sure it was perfect! All of my guests were RAVING about the food, many of them stated that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. I highly suggest getting the "swag" package with the chandelier for the pavilion, it makes the room so beautiful. I can go on and on about how wonderful and magical my wedding was at McCormick Ranch! This venue is outstanding for a fabulous outdoor event with a stunning view of Camelback Mountain. First go to the venue and meet with Melissa Blasé, the Catering Manager. She is outstanding. We were planning a wedding with 180 guests and both the bride, my daughter, and groom lived across country in DC. Melissa could not have been more attentive and helpful. Everything came off beautifully. The food was amazing, the attention from the wait staff and bartenders were all fabulous. It was a magical evening that Melissa pulled off without a hitch. She made us feel like we were her most important clients.

Wow, there are not enough good things to say about McCormick ranch golf club!! First of all, they were super easy to work with- I'm celiac and can't eat gluten and the chef worked with me to make the wedding gluten free (everything except one appetizer and the bread were GF -- they had GF bread just for me)! Melissa is AMAZING and made sure that we were always on track and followed up with all my vendors and coordinated the day of to make sure that everything ran smoothly. The weather was uncooperative and the forecast kept changing and Melissa & team made sure that everything went according to plan and all the back ups were in place. We were able to have our ceremony outside despite the threat of rain, but we were easily able to change the plan and have cocktail hour in the clubhouse last minute. Everything went off without a hitch and I'm so glad that we had our wedding at MRGC!! It was so beautiful, the food was amazing, the floorplan of the pavilion really gets everyone to the dance floor and it was so much fun!! Thank you Melissa & team for making our wedding the best day ever!!!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Melissa who was our main point of contact made sure everything went smoothly and happen on time for our wedding day. The entire team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. For example towards the end of the night and things were winding down one of the servers name David Salinas took the initiative to take photos of our sparkler exit and email them to us the very next day. Moreover it wasn’t just David’s single action it felt as though the entire team was invested in our big day.Responsiveness, naturally I tend to be somewhat impatience which is why I am pleased to give McCormick a 5/5 on their responsiveness. Melissa always made herself available from the first day we met and even after our wedding.It’s a great feeling when you don’t have to stress over lack of information or a clear understanding.We visited five other venues before McCormick and each time we were surround by questions and felt as if it wasn’t the right fit. Once we met with Melissa at McCormick, there was no doubt in our mind on where we were going to get married. Melissa give us her cell number the very first day we met before we had even told her that we were going to have our wedding there. It was almost as if we hired a wedding planner.She continually went above and beyond with making sure all the little details were in place for our big day. Over all McCormick worked as a positive and efficient team to make our dream day a reality.

Everything was absolutely beautiful and amazing! We are so happy with our venue choice. Melissa was so helpful and went out of her way to make everything perfect. The food and signature cocktail were to die for! We are so grateful!
One thing to clarify, however are the table linens. We didn't realize until a few weeks beforehand that the table linens provided by Mccormick were not floor length so we ended up renting them elsewhere. Not a big deal, just make sure to clarify. :)

McCormick Ranch was the most perfect place to have our wedding. Everything was perfect and Melissa was AMAZING! She made everything run so smoothly and took care of literally everything. Our guests raved about the location, the food, and the overall experience. The pavilion for the reception was beautiful and it was so nice to have the doors open and go from inside to outside. And the backdrop for the ceremony is perfect with camelback. I could not have asked for anything better. Don't get married anywhere else!

We worked with Melissa for our wedding and reception at McCormick and it couldn't have been a more perfect location. They made the whole process so easy and smooth, and the venue was absolutely gorgeous. We planned to have both the ceremony and reception in the Pavillion since it was July in Arizona, and they made everything look beautiful. I am so thankful that we chose McCormick for our wedding. The staff and especially Melissa are so talented and think of everything for you so you can just relax and have fun! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to everyone!

My husband and I were married at McCormick in May 2016. We had seen a few other couples get married there and were looking at two other gold courses (Gainey and Troon). We paid for our wedding ourselves and price was definitely considered but we also wanted to make sure we could get the best bang for our buck. We chose McCormick because they made us feel important, they assured us that May was perfect for a wedding (even though its HOT out and I was trying to cut costs and find a holiday weekend for a Sunday wedding), even so they never once made me second guess my decision. Keep in mind we didn't have a "cheap" wedding, the decor, flowers and photography made up for it. However, we had the wedding of our DREAMS, one we never thought we could afford or have in a million years and the best of all is that the venue was absolutely gorgeous. The glass pavillion, the sunset creeping through the windows, the gorgeous view of the lake and mountains at the ceremony. Flawless. The photos turned our AMAZING. With that being said, this venue is an easy choice. The cherry on top, the staff. Our wedding coordinator, who we ADORED, resigned 2-3 months before our wedding. I had a mini panic attack until we met Melissa and Jordan. I literally did not stress once about anything and I did a lot of DIY things myself, being a graphic designer I had to lol. Melissa honestly was the magician behind the stage who pulled it all off without a single hiccup. Piece of cake in my eyes, I did not have to worry about anything and that is 5 star service on your wedding day. I emailed these girls at least a few times a week for a year and every time I apologized they encouraged it. I have never heard of service like this, especially when its covered in your costs. Seriously, best decision. Take my word for it. Oh and all my guests commented that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding... Can't beat the service, quality or quantity. I can promise you that.

From beginning to end our experience at McCormick Ranch Golf Club was excellent. The entire staff was very professional and accommodating. The food and presentation were top-notch. When we were looking for a venue we had a few things that we were looking for specifically. We wanted to have an outdoor ceremony, a reception hall that would have great views, good food, and day of coordination. My parents also wanted us to find a place that could accommodate for any unexpected weather changes. We found that McCormick Ranch met ALL of these criteria and MORE!
We couldn't have picked a more perfect place!!! Our meetings with Kristina, Jordan, and Melissa were always productive and helpful! They all know what they are doing! They left no matter undiscussed and even had a worksheet to go through that helped us think about many of the details we may have missed. Our food tasting was fun and, of course, delicious! They accommodated all of our different food needs of us and our guests. They were easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions timely. Very professional!
For the venue itself... WOW! It is sooo beautiful! Our ceremony was outdoors on the lawn facing the lake and the mountains afar. Our ceremony occurred at sunset, and of course, it was gorgeous! The reception hall was perfect too! They opened many of the doors around the hall to make it seem as though we were outdoors with the fresh air and the cool breeze! Our guests LOVED IT!
For the day of coordination we couldn't have been MORE THANKFUL that we went with McCormick Ranch! Jordan, Kristina, and Melissa and their staff made everything run smoothly on the day of! We didn't have to think of any detail because they had already thought of them 10 minutes before. We are soooo appreciative of them and the hard work they put into the wedding. Thank you!!!
We would recommend McCormick Ranch Golf Club WITHOUT hesitation to any couple looking for a BEAUTIFUL wedding venue, extremely helpful coordinators and staff, and much much more!

The McCormick Ranch Golf Club staff went above and beyond to make our wedding a dream come true! Whenever I had a question they were just a phone call, email, or meeting away. The day could not have ran more smoothly and would not have been possible without Kristina, Jordan, and Melissa! You can't beat the view from the venue with Camelback Mountain as your backdrop. There are so many possibilities with this venue and you can truly customize to your style!

I'm so glad we chose McCormick for our wedding! We worked with Kristina and Jordan and they were quick to respond to all of my questions and very flexible and easy to work with. Kristina is knowledgeable, helpful, and provided good suggestions throughout the planning process. The location itself is gorgeous and a great setup for an indoor/outdoor venue. We got married mid-February and had the doors to the pavilion open during the reception and the weather was beautiful. The only vendor they require you to use is their catering department but the food was amazing and the chef customized it just how we wanted it! They let us do stations and we received many compliments about how great it all was. The whole McCormick team made sure everything ran smoothly and I can't thank them enough for making our wedding day so special!

McCormick Ranch Golf Club is the perfect place to get married. The views are gorgeous, their facilities are amazing, the food is fabulous, but their staff is what really makes this venue ideal. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating. They serve as wedding coordinators the day of and did a great job setting everything up for us and keeping everyone on task. I received several comments from our guests about how great the service was from their wait staff. Their pavilion can be indoor/outdoor as all of the walls open up to the outside which is ideal for our many lovely nights in AZ. We highly recommend this location for your wedding or any event for that matter as we are so happy with our experience there! Call them ASAP as they book up fast!

Jordan & Kristina were a delight to work with. They helped make the planning process such a breeze. I didn't hire a wedding planner, so I was relieved that they both helped me out along the way. The wedding day was beyond beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding ceremony & reception. The ceremony was gorgeous out on the grass by the pond with views of Camelback Mountain in the distance. The reception was amazing. The food was delicious & the guests had plenty of room to dance the night away. If you are looking for a venue to hold your wedding & reception, look no further! If I had to do it all over again I'd pick McCormick Ranch Golf Club again in a heartbeat

Having our wedding and reception and McCormick Ranch Golf Club was the best idea we had! We only checked out a few venues, but needed one that was pretty inclusive and didn't leave much "do it yourself" work. My husband and I both travel for our jobs and wedding planning didn't come easy, nor did either of us enjoy it. Kristina was AMAZING to work with and we LOVED her! I would have had numerous mental breakdowns without her. She guided us through the process and made sure we stayed on task with the decisions we needed to make, so that everything was done on time for our big day. Since we planned our wedding of 150 people in about 5 months, and didn't have much free time to spend on wedding planning, I needed help finding vendors. Kristina has been in the business for a good amount of time and had excellent contacts. She was able to recommend vendors for us to use based on our budget, and those we chose from were all excellent and affordable! Our ceremony was supposed to be outside, with cocktail hour to follow just outside the pavilion. Unfortuneatly huge rain storms blew in just before the ceremony, but her team worked quickly and professionally to move the ceremony inside by re-arranging the pavilion that was already set for dinner. The ceremony turned out beautifully! Since it was still raining after the ceremony, the staff ushered the guests into the club house for cocktail hour, and then back to the pavilion for the reception once it was re-set up for dinner and dancing. I was extremely impressed by how quickly and diligently the staff worked in making our mostly outdoor affair, indoors. The whole event was fabulous and our guests had a blast! We are so happy and grateful we had our wedding at MRGC. Everything turned out way better than we could have ever imagined and so many of our guests told us afterwards that it was the "best wedding" they had ever been to! We HIGHLY recommend MRGC to handle all of your ceremony and reception needs!

We were so happy with how everything turned out at our wedding. We had a small intimate wedding of 50 people and they were able to accommodate our request. We loved being able to use the McCormick Dining room which was the perfect size for our event. The ceremony was outside on the grass with the lake in the background which was the perfect backdrop for photos. It all looked beautiful. Thank you to Kristina the catering director for being there for me with all my questions throughout the process and Jordan for being a big help the day of as well. All the staff was very helpful. Our event turned out how I imagined, it was a blast and everyone said the food was amazing!

We wanted a beautiful setting, great food and drink and a rocking party that all flowed seamlessly for a good value and we got it with McCormick Ranch Golf Club and our fabulous team of vendors! We chose a Sunday morning ceremony and Brunch wedding reception on Memorial Day weekend. Kristina with McCormick Ranch was willing to make it happen even though we would be the 4th wedding of the weekend! We are forever grateful! The ceremony set against the lake and Camelback Mountain backdrop was incredible. About 90% of our guests were from out of town so it made a spectacular setting for them to enjoy themselves. The Pavilion venue for our reception was perfect with windows all the way around showcasing the lake and mountain views. The club absolutely nailed the food. They were really flexible in working with us to create a custom menu, from our custom bacon bar to the creme brulee french toast, all was amazing! We received rave reviews on the bacon bar in particular, maybe it should become part of the standard catering menu :) Everything really is better with bacon! Kristina took great care to ensure that every detail we had planned was executed flawlessly. We could not have been happier with our wedding celebration venue selection. As a local wedding planner, I will certainly refer McCormick Ranch Golf Club again and again and look forward to working together often in the future! The best decision we made for our wedding was having it at McCormick Ranch. The pavilion where the reception takes place is gorgeous and the ceremony space outside of the pavilion has beautiful views. Not only is the venue beautiful but everyone on the staff at McCormick is fantastic to work with. We worked primarily with Kristina and Maggie and there were no questions or dilemmas they didn't have immediate solutions to and ideas for. They kept in contact with us constantly and did absolutely everything they could to make our day perfect and make us feel calm and taken care of. The wait staff, bartender and everyone else who worked the day of our wedding was also wonderful to work with. They were all very friendly, professional and did a great job. Seriously, the venue is beautiful and unique and the staff is beyond wonderful. It took so much stress off of our shoulders working with this group and everyone told us repeatedly how beautiful our wedding was.

Our experience with McCormick Ranch from the start was amazing. We worked directly with Kristina (Gelb) Frus, she was everything that any bride could imagine. The first day I walked into the venue, I cried because I immediately saw my vision come to life. From ironing out fine details, to searching for outside rentals/décor, to just being there as a voice of reason Kristina took charge in a positive way. Our guests raved about the food, we went with three plated food choice options and there wasn't a plate left with even a crumb on it! The views that you get from the wedding pavilion are breath taking. You have the golf course greens and camelback mountain in the background, there isn't a bad view anywhere in sight. We had an absolutely spectacular wedding day, in big part due to the assistance of McCormick Ranch Golf Club. Kristina and Maggie and their staff were unbelievably helpful throughout the entire planning process. They were polite and considerate and really worked hard to make sure that our wedding day went off without a hitch. They really went out of their way to ensure our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be. They are extremely professional and have been working in the wedding business for many years. I don't even know where to start because my wedding was perfect and Kristina & her team is a big part of the reason why it went so smoothly. MRGC is the perfect place for a wedding. The setting is amazing and the service is impeccable. Kristina and her team were extremely responsive to all of my questions. She always had alternatives for me to think about. The food was fantastic & I got many compliments from my guests about how good it was. The service during the reception was perfect. I didn't receive any complaints from my guests, especially about the bar service. I know I have been to many weddings where there is a huge line during the cocktail hour but that was not the case here. I used some of the suggested vendors that Kristina and I couldn't be happier with them. I loved MCGC so much I recommended them to my work to use for a meeting and we did back in March. I would recommend this venue for a wedding in a heart beat. Thank you Kristina & Maggie. You truly are the best.

Absolutely breathtaking! As many times as you visit the venue before your wedding day it simply doesn't compare to the wedding day! I couldn't have asked for more. Kristina and Maggie were so helpful every step of the way and especially on the wedding day. I wish I could relive it a million times. Thank you all SO much for helping to put this all together, I couldn't have done it without you!

Kristina and Maggie were simply the best! They were quick to respond to any emails, or phone calls we made to them. They were also flexible and willing to work within our budget, as well as provide vendors that were within our budget. We couldn't be happier and will refer anyone we know getting married to them @ McCormick Ranch Golf Club.

I could not be more thrilled with our wedding at MRGC! The staff was incredibly helpful from beginning to end and everything was perfect the day of. I would encourage anyone still considering venues to stop by and check it out. I would also note the food was excellent. As a guy who likes to eat, this was way above what you usually see for "wedding food".

Kristina and Maggie were so good to work with at McCormick Ranch Golf Club. Their teamwork and delivery, (and hard work), were both impressive and outstanding!!!
They also exceeded our expectations by putting the Bride and myself, (mother of the bride), at ease every step of the way! We always knew we were in good hands!
They really helped make it a truly magical night!

Kristina and her staff were amazing. Our walk thorough for our rehearsal was great. She knew exactly what needed to happen. Knowing that I would have her handling my wedding day of put me at ease. They did a phenomenal job!

Kristina and Maggie are smart, passionate, very responsive and extremely professional. They delivered on everything they said they would and more! We couldn’t be happier with McCormick Ranch and Kristina and Maggie.
They guided us throughout our entire wedding and went above and beyond and truly know how to deliver quality service! We continue to receive compliments from our guests on the entire wedding from the venue, service, food and attention to details…we feel so fortunate to have worked Kristina and Maggie who both exceeded our expectations! I started looking for a venue at the beginning of 2014 to host my wedding , some of them were beautiful but above my budget or they would fit my budget but not my taste. After visiting many venues around the valley(10-12 maybe) , I found the perfect one and I felt in love right away: McCormick Ranch has it all; is beautiful, has a gorgeous view, elegant, perfect location, and best value. Kristina Gelb, director of catering, is awesome. She was always available to answer my numerous questions, and to help me and guide trough the planning process. The food was just delicious, all of my guest were making compliments about it. The day of my wedding everything was just in place, just perfect, it look amazing. I would choose McCormick Ranch over and over again!!!

This venue exceeded my expectations in every way. The view is fantastic, the pavillion is perfect and the food was excellent but most of all our event coordinator was so helpful and accommodating it made our life easier. Thank you to all the members of the team that made my daughter's wedding day so special, Kristina you are the BEST!

I don't know how to clearly express how thankful I am for McCormick Ranch Golf Club and the dream wedding they were able to give my husband and I. Picking McCormick Ranch Golf Club was by far the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. From the moment we toured the venue, we were blown away and knew this was the place we wanted to say I Do. It was at the top of our price range but we felt we were receiving a better value here when compared to other venues we toured. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating through out the entire experience. The venue offers so many little unexpected "extras" that were included in the overall cost. One of the best parts was the fact that Kristina (the banquet manager) and her staff handled EVERYTHING on the day of the wedding and allowed me to be a bride and enjoy the day. Kristina is amazing and has a wonderful staff. They assign a coordinator to your wedding, so you have two different people working together to making the details come together for your wedding. They handled the decorations for both the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They were so flexible and continued to check in with me during the reception to let me know when we would do cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc. I felt as if my closest family and friends were running my wedding... They just were so helpful and available for anything (a staff member actually hunted down safety pins to bustle my dress after someone stepped on the train and broke the buttons) they were just incredible and made our wedding day more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Everything from the food, drinks, ambiance, and facility was amazing. I am forever grateful for their hard work and passion for what they do.

Our daughter's wedding and reception was held at McCormick Ranch Golf Club. The beautiful lake and mountain views, along with the wonderful open air reception hall, and great food and service made it the perfect venue for the perfect wedding and reception. Kristina Gelb and her staff were an absolute delight to work with and went above and beyond to make the day a beautiful event for our daughter, son-in-law and their guests.
