  Sarah is an incredible photographer! She is an amazing artist who puts much time and effort into her work. My engagement photos were incredible and my wedding photos are even more amazing! I love her and I love her work and I would recommend her to any bride! -Brooke Bartley

  From the Ministers perspective...I have been officiating weddings for seven years and in all that time I have never met a photographer who has followed through like McBride-Kramer Photography! Her ability to stay connected, deliver timely results and inspire with her vision are all rare qualities that make her my #1 pick all around. She is not only fun and personable, but easy to work with and captures the personality of her subject with skill and magnificance. I am impressed beyond measure by her talent and style!

  All the qualities you want in a wedding photographer you find in Sarah. She values all of your ideas and input. There is not a job too big, small, or demanding that she can't handle with a smile. My husband and I are so pleased with the work she did for our wedding, that we have made her our official family photographer and lifelong friend.

  I would warn clients before considering hiring this photographer. She really does great work; however, in our experience we had to wait almost 4 years before receiving our completed product, which was partly my fault. My wedding date was 7/28/2012 and we did not receive our coffee table book until 1/24/2017. After many back and forth emails between the two of us, the photographer contacted me on 2/26/15 to confirm the pictures in the book at which I assumed I responded, but realized on 10/11/15 when I logged onto a desktop computer that the email was flagged and wasn’t sent, my mistake. I immediately responded to the photographer apologizing for the delay and did the final confirmation on 10/16/15. I attempted to contact the photographer, but did not receive a response until email contact was made through Facebook on 4/3/16, she replied on 4/6/16. She indicated the book was ordered on 4/6/16 and would take about 2 weeks. On 7/30/16, no book was received and no contact was made about any sort of delay, so I attempted contact. No response. Emailed on 8/6/16, no response. Emailed on 8/16/16 and received a response indicating we will receive the book that was owed to us. Emailed on 10/06/16 requesting the status of the book and she responded indicating personal/financial issues was the reason for the delay. I had a lot of sympathy for her, but she began to act very disrespectful. During this time, she was posting work on her Facebook page; she posted 10 sessions in 2016, which showed us that she was working. The resolution was her instructing us to take her to court if we couldn’t wait, so we gave her a 3-month deadline, which she did get the book to us shortly after the time frame we provided.

  It is regrettable that you have decided to take my life and the insanely personal hard times and make them public. Not only that but skew facts to make yourself look like a victim, when over 3 and a half years passed in total, where you didn't seem to care. And you showed that by not keeping in touch with me either. I have apologized profusely for the way my personal hard times have effected getting your final book to you. As for the disk you reference, that was not a disk of your wedding images but of your boudoir shoot that you did for your husband as a gift and I honestly thought I gave you that disk when I gave you the images of your wedding in 2013.... it is sad that you are trying to make it sound like you have been without your wedding images since your wedding.... I think that and this review with false facts says a lot about you as a person.
