McAllen Convention Center staff made our wedding day special from day one. Our event coordinator Stephanie Ramirez was amazingly helpful during the planning. The staff is definitely there to serve you in every aspect and are always on top of things. My husband and I did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day or prior. Advice I would like to give to anyone booking this venue would be to make sure you understand you must find all vendors other than food elsewhere. (i.e., decorations, cake, photography/videography etc.) Food is provided via Center Plate and Karla and the rest of the staff do an amazing Job! The food is delicious!

They will assign a wedding planner for you when you book. Take full advantage. We had Stephanie, I'm not sure if she does all the weddings. Very professional services. The convention center is a great venue for parties the only
thing is you have to buy you're food from Center Plate which is okay but the prices are just crazy..
if your planning to have an event here I really do recommend it.. just get prepared to waste a lot of money.

The food was good the prices were very high, the flexibility was poor in my opinion the facility is nice.
