I cannot recommend MJB Pro Makeup enough. Melissa is hands down the most talented makeup artist in South Florida. Because of my line of work, I am around makeup artists regularly, and I've yet to encounter anyone who is able to match her skills. Melissa is friendly, talented, always punctual and incredibly hard working. When it came time for my big day, there was no question in my mind on whom I would ask to do the makeup for everyone in the bridal party. Melissa arrived very early and made every single girl, from 8 years old to 65 look her absolute best. I've never felt more beautiful and to this day I admire the amazing work she did, and how fabulous my photos look, thanks to her.
I often tell friends and clients that makeup is one of those items that you must feel confident with. A good makeup artist, like a good DJ, can make or break your wedding. I highly recommend MJB Pro Makeup to friends, family, and clients, and when I have any special event or important party, making contact with Melissa trumps getting the right dress, shoes or hairstyle. From a 'beachy' look to a dark, smokey eye, Melissa can accommodate your needs, and make you look even more beautiful than you thought possible. -

Melissa was fantastic to work with! I was able to do a trial run before the big day so that we both were clear on what I wanted. I wanted to make sure I looked flawless but natural. She did an amazing job!! -

Melissa has a lot of talent! I used her for my engagement photos, my boudoir photo shoot, and for my wedding day and I was so happy with her services. She definitely knows what she is doing and can give you whichever look YOU want. For my boudoir I wanted that smoky eye/bedroom look and she pulled it off amazing, for my engagement photos I wanted something more natural because they were on the beach and she made me look flawless. She has a passion for make-up and it definitely shows. Of equal importance, is her punctuality. She was never late which put me at ease. Highly recommend her! ;) -

Melissa was amazing, punctual, communicative and reasonably priced. I had some bridesmaids that hate an abundance of makeup...Melissa sat with them and even when they didn't like a specific makeup item, she took the time to tone it down or detract from the issue to make sure my bridesmaids were 100% happy with how they looked. Each of my bridesmaids looked gorgeous and calm, my perfect wedding day :)
Oh, and my makeup was gorgeous as well. Thank you Melissa! -

I heart Melissa! She did such an amazing job on my mom, my bridesmaids and I. We looked absolutely stunning. She was on time, super professional. She is absolutely hysterical and even helped calmed down my mom when she started getting weepy on the make-up chair. She works with great people like Jorge Penn who did our hair. I will go to her any time I'm in Miami and need my make-up done! -

I am very pleased with the makeup Melissa did for my wedding and for my bridesmaids. I used Melissa for my makeup at my bridal shower as well as my wedding and she did an exceptional job making my skin flawless! Oh! and i highly recommend her to fix eyebrows, she is an expert! Melissa is great to work with as she is punctual and she listens to you and works with your needs and her prices are very reasonable. Melissa is very flexible and very down to earth that makes it even better to work with her.I received so many compliments on my wedding makeup and my bridesmaids were happy with their makeup. I truly loved my makeup and my pictures came out beautiful! I would highly recommend Melissa for any occasion makeup and she will make you look gorgeous! -
