Unique, lush floral design and great communication

Mayuri did a wonderful job for my wedding reception/anniversary. The designs she put together were beautiful and unique. I really appreciated that she went the extra mile to dream up gorgeous boutonnieres for the gentlemen and a matching hair comb for me with the same style of dried flowers in our arrangements. She was very detail-oriented and conscious about open communication, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend working with her!

Mayuri & her team were amazing!

We were so lucky to have Mayuri and her team for florals, decor, and coordination at our wedding in October 2021.

Mayuri was so professional and helpful to work with throughout the whole process, and played such a major part in our day. While planning, Mayuri was always responsive and helped walk me through every detail with her expertise. On the day of, the team worked magic to make all floral arrangements and decor turn out perfectly.

We’re still receiving so many compliments and hope to work with her again in the future!

Beautiful decorations, smooth planning, attention to detail and highly personalized. Mayuri is an Incredible Artist!

Mayuri brought my wedding dreams to life! I am so amazed with how she made the event Instagram-worthy with the (very) few ideas I had. She is always in communication via her website, which is easy to navigate. Her flowers were beautiful and vibrant, and looked incredible throughout the night and even over the weekend! I think her designs are what brought the whole event together and made it special. I was obsessed with our centerpieces - she brought in geocubes and candlesticks to make every table unique and interesting. We also used her birch wood chuppa and seating card holders which were absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend Mayuri for an elegant event!!

Amazing Floral Arrangements

Amazing flower arrangements with super vibrant fresh flowers that stayed fresh beyond the end of the event. The flowers were such a hit all floral arrangements were taken home by guest and remained fresh for days after the wedding. I would definitely recommend then to friends and family and look forward to using them again in the future.

Mayuri's Floral Design

Mayuri is a dream. In a time of so much uncertainty, we planned and re-planned our wedding three times. In the end we decided to plan the wedding two weeks out from the decision due to the changing landscape of the pandemic. I had never gotten a chance to sit down and see table samples, flower samples, anything. But I knew Mayuri knew and understood my style from our original meeting. She pulled it together in two weeks and built the most beautiful and romantic looking wedding I can even explain. My flowers looked like they were from a fairy tale. The alter, the cake, the aisle decor, was better than I could have ever dreamt of. I cant say enough amazing things about Mayuri. She definitely takes the time to get to know her clients taste, which makes her final results flawless and break-taking

Amazing Floral & Decor!

When looking for flowers and decor for my wedding day, I knew that I didn't have to look any further when I came across Mayuri's Floral Design. Gorgeous Hindu Wedding Florals

Mayuri & her team did an incredible job on our Hindu wedding florals! Everything was gorgeous and spectacular: from the bridal & bridesmaid bouquets, to the mandap floral arrangements, baraat gate, table centerpieces, and everything in between. The MFD team used photos of the bridal and bridesmaid outfits to design bouquets which perfectly complimented the outfits. They even designed and executed breathtaking varmala/haar garlands out of roses and eucalyptus leaves which was one of our crazy ideas to be unique and non-traditional! We are so glad we chose MFD to be with us on our wedding day and we will treasure the memories of our gorgeous florals.

Beautiful, fresh flowers

Mayuri was very easy to work with. She was extremely helpful with making us feel comfortable and helping us to pick out the actual flowers that we wanted to use in our wedding. Neither me or my now husband are "flower people" so Mayuri was great with guiding us to find things that we wanted. We used Mayuri for our bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. We opted for fake centerpieces. Five days later and our bouquets still look beautiful in vases at home! I highly recommend Mayuri and her team.

Absolutely amazing!!

Mayrui and her time are beyond brilliant. I was very nervous about the flower designs of our wedding because I am not big on flowers. This was the part of the wedding I was not looking forward to. I didn't want anything big and certainly didn't want to spend a lot. We met with Mayuri and from the minute we started talking with her she made us feel very comfortable and that she was part of our team. She didn't want us to stress about anything and wanted to answer all of our needs. Once we explained to Mayuri what we wanted and how we felt about certain things, she took our ideas and ran! She created such beautiful flower pieces for our wedding day. We actually left in tears (of joy!!) because how amazing she was and how well our meeting with her went. It felt like she was part of our family and we were just there talking about our wedding. She provided us more than flowers. She provided us with center pieces and items that we easily rented and gave right back! And she was always there for advice. On the day of the wedding her team was perfect!! They were prompt and got everything done. They went above and beyond. They are all so incredibly friendly as well. I HIGHLY recommend Mayuri and her team to be a part of your wedding day. Even after the wedding, she checked in with me and just asked how things were. Yes she runs a business, but she doesn't make you feel like you are just doing business work. She makes it fun and takes the stress away! Thank you Mayuri and team!!!

Stress-free event

This was our first experience planning a wedding. Never hired a florist before, so did not know what to expect. Mayuri made the process quite painless. She took pictures my daughter saved on Pinterest and was able to narrow down her choices to the best possible for us. I was talked into crocheting silver brunia that was incorporated in my daughter's bouquet, my SIL's boutonniere and my wristlet.
With her staff she was able to create the vision my daughter and her fiancee were looking for their wedding. I highly recommend Mayuri and her staff for your event.

Easy Breezy Experience

Mayuri was a dream to work with. In our first getting-to-know-you meeting, I felt instantly connected to her and she really took the time to understand who we were as a couple and what was important to us. She also worked very closely with my Mom to make special details that she was able to incorporate within my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere.
We booked her very early on, such a relief, and then worried about the details as we got closer too. She was really patient as we got closer to the wedding and bridal brain took over and I couldn't remember what we talked about. I didn't physically live close to her so I appreciated her texting me images in reference to what she was talking about during conference calls leading up to. It was really helpful to also work off a shared Pinterest inspiration board that we were able to narrow down as we got closer to. She offered recommendations for flowers that were in season and in budget based on / similar to the photos I liked. I didn't know anything about flowers and changed a few things closer to and it wasn't a big deal at all.
We were able to recycle our ceremony flowers into our sweetheart table and we reused the bridesmaid flowers as decor throughout which I really appreciated. She also has decor in her showroom that we were able to use that fit the aesthetic we were going for. I didn't worry about one thing leading up to or the day of because I knew everything would be just fine and beautiful when we got there, and it was!
Mayuri and her team were very efficient, organized, and technologically savvy to work with and was very transparent about costs, flowers, details, etc. Such a dream to work with and we loved them. Highly recommend!!!

I knew from the moment we met with Mayuri that she was the one for our wedding. She understood what we wanted from the beginning. She is extremely accommodating. She even took my changing of our color scheme a few months out in stride. We hired her and her team for both the planning and floral design. I was a hands-off bride for the most part. Jessica, her planner, was fantastic and kept everything on track from a month out. She turns herself inside and out to make your day amazing.

The day of the wedding I still really didn’t have an overall picture of what the ceremony and reception would look like because I left the details to Mayuri and her team. Boy did they deliver. Everything was over the top stunningly elegant and gorgeous! Everyone we talked to said it was the most romantic, beautiful and fun wedding they have ever attended. I give all the credit to Mayuri and her team. No detail was overlooked. She even repurposed our ceremony decor into our sweetheart table to save money.

You cannot go wrong hiring Mayuri for your wedding needs. She is the best in the business.

The short version : Hire Mayuri & Jessica!! They are amazing!! The long version: Working with Mayuri’s team was different from the start. They were so much more organized than any other florist we had spoken to. Their whole process was different. Rather than ask me what kind of flowers I liked and if I wanted pew bows (I was clueless on both flowers and ) they SHOWED me pictures of flowers from different weddings they had done so they could understand my style was and so I could better find ways to articulate it. Then they created a digital profile for me so they had all the images we picked out to reference in the future. I also wanted to color coordinate the flowers to my dress but not have my fiancé know ( it was a blush rose dress). They were wonderful from the start about making sure it was kept secret. We were also considering hiring a wedding coordinator and we could not be more happy that we went with Jessica from Mayuri’s Floral Design. We both said multiple times over hiring Jessica was the best money we spent on the wedding. She was amazingly organized, always available and responsive and offered great ideas to help smooth our day over and get the most from our vendors. Jessica and her assistant were nothing short of fantastic. At one point I mentioned to my husband how I thought some decorative doors we had brought would have had flowers (they had greenery which is what we had agreed upon; I had just gotten it mixed up). Jessica overheard and repurposed some of the bouquets from the bridesmaids and made a beautiful setup into a breathtaking one. I was so touched and impressed she made that update for us on the fly. Best, best, best money spent on our wedding was hiring her – hands down!

Where do I start with Mayuri and her amazing team?! My husband and I are so happy we found Mayuri. From the initial consultation, Mayuri was so professional yet warm and full of ideas! She was able to create the look I wanted for my wedding and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fulfill my request. She also worked with me on the budget and was always prompt in responding to my emails/text messages. She even went out of her way to speak with me when she was on vacation! Mayuri is truly amazing!! The flowers honestly stole the show! I can't say enough about the arrangements Mayuri and her team made. They were amazing from start to finish. It's hard to plan a wedding in NJ from California, but they made the process seamless. I shared my Pinterest board with them, and they could see my vision. The bouquets were breathtaking, the corsages and boutonnieres were perfect. They provided rented lanterns for the centerpieces and I couldn't have been happier with how the arrangements looked. Mayuri and her team are AMAZING at what they do! After speaking with a few florists, we knew Mayuri was going to be great. She was able to capture our vision perfectly. Mayuri was able to tune in and recognize when we didn’t like something, and she was quick to create other options for us until we were all on the same page. The end result was beautiful and Mayuri really hit it spot on!

Not only did Mayuri help us create the atmosphere we wanted, she also helped us stay on a budget. She gave us various centerpiece ideas other than just flowers. We also hired Mayuri to drape a room for the cocktail hour. She completely transformed the space, it was stunning! She also built our Chuppa which also had some draping. Mayuri thought of some great unique ideas including a hanging table card display that was also our photo booth backdrop.

My bridal bouquet was the most beautiful and unique bouquets I have ever seen. Mayuri and her design team know how to arrange colors and flowers beautifully and they took the time to meet with us and stay in communication with us. It is hard to find people who are so good at knowing what you will like, Mayuri has that gift of tuning into your vision. We were thrilled with how everything came out!!

Mayuri and her team were a pleasure to work with. They really did make our engagement party feel and look like a mini wedding. I have seen their work at my friend's wedding so when I started planning my engagement party I knew I wanted to work with Mayuri's Floral design. You can tell when someone loves what they do and actually have a passion for it when they treat your event like their own. In the middle of planning a big event, as a bride to be, when I was trying to manage multiple things at once, Mayuri personally got in touch with me and pointed out something about my centerpieces which I didnt even think of and I'm so glad she did. On my first meeting with Mayuri, I found her to be warm, friendly and professional . She knew her business inside and out . But the thing I noticed was that she really listened to what we were saying and she knew how to help us get to what we were envisioning. Mayuri and her team were just absolutely amazing to work with. I was getting anxious looking for florists on such late notice (a little less than 2 months before my wedding) and with a September wedding, everyone I contacted was either booked up or required a minimum charge for my event. She fit me into her schedule right away and after I met her at their store, I immediately felt like I would be in good hands. She worked with me on my budget in creating my dream wedding flowers and even Facetimed and sent pictures afterwards of the sample floral arrangement when I couldn't make it to the store to see.

I had my wedding this past Saturday and Laura arrived earlier than expected. The way she arranged all the lavender and the garden roses on my cake was just what I had imagined my cake would look like. All the arrangements were so, so gorgeous! They really nailed the color combination and look I wanted! I got so many compliments about them and at the end of the party, not a single centerpiece was left on the table! I was, however, disappointed that my table garland got on the wrong truck. Mayuri and her team made every effort to get my garland to the venue and although I would have loved to have seen it, it arrived after we were seated for lunch. Luckily enough, Mayuri had made an extra table arrangement which was placed on our head table prior to the start of the party. I called Mayuri Monday and told her what happened and she was very apologetic and offered a full refund on the garland piece. She even gave me tips on what to do with some of the flowers afterwards in terms of preserving/drying it.

Even with that hiccup, I would choose Mayuri's again for another event. Her prices are reasonable, they are personable and easy to work with, very professional, and will definitely bring your vision to life! Thank you Mayuri, Kristen, Laura and the entire team who made it all possible!

I was having a very hard time finding a florist to work with our wedding budget. I read many reviews about Mayuri and knew she was the best in town. I contacted her and she immediately was willing to work with me and my budget and still provide a beautiful set up on our final day! It was a pleasure working with Mayuri and her team .. Always attentive, very responsive. If these words aren't enough, mention mayuri's name to anyone in the Hudson valley and they immediately know her and the first words they say "she's a pleasure to work it and she always does a good job!" I am so happy we worked with mayuri and I would not have had it any other way!!!!!

I really liked the draping and chairs that Mayuri and her team provided for my engagement party. The drapes matched perfectly with my color scheme. I liked how I had the chance to go to Mayuri's studio and tell her what my vision was. She used her talents to create something that was beautiful. People lined up to keep taking pictures ! Had I chosen to forgo draping for my engagement, I would have definitely regretted it...the draping added a magical touch to the restaurant hall! I also appreciated that Mayuri was accessible via e-mail and text.

From our first meeting with Mayuri, we knew there was something special! She listened to what I wanted, understood our budget, and offered her professional advice and opinion. She was always available for questions or changes. When we got to our venue this weekend for our wedding, Mayuri and her team were there and completely exceeded my expectations! The centerpieces, entryway, cocktail room, chuppah, bouquets, cake - EVERYTHING was gorgeous beyond belief. I heard guests commenting throughout the evening that they were noticing the details and special touches. I never even thought I would care about the florals at my wedding and now I look at pictures and they were a true highlight. I HIGHLY recommend Mayuri, without a doubt. She will understand your vision and make it come to life with a truly personal experience.

Mayuri was such a pleasure to work with. I booked her as the florist for my wedding, and also booked her event planning services for the month before the wedding and the day of the wedding. She is extremely detail oriented and always gave so much time and attention to my family and I throughout the planning process. She gave professional opinions while always keeping your vision in mind. Everyone on the team was absolutely fantastic, extremely polite, and so much fun to work with. They really made the day go off without a hitch and were there to help the entire bridal party every step of the way. The day went by with such ease because the planning team was there, I would definitely recommend this service, it took so much stress off of my family and I. As far as the florals for the wedding, Mayuri and her team did an amazing job. Every guest was blown away at how beautiful the flowers and all the reception details were. If there is anything you want, Mayuri will find a way to do it; she is very determined and a very hard worker. Mayuri truly made my vision come to life and brought tears to my eyes the moment I walked into the venue. Every single detail was taken care of from beginning to end, I really can't say enough good things. I highly highly recommend Mayuri!!

If you're here reading this review you're probably considering hiring Mayuri to be your event planner. You don’t usually realize how much work and planning is involved with creating and executing a wedding until you get thrown into it. Coordinating a 250+ person event and making sure everything runs smoothly without hiccups is extremely challenging and Mayuri made it look easy and took everything in stride. I was definitely an obsessive bride, but she always made us feel confident about my decisions, and no question was too much, nor was any request too crazy. Mayuri and her team went above and beyond for my family and made sure my dream wedding ended up exactly how I wanted it to be. Mayuri knows the wedding industry inside and out, and it shows. She helped me manage expectations; prioritize tasks, budgets and timelines. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. This – all before the wedding day. On our actual wedding day, everything ran incredibly smoothly. If there were any problems, even a minor glitch, we didn’t know about it. Because of all the planning and Mayuri being there to make sure all details were in order and everything was delivered, set up and serviced, our wedding day felt easy, relaxed, and was so much fun. Mayuri is honestly just excellent at what she does; she’s extremely effective and also very efficient. ”. She made our wedding exactly what we hoped it would be. In addition to being our event coordinator, Mayuri also made my bridal bouquet and my husband’s boutonniere. It was absolutely beautiful and everything I imagined it to be. You should consider yourselves lucky if you have the chance to snatch her up to be your wedding planner. We even overheard one of our guests remark at the end of the day, "That was the best wedding I've ever been to...and I've been to a LOT of weddings." To me, that says it all!

Mayuri and her team did an amazing job on the flowers for my daughter's baptism. Together we created a vision that respected my wishes and budget. Her flowers transformed an otherwise bare hall. Her team was very responsive and reliable from the first to the last correspondence. You can tell that Mayuri, Kristen and Autumn all love what they do. Mayuri provided excellent service for my May 2017 wedding. I absolutely loved how my mandap and decor turned out. Mayuri brought my vision to life! She is so detail oriented--from picking the perfect colors to match both my husband's and my wedding attire. Mayuri went out of her way several times to accommodate my needs while being considerate of my budget. She changed the chairs for the mandap last minute because she realized that the ones I had picked out weren't ideal to match my lehengha. I booked Mayuri only a month (maybe even less) before my wedding for reception decor (centerpieces and backdrop). She was so accommodating with the short notice - we met a few times before the wedding to go through different designs and worked with me and my budget. When I walked into the reception hall I couldn't believe how beautiful and perfect everything looked. Everyone told me how beautiful the decor was. Thank you so much Mayuri!

Mayuri was an absolute pleasure to work with! I wasn’t the type to have dreamt about my wedding since I was a little girl, so I was totally nervous, overwhelmed and scared that I didn’t know what I was doing. I remember only arming Mayuri with a single blog post of examples when we first met… and she completely ran with it. She knew what questions to ask, how to guide me (and my now husband!) and help me figure what I actually wanted. She was super accommodating, patient and responsive – something that this non-planning procrastinator needed and appreciated :) But really, the best part was being able to offer the vaguest of instructions, have complete trust in her expertise, and be wowed by her ability to bring that vagueness to life – and have it be PERFECT. On the big day, she and her team showed up on time and took care of everything – our guests raved about how beautiful everything looked. My mother found Mayuri by accident by googling local florists. Well it was a very happy accident because I couldn't be happier with the results! I went to Mayuri and gave her a budget and she stuck to it (although I ended up upping my budget in the end). My flowers on the day of the wedding were absolutely stunning. The flowers stayed looking fresh all day long, even though it was hot and humid. I can't recommend Mayuri enough!

Mayuri did an amazing job with my flowers and decor for my wedding.No one else compares and I would highly recommend her! Mayuri did exactly what I wanted and priced everything in our budget within our first meeting. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for through observing my pinterest page which no one else does. My bouquet, centerpieces etc. were so beautiful and I loved everything I had absolutely no complaints. 100 percent perfect! Mayuri is very organized and professional. We had such a wonderful experience working with Mayuri's Floral Design! From the first time I met her, Mayuri made our wedding feel personal and unique as she spent our first appointment not only finding out about our wedding, but also trying to get to know my husband and I as a couple. She worked to make everything reflective of who we were. Mayuri was very thorough in understanding exactly what I wanted and made gentle suggestions about decor when I needed it.

The flower delivery was one of my favorite parts of the wedding morning! Mayuri was enthusiastic and showed me all of the bouquets and centerpieces before they were brought to the venue. (She also showed us how we could remove the succulents from our bouquets and plant them after the wedding. I did, and they are such a special memento from our special day.) All of her attention to detail really paid off. The flowers were everything I pictured and more! Mayuri really took my vision and brought it to life!

I was referred to Mayuri through a mutual friend, and I’m so glad I picked her as my florist/day of coordination planner. I recently got married in May, and Mayuri helped me with all of my wedding décor. I’m a very indecisive person and she was able to really help with my vision for the wedding. She provided me with centerpieces, mandap décor, card table décor, aisle décor, garlands, bouquets and boutonnieres. She really went above and beyond my expectations on my floral arrangements. Everything looked so fairytale like, the flowers were PERFECT. She really thought of everything! It was great working with Mayuri. I live a couple hours away from her office, but she was very accommodating. We mostly chatted through phone and email, which really helped with my busy schedule.

I got married in April 2016 and used Mayuri’s Floral Design for all my wedding and reception flowers (this included bouquets, boutonnieres, flower garlands, and cocktail hour and reception centerpieces). I met with Mayuri once in person at her home office and then regularly spoke with her via phone/email/text regarding my wedding flowers. She was very easy to work with and her work product was fantastic!

At our initial meeting, we discussed my budget and color scheme. Mayuri offered good suggestions since I was fairly indecisive in what I wanted. I also did not know much about flowers so she educated me a bit as we went along. Furthermore, she was conscious about my budget when making flower and arrangement suggestions. It was particularly comforting that Mayuri was willing to work within any budget and did not require a “minimum purchase” as I had experienced with other florists/decorators I met with.

On the day of our wedding, delivery was prompt and the set-up was flawless. I was a little worried about the final product since I had only seen pictures and not actual samples, but Mayuri absolutely executed the vision I had in mind for my wedding!! I highly recommend Mayuri’s Floral Design. I found her to be a true expert in her craft and found her and her staff to be very professional.

Mayuri helped us plan all our flower arrangements for our wedding. She was creative helpful with our vision and was able to adapt quickly to a change from the outdoor to indoor ceremony due to weather conditions. She created a beautiful setting inside. The flowers look rich in color, fresh, and well arranged. Mayuri was very detail oriented and creative. In the craziness of the day of we started taking pictures before my fiance had his boutonniere in or before I was holding my flower. I remember her running out toward us with the flowers and quickly setting things right. I really appreciated her organized presence.

I happened to meet my florist on a chance trip with a friend who was looking for a florist. I was still on the fence, I wasn't sure if I wanted or more importantly, could afford a florist for my wedding. Listening to Mayuri talk about flowers and trying to help the other bride stay in budget. I felt compelled to talk with her about my ideas and reservations about having a florist and felt absolutely no pressure to book her. She just gave me ideas to think about and after that meeting followed with a email to see what I was thinking and if I had any more ideas. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach is the reason why I decided to have her become my florist. She did a wonderful job on EVERYTHING!! The centerpieces, the ceremonial flowers and bouquets for GORGEOUS! Everyone complimented me on it and I have Mayuri's Floral Design. I'd recommend her over and over again, she was beyond great.

I contacted Mayuri after reading several reviews and it was one of the best decisions I made. She was extremely professional, patient, and flexible in accommodating our schedules and ideas to make our vision come to life. I changed my mind several times and at times was confusing, but she was able to work with me, being attentive to the ideas I was trying to convey and to what it was that we wanted for our wedding. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does comes across in every conversation and every sample. We had some concerns since we were getting married at the end of August and we were nervous about our flowers and potential wilting, I don't know what Mayuri did but our flowers were stunning and vibrant, lasting for days after the wedding. My bouquet was absolutely stunning, it came out better then I expected. Every little detail was exactly what we wanted. My vision for planning my rustic inspired burlap, lace and pearls June wedding came alive when I met Mayuri from Mayuri’s Floral Design at a wedding expo at Double Tree Hotel In Tarrytown NY. After speaking with many vendors over the months and weeks leading to my wedding, I was totally exhausted by some florists “nickel and diming” me leaving me with an uneasy feeling. I needed someone I could trust. I met Mayuri, and I felt instant great vibes! She was super approachable and non- threatening like some vendors could be. I spoke to her briefly about my vision and showed her my pinterest board. She was up front about how pinterest could get you in trouble because they post pics of premium flowers that drain the bank real quick. She came up with options that were affordable and the ending product was better than the pinterest pins! One of the best qualities that Mayuri has, is she is totally reliable! I NEVER had to wait for an email response, phone call or text. She was on top of everything! I often complimented her on her attentiveness to my every concern, wish and inquiry. Most importantly, my flowers on my wedding day and my décor, was OUT OF THIS WORLD! She totally nailed it! I couldn’t be happier with my decision with picking Mayuri’s Floral Design to be my wedding florist and look forward to continuing business with her for future parties.

Mayuri has been a pleasure to work with from the moment I called her. She was patient, kind, caring, and would always give me advice on how to make my wedding planning and wedding day easier. I feel like most people would just worry about their business, but she truly cares about the bride and making the bride happy. On the day of the wedding, I loved my bridesmaids bouquets, but thought there was something missing with my bridal bouquet (even though she made it the way we had discussed in our meetings). My mother called Mayuri after she had already left my house and asked if she could do something to spruce it up, and she came with no hesitation. She came with several options and let me pick what I loved the most. She even helped my mom out with fixing her dress and adding some flowers to her hair. Mayuri's ability to fix something at the drop of a dime is quite impressive. It was a crazy day and she was quick, calm, and collected during the chaos.

My wife and I retained Mayuri to design a special event for us during our wedding weekend. Simply put, Mayuri was AMAZING! Not only did she design a spectacular event space, but she also played a significant role in ensuring that the entire event was run to perfection. She was introduced to us by our wedding planner, and when we originally met her we had no idea how great of an impact she would make on us. During the nearly 8 months for which we had her assistance, she displayed the utmost amount of care and professionalism with regard to our wedding. As a couple who went through various iterations of exactly what we wanted, Mayuri was always understanding and flexible in accommodating our vision within the framework which we had to work. She attended multiple “design planning” meetings with us, providing insight and direction when we needed, especially reminding us to consider specific details that hadn't crossed our minds.

But Mayuri’s biggest impact was made on our special day itself. Her design of our space exceeded our expectations and captured our vision perfectly. Mayuri also brought a calming presence that day, which helped us relax and enjoy the hours leading up to the event. Looking back on it all, I believe retaining Mayuri was the single best decision we made throughout our wedding process.

Mayuri did a fabulous job at my son's wedding. She is very professional, spends a lot of time in planning the flower arrangements for the entire event. All you need to do is to give her your choice of colors and a general idea of what you are looking for as far as the decorations go. She comes up with all the different flowers, to create a rustic look for this outdoor event. She makes beautiful bouquets and boutenniers. She is very creative and puts together this beautiful piece with just the right mix of flowers.The arch that she created was just amazing. The centerpiece for each table looked very colorful and bright. Everybody loved the flowers that she had made for the brides hair. It was so unique and fabulous. We are very glad that we had Mayuri do the floral arrangements for the wedding. Mayuri was the florist for our wedding this June and she did an incredible job! We are from Austin and got married in New York. My husband and I are very visual, and wanted to consult with a florist in person despite the distance . Unfortunately we were only able to visit New York between Christmas and New Years. We were turned down by several florists who said that time of year was not convenient, but Mayuri welcomed us with open arms. Once we arrived my husband and I realized our ideas of which flowers were best were completely opposite! (bright and colorful vs soft and delicate). Mayuri didn't even blink at this potential mess but instead patiently worked with us for hours showing us different flowers and formulating a way to seamlessly incorporate both of our ideas. She also took time to demonstrate different centerpiece arrangements with candles, vases, etc., and expertly fielded our billion questions that we asked during that time. She respected our budget and explained clearly where each dollar went. When it came time to view our sample in March we could not make the trip back to New York so she showed us the flowers on FaceTime. She spent time adjusting lighting and angles on the camera to ensure that we could see everything as well as we would have in person. She wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with what we saw. When the day finally arrived we could not have been happier. The flowers were on time for our early photos and they were gorgeous and so unique to us as a couple. Our arch was also incredible and perfectly balanced- Mayuri read our minds. Overall, If I did it all again, I would choose Mayuri every time. She has a gift for tailoring her floral arrangements to each couple's unique personality and is clearly passionate about her craft and her customers. I was dreading trying to coordinate with a florist from 1000s of miles away, but Mayuri made it so easy and stress-free. Thank you so much for everything!!!

My husband and I were fairly inexperienced when it came to booking a florist for our wedding. I started where most brides would by asking my married friends and reading reviews on the knot, wedding wire etc. I found two florists on wedding wire that my husband and I made appointments with (Mayuri being one of them). Mid-way through our appointment I signaled to my husband that this woman was amazing. We instantly knew that she was the florist for us. Needless to say we got in the car and called the other florist and cancelled our appointment immediately. There was no reason to look any further in our eyes. She provided such wonderful and creative ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. I was also able to share my Pinterest board with her so that she could see the “vision” I had for my wedding and my flowers. She was extremely flexible when scheduling our meetings and always answered emails/texts promptly. We trusted her opinions and knew that we were in the best possible hands and come wedding day she proved us right. I am not the biggest crier, but when I saw the bouquets it was the first time I had cried that day! They were beautiful and better then I could have ever imagined. I couldn’t believe Mayuri was able to take a photo from Pinterest along with my own tweaks/suggestions and create exactly what I had envisioned. She truly is a master of the floral arts. All of our guests loved our flowers and the experienced bridesmaids told me that the bouquets were the nicest bouquets they had ever had the pleasure of carrying. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. She was even there when I arrived at the Church. She helped calm my nerves and fixed my train as I entered the Church! Mayuri was more than just a florist to us she was a vital part of our wedding planning and wedding day. We are forever grateful for all she did to make our day unforgettable. Mayuri is simply phenomenal! I still have three months to go before I say I Do and I feel like I have spent more time with her than any other vendor by far! She takes the time to understand what you envision, and helps guide you if you're unsure what you want. We went through countless flower choices for each bouquet, centerpiece, etc.... I think my fiance fell asleep about 2 hours in! She is so detail-oriented and is on point with trying to maximize your budget. When my husband and I were looking at flowers for our wedding, we looked at several florists. With each visit, we were becoming more and more discouraged. Then we met Mayuri and after seeing her designs and enthusiasm, we immediately knew she was the one for us. She has a creative vision with flowers which connected with my artistic vision. The design process was easy as Mayuri has an eye for the small details and personal touches that made our flowers unique. Working with Mayuri made everything so much easier! I live in CT and it is quite a drive to her studio but it was worth it. I was looking for beautiful on a budget and she certainly delivered! I told her the color scheme I wanted and about how much I wanted to spend when I filled out her questionnaire, sent her some pictures of ideas and she created my vision perfectly. She gave great advice all along the way in all aspects of a wedding, which I really appreciated, and everything came out beautifully! Mayuri did a fanastic job with everything for our wedding. The amount of time and effort she put into everything was phenomenal. She did the floral arrangements for all of the events and was also our day of event planner. She did a beautiful job on the backdrops/decorations for the garba night, wedding and reception. Mayuri did an incredible job for my wedding, definitely beyond my expectations for the budget I gave her. In the wedding industry in NY, it is hard to find someone like her-- a budget-friendly seasoned professional and communicator who has your best interest at heart. Since her studio is based in her house in New City, she was able to create 30 reception centerpieces (14 tall and 16 short), 2 church alter arrangements, 8 boutonnieres, 3 corsages, 8 bridesmaid bouquets and 1 bridal bouquet all for about 4K. She also set up the memory table for us in the reception hall which I didn't want to leave to chance.

She was one of the first vendors I met with and I was grateful for her advice and straightforwardness. She took the vision I had for the centerpieces and bouquets, making them 10 times better than I expected in terms of the vivid colors and arrangement.

Mayuri is a truly a amazing person on both a personal and professional level. She helped my wife and I through our whole process not only with our floral arraignments but everything from bar-tendering to sitting arraignments due to the fact we was having everything on our property. The day of our wedding Mayuri set up a beautiful archways, table arraignments and then complete chaos. My caterer didn't have staff to set up tables and chairs, Mayuri and her staff come to our rescue in a flash not only setting up her arraignments but helping move tables, chairs and even getting a bus boy to come to help. When everything was done it was picture perfect we can't thank Mayuri enough for making our special day unforgettable.

I truly can't thank Mayuri and her team enough for EVERYTHING that they did for my wedding!! From the very first day I met her I knew I trusted her enough to take care of my wedding. Her ideas and her take charge approach were exactly what I needed. She was very quick to figure out my style and what I was attracted to and was able to envision what I wanted (even though I wasn't quite aware of what I wanted!). I could go on and on about the ways Mayuri made this the best event ever, but I'll keep it to a minimum. My hair stylist bailed on me two and a half weeks before the wedding. Mayuri was quick to offer names/people to help. And of course it rained the entire week leading up to my outdoor wedding... Mayuri had been watching the weather constantly and when we finally decided to move it inside, she really brought the garden into the hotel for me so I was able to get my dream garden wedding, albeit indoors!! I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone! And if you give her any creative freedom you will not regret it! Her ideas and creativity will probably go beyond anything you could imagine, and those little touches really made it all extra special. Oh, and one last bit.... over two weeks later... my bouquet was still pristine and looked like the flowers had just been picked. Amazing quality!!

I got to tell the story how I got the contact of Mayuri. We had a last minute planning for my daughter's Sweet 16 and couldn't find any event decorators due to time constraint. Almost just a day before I got the contact of Mayuri from catering manager (I thanked him tons of time) and she gave consultation at 9:45 PM a day before the event. She brought great suggestions and very patient with us and we finalized the theme.

The moment we saw her work, we are so fascinated and amazed with so many varieties or designs of work like you name she has done, wedding, engagement, birthday, any party indoor or outdoor. After seeing her work on my daughter's sweet sixteen, I don't have any words to express how lucky we are to get a contact like Mayuri who is top notch professional & expert in her field. She did a splendid job in less than a day's time.

The decoration came so good that every guest inquired about her on event day and even a day after party. I would strongly recommend her services for any and every occasion.

Mayuri did a fantastic job with the flowers and decorations for my wedding!! She had great ideas and added a personalized touch to everything! Her flowers were beautiful and fresh!! She was also very flexible, open to suggestions and professional. My wedding was a dream come true thanks to her!! I strongly recommend her services to every bride!! :)

I called Mayuri asking her to make something special for my parents 35th wedding anniversary, we came to her with my dad so he could explain what he wanted.
Mayuri gave a great tips and helped us to choose the most beautiful and lasting flowers. On the day when we picked up the bouquet it was beyond my expectations, it was so beautiful and stunning, my mom was very surprised ad she loves the bouquet. One of the thing what I love most of all about Mayuri, besides that she is a great person, she always makes it special and magical!

Words cannot describe how beautiful our wedding venue looked after Mayuri was finished! From the initial consult, I described my vision and she made it a reality and more. Knowledgeable and so easy to work with, I could not imagine working with anyone better. From the wedding arch, to centerpieces, memory table, and right down to my bouquet everything was perfectly done. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
